< Leviticus 7 >

1 And this is the law of the guilt offering: it is most holy.
“‘This is the Torah ·Teaching· of the trespass offering. It is most holy.
2 In the place where they kill the burnt offering shall they kill the guilt offering: and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle upon the altar round about.
In the place where they kill the burnt offering, he shall kill the trespass offering; and its blood he shall sprinkle around on the altar.
3 And he shall offer of it all the fat thereof; the fat tail, and the fat that covereth the inwards,
He shall offer all of its fat: the fat tail, and the fat that covers the innards,
4 and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the loins, and the caul upon the liver, with the kidneys, shall he take away:
and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the loins, and the cover on the liver, with the kidneys, shall he take away;
5 and the priest shall burn them upon the altar for an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it is a guilt offering.

6 Every male among the priests shall eat thereof: it shall be eaten in a holy place: it is most holy.
Every male among the priests may eat of it. It shall be eaten in a holy place. It is most holy.
7 As is the sin offering, so is the guilt offering: there is one law for them: the priest that maketh atonement therewith, he shall have it.
“‘As is the sin offering, so is the trespass offering; there is one Torah ·Teaching· for them. The priest who makes atonement with them shall have it.
8 And the priest that offereth any man’s burnt offering, even the priest shall have to himself the skin of the burnt offering which he hath offered.
The priest who offers any man’s burnt offering, even the priest shall have for himself the skin of the burnt offering which he has offered.
9 And every meal offering that is baken in the oven, and all that is dressed in the frying pan, and on the baking pan, shall be the priest’s that offereth it.

10 And every meal offering, mingled with oil, or dry, shall all the sons of Aaron have, one as well as another.
Every meal offering, mixed with oil or dry, belongs to all the sons of Aaron [Light-bringer], one as well as another.
11 And this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which one shall offer unto the LORD.
“‘This is the Torah ·Teaching· of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which one shall offer to Adonai.
12 If he offer it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and cakes mingled with oil, of fine flour soaked.
If he offers it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and cakes mixed with oil.
13 With cakes of leavened bread he shall offer his oblation with the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving.
With cakes of leavened bread he shall offer his offering with the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving.
14 And of it he shall offer one out of each oblation for an heave offering unto the LORD; it shall be the priest’s that sprinkleth the blood of the peace offerings.
Of it he shall offer one out of each offering for a heave offering to Adonai. It shall be the priest’s who sprinkles the blood of the peace offerings.
15 And the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten on the day of his oblation; he shall not leave any of it until the morning.

16 But if the sacrifice of his oblation be a vow, or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offereth his sacrifice: and on the morrow that which remaineth of it shall be eaten:
“‘But if the sacrifice of his offering is a vow, or a free will offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice; and on the next day what remains of it shall be eaten:
17 but that which remaineth of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burnt with fire.
but what remains of the meat of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned with fire.
18 And if any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings be eaten on the third day, it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed unto him that offereth it: it shall be an abomination, and the soul that eateth of it shall bear his iniquity.
If any of the meat of the sacrifice of his peace offerings is eaten on the third day, it will not be accepted, and it shall not be credited to him who offers it. It will be an abomination, and the soul who eats any of it will bear his iniquity.
19 And the flesh that toucheth any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt with fire. And as for the flesh, every one that is clean shall eat thereof:
“‘The meat that touches any unclean thing shall not be eaten. It shall be burned with fire. As for the meat, everyone who is clean may eat it;
20 but the soul that eateth of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, that pertain unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from his people.
but the soul who eats of the meat of the sacrifice of peace offerings, that belongs to Adonai, having his uncleanness on him, that soul shall be cut off from his people.
21 And when any one shall touch any unclean thing, the uncleanness of man, or an unclean beast, or any unclean abomination, and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which pertain unto the LORD, that soul shall be cut off from his people.
When anyone touches any unclean thing, the uncleanness of man, or an unclean animal, or any unclean abomination, and eats some of the meat of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which belong to Adonai, that soul shall be cut off from his people.’”
22 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
23 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Ye shall eat no fat, of ox, or sheep, or goat.
“Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], saying, ‘You shall eat no fat, of bull, or sheep, or goat.
24 And the fat of that which dieth of itself, and the fat of that which is torn of beasts, may be used for any other service: but ye shall in no wise eat of it.
The fat of that which dies of itself, and the fat of that which is torn of animals, may be used for any other service, but you shall in no way eat of it.
25 For whosoever eateth the fat of the beast, of which men offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD, even the soul that eateth it shall be cut off from his people.
For whoever eats the fat of the animal, of which men offer an offering made by fire to Adonai, even the soul who eats it shall be cut off from his people.
26 And ye shall eat no manner of blood, whether it be of fowl or of beast, in any of your dwellings.
You shall not eat any blood, whether it is of bird or of animal, in any of your dwellings.
27 Whosoever it be that eateth any blood, that soul shall be cut off from his people.
Whoever it is who eats any blood, that soul shall be cut off from his people.’”
28 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
29 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, He that offereth the sacrifice of his peace offerings unto the LORD shall bring his oblation unto the LORD out of the sacrifice of his peace offerings:
“Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], saying, ‘He who offers the sacrifice of his peace offerings to Adonai shall bring his offering to Adonai out of the sacrifice of his peace offerings.
30 his own hands shall bring the offerings of the LORD made by fire; the fat with the breast shall he bring, that the breast may be waved for a wave offering before the LORD.
With his own hands he shall bring the offerings of Adonai made by fire. He shall bring the fat with the breast, that the breast may be waved for a wave offering before Adonai.
31 And the priest shall burn the fat upon the altar: but the breast shall be Aaron’s and his sons’.
The priest shall burn the fat on the altar, but the breast shall be Aaron [Light-bringer]’s and his sons’.
32 And the right thigh shall ye give unto the priest for an heave offering out of the sacrifices of your peace offerings.
The right thigh you shall give to the priest for a heave offering out of the sacrifices of your peace offerings.
33 He among the sons of Aaron, that offereth the blood of the peace offerings, and the fat, shall have the right thigh for a portion.
He among the sons of Aaron [Light-bringer] who offers the blood of the peace offerings, and the fat, shall have the right thigh for a portion.
34 For the wave breast and the heave thigh have I taken of the children of Israel out of the sacrifices of their peace offerings, and have given them unto Aaron the priest and unto his sons as a due for ever from the children of Israel.
For the breast that is waved and the thigh that is raised I have taken from the children of Israel [God prevails] out of the sacrifices of their peace offerings, and have given them to Aaron [Light-bringer] the priest and to his sons as their chok ·portion· forever from the children of Israel [God prevails].’”
35 This is the anointing-portion of Aaron, and the anointing-portion of his sons, out of the offerings of the LORD made by fire, in the day when he presented them to minister unto the LORD in the priest’s office;
This is the anointing portion of Aaron [Light-bringer], and the anointing portion of his sons, out of the offerings of Adonai made by fire, in the day when he presented them to minister to Adonai in the priest’s office;
36 which the LORD commanded to be given them of the children of Israel, in the day that he anointed them. It is a due for ever throughout their generations.
which Adonai enjoined to be given them of the children of Israel [God prevails], in the day that he anointed them, by a regulation forever throughout all their generations.
37 This is the law of the burnt offering, of the meal offering, and of the sin offering, and of the guilt offering, and of the consecration, and of the sacrifice of peace offerings;
This is the Torah ·Teaching· of the burnt offering, of the meal offering, and of the sin offering, and of the trespass offering, and of the consecration, and of the sacrifice of peace offerings;
38 which the LORD commanded Moses in mount Sinai, in the day that he commanded the children of Israel to offer their oblations unto the LORD, in the wilderness of Sinai.
which Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out] in Mount Sinai [Thorn], in the day that he enjoined the children of Israel [God prevails] to offer their offerings to Adonai, in the wilderness of Sinai [Thorn].
