Numbers 30
1 And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.
၁မောရှေသည်သစ္စာပြုခြင်းနှင့်ဆိုင်သောပညတ် များကို ဣသရေလအနွယ်များခေါင်းဆောင် တို့အားအောက်ပါအတိုင်းညွှန်ကြားလေ သည်။-
2 When a man voweth a vow unto the LORD, or sweareth an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
၂တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်သောသူသည်ထာဝရ ဘုရားအား တစ်စုံတစ်ခုကိုဆက်သရန် ကတိပြုလျှင်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ တစ်စုံ တစ်ရာကိုရှောင်ကြဉ်ရန်သစ္စာဆိုလျှင်သော် လည်းကောင်း ထိုသစ္စာကတိကိုမချိုးဖောက် ရ။ ကတိသစ္စာပြုထားသည့်အတိုင်းတစ် သဝေမတိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
3 Also when a woman voweth a vow unto the LORD, and bindeth herself by a bond, being in her father’s house, in her youth;
၃အဖ၏အုပ်ထိန်းမှုအောက်တွင်ရှိနေသေး သောမိန်းမပျိုတစ်ဦးသည် ထာဝရဘုရား အားတစ်စုံတစ်ခုကိုဆက်သရန်ကတိပြု လျှင်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ တစ်စုံတစ်ရာကို ရှောင်ကြဉ်ရန်သစ္စာဆိုလျှင်သော်လည်း ကောင်း၊-
4 and her father heareth her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father holdeth his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
၄သူ၏ဖခင်ကြား၍မတားမြစ်လျှင် သူသည် ကတိသစ္စာပြုထားသည်အတိုင်းတစ်သဝေ မတိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။-
5 But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; none of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
၅သို့ရာတွင်သူ၏ဖခင်ကြား၍တားမြစ်ပါမူ သူသည်ကတိသစ္စာအတိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်မ လို။ ဖခင်၏တားမြစ်မှုကြောင့်ကတိသစ္စာပျက် ခြင်းကိုထာဝရဘုရားခွင့်လွှတ်တော်မူမည်။
6 And if she be [married] to a husband, while her vows are upon her, or the rash utterance of her lips, wherewith she hath bound her soul;
၆အိမ်ထောင်မကျသေးသောအမျိုးသမီးတစ် ဦးသည် သိလျက်နှင့်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ အမှတ် တမဲ့သော်လည်းကောင်းတစ်စုံတစ်ရာကိုရှောင် ကြဉ်ရန် ကတိသစ္စာပြုပြီးနောက်အိမ်ထောင် ကျလျှင် သူ၏ခင်ပွန်းသည်ကြား၍မတား မြစ်သော်၊-
7 and her husband hear it, and hold his peace at her in the day that he heareth it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
၇သူသည်ကတိသစ္စာပြုထားသည်အတိုင်း တစ်သဝေမတိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။-
8 But if her husband disallow her in the day that he heareth it; then he shall make void her vow which is upon her, and the rash utterance of her lips, wherewith she hath bound her soul: and the LORD shall forgive her.
၈သူ၏ခင်ပွန်းကြား၍တားမြစ်လျှင်မူကား သူသည်ကတိသစ္စာအတိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန် မလို။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သူ့ကိုခွင့်လွှတ် တော်မူမည်။
9 But the vow of a widow, or of her that is divorced, [even] every thing wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand against her.
၉မုဆိုးမဖြစ်စေ၊ လင်ကွာမိန်းမဖြစ်စေ မိမိ ပြုခဲ့သမျှသောကတိသစ္စာကိုတည်စေ ရမည်။
10 And if she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,
၁၀လင်ရှိမိန်းမသည်တစ်စုံတစ်ရာကိုရှောင် ကြဉ်ရန် ကတိသစ္စာပြုခဲ့သော်သူ၏ခင်ပွန်း ကြား၍မတားမြစ်လျှင်၊-
11 and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
၁၁သူသည်မိမိ၏ကတိသစ္စာကိုတည်စေရမည်။-
12 But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
၁၂သို့ရာတွင်သူ၏ခင်ပွန်းကြား၍တားမြစ်ပါ မူ သူသည်ကတိသစ္စာအတိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန် မလို။ ခင်ပွန်း၏တားမြစ်မှုကြောင့်ကတိပျက် ခြင်းကို ထာဝရဘုရားခွင့်လွှတ်တော်မူမည်။-
13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
၁၃သူ၏ခင်ပွန်းသည်သူပြုခဲ့သောကတိ သစ္စာကို တည်စေနိုင်ခွင့်နှင့်ပယ်ဖျက်ပိုင်ခွင့် ရှိ၏။-
14 But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he hath established them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
၁၄သို့ရာတွင်ခင်ပွန်းသည်ဇနီး၏ကတိသစ္စာ အကြောင်းကိုကြားရသောနေ့၌မတားမြစ် လျှင် ဇနီးသည်မိမိ၏ကတိသစ္စာကိုတည် စေရမည်။ ခင်ပွန်းသည်ကြားရသောနေ့၌ မတားမြစ်သဖြင့်သဘောတူရာရောက် သည်။-
15 But if he shall make them null and void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.
၁၅သူသည်တစ်ရက်လွန်ပြီးမှဇနီး၏ကတိ သစ္စာကိုပယ်ဖျက်လျှင် ကတိသစ္စာပျက်ခြင်း အပြစ်ဒဏ်ကိုခံစေရမည်။
16 These are the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, being in her youth, in her father’s house.
၁၆ဤပညတ်များသည်ကားဖခင်၏အုပ်ထိန်း မှုအောက်တွင် ရှိနေသေးသောမိန်းမပျိုနှင့် အိမ်ထောင်ကျပြီးသောအမျိုးသမီးတို့ ကတိသစ္စာပြုခြင်းနှင့်ဆိုင်သည့်ပညတ် များဖြစ်သတည်း။
