Jeremiah 30
1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
परमप्रभुको वचन यर्मियाकहाँ यसो भनेर आयो,
2 Thus speaketh the LORD, the God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.
“परमप्रभु इस्राएलका परमेश्वर यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, 'मैले तँलाई भनेका सबै वचन एउटा मुट्ठामा लेख् ।
3 For, lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will turn again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
किनकि यस्ता दिनहरू आउँदैछन्, जति बेला म आफ्ना जाति, इस्राएल र यहूदाको सुदिन पुनर्स्थापित गराउनेछु, यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो । म परमप्रभुले नै यो भनेको हुँ । किनकि मैले तिनीहरूका पुर्खाहरूलाई दिएको देशमा म तिनीहरूलाई फर्काएर ल्याउनेछु, र तिनीहरूले त्यसमा अधिकार गर्नेछन् ।”
4 And these are the words that the LORD spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah.
इस्राएल र यहूदाको विषयमा परमप्रभुले घोषणा गर्नुभएका वचनहरू यी नै हुन्,
5 For thus saith the LORD: We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.
“किनकि परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, 'हामीले त्रासको डरलाग्दो आवाज सुनेका छौं र शान्तिको होइन ।
6 Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child: wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?
पुरुषले बच्चा जन्माउन सक्छ कि सक्दैन भनी सोध र हेर । किन हरेक जवान मानिस प्रसव-वेदनामा परेकी स्त्रीझैं आफ्नो हातले पेट समातेको म देख्छु त? किन तिनीहरू सबैका अनुहार पहेंला भएका छन् त?
7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.
हाय! त्यो दिन कस्तो डरलाग्दो दिन हुनेछ । त्यस्तो अरू कुनै दिन हुनेछैन । यो याकूबको निम्ति दुःखकष्टको समय हुनेछ, तर त्यसबाट ऊ बचाइनेछ ।
8 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bands; and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
यो सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो, कि त्यस दिन म तिमीहरूका काँधको जुवा भाँच्नेछु, र म तिमीहरूका साङ्लाहरू छिनाउनेछु, यसैले विदेशीहरूले तिमीहरूलाई फेरि कहिल्यै दास बनाउनेछैनन् ।
9 but they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.
तर तिनीहरूले परमप्रभु आफ्ना परमेश्वरको आराधना गर्नेछन्, र तिनीहरूका राजा दाऊदको सेवा गर्नेछन् जसलाई म तिनीहरूमाथि राजा बनाउनेछु ।
10 Therefore fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be quiet and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.
यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो, त्यसैले तँ, मेरो दास याकूब, नडरा, अनि इस्राएल, हताश नहो । किनकि हेर्, मैले तँलाई टाढा देशबाट र तेरा सन्तानलाई निर्वासनको देशबाट ल्याउनै लागेको छु । याकूब फर्कनेछ, र शान्तिमा रहनेछ । ऊ सुरक्षित हुनेछ, र त्यहाँ फेरि त्रास हुनेछैन ।
11 For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have scattered thee, but I will not make a full end of thee; but I will correct thee with judgment, and will in no wise leave thee unpunished.
किनकि तँलाई बचाउन म तँसितै छु, यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो । तब मैले तँलाई तितर-बितर पारेको सबै जतिका, सबैलाई म बिलकुलै खतम पार्नेछु । तर म निश्चय नै तँलाई खतम पार्ने छैनँ, यद्यपि म तँलाई न्यायपूर्वक अनुशासन गर्छु, र तँलाई दण्ड नदिई छोड्नेछैनँ ।'
12 For thus saith the LORD, Thy hurt is incurable, and thy wound grievous.
किनकि परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, 'तेरो घाउलाई निको पार्न सकिंदैन । तेरो चोट सङ्क्रमित भएको छ ।
13 There is none to plead thy cause, that thou mayest be bound up: thou hast no healing medicines.
तेरो विषयमा निम्ति बिन्ति गरिदिने कोही छैन । तेरो चोटलाई निको पार्नलाई तेरो निम्ति कुनै उपचार छैन ।
14 All thy lovers have forgotten thee; they seek thee not: for I have wounded thee with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one; for the greatness of thine iniquity, because thy sins were increased.
तेरा सबै प्रेमीले तँलाई भुलेका छन् । तिनीहरूले तेरो खोजी गर्ने छैनन्, किनकि तेरा धेरै अधर्म र तेरा अनगिन्ती पापको कारणले, मैले तँलाई शत्रुको चोट र क्रुर मालिकको अनुशासनले चोट लगाएको छु ।
15 Why criest thou for thy hurt? thy pain is incurable: for the greatness of thine iniquity, because thy sins were increased, I have done these things unto thee.
तेरो घाउको लागि किन मदतको माग्दैछस्? तेरो पीडालाई निको पार्न सकिंदैन । तेरा धेरै अधर्म र तेरा अनगिन्ती पापको कारणले मैले तँमाथि यी कुरा ल्याएको हुँ ।
16 Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.
त्यसैले तँलाई निल्नेहरू सबै निलिनेछन्, र तेरा सबै वैरीहरू निर्वासनमा लगिनेछन् । किनकि जसले तँलाई लुटेका छन्, तिनीहरू लुटिनेछन्, र तँलाई लुट्नेहरू सबैको म बिगार गर्नेछु ।
17 For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they have called thee an outcast, [saying], It is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.
किनकि म तँलाई स्वास्थ्य बनाउनेछु । म तेरा चोटहरू निको पार्नेछु, यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो, तिनीहरूले तँलाई 'बहिष्कृत' भनेको हुनाले म यसो गर्नेछु । यस सियोनको लागि कसैले वास्ता गर्दैन ।”
18 Thus saith the LORD: Behold, I will turn again the captivity of Jacob’s tents, and have compassion on his dwelling places; and the city shall be builded upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof.
परमप्रभु यसो भन्नुहुन्छ, “हेर, मैले याकूबका पालहरूको सूदिन फर्काउन लागेको छु र उसका घरहरूमा दया देखाउनै लागेको छु । त्यसपछि भग्नावशेषको थुप्रोमाथि सहर निर्माण हुनेछ, र पहिलेकै ठाउँमा किल्ला निर्माण हुनेछ ।
19 And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.
तब तिनीहरूले प्रशंसाको गीत गाउनेछन्, र आनन्दको सोर निकाल्नेछन्, किनकि म तिनीहरूलाई बढाउनेछु, र घटाउने होइन । तिनीहरू अपमानित नहोऊन् भनेर म तिनीहरूको आदर गर्नेछु ।
20 Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.
त्यति बेला तिनीहरूका मानिसहरू पहिलेजस्तै हुनेछन्, र तिनीहरूको सभा मेरो सामु स्थापित हुनेछ, जति बेला तिनीहरूलाई अहिले यातना दिने सबैलाई मैले दण्ड दिन्छु ।
21 And their prince shall be of themselves, and their ruler shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is he that hath had boldness to approach unto me? saith the LORD.
तिनीहरूका बीचबाटै तिनीहरूका अगुवा आउनेछ । मैले उसलाई नजिक ल्याउँदा र त्यो मतिर आउँदा त्यो तिनीहरूकै बिचबाट ऊ आउनेछ । मैले यसो गरिनँ भने, मेरो नजिक आउने साहस कसले गर्ला र? यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो ।
22 And ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.
तब तिमीहरू मेरा मानिसहरू हुनेछौ, र म तिमीहरूका परमेश्वर हुनेछु ।
23 Behold, the tempest of the LORD, [even his] fury, is gone forth, a sweeping tempest: it shall burst upon the head of the wicked.
हेर, परमप्रभुको आँधी, उहाँको क्रोध बाहिर निस्केको छ । यो आइरहने आँधी हो । यसले दुष्ट मानिसहरूका शिरमा चक्कर लगाउनेछ ।
24 The fierce anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days ye shall understand it.
आफ्नो मनका उद्धेश्यहरू पुरा नहुञ्जेल परमप्रभुको क्रोध शान्त हुनेछैन । आखिरी दिनमा तिमीहरूले यो कुरा बुझ्नेछौ ।”
