John 10
1 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
၁သခင်ယေရှုက ``အမှန်အကန်သင်တို့အား ငါဆိုသည်ကား သိုးခြံထဲသို့တံခါးပေါက် ကမဝင်ဘဲ အခြားနည်းဖြင့်ကျော်ဝင်သူ သည်သူခိုးဋ္ဌားပြဖြစ်၏။-
2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
၂တံခါးပေါက်ကဝင်သူမူကားသိုးထိန်းဖြစ်၏။-
3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
၃သိုးထိန်းအားတံခါးစောင့်သည်တံခါးဖွင့်၍ ပေးတတ်၏။ သိုးတို့သည်သူ၏အသံကိုနား ထောင်တတ်ကြ၏။ သူသည်သိုးတို့ကိုနာမည် ဖြင့်ခေါ်၍သိုးခြံမှထုတ်ဆောင်တတ်၏။-
4 When he hath put forth all his own, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
၄သိုးတို့ကိုထုတ်ပြီးလျှင်သိုးတို့၏အရှေ့က ဦးဆောင်၍သွားတတ်၏။ သိုးတို့သည်သူ့အသံ ကိုသိသဖြင့်နောက်ကလိုက်ကြ၏။-
5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
၅သိုးတို့သည်သူစိမ်း၏နောက်သို့မူလိုက်လိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်။ သူစိမ်း၏အသံကိုမသိသဖြင့်သူ့ ထံမှထွက်ပြေးကြလိမ့်မည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
6 This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
၆သခင်ယေရှုသည်ဤပုံဥပမာကိုထိုသူတို့ အားမိန့်တော်မူသော်လည်း သူတို့သည်ပုံဥပမာ တော်၏အနက်အဋ္ဌိပ္ပါယ်ကိုနားမလည်ကြ။
7 Jesus therefore said unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
၇ထို့ကြောင့်တစ်ဖန်သခင်ယေရှုက ``အမှန်အကန် သင်တို့အားငါဆိုသည်ကား ငါသည်သိုးတို့ဝင် သောတံခါးပေါက်ဖြစ်၏။-
8 All that came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
၈ငါ့ရှေ့တွင်ရောက်ရှိလာသူအားလုံးသည်သူခိုး ဋ္ဌားပြများဖြစ်ကြ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်သိုးတို့သည် ထိုသူတို့၏စကားကိုနားမထောင်ကြ။-
9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and go out, and shall find pasture.
၉ငါသည်တံခါးပေါက်ဖြစ်၏။ ထိုတံခါးပေါက် ဖြင့်ဝင်သူသည် ဘေးနှင့်ကင်းလွတ်၍ဝင်ထွက် သွားလာလျက်ကျက်စားရာကိုတွေ့ရလိမ့်မည်။-
10 The thief cometh not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I came that they may have life, and may have [it] abundantly.
၁၀သူခိုးသည်ခိုးယူသတ်ဖြတ်ဖျက်ဆီးရန်သာ လာ၏။ ငါမူကားသင်တို့အသက်ရှင်ကြစေရုံ မျှသာမက ကြွယ်ဝပြည့်စုံသောအသက်ကို ရှင်နိုင်ကြစေရန်လာသတည်း။
11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd layeth down his life for the sheep.
၁၁``ငါသည်သိုးထိန်းကောင်းဖြစ်၏။ သိုးထိန်းကောင်း သည်သိုးများအတွက် အသက်ကိုစွန့်တတ်၏။-
12 He that is a hireling, and not a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, beholdeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth, and the wolf snatcheth them, and scattereth [them]:
၁၂သူငှားသည်သိုးထိန်းမဟုတ်။ သိုးရှင်လည်းမဟုတ် သဖြင့် ဝံပုလွေလာသည်ကိုမြင်လျှင် သိုးတို့ကို စွန့်၍ထွက်ပြေးတတ်၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ဝံပုလွေသည် သိုးတို့ကိုကိုက်ဖမ်း၍ကစဥ့်ကရဲဖြစ်စေ တတ်၏။-
13 [he fleeth] because he is a hireling, and careth not for the sheep.
၁၃သူငှားသည်သူငှားဖြစ်သည့်အလျောက် သိုးတို့ ကိုဂရုမစိုက်ဘဲထွက်ပြေးတတ်၏။-
14 I am the good shepherd; and I know mine own, and mine own know me,
၁၄ငါသည်သိုးထိန်းကောင်းဖြစ်၏။ ခမည်းတော်သည် ငါ့ကိုသိတော်မူ၍ ငါသည်လည်းခမည်းတော် ကိုသိသကဲ့သို့ ငါသည်သိုးတို့ကိုသိ၍သိုး တို့သည်လည်းငါ့ကိုသိကြ၏။ ငါသည်သိုးများ အတွက်အသက်ကိုစွန့်၏။-
15 even as the Father knoweth me, and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.
၁၅
16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and they shall become one flock, one shepherd.
၁၆ဤသိုးခြံသို့မဝင်သည့်အခြားသိုးများကို လည်းငါပိုင်သေး၏။ ထိုသိုးတို့ကိုငါဆောင်သွင်း ရဦးမည်။ သူတို့သည်ငါ့စကားကိုနားထောင် ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သို့ဖြစ်၍သိုးအုပ်တစ်အုပ်၊ သိုးထိန်း တစ်ပါးတည်းဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။
17 Therefore doth the Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I may take it again.
၁၇``ငါသည်အသက်ကို တစ်ဖန်ပြန်လည်ရရှိစေ ရန် ကိုယ့်အသက်ကိုစွန့်သောကြောင့်ခမည်းတော် သည်ငါ့ကိုချစ်တော်မူ၏။-
18 No one taketh it away from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment received I from my Father.
၁၈အဘယ်သူမျှငါ့အသက်ကိုစွန့်စေသည်မဟုတ်။ ငါ့အလိုအလျောက်စွန့်ခြင်းဖြစ်၏။ ငါ့မှာ အသက်ကိုစွန့်ပိုင်ခွင့်၊ ပြန်ယူပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိ၏။ ဤ သို့ပြုရန်ခမည်းတော်ကငါ့အားစေခိုင်း တော်မူ၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
19 There arose a division again among the Jews because of these words.
၁၉ဤသို့မိန့်တော်မူသောကြောင့်လူတို့သည် စိတ် သဘောကွဲလွဲသွားကြပြန်၏။-
20 And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him?
၂၀လူအချို့တို့က ``ဤသူသည်နတ်မိစ္ဆာစွဲကပ် သောသူရူးဖြစ်၏။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်သူ့စကား ကိုသင်တို့နားထောင်ကြသနည်း'' ဟုဆိုကြ ၏။
21 Others said, These are not the sayings of one possessed with a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?
၂၁သို့ရာတွင်အခြားသူတို့က ``နတ်မိစ္ဆာစွဲကပ်သူ သည် ဤသို့သောစကားကိုမပြောမဆိုနိုင်ရာ။ နတ်မိစ္ဆာစွဲကပ်သူသည်အဘယ်သို့လျှင် မျက်မ မြင်များကိုမျက်စိမြင်စေနိုင်ပါမည်နည်း'' ဟုဆိုကြ၏။
22 And it was the feast of the dedication at Jerusalem: it was winter;
၂၂ထိုအချိန်၌ယေရုရှလင်မြို့တွင် ဗိမာန်တော်ကို ဆက်ကပ်သည့်ပွဲတော်ကျရောက်လျက်ရှိ၏။ ထို အခါကားဆောင်းရာသီဖြစ်၏။-
23 and Jesus was walking in the temple in Solomon’s porch.
၂၃သခင်ယေရှုသည်ဗိမာန်တော်ရှိရှောလမုန် မုခ်တွင် စင်္ကြံသွားလျက်နေတော်မူ၏။-
24 The Jews therefore came round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou hold us in suspense? If thou art the Christ, tell us plainly.
၂၄ထိုအခါလူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုဝန်းရံလျက် ``သင်သည်အဘယ်မျှကြာအောင်အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ အားစိတ်ဒွိဟဖြစ်စေပါမည်နည်း။ အကယ်၍ သင်သည်မေရှိယဖြစ်ပါလျှင် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့အား အတည့်အလင်းပြောပါလော့'' ဟုဆိုကြ၏။
25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believe not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, these bear witness of me.
၂၅သခင်ယေရှုက ``သင်တို့အားငါပြောပြီးဖြစ် ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်သင်တို့မယုံကြ။ ခမည်းတော်ခွင့် ပြုတော်မူချက်အရငါပြုသည့်အမှုအရာ များက ငါ့အကြောင်းကိုသက်သေခံလျက်ရှိ၏။-
26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep.
၂၆သင်တို့သည်ငါ၏သိုးများမဟုတ်သဖြင့် ငါ့ကိုမယုံကြ။-
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
၂၇ငါ၏သိုးတို့သည်ငါ့စကားကိုနားထောင်ကြ ၏။ ငါသည်သူတို့ကိုသိ၍သူတို့သည်လည်း ငါ့ နောက်သို့လိုက်ကြ၏။-
29 My Father, which hath given [them] unto me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch [them] out of the Father’s hand.
၂၉သူတို့ကိုငါ့အားပေးသနားတော်မူသော ခမည်းတော်သည်ခပ်သိမ်းသောသူတို့ထက် ကြီးမြတ်တော်မူ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍မည်သူမျှသိုး တို့ကိုခမည်းတော်၏လက်မှမလုမယူနိုင်။-
30 I and the Father are one.
၃၀ခမည်းတော်နှင့်ငါသည်တစ်လုံးတစ်ဝတည်း ဖြစ်သတည်း'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
31 The Jews took up stones again to stone him.
၃၁ထိုအခါလူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုပေါက်ရန် ခဲများကိုကောက်ပြန်၏။-
32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from the Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
၃၂သခင်ယေရှုက ``ခမည်းတော်စေခိုင်းတော်မူ သဖြင့် ငါသည်ကောင်းမြတ်သောအမှုများ ကိုပြုခဲ့၏။ ၎င်းအမှုများအနက်အဘယ် အမှုကြောင့်ငါ့အားသင်တို့ခဲနှင့်ပေါက်လို ကြသနည်း'' ဟုမေးတော်မူ၏။
33 The Jews answered him, For a good work we stone thee not, but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
၃၃သူတို့က ``ကောင်းမြတ်သောအမှုတစ်စုံတစ်ရာ ကိုသင်ပြုသောကြောင့်ခဲနှင့်ပေါက်မည်မဟုတ်။ သင်သည်လူစင်စစ်ဖြစ်ပါလျက်ဘုရားယောင် ဆောင်ကာ ဘုရားသခင်အားပြစ်မှားသည့်စကား ကိုပြောသောကြောင့်ခဲနှင့်ပေါက်မည်'' ဟုဆို ကြ၏။
34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
၃၄သခင်ယေရှုက ``ငါတို့ပညတ်ကျမ်းတွင် ဘုရား သခင်က `သင်တို့သည်ဘုရားများဖြစ်ကြ၏' ဟု ဖော်ပြထားလေသည်။-
35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came (and the scripture cannot be broken),
၃၅ကျမ်းစာတော်ဖော်ပြသည့်အရာများသည် အစဉ် မှန်ကန်ကြောင်းကိုငါတို့သိကြ၏။ ဘုရားသခင် ကမိမိ၏တရားတော်ကိုကြားနာရသူတို့အား `ဘုရားများ' ဟုဖော်ပြသည်။-
36 say ye of him, whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am [the] Son of God?
၃၆ခမည်းတော်သည်ငါ့ကိုရွေးချယ်၍ ဤလောက သို့စေလွှတ်တော်မူ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ `ငါသည်ဘုရား သခင်၏သားတော်ဖြစ်သည်' ဟုဆိုသောအခါ ငါသည်ဘုရားသခင်အားပြစ်မှားသည့်စကား ကိုပြောသည်ဟုအဘယ်သို့လျှင်သင်တို့ဆို နိုင်ကြသနည်း။-
37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
၃၇ခမည်းတော်၏အမှုတော်များကိုငါမဆောင် ရွက်လျှင် ငါ့အားမယုံကြည်ကြနှင့်။-
38 But if I do them, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.
၃၈ဆောင်ရွက်လျှင်မူကားငါ့ကိုမယုံသော်လည်း ငါ၏ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များကိုယုံကြလော့။ သို့ မှသာလျှင်ခမည်းတော်သည်ငါနှင့်တစ်လုံး တစ်ဝတည်းရှိတော်မူလျက် ငါသည်လည်း ခမည်းတော်နှင့်တစ်လုံးတစ်ဝတည်းရှိသည် ကို သင်တို့သိမြင်နားလည်ကြလိမ့်မည်'' ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
39 They sought again to take him: and he went forth out of their hand.
၃၉ထိုအခါသူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုဖမ်းဆီးရန် ကြိုးစားကြပြန်၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်သည် ရှောင်တိမ်း၍ကြွသွားတော်မူ၏။
40 And he went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John was at the first baptizing; and there he abode.
၄၀ကိုယ်တော်သည်ယော်ဒန်မြစ်တစ်ဖက်ကမ်းရှိ ယခင်ယောဟန်ဗတ္တိဇံင်္မဂလာပေးရာအရပ် သို့ပြန်လည်ကြွသွားတော်မူ၍ထိုအရပ် တွင်နေတော်မူ၏။-
41 And many came unto him; and they said, John indeed did no sign: but all things whatsoever John spake of this man were true.
၄၁လူအများအပြားပင်အထံတော်သို့လာ ကြ၏။ သူတို့က ``ယောဟန်သည်အဘယ်အံ့ ဖွယ်နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာကိုမျှမပြခဲ့။ သို့ရာ တွင်ဤသူအကြောင်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ယောဟန် ပြောသမျှမှန်ပေ၏'' ဟုဆိုကြ၏။-
42 And many believed on him there.
၄၂သို့ဖြစ်၍ထိုအရပ်တွင်လူအမြောက်အမြား ပင် ကိုယ်တော်ကိုယုံကြည်လာကြ၏။
