Job 25

1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

آنگاه بلدد شوحی پاسخ داد:

2 Dominion and fear are with him; he maketh peace in his high places.

خدا توانا و مهیب است؛ او در آسمانها آرامش برقرار می‌کند.

3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?

کیست که بتواند لشکرهای آسمانی او را بشمارد؟ کیست که نور خدا بر او نتابیده باشد؟

4 How then can man be just with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?

انسانی که از زن زائیده شده، چگونه می‌تواند در برابر خدا پاک و بی‌گناه به حساب بیاید؟

5 Behold, even the moon hath no brightness, and the stars are not pure in his sight:

حتی ماه و ستارگان در نظر او پاک و نورانی نیستند،

6 How much less man, that is a worm! and the son of man, which is a worm!

چه رسد به انسان که حشره یا کرمی بیش نیست.
