Job 26
1 Then Job answered and said,
Kisha Ayubu akajibu:
2 How hast thou helped him that is without power! how hast thou saved the arm that hath no strength!
“Tazama jinsi ulivyomsaidia mtu asiye na uwezo! Jinsi ulivyouokoa mkono ulio dhaifu!
3 How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom, and plentifully declared sound knowledge!
Ni shauri gani ulilompa yeye asiye na hekima? Nayo ni busara gani kubwa uliyoonyesha!
4 To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came forth from thee?
Ni nani aliyekusaidia kutamka maneno hayo? Nayo ni roho ya nani iliyosema kutoka kinywani mwako?
5 They that are deceased tremble beneath the waters and the inhabitants thereof.
“Wafu wako katika maumivu makuu, wale walio chini ya maji na wale waishio ndani yake.
Mauti iko wazi mbele za Mungu; Uharibifu haukufunikwa. (Sheol h7585)
7 He stretcheth out the north over empty space, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.
Hutandaza anga la kaskazini mahali patupu; naye huiningʼiniza dunia mahali pasipo na kitu.
8 He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.
Huyafungia maji kwenye mawingu yake, hata hivyo mawingu hayapasuki kwa uzito wake.
9 He closeth in the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it.
Huufunika uso wa mwezi mpevu, akitandaza mawingu juu yake.
10 He hath described a boundary upon the face of the waters, unto the confines of light and darkness.
Amechora mstari wa upeo juu ya uso wa maji, ameweka mpaka wa nuru na giza.
11 The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his rebuke.
Nguzo za mbingu nazo zatetemeka, zinatishika anapozikemea.
12 He stirreth up the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through Rahab.
Kwa nguvu zake aliisukasuka bahari; kwa hekima yake alimkata Rahabu vipande vipande.
13 By his spirit the heavens are garnished; his hand hath pierced the swift serpent.
Aliisafisha anga kwa pumzi yake; kwa mkono wake alimchoma joka aendaye mbio.
14 Lo, these are but the outskirts of his ways: and how small a whisper do we hear of him! but the thunder of his power who can understand?
Haya ni mambo madogo tu katika matendo yake; tazama jinsi ulivyo mdogo mnongʼono tunaousikia kumhusu! Ni nani basi awezaye kuelewa ngurumo za nguvu zake?”
