Judges 2
1 And the angel of the LORD came up from Gilgal to Bochim. And he said, I made you to go up out of Egypt, and have brought you unto the land which I sware unto your fathers; and I said, I will never break my covenant with you:
И взыде Ангел Господень от Галгал к месту Плача и к Вефилю и к дому Израилеву, и рече к ним: сия глаголет Господь: изведох вас из Египта, и введох вас в землю, еюже кляхся отцем вашым дати вам: и рекох: не разорю завета Моего, иже с вами, во веки:
2 and ye shall make no covenant with the inhabitants of this land; ye shall break down their altars: but ye have not hearkened unto my voice: why have ye done this?
и вы не завещайте завета с седящими на земли сей, ниже богом их да поклонитеся, но изваянная их сокрушите, и олтари их раскопайте: и не послушасте гласа Моего, яко сия сотвористе:
3 Wherefore I also said, I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be [as thorns] in your sides, and their gods shall be a snare unto you.
и Аз рех: не приложу преселити людий, ихже рех изгнати, ниже отиму их от лица вашего, и будут вам в терние, и бози их будут вам в соблазн.
4 And it came to pass, when the angel of the LORD spake these words unto all the children of Israel, that the people lifted up their voice, and wept.
И бысть егда глагола Ангел Господень словеса сия ко всем сыном Израилевым, и воздвигоша людие глас свой, и восплакашася.
5 And they called the name of that place Bochim: and they sacrificed there unto the LORD.
И сего ради прозвася имя месту тому Плачь: и пожроша тамо Господеви.
6 Now when Joshua had sent the people away, the children of Israel went every man unto his inheritance to possess the land.
И отпусти Иисус люди, и отидоша сынове Израилевы кийждо в домы своя и кийждо в наследие свое наследити землю.
7 And the people served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders that outlived Joshua, who had seen all the great work of the LORD, that he had wrought for Israel.
И работаша людие Господеви во вся дни Иисусовы и во вся дни старейшин, елицы пожиша многи дни со Иисусом, елицы разумеша все дело Господне великое, еже сотвори Израилю.
8 And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, being an hundred and ten years old.
И скончася Иисус сын Навин раб Господень, сын ста и десяти лет.
9 And they buried him in the border of his inheritance in Timnath-heres, in the hill country of Ephraim, on the north of the mountain of Gaash.
И погребоша его в пределех наследия его в Фамнафаресе, в горе Ефремли, от севера горы Гаас:
10 And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the LORD, nor yet the work which he had wrought for Israel.
и весь род он приложишася ко отцем своим. И воста род другий по сих, иже не познаша Господа и дела, еже сотвори во Израили.
11 And the children of Israel did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, and served the Baalim:
И сотвориша сынове Израилевы злое пред Господем и послужиша Ваалу,
12 and they forsook the LORD, the God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the peoples that were round about them, and bowed themselves down unto them: and they provoked the LORD to anger.
и оставиша Господа Бога отец своих, изведшаго их из земли Египетски, и поидоша вслед богов иных, от богов языческих, Иже окрест их, и поклонишася им: и разгневаша Господа,
13 And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and the Ashtaroth.
и оставиша Его, и послужиша Ваалу и Астартом.
14 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers that spoiled them, and he sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer stand before their enemies.
И разгневася яростию Господь на Израиля и предаде его в руки пленяющих, и плениша их: и отдаде их в руки врагов их, иже окрест их, и не возмогоша ктому противостати пред лицем врагов своих, во всех в нихже прохождаху.
15 Whithersoever they went out, the hand of the LORD was against them for evil, as the LORD had spoken, and as the LORD had sworn unto them: and they were sore distressed.
И рука Господня бяше на них во злая, якоже глагола Господь и якоже клятся Господь им, и озлоби их зело.
16 And the LORD raised up judges, which saved them out of the hand of those that spoiled them.
И возстави (им) Господь судии, и избави их Господь от руки пленяющих я.
17 And yet they hearkened not unto their judges, for they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves down unto them: they turned aside quickly out of the way wherein their fathers walked, obeying the commandments of the LORD; [but] they did not so.
Но и судий не послушаша, яко соблудиша вслед богов иных и поклонишася им, и разгневаша Господа: и уклонишася с пути скоро, по немуже ходиша отцы их послушати заповедий Господних: не сотвориша тако.
18 And when the LORD raised them up judges, then the LORD was with the judge, and saved them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge: for it repented the LORD because of their groaning by reason of them that oppressed them and vexed them.
И яко возстави им Господь судий, и бяше Господь с судиею, и спасе я от руки врагов их во вся дни судии: яко умилися Господь от воздыхания их, от лица воюющих на ня и озлобляющих я.
19 But it came to pass, when the judge was dead, that they turned back, and dealt more corruptly than their fathers, in following other gods to serve them, and to bow down unto them; they ceased not from their doings, nor from their stubborn way.
И бысть егда умираше судия, и отвращахуся, и паки растлевахуся паче отец своих, идуще вслед богов иных служити им и покланятися им: не отвергоша начинаний своих и не отступиша от путий своих жестоких.
20 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel; and he said, Because this nation have transgressed my covenant which I commanded their fathers, and have not hearkened unto my voice;
И разгневася яростию Господь на Израиля и рече: понеже остави род сей завет Мой, егоже заповедах отцем их, и не послушаша гласа Моего,
21 I also will not henceforth drive out any from before them of the nations which Joshua left when he died:
и Аз не приложу изгнати мужа от лица их от сих языков, ихже остави Иисус сын Навин на земли и умре,
22 that by them I may prove Israel, whether they will keep the way of the LORD to walk therein, as their fathers did keep it, or not.
еже искушати в них Израиля, аще сохранят путь Господень ходити в нем, якоже сохраниша отцы их, или ни.
23 So the LORD left those nations, without driving them out hastily; neither delivered he them into the hand of Joshua.
И остави Господь языки сия не истребити их вскоре, и не предаде их в руку Иисусову.
