Psalms 100

1 A Psalm of thanksgiving. Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.

Ein Psalm zum Dankopfer. / (Der Chor der Festgemeinde: ) / Jauchzt Jahwe zu, alle Erdbewohner!

2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

Dienet Jahwe mit Freuden, / Erscheint vor ihm mit Jubel!

3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Erkennet: Jahwe ist Gott! / Er hat uns gemacht, und wir sind sein: / Sein Volk, das er weidet als Herde.

4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: give thanks unto him, and bless his name.

(Der Chor der levitischen Sänger: ) / Zieht in seine Tore mit Danken ein, / In seine Vorhöfe mit Lobgesang! / Dankt ihm, preist seinen Namen!

5 For the LORD is good; his mercy [endureth] for ever; and his faithfulness unto all generations.

Denn gütig ist Jahwe, ewig währt seine Gnade / Und seine Treu von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht.
