Joel 3
1 For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem,
“ಆ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಾನು ಯೆಹೂದ ಮತ್ತು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಸಿರಿಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವಾಗ,
2 I will gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.
ನಾನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸುವೆನು. ಯೆಹೋಷಾಫಾಟನ ತಗ್ಗಿಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ತರುವೆನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಜನರೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯವಾಡುವೆನು. ಅವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚದುರಿಸಿ, ನನ್ನ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.
3 and they have cast lots for my people: and have given a boy for an harlot, and sold a girl for wine, that they might drink.
ನನ್ನ ಜನರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಚೀಟುಹಾಕಿ, ಬಾಲಕರನ್ನು ವೇಶ್ಯಾ ವೃತ್ತಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟು, ಬಾಲಕಿಯರನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
4 Yea, and what are ye to me, [O] Tyre, and Zidon, and all the regions of Philistia? will ye render me a recompence? and if ye recompense me, swiftly and speedily will I return your recompence upon your own head.
“ಟೈರೇ, ಸೀದೋನೇ, ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳೇ, ನನ್ನ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಏನು ಇದೆ? ನನಗೆ ಮುಯ್ಯಿಗೆ ಮುಯ್ಯಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಿರೋ? ನೀವು ಮುಯ್ಯಿ ನನಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರೆ, ಜಾಗ್ರತೆಯಾಗಿಯೂ ತ್ವರೆಯಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಯ್ಯಿಗೆ ಮುಯ್ಯಿ ತರಿಸುವೆನು.
5 Forasmuch as ye have taken my silver and my gold, and have carried into your temples my goodly pleasant things;
ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಂಗಾರವನ್ನೂ, ನನ್ನ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಿರಿ.
6 the children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have ye sold unto the sons of the Grecians, that ye might remove them far from their border:
ಯೆಹೂದದ ಹಾಗೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಜನರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾಂತಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಗ್ರೀಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾರಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
7 behold, I will stir them up out of the place whither ye have sold them, and will return your recompence upon your own head;
“ಇಗೋ, ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಾರಿದಿರೋ, ಆ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಯ್ಯಿಗೆ ಮುಯ್ಯಿತೀರಿಸುವೆನು.
8 and I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the children of Judah, and they shall sell them to the men of Sheba, to a nation far off: for the LORD hath spoken it.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪುತ್ರರನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪುತ್ರಿಯರನ್ನೂ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮಾರುವೆನು. ಇವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ದೂರ ಜನವಾದ ಶೆಬದವರಿಗೆ ಮಾರುವರು.” ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಇದನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
9 Proclaim ye this among the nations; prepare war: stir up the mighty men; let all the men of war draw near, let them come up.
ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿರಿ; ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿರಿ; ಶೂರರನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿರಿ; ಯುದ್ಧಭಟರೆಲ್ಲರು ಸಮೀಪಿಸಿ ಬರಲಿ.
10 Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೇಗಿಲುಗಳ ಗುಳಗಳನ್ನು ಖಡ್ಗಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕುಡುಗೋಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಈಟಿಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ಬಡಿಯಿರಿ ಬಲಹೀನನು ಸಹ ನಾನು ಶಕ್ತಿವಂತನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಿ.
11 Haste ye, and come, all ye nations round about, and gather yourselves together: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O LORD.
ಸುತ್ತಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳೇ, ಸಭೆಯಾಗಿ ಕೂಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಶೂರರನ್ನು ಕೆಳಗೆ ಇಳಿಸಿರಿ.
12 Let the nations bestir themselves, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the nations round about.
ಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತು ಯೆಹೋಷಾಫಾಟನ ಕಣಿವೆಗೆ ಇಳಿಯಲಿ. ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತ ನೆರೆದಿರುವ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸಲು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಆಸೀನನಾಗಿರುವೆನು.
13 Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, tread ye; for the winepress is full, the vats overflow; for their wickedness is great.
ಕುಡುಗೋಲನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿರಿ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಬೆಳೆ ಪಕ್ವವಾಯಿತು. ಬಂದು ಇಳಿಯಿರಿ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿಯ ಆಲೆ ತುಂಬಿ ಇದೆ. ತೊಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ತುಳುಕುವಂತೆ ಅವರ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿದೆ.
14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
ತೀರ್ಮಾನದ ಕಣಿವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಂಪು ಗುಂಪುಗಳಾಗಿ ಜನರಿದ್ದಾರೆ! ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ದಿವಸವು ನಿರ್ಣಯದ ತಗ್ಗಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮೀಪವಾಗಿದೆ.
15 The sun and the moon are darkened, and the stars withdraw their shining.
ಸೂರ್ಯ, ಚಂದ್ರರು ಕಪ್ಪಾಗುವುವು. ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಡುವುವು.
16 And the LORD shall roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake, but the LORD will be a refuge unto his people, and a strong hold to the children of Israel.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಚೀಯೋನಿನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಗರ್ಜಿಸಿ, ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಗುಡುಗುವರು. ಆಕಾಶಗಳೂ ಭೂಮಿಯೂ ನಡುಗುವುವು. ಆದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಆಶ್ರಯವೂ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ದುರ್ಗವೂ ಆಗಿರುವರು.
17 So shall ye know that I am the LORD your God, dwelling in Zion my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more.
ಆಗ ನನ್ನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಪರ್ವತವಾದ ಚೀಯೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ನಾನೇ ಎಂದು ನೀವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ. ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವುದು. ವಿದೇಶಿಯರು ಅದನ್ನೆಂದಿಗೂ ಆಕ್ರಮಿಸರು.
18 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down sweet wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the brooks of Judah shall flow with waters; and a fountain shall come forth of the house of the LORD, and shall water the valley of Shittim.
ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳು ಹೊಸ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಯುವುವು. ಗುಡ್ಡಗಳು ಹಾಲಿನಿಂದ ಹರಿಯುವುವು. ಯೆಹೂದದ ಹಳ್ಳಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀರಿನಿಂದ ಹರಿಯುವುವು. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಬುಗ್ಗೆ ಹೊರಟು, ಶಿಟ್ಟೀಮಿನ ಕಣಿವೆಗೆ ಜಲ ಕೊಡುವುದು.
19 Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence done to the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.
ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ಹಾಳಾಗುವುದು. ಎದೋಮು ಹಾಳಾದ ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯಾಗುವುದು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ಯೆಹೂದದ ಜನರನ್ನು ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪರಾಧವಿಲ್ಲದ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದರು.
20 But Judah shall abide for ever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.
ಯೆಹೂದವು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಜನಭರಿತವಾಗುವುದು. ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮು ಸಹ ತಲತಲಾಂತರಕ್ಕೂ ನಿಲ್ಲುವುದು.
21 And I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed: for the LORD dwelleth in Zion.
ನಾನು ಅವರ ಮುಗ್ಧ ರಕ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತೀಕಾರ ತೀರಿಸದೆ ಬಿಡಬೇಕೇ? ಇಲ್ಲ, ನಾನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
