< Joshua 15 >
1 And the lot for the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families was unto the border of Edom, even to the wilderness of Zin southward, at the uttermost part of the south.

2 And their south border was from the uttermost part of the Salt Sea, from the bay that looked southward:
Anafoɔ fam ɛhyeɛ no hyɛɛ aseɛ wɔ Nkyene Ɛpo no mpoano a ɛwɔ anafoɔ fam,
3 and it went out southward of the ascent of Akrabbim, and passed along to Zin, and went up by the south of Kadesh-barnea, and passed along by Hezron, and went up to Addar, and turned about to Karka:
tene faa Akrabbim kɔsii Sin ɛserɛ so. Ɛtoaa so kɔɔ Kades-Barnea anafoɔ fam kɔsii Hesron. Afei ɛkɔɔ soro kɔsii Adar, ɛnna ɛdane kɔɔ Karka.
4 and it passed along to Azmon, and went out at the brook of Egypt; and the goings out of the border were at the sea: this shall be your south border.
Ɛtwaam kɔɔ Asmon kɔduruu Misraim asuwa no ho, na ɛfaa ho ara kɔwiee wɔ ɛpo kɛseɛ no mu. Yei ne wɔn anafoɔ fam ɛhyeɛ.
5 And the east border was the Salt Sea, even unto the end of Jordan. And the border of the north quarter was from the bay of the sea at the end of Jordan:
Apueeɛ fam ɛhyeɛ no firi Nkyene Ɛpo no kɔduru Asubɔnten Yordan ano. Atifi fam ɛhyeɛ no firi beaeɛ a Asubɔnten Yordan bɔ Nkyene Ɛpo no mu,
6 and the border went up to Beth-hoglah, and passed along by the north of Beth-arabah; and the border went up to the stone of Bohan the son of Reuben:

7 and the border went up to Debir from the valley of Achor, and so northward, looking toward Gilgal, that is over against the ascent of Adummim, which is on the south side of the river: and the border passed along to the waters of En-shemesh, and the goings out thereof were at En-rogel:
Ɛfiri hɔ a, ɛkɔfa Akɔr bɔnhwa no mu kɔka Debir, na ɛdane wɔ atifi fam kyerɛ Gilgal, a ɛtwam firi Adumim nsianeɛ mu wɔ anafoɔ fam wɔ bɔnhwa no nkyɛn mu. Ɛfiri hɔ a, ɛhyeɛ no tene kɔsi En-Semes nsuo no ano, na akɔpem En-Rogel.
8 and the border went up by the valley of the son of Hinnom unto the side of the Jebusite southward (the same is Jerusalem): and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lieth before the valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the uttermost part of the vale of Rephaim northward:
Afei, ɛhyeɛ no fa Hinom babarima bɔnhwa no mu, kɔfa Yebusifoɔ anafoɔ nsianeɛ so, deɛ Yerusalem kuropɔn no da. Afei ɛkɔ atɔeɛ fam wɔ bepɔ no apampam, toa so kɔ Hinom bɔnhwa no so kɔsi Refaim bɔnhwa ano wɔ atifi fam.
9 and the border was drawn from the top of the mountain unto the fountain of the waters of Nephtoah, and went out to the cities of mount Ephron; and the border was drawn to Baalah (the same is Kiriath-jearim):
Ɛfiri hɔ a, ɛhyeɛ no toa so kɔfa bepɔ no apampam kɔ Neftoa asuo no asutire no ho. Ɛfiri hɔ kɔ nkuro a ɛdeda Efron bepɔ so no. Na ɛhima kɔ Baala (a ɛyɛ Kiriat-Yearim.)
10 and the border turned about from Baalah westward unto mount Seir, and passed along unto the side of mount Jearim on the north (the same is Chesalon), and went down to Beth-shemesh, and passed along by Timnah:
Ɛhyeɛ no twa fa Baala ho wɔ atɔeɛ fam kɔsi bepɔ Seir so, ɛkɔ ara kɔsi Kesalon kurom wɔ bepɔ Yearim atifi nsianeɛ so, na akɔ fam akɔsi Bet-Semes ne Timna.
11 and the border went out unto the side of Ekron northward: and the border was drawn to Shikkeron, and passed along to mount Baalah, and went out at Jabneel; and the goings out of the border were at the sea.
Ɛhyeɛ no kɔ ara kɔsi bepɔ no nsianeɛ a ɛwɔ Ekron atifi fam, baabi a ɛdane hwɛ Sikron ne Baala bepɔ no. Ɛtra Yabneel na akɔpem Ɛpo Kɛseɛ no.
12 And the west border was to the great sea, and the border [thereof]. This is the border of the children of Judah round about according to their families.

13 And unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a portion among the children of Judah, according to the commandment of the LORD to Joshua, even Kirjath-arba, [which Arba was] the father of Anak (the same is Hebron).

16 And Caleb said, He that smiteth Kiriath-sepher, and taketh it, to him will I give Achsah my daughter to wife.

17 And Othniel the son of Kenaz, the brother of Caleb, took it: and he gave him Achsah his daughter to wife.

18 And it came to pass, when she came [unto him], that she moved him to ask of her father a field: and she lighted down from off her ass; and Caleb said unto her, What wouldest thou?

20 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families.

21 And the uttermost cities of the tribe of the children of Judah toward the border of Edom in the South were Kabzeel and Eder, and Jagur;

22 and Kinah, and Dimonah, and Adadah;

Kedes ne Hasor ne Itnan,
24 Ziph, and Telem, and Bealoth;
Sif ne Telem ne Bealot,
25 and Hazor-hadattah, and Kerioth-hezron (the same is Hazor);
Hasor-Hadata ne ne Keriot Hesron (a ɛne Hasor),
26 Amam, and Shema, and Moladah;
Amam ne Sema ne Molada,
27 and Hasar-gaddah, and Heshmon, and Beth-pelet;
Hasar-Gada ne Hesmon ne Bet-Pelet,
28 and Hazar-shual, and Beer-sheba, and Biziothiah;
Hasar-Sual ne Beer-Seba ne Bisotia,
29 Baalah, and Iim, and Ezem;
Baala ne Iim ne Esem,
30 and Eltolad, and Chesil, and Hormah;
El-Tolad ne Kesil ne Horma,
31 and Ziklag, and Madmannah, and Sansannah;
Siklag ne Madmana ne Sansana,
32 and Lebaoth, and Shilhim, and Ain, and Rimmon: all the cities are twenty and nine, with their villages.

33 In the lowland, Eshtaol, and Zorah, and Ashnah;

34 and Zanoah, and En-gannim, Tappuah, and Enam;
Sanoa ne En-Ganim, Tapua ne Enam,
35 Jarmuth, and Adullam, Socoh, and Azekah;
Yarmut ne Adulam, Soko ne Aseka,
36 and Shaaraim, and Adithaim, and Gederah, and Gederothaim; fourteen cities with their villages.

37 Zenan, and Hadashah, and Migdal-gad;

39 Lachish, and Bozkath, and Eglon;

40 and Cabbon, and Lahmam, and Chithlish;
Kabon ne Lahmam ne Kitlis,
41 and Gederoth, Beth-dagon, and Naamah, and Makkedah; sixteen cities with their villages.

42 Libnah, and Ether, and Ashan;

44 and Keilah, and Achzib, and Mareshah; nine cities with their villages.

45 Ekron, with her towns and her villages:
Ekron nkuro ne nkuraaseɛ nyinaa ka Yuda asase ho,
46 from Ekron even unto the sea, all that were by the side of Ashdod, with their villages.

47 Ashdod, her towns and her villages; Gaza, her towns and her villages; unto the brook of Egypt, and the great sea, and the border [thereof].

48 And in the hill country, Shamir, and Jattir, and Socoh;

49 and Dannah, and Kiriath-sannah (the same is Debir);

51 and Goshen, and Holon, and Giloh; eleven cities with their villages.

52 Arab, and Dumah, and Eshan;
Na saa nkuro yi ka ho: Arab ne Duma ne Esan,
53 and Janim, and Bath-tappuah, and Aphekah;
Yanum ne Bet-Tapua ne Afeka,
54 and Humtah, and Kiriath-arba (the same is Hebron), and Zior; nine cities with their villages.

55 Maon, Carmel, and Ziph, and Jutah;

61 In the wilderness, Beth-arabah, Middin, and Secacah;

62 and Nibshan, and the City of Salt, and En-gedi; six cities with their villages.

63 And as for the Jebusites, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not drive them out: but the Jebusites dwelt with the children of Judah at Jerusalem, unto this day.
