Mark 10
1 And he arose from thence, and cometh into the borders of Judaea and beyond Jordan: and multitudes come together unto him again; and, as he was wont, he taught them again.
၁ထို အရပ်မှ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ထ ၍ ယော်ဒန် မြစ်တစ်ဘက် ကို ရှောက်သွားသဖြင့် ယုဒ ပြည် စွန်းသို့ ရောက် တော်မူ၏။ လူ များတို့သည် အထံ တော်၌ စုဝေး ပြန် ၍၊ ထုံးစံ ရှိတော်မူသည်အတိုင်း တစ်ဖန် ဆုံးမ ဩဝါဒပေးတော်မူ၏။
2 And there came unto him Pharisees, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away [his] wife? tempting him.
၂ဖာရိရှဲ တို့သည် အထံတော်သို့လာ ၍ ၊ လူ သည် မိမိမယား နှင့်ကွာ အပ် သလောဟု စုံစမ်း နှောင့်ရှက်ခြင်းငှာမေးလျှောက် ကြသော်၊
3 And he answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you?
၃ယေရှုက၊ မောရှေ သည်သင် တို့အား အဘယ်သို့ စီရင် သနည်း ဟုလှန် ၍ မေး တော်မူလျှင်၊
4 And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away.
၄သူ တို့က၊ ဖြတ်စာ ကို ပေး ၍ မယားနှင့် ကွာ စေခြင်းငှာမောရှေ စီရင် ပါသည်ဟု လျှောက် ကြ၏။
5 But Jesus said unto them, For your hardness of heart he wrote you this commandment.
၅ယေရှု ကလည်း ၊ သင် တို့စိတ် နှလုံး ခိုင်မာသောကြောင့် မောရှေသည် ထို ပညတ် ကို ရေး ထားသတည်း။”
6 But from the beginning of the creation, Male and female made he them.
၆ဘုရားသခင်ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူစက ယောက်ျား နှင့် မိန်းမ နှစ်ယောက်တည်းကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူ၏။”
7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife;
၇ထို အကြောင်း ကြောင့်ယောက်ျား သည် ကိုယ် မိဘ ကိုစွန့် ၍ ကိုယ် ခင်ပွန်း ၌ မှီဝဲ သဖြင့် ၊”
8 and the twain shall become one flesh: so that they are no more twain, but one flesh.
၈ထိုသူနှစ် ယောက်တို့သည် တသား တကိုယ်တည်းဖြစ် ရလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုကြောင့် လင်မယားတို့သည် နှစ် ဦးမ ဟုတ် တစ်ဦးတည်း ဖြစ်၏။”
9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
၉ဘုရားသခင် တွဲဘက် ၍ ထမ်းဘိုးတင်တော်မူသောအရာ ကို လူ မ ခွဲ မခွာစေနှင့်” ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
10 And in the house the disciples asked him again of this matter.
၁၀နောက်တစ်ဖန် တပည့် တော်တို့သည် အိမ် ၌ ရှိစဉ်၊ ထို အကြောင်း ကို မေးလျှောက် ပြန်ကြ၏။
11 And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her:
၁၁ကိုယ်တော်ကလည်း၊ အကြင်သူ သည် မယား နှင့်ကွာ ၍ အခြား သောမိန်းမနှင့် စုံဘက် ခြင်းကိုပြု၏။ ထို သူသည် မိမိမယားကို ပြစ်မှား ၏။”
12 and if she herself shall put away her husband, and marry another, she committeth adultery.
၁၂မိန်းမ သည်လည်း မိမိ လင် နှင့်ကွာ ၍ အခြား သောယောက်ျားနှင့်စုံဘက် ခြင်းကိုပြုလျှင် မှားယွင်း ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သည်” ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
13 And they brought unto him little children, that he should touch them: and the disciples rebuked them.
၁၃ထိုအခါ သူငယ် တို့ကို လက်တော်နှင့် တို့ စေခြင်းငှာ အထံ တော်သို့ ဆောင်ခဲ့ သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ တပည့် တော်တို့သည် ဆောင်ခဲ့သောသူ တို့ကို အပြစ်တင် ကြ၏။
14 But when Jesus saw it, he was moved with indignation, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me; forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
၁၄ယေရှု သည်မြင် တော်မူလျှင် အမျက် တော်ထွက်၍ ၊ ထို သူငယ် တို့ကို ငါ့ ထံသို့ လာ ပါစေလေ။ မ ဆီးတား ကြနှင့်။ ဘုရားသခင် ၏နိုင်ငံ တော်သည် ထိုသို့သော သူတို့၏ နိုင်ငံဖြစ် ၏။”
15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall in no wise enter therein.
၁၅ငါအမှန် ဆို သည်ကား၊ အကြင်သူ သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏နိုင်ငံ တော်ကို သူငယ် ကဲ့သို့ မ ခံယူ ၊ ထိုသူသည် နိုင်ငံ တော်သို့ မ ဝင် ရ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူပြီးမှ၊
16 And he took them in his arms, and blessed them, laying his hands upon them.
၁၆သူငယ် တို့ကို ချီပိုက် ၍ သူ တို့အပေါ်မှာ လက် တော်ကိုတင် လျက် ကောင်းကြီး ပေးတော်မူ၏။
17 And as he was going forth into the way, there ran one to him, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? (aiōnios g166)
၁၇လမ်း မှာ ကြွ တော်မူစဉ်တွင်လူတယောက် သည် အထံ တော်သို့ပြေး ၍ ဒူးထောက် လျက် ၊ ကောင်းမြတ် သောဆရာ ၊ ထာဝရ အသက် ကို အမွေ ခံရအံ့သောငှာ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အဘယ် အမှုကိုပြု ရပါမည်နည်းဟု မေးလျှောက် သော်၊. (aiōnios g166)
18 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good save one, [even] God.
၁၈ယေရှု က၊ ငါ့ ကိုကောင်းမြတ် သည်ဟု အဘယ်ကြောင့် ခေါ် သနည်း။ ဘုရားသခင် တစ်ပါးတည်း သာ ကောင်းမြတ် တော်မူ၏။”
19 Thou knowest the commandments, Do not kill, Do not commit adultery, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Do not defraud, Honour thy father and mother.
၁၉“သင်သည် ပညတ် တော်တို့ကို သိ သည်မဟုတ်လော။ သူ့ မယားကိုမ ပြစ်မှားနှင့်။ လူအသက်ကို မ သတ် နှင့်။ သူဥစ္စာကိုမ ခိုး နှင့်။ မမှန် သောသက်သေကိုမ ခံနှင့်။ သူ့ဥစ္စာကို မတရား သဖြင့်မ သိမ်းနှင့်။ မိဘ ကို ရိုသေ စွာ ပြုလော့” ဟု မိန့် တော်မူလျှင် ၊
20 And he said unto him, Master, all these things have I observed from my youth.
၂၀အရှင် ဘုရား၊ ထို ပညတ်ရှိသမျှ တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ငယ် သောအရွယ်မှစ၍ စောင့်ရှောက် ပါပြီဟု လျှောက် ပြန်လျှင် ၊
21 And Jesus looking upon him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.
၂၁ယေရှု သည်၊ ထိုသူ ကိုကြည့်ရှု လျက် ချစ် သောစိတ်ရှိ၍ ၊ သင် သည်တခု လို သေး၏။ သွား လော့။ ကိုယ် ဥစ္စာ ရှိသမျှ ကိုရောင်း ၍ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူ တို့အား ပေး လော့။ ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင်၊ ကောင်းကင် ဘုံ၌ ဘဏ္ဍာ ကို ရ လိမ့်မည်။ သို့ပြီးမှလာ ၍ လက်ဝါးကပ်တိုင်ကိုထမ်းလျက် ငါ့ နောက် သို့လိုက်လော့ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
22 But his countenance fell at the saying, and he went away sorrowful: for he was one that had great possessions.
၂၂ထိုသူ သည် များစွာ သောဥစ္စာ ကိုရ တတ်သောသူဖြစ် ၍၊ ထို စကား ကိုကြားလျှင် မျက်နှာပျက် ၍ စိတ်မသာ သည်နှင့်သွား လေ၏။
23 And Jesus looked round about, and saith unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!
၂၃ယေရှု ကလည်း ၊ ဥစ္စာ ရ တတ်သောသူ သည်ဘုရားသခင် ၏နိုင်ငံ တော်သို့ အလွန်ဝင် ခဲ လှ၏” ဟု ပတ်လည်သို့ကြည့်ရှု ၍ တပည့် တော်တို့အား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
24 And the disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God!
၂၄တပည့် တော်တို့သည် ထို စကား ကိုကြားလျှင် ၊ မိန်းမော တွေဝေခြင်းရှိကြ၏။ တစ်ဖန် ယေရှု က၊ ငါသား တို့၊ မိမိဥစ္စာကိုမှီခိုသောသူသည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ နိုင်ငံ တော်သို့ အလွန်ဝင် ခဲ လှ၏။”
25 It is easier for a camel to go through a needle’s eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
၂၅ကုလားအုပ် သည် အပ် နဖား ကိုလျှို လွယ် ၏။ ငွေရတတ် သောသူသည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏နိုင်ငံ တော်သို့ ဝင် ခဲသည်” ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
26 And they were astonished exceedingly, saying unto him, Then who can be saved?
၂၆ထိုသူ တို့သည် သာ၍ မိန်းမော တွေဝေခြင်းရှိ၍ ၊ သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် အဘယ်သူ သည် ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းသို့ ရောက်နိုင် မည်နည်းဟု အချင်းချင်း ပြောဆို ကြ၏။
27 Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for all things are possible with God.
၂၇ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ သူ တို့ကိုကြည့်ရှု ၍၊ ဤအမှုကို လူ မ တတ်နိုင်သော်လည်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင် မတတ်နိုင်သည်မ ဟုတ်။ ဘုရားသခင် သည် ခပ်သိမ်း သောအမှုတို့ကို တတ်နိုင် တော်မူသည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
28 Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee.
၂၈ထိုအခါ၊ ပေတရု က၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့သည် ရှိသမျှ ကိုစွန့်ပစ် ၍ ကိုယ်တော် နောက် သို့ လိုက်ကြပါပြီဟုလျှောက် လေသော်၊
29 Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or mother, or father, or children, or lands, for my sake, and for the gospel’s sake,
၂၉ယေရှု က၊ ငါအမှန် ဆို သည်ကား၊ အကြင်သူ သည် ငါ့ ကြောင့် ၎င်း ၊ ဧဝံဂေလိ တရားကြောင့် ၎င်း၊ အိမ် ၊ လယ် ၊ ညီအစ်ကို ၊ နှမ ၊ မိဘ ၊ သား မယားတည်းဟူသောတပါးပါးကိုစွန့် ၏။”
31 But many [that are] first shall be last; and the last first.
၃၁နောက်ကျ သောသူအများ တို့သည် အရင် ကျ ကြလိမ့်မည်။ အရင် ကျကြသောသူ အများတို့သည် နောက်ကျ ကြလိမ့်မည်” ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
32 And they were in the way, going up to Jerusalem; and Jesus was going before them: and they were amazed; and they that followed were afraid. And he took again the twelve, and began to tell them the things that were to happen unto him,
၃၂ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ တက်သွား ကြရာ၊ လမ်း မှာ ယေရှု သည်တပည့် တော်တို့ရှေ့ ၌ ကြွတော်မူစဉ် ၊ သူတို့ သည် မိန်းမော တွေဝေ၍ ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောစိတ်နှင့် လိုက် ကြ၏။ ထိုအခါ ကိုယ်တော်သည် တစ်ကျိပ် နှစ်ပါးတို့ကို တစ်ဖန် ခေါ် ၍၊ ငါတို့သည်ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ ယခုသွား ကြ၏။”
33 [saying], Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be delivered unto the chief priests and the scribes; and they shall condemn him to death, and shall deliver him unto the Gentiles:
၃၃လူ သား သည် ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် အကြီး၊ ကျမ်းပြု ဆရာတို့လက်သို့ ရောက် လိမ့်မည်။ ထိုသူတို့သည် သေ ပြစ်ကို စီရင် ၍ တပါး အမျိုးသားတို့လက်သို့ အပ်နှံ ကြလိမ့်မည်။”
34 and they shall mock him, and shall spit upon him, and shall scourge him, and shall kill him; and after three days he shall rise again.
၃၄သူ တို့သည်လည်း လူသားအားပြက်ရယ်ပြု ခြင်း၊ ရိုက်ပုတ် ခြင်း၊ တံတွေး နှင့်ထွေးခြင်း၊ အသေ သတ်ခြင်းကို ပြုကြလိမ့်မည်။ သုံး ရက်မြောက် သောနေ့ ၌ ထမြောက် လိမ့်မည်” ဟူ၍မိမိ ကိုယ်၌ရောက် လတံ့သော အမှုအရာ တို့ကို တပည့် တော်တို့အား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
35 And there come near unto him James and John, the sons of Zebedee, saying unto him, Master, we would that thou shouldest do for us whatsoever we shall ask of thee.
၃၅ထိုအခါ ဇေဗေဒဲ ၏သား ယာကုပ် နှင့် ယောဟန် သည် အထံ တော်သို့ ချဉ်းကပ် ၍၊ အရှင် ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့တောင်းသော ဆု ကျေးဇူးကို ပြု တော်မူစေချင် ပါသည်ဟု လျှောက် လေ၏။
36 And he said unto them, What would ye that I should do for you?
၃၆ကိုယ်တော်က၊ ငါသည်သင် တို့ကို အဘယ်သို့ ပြု စေချင် သနည်း” ဟု မေး တော်မူသော် ၊
37 And they said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and one on [thy] left hand, in thy glory.
၃၇ကိုယ်တော် သည် ဘုန်းပွင့် တော်မူသောအခါ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် လက်ျာ ဘက်၌ တစ် ယောက်၊ လက်ဝဲ တော်ဘက်၌ တစ် ယောက်ထိုင် ရသောအခွင့်ကို ပေး တော်မူပါဟု လျှောက် ကြ၏။
38 But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink the cup that I drink? or to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?
၃၈ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ သင်တို့သည် အဘယ်သို့ တောင်းပန် သည်ကို သင်တို့မ သိ ကြ။ ငါ သောက် သောခွက် ကို သောက် ခြင်းငှာ၎င်း၊ ငါ ခံ သောဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုခံ ခြင်းငှာ၎င်း၊ သင်တို့သည် တတ်စွမ်း နိုင်သလော ဟု မေး တော်မူလျှင်၊
39 And they said unto him, We are able. And Jesus said unto them, The cup that I drink ye shall drink; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized:
၃၉အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် တတ်စွမ်း နိုင်ပါ၏ဟု လျှောက် ကြသော် ၊ ယေရှု က၊ ငါ သောက် သောခွက် ကို သင်တို့ သည် သောက် ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ ငါ ခံ သောဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုလည်း သင်တို့သည်ခံရ ကြလိမ့်မည်။”
40 but to sit on my right hand or on [my] left hand is not mine to give: but [it is for them] for whom it hath been prepared.
၄၀သို့သော်လည်း ငါ လက်ျာ ဘက်လက်ဝဲ ဘက်မှာ ထိုင် ရသောအခွင့်ကိုကားအကြင်သူ တို့အဘို့အလိုငှာ ပြင်ဆင် ၏၊ ထိုသူတို့အားသာ ငါ ပေး ပိုင်သည်” ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
41 And when the ten heard it, they began to be moved with indignation concerning James and John.
၄၁အခြားသော တပည့်တော်တစ်ကျိပ် တို့သည်ကြားသိ လျှင် ၊ ယာကုပ် နှင့် ယောဟန် တို့ကို အမျက်ထွက် ကြ ၏။
42 And Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles lord it over them; and their great ones exercise authority over them.
၄၂ယေရှု သည် ထိုသူ တို့ကိုခေါ် တော်မူ၍ ၊ သင်တို့သိ သည်အတိုင်း လောကီ မင်း တို့သည် အစိုးတရ ပြုတတ် ကြ၏။ အကဲအမှူး တို့သည် အာဏာ ထားတတ်ကြ၏။”
43 But it is not so among you: but whosoever would become great among you, shall be your minister:
၄၃သင် တို့မူကား ၊ ထိုသို့ မ ပြု ကြနှင့်။ သင် တို့တွင် အကဲအမှူး ပြု လို သောသူ သည် သင် တို့အစေခံ ဖြစ် ရမည်။”
44 and whosoever would be first among you, shall be servant of all.
၄၄သင် တို့တွင် အထွဋ်အမြတ် လုပ် ချင် သောသူ သည်လည်း အလုံးစုံ တို့၏စေခိုင်းရာ ကျွန် ဖြစ် ရမည်။”
45 For verily the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
၄၅အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ လူ သား သည် သူတစ်ပါးကို စေစား ခြင်းငှာမ လာ ၊ သူတစ်ပါးအစေ ကို ခံခြင်းငှာ၎င်း၊ မိမိ အသက် ကိုစွန့် ၍ လူများ ကိုရွေး ခြင်းငှာ ၎င်း၊ ကြွလာသတည်း” ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
46 And they come to Jericho: and as he went out from Jericho, with his disciples and a great multitude, the son of Timaeus, Bartimaeus, a blind beggar, was sitting by the way side.
၄၆ယေရိခို မြို့သို့ ရောက် ကြလျှင် ၊ တပည့် တော်တို့မှစ၍ များစွာ သောလူ အပေါင်းတို့နှင့်တကွ ထိုမြို့ မှ ထွက်ကြွ တော်မူစဉ်တွင်၊ တိမဲ ၏သား ဗာတိမဲ အမည်ရှိသော လူကန်း သည် လမ်း နား မှာထိုင် ၍ တောင်းစား လေ ၏။
47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.
၄၇နာဇရက် မြို့သားယေရှု ရှိ ကြောင်း ကို ကြား ရလျှင် ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် ၏သား တော်ယေရှု ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်မ သနားတော်မူပါဟုဟစ်ကြော် လေ၏။
48 And many rebuked him, that he should hold his peace: but he cried out the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.
၄၈ထိုသူ ကို တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာနေစေခြင်းငှာ လူအများ တို့သည် ငေါက် ၍ ဆိုကြသော်လည်း ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် ၏ သား တော်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုကယ်မ သနားတော်မူပါဟု သာ၍ ဟစ်ကြော် လေသော်၊
49 And Jesus stood still, and said, Call ye him. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good cheer: rise, he calleth thee.
၄၉ယေရှု သည် ရပ် တော်မူလျက် ၊ ထိုသူ ကိုခေါ် ခဲ့ ဟု အမိန့် တော်ရှိ၏။ သူတစ်ပါးတို့သည် လူကန်း ကိုခေါ် ၍ မ စိုးရိမ်နှင့်၊ ထ လော့။ သင့် ကို ခေါ် တော်မူသည်ဟုဆို ကြ၏။
50 And he, casting away his garment, sprang up, and came to Jesus.
၅၀ထိုသူသည် မိမိ အဝတ် ကို ခြုံ ပြီးလျှင် ၊ ထ ၍ ယေရှု ထံတော်သို့ သွား ၏။
51 And Jesus answered him, and said, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? And the blind man said unto him, Rabboni, that I may receive my sight.
၅၁ယေရှု ကလည်း ၊ သင် ၌ အဘယ်သို့ ပြု စေလို သနည်း ဟု မေး တော်မူလျှင်၊
52 And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And straightway he received his sight, and followed him in the way.
၅၂အရှင် ဘုရား အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိကိုမြင် စေခြင်းငှာ ပြုတော်မူပါဟု လူကန်း လျှောက် လေသော် ၊ ယေရှု က၊ သွား လော့။ သင် ၏ယုံကြည် ခြင်းသည် သင့် ကိုကယ်မ ပြီ ဟုမိန့် တော်မူ၏။ ထိုခဏခြင်း တွင် ထိုသူသည် မျက်စိမြင် ၍ လမ်း ၌ နောက် တော်သို့လိုက်လေ၏။
