Numbers 35

1 And the LORD spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying,

پەرۋەردىگار يېرىخونىڭ ئۇدۇلىدا، ئىئوردان دەرياسىنىڭ بويىدىكى موئاب تۈزلەڭلىكلىرىدە مۇساغا سۆز قىلىپ مۇنداق دېدى: —

2 Command the children of Israel, that they give unto the Levites of the inheritance of their possession cities to dwell in; and suburbs for the cities round about them shall ye give unto the Levites.

سەن ئىسرائ‍ىللارغا مۇنداق ئەمر قىل، ئۇلار مىراس قىلىپ ئېرىشكەن زېمىندىكى بەزى شەھەرلەرنى لاۋىيلارنىڭ ئولتۇرۇشىغا بەرسۇن؛ ئۇ شەھەرلەرنىڭ ئۆپچۆرىسىدىكى يايلاقلارنىمۇ لاۋىيلارغا بەرسۇن.

3 And the cities shall they have to dwell in; and their suburbs shall be for their cattle, and for their substance, and for all their beasts.

شۇنداق قىلىپ ئۇلارنىڭ تۇرىدىغان شەھەرلىرى بولىدۇ ۋە شۇ شەھەرلەرگە تەۋە يايلاقلارغا ئۇلارنىڭ چارپايلىرى، باشقا مال-مۈلۈكلىرى ھەمدە بارلىق ھايۋانلىرى ئورۇنلاشتۇرۇلىدۇ.

4 And the suburbs of the cities, which ye shall give unto the Levites, shall be from the wall of the city and outward a thousand cubits round about.

سىلەر لاۋىيلارغا بېرىدىغان شەھەرلەردىكى يايلاقلار سېپىلىدىن باشلاپ ھېسابلىغاندا مىڭ گەز بولسۇن.

5 And ye shall measure without the city for the east side two thousand cubits, and for the south side two thousand cubits, and for the west side two thousand cubits, and for the north side two thousand cubits, the city being in the midst. This shall be to them the suburbs of the cities.

سىلەر يەنە شەھەر سىرتىدىن كۈن چىقىش تەرەپكە قاراپ ئىككى مىڭ گەز، جەنۇب تەرەپكە قاراپ ئىككى مىڭ گەز، كۈن پېتىش تەرەپكە قاراپ ئىككى مىڭ گەز، شىمال تەرەپكە قاراپ ئىككى مىڭ گەز ئۆلچەڭلار، شەھەر ئوتتۇرىدا بولسۇن؛ شەھەرلەر ئەتراپىدىكى مۇشۇ يەرلەر ئۇلار ئۈچۈن يايلاقلار بولسۇن.

6 And the cities which ye shall give unto the Levites, they shall be the six cities of refuge, which ye shall give for the manslayer to flee thither: and beside them ye shall give forty and two cities.

سىلەر لاۋىيلارغا بەرگەن شەھەرلەر ئىچىدە ئالتە شەھەر «پاناھلىق شەھىرى» بولسۇن؛ سىلەر شۇلارنى ئادەم ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغان كىشىلەرنىڭ شۇ شەھەرلەرگە قېچىپ بېرىۋېلىشىغا بىكىتىڭلار؛ بۇلاردىن باشقا ئۇلارغا يەنە قىرىق ئىككى شەھەر بېرىڭلار.

7 All the cities which ye shall give to the Levites shall be forty and eight cities: them [shall ye give] with their suburbs.

سىلەر لاۋىيلارغا بېرىدىغان شەھەرلەر جەمئىي قىرىق سەككىز بولۇپ، شۇ شەھەرلەر بىلەن ئۇلارغا تەۋە يايلاقلار ئۇلارغا بېرىلسۇن.

8 And concerning the cities which ye shall give of the possession of the children of Israel, from the many ye shall take many; and from the few ye shall take few: every one according to his inheritance which he inheriteth shall give of his cities unto the Levites.

سىلەر ئۇلارغا بېرىدىغان شۇ شەھەرلەر ئىسرائ‍ىللار مىراس قىلغان تەۋەلىكلەردىن بولسۇن؛ ئادىمى كۆپرەك بولغانلاردىن كۆپرەك، ئادىمى ئازراق بولغانلاردىن ئازراق ئېلىڭلار؛ ھەربىر قەبىلە ئۆزىگە تەقسىم قىلىنغان مىراسقا ئاساسەن شەھەرلەردىن بەزىلىرىنى ئېلىپ لاۋىيلارغا تەقسىم قىلىپ بەرسۇن.

9 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

پەرۋەردىگار مۇساغا سۆز قىلىپ مۇنداق دېدى: —

10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye pass over Jordan into the land of Canaan,

سەن ئىسرائ‍ىللارغا مۇنداق دېگىن: «سىلەر ئىئوردان دەرياسىدىن ئۆتۈپ قانائان زېمىنىغا كىرگىنىڭلاردا،

11 then ye shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you; that the manslayer which killeth any person unwittingly may flee thither.

تاسادىپىيلىقتىن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغانلارنىڭ پاناھلىنىشى ئۈچۈن قېچىپ بېرىۋېلىشىغا بىرنەچچە شەھەر تاللاپ بېكىتىڭلار.

12 And the cities shall be unto you for refuge from the avenger; that the manslayer die not, until he stand before the congregation for judgment.

شۇنداق قىلغاندا بۇ شەھەرلەر ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگۈچى تاكى جامائەت ئالدىدا سوراققا تارتىلغۇچە، قىساسكارنىڭ ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويۇشىدىن پاناھلىنىدىغان شەھەرلەر بولىدۇ.

13 And the cities which ye shall give shall be for you six cities of refuge.

سىلەر بېكىتكەن بۇ شەھەرلەر سىلەرگە پاناھلىنىدىغان ئالتە شەھەر بولىدۇ.

14 Ye shall give three cities beyond Jordan, and three cities shall ye give in the land of Canaan; they shall be cities of refuge.

پاناھلىق شەھىرى ئۈچۈن ئىئوردان دەرياسىنىڭ كۈن چىقىش تەرىپىدە ئۈچ شەھەر، قانائان زېمىنىدىمۇ ئۈچ شەھەرنى ئايرىپ قويۇڭلار.

15 For the children of Israel, and for the stranger and for the sojourner among them, shall these six cities be for refuge: that every one that killeth any person unwittingly may flee thither.

بۇ ئالتە شەھەر ئىسرائ‍ىللار، يات ئەلدىكىلەر ۋە ئۇلارنىڭ ئارىسىدا ئارىلىشىپ ئولتۇرغان مۇساپىرلار ئۈچۈن پاناھلىق شەھەرلىرى بولسۇن؛ تاسادىپىيلىقتىن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغان ھەربىر كىشى شۇ يەرلەرگە قېچىشقا بولىدۇ.

16 But if he smote him with an instrument of iron, so that he died, he is a manslayer: the manslayer shall surely be put to death.

— ئەگەر بىراۋ تۆمۈر ئەسۋاب بىلەن ئۇرۇپ ئادەم ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغان بولسا، ئۇ قەستەن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگەن قاتىل بولىدۇ؛ قەستەن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگۈچى جەزمەن ئۆلتۈرۈلۈشى كېرەك.

17 And if he smote him with a stone in the hand, whereby a man may die, and he died, he is a manslayer: the manslayer shall surely be put to death.

ئەگەر بىراۋ قول كۆتۈرۈپ ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگۈدەك تاش بىلەن ئۇرۇپ ئادەم ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغان بولسا، ئۇ قەستەن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگەن قاتىل بولىدۇ؛ قەستەن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگۈچى جەزمەن ئۆلتۈرۈلۈشى كېرەك.

18 Or if he smote him with a weapon of wood in the hand, whereby a man may die, and he died, he is a manslayer: the manslayer shall surely be put to death.

ئەگەر بىراۋ ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگۈدەك كالتەك بىلەن ئۇرۇپ ئادەم ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغان بولسا، ئۇ قەستەن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگەن قاتىل بولىدۇ؛ قەستەن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگۈچى جەزمەن ئۆلتۈرۈلۈشى كېرەك.

19 The avenger of blood shall himself put the manslayer to death: when he meeteth him, he shall put him to death.

قان قىساس ئالغۇچى كىشى شۇ قاتىلنى ئۆلتۈرسۇن؛ ئۇ قاتىلنى ئۇچراتقان يېرىدە ئۆلتۈرسۇن.

20 And if he thrust him of hatred, or hurled at him, lying in wait, so that he died;

ئەگەر بىراۋ ئۆچمەنلىك بىلەن بىرسىنى ئىتتىرىپ يىقىتىۋېتىپ ياكى مۆكۈپ تۇرۇپ بىرەر نەرسە ئېتىپ ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغان بولسا،

21 or in enmity smote him with his hand, that he died: he that smote him shall surely be put to death; he is a manslayer: the avenger of blood shall put the manslayer to death, when he meeteth him.

ياكى ئۆچەكىشىپ مۇشت بىلەن ئۇرۇپ ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغان بولسا، ئادەم ئۇرغۇچى جەزمەن ئۆلتۈرۈلۈشى كېرەك، چۈنكى ئۇ قاتىل بولىدۇ؛ قان قىساس ئالغۇچى كىشى قاتىلنى ئۇچرىغان يەردە ئۆلتۈرۈۋەتسۇن.

22 But if he thrust him suddenly without enmity, or hurled upon him any thing without lying in wait,

لېكىن ئۇ ئادەمنىڭ ئۆچى يوق، تاسادىپىي ئىتتىرىۋېتىش ياكى مەقسەتسىزلا بىرەر نەرسە ئېتىپ،

23 or with any stone, whereby a man may die, seeing him not, and cast it upon him, so that he died, and he was not his enemy, neither sought his harm:

ياكى ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگۈدەك ھەرقانداق بىر تاشنى ئادەمنى كۆرمەي ئېتىپ سېلىپ، ئادەم ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغان بولسا، ئۇنىڭ ئەسلىدە ئۇنىڭغا ھېچقانداق ئۆچى بولمىسا، ئۇنىڭغا زىيانكەشلىك قىلىش نىيىتىمۇ بولمىسا؛

24 then the congregation shall judge between the smiter and the avenger of blood according to these judgments:

بۇنداق ئەھۋالدا، جامائەت شۇ قانۇن-ھۆكۈملەرگە ئاساسەن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگۈچى بىلەن قان قىساس ئالغۇچى ئوتتۇرىسىدا كېسىم قىلسۇن.

25 and the congregation shall deliver the manslayer out of the hand of the avenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to his city of refuge, whither he was fled: and he shall dwell therein until the death of the high priest, which was anointed with the holy oil.

جامائەت تاسادىپىي ئادەم ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغۇچىنى قان قىساس ئالغۇچى كىشىنىڭ قولىدىن جەزمەن قۇتقۇزۇۋالسۇن؛ ئۇلار ئۇنى قېچىپ بېرىۋالغان پاناھلىق شەھىرىگە [ئامان-ئېسەن] قايتۇرۇپ بەرسۇن؛ ئاندىن مۇقەددەس ماي بىلەن مەسىھلەنگەن باش كاھىن ئۆلۈپ كەتكۈچە ئۇ شۇ شەھەردە تۇرسۇن.

26 But if the manslayer shall at any time go beyond the border of his city of refuge, whither he fleeth;

لېكىن تاسادىپىيلىقتىن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغان كىشى ئەگەر قېچىپ بېرىۋالغان پاناھلىق شەھىرىنىڭ تەۋەسىدىن چىقىپ كەتكەن بولسا،

27 and the avenger of blood find him without the border of his city of refuge, and the avenger of blood slay the manslayer; he shall not be guilty of blood:

شۇنداقلا قان قىساس ئالغۇچى كىشى ئۇنى پاناھلىق شەھىرىنىڭ پاسىللىرىنىڭ سىرتىدا ئۇچرىتىپ قېلىپ ئۆلتۈرۈۋەتكەن بولسا، ئۇنداقتا قان قىساس ئالغۇچى قان تۆكۈش گۇناھىنى تارتمايدۇ؛

28 because he should have remained in his city of refuge until the death of the high priest: but after the death of the high priest the manslayer shall return into the land of his possession.

چۈنكى تاسادىپىيلىقتىن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرۈپ قويغان كىشى ئەسلىدە باش كاھىن ئۆلۈپ كەتكۈچە پاناھلىق شەھىرىدە تۇرۇشى كېرەك ئىدى؛ باش كاھىن ئۆلۈپ كەتكەندىن كېيىن ئۆز تەۋەلىكى بولغان زېمىنغا قايتىپ بارسا بولىدۇ.

29 And these things shall be for a statute of judgment unto you throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

— بۇلار سىلەر تۇرۇشلۇق ھەممە يەردە ئەۋلادمۇ-ئەۋلاد قانۇن-بەلگىلىمىلەر بولسۇن.

30 Whoso killeth any person, the manslayer shall be slain at the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person that he die.

باشقا بىرسىنى ئۆلتۈرگەن قاتىلنى بولسا، بىرنەچچە گۇۋاھچىنىڭ گۇۋاھلىقىدىن كېيىن ئاندىن ئۆلتۈرۈشكە بولىدۇ؛ لېكىن پەقەت بىرلا گۇۋاھچىنىڭ گۇۋاھلىقى بولسا، ئۇ ئۇنى ئۆلتۈرۈشنىڭ سەۋەبى بولمايدۇ.

31 Moreover ye shall take no ransom for the life of a manslayer, which is guilty of death: but he shall surely be put to death.

ئۆلۈمگە لايىق گۇناھ ئۆتكۈزگەنلەرگە، يەنى قەستەن ئادەم ئۆلتۈرگەنلەر ئۈچۈن سىلەر ھېچقانداق تۆلەم پۇلىنى قەتئىي قوبۇل قىلماڭلار؛ ئۇنداق كىشى جەزمەن ئۆلتۈرۈلۈشى كېرەك.

32 And ye shall take no ransom for him that is fled to his city of refuge, that he should come again to dwell in the land, until the death of the priest.

شۇنىڭدەك پاناھلىق شەھەرگە قېچىپ بېرىۋالغان كىشى ئۈچۈن باش كاھىن ئۆلۈپ كېتىشتىن ئىلگىرى ئۆز يېرىگە قايتىپ كېلىۋېلىشىغا ھېچقانداق تۆلەم پۇلىنى قەتئىي قوبۇل قىلماڭلار.

33 So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood, it polluteth the land: and no expiation can be made for the land for the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.

شۇنداق قىلساڭلار، ئۆزۈڭلار تۇرغان زېمىننى بۇلغىغان بولمايسىلەر، چۈنكى قان زېمىننى بۇلغايدۇ؛ زېمىندا تۆكۈلگەن قانغا دەل شۇ قاننى تۆككەن كىشىنىڭ ئۆز قېنىدىن باشقا ھېچقانداق كافارەت كەلتۈرۈشكە بولمايدۇ.

34 And thou shalt not defile the land which ye inhabit, in the midst of which I dwell: for I the LORD dwell in the midst of the children of Israel.

ئۆزۈڭلار ئولتۇرغان زېمىننى، يەنى مەن ئۆزۈم ماكان قىلغان زېمىننى بۇلغىماڭلار؛ چۈنكى مەن پەرۋەردىگار ئىسرائ‍ىللار ئارىسىدا ماكان تۇتقۇچىدۇرمەن.
