Isaiah 45
1 Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him, and I will loose the loins of kings; to open the doors before him, and the gates shall not be shut;
১একথা যা সদাপ্রভু তাঁর অভিষিক্ত লোক কোরসকে বলছেন, যার ডান হাত আমি ধরি, তার সামনে জাতিদের দমন করবার জন্য নিরস্ত্র রাজাদের এবং তার সামনে দরজাগুলো খুলতে যাতে দরজাগুলো খোলা থাকে।
2 I will go before thee, and make the rugged places plain: I will break in pieces the doors of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:
২আমি তোমার আগে যাবো এবং পর্বতগুলো সমান করবো; আমি ব্রোঞ্জের দরজা ভেঙে টুকরো করবো এবং লোহার খিলগুলো কেটে ফেলব।
3 and I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I am the LORD, which call thee by thy name, even the God of Israel.
৩এবং আমি তোমাকে অন্ধকারের ধন-সম্পদ দেবো এবং লুকানো ধন দেব, যাতে তুমি জানতে পার যে, এটা আমি সদাপ্রভু, যে তোমাকে ডাকে তোমার নাম ধরে, আমি, ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বর।
4 For Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel my chosen, I have called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.
৪আমার দাস যাকোবের জন্য এবং আমার নির্বাচিত ইস্রায়েলের জন্য, আমি তোমার নাম ধরে ডেকেছি; আমি তোমাকে সম্মানের উপাধি দিয়েছি যদিও তুমি আমাকে জানোনা।
5 I am the LORD, and there is none else; beside me there is no God: I will gird thee, though thou hast not known me:
৫আমিই সদাপ্রভু এবং অন্য আর কেউ নেই; আমি ছাড়া আর ঈশ্বর নেই। আমি যুদ্ধের জন্য তোমাকে অস্ত্র দেবো যদিও তুমি আমাকে জানো না;
6 that they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me: I am the LORD, and there is none else.
৬যাতে লোকে জানতে পারে সূর্য্য ওঠা থেকে এবং পশ্চিম দিক থেকে যে আমি ছাড়া আর ঈশ্বর নেই। আমিই সদাপ্রভু, আর অন্য কেউ নেই।
7 I form the light, and create darkness; I make peace, and create evil; I am the LORD, that doeth all these things.
৭আমি আলো এবং অন্ধকার সৃষ্টি করি; আমি শান্তি আনি এবং দুর্যোগ সৃষ্টি করি; আমি সদাপ্রভুই যে এই সব জিনিস করি।
8 Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, that they may bring forth salvation, and let her cause righteousness to spring up together; I the LORD have created it.
৮তুমি আকাশমণ্ডল, তুমি ওপর থেকে বৃষ্টি নামাও; আকাশ ধার্মিক পরিত্রানের বৃষ্টি ঢেলে দিক। পৃথিবী এটা শুষে নিক, যাতে পরিত্রান গজিয়ে উঠুক এবং ধার্মিকতার ঝরনা এক সঙ্গে বেড়ে ওঠে, আমি, সদাপ্রভু তাদের দুজনকে সৃষ্টি করেছি।
9 Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! a potsherd among the potsherds of the earth! shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?
৯দুর্ভাগ্য সে লোকের, যে তার সৃষ্টিকর্ত্তার সঙ্গে তর্ক করে। ভূমিতে মাটির পাত্রগুলোর মধ্যে একটা পাত্র ছাড়া আর কিছু নয়। মাটির কি কুমারকে বলা উচিত, তুমি কি করছ? অথবা তুমি কি তৈরী করছিলে তোমার কি হাত ছিলনা যখন এটা করছিলে?
10 Woe unto him that saith unto a father, What begettest thou? or to a woman, with what travailest thou?
১০দুর্ভাগ্য সে লোকের যে তার বাবাকে বলে, তুমি কি জন্ম দিয়েছ? অথবা একজন স্ত্রী লোককে বলে তুমি কি প্রসব করেছ?
11 Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker: Ask me of the things that are to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands, command ye me.
১১এটাই যা সদাপ্রভু বলেন, যিনি ইস্রায়েলের পবিত্র ব্যক্তি, তার সৃষ্টিকর্ত্তা, আসার বিষয়ে, আমাকে কি প্রশ্ন কর আমার শিশুদের সম্বন্ধে? আমার হাতের কাজের বিষয়ে কি আমাকে বলছো?
12 I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.
১২আমি পৃথিবী সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম এবং তার উপর মানুষকে সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম। এটা আমার হাত ছিল যা আকাশমণ্ডলকে বিস্তার করেছি এবং আমি আদেশ করেছিলাম সব নক্ষত্রদের আবির্ভূত হবার জন্য।
13 I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will make straight all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let my exiles go free, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.
১৩ধার্ম্মিকতায় আমি কোরসকে নাড়িয়ে ছিলাম এবং আমি তার সব পথ মসৃণ করব। সে আমার নগর তৈরী করবে, সে আমার বন্দীলোকেদের ঘরে যেতে দেবে এবং কোন দাম বা ঘুষের জন্য নয়। বাহিনীদের সদাপ্রভু বলছেন।
14 Thus saith the LORD, The labour of Egypt, and the merchandise of Ethiopia, and the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine; they shall go after thee; in chains they shall come over: and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto thee, [saying], Surely God is in thee; and there is none else, there is no God.
১৪একথা যা সদাপ্রভু বলেন, মিশরের উপার্জন এবং কূশের ব্যবসার জিনিস, লম্বা লম্বা সবায়ীয়দের তোমার কাছে আনা হবে। তারা তোমাকে অনুসরণ করবে, শেকলে বাঁধা অবস্থায়। তারা তোমার সামনে মাথা নত করবে এবং আত্মসমর্পণ করে বলবে, অবশ্যই ঈশ্বর তোমার সঙ্গে আছেন এবং তিনি ছাড়া আর কেও নেই।
15 Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour.
১৫সত্যি তুমি ঈশ্বর যিনি নিজেকে লুকিয়ে রাখেন, ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বর, উদ্ধারকর্তা।
16 They shall be ashamed, yea, confounded, all of them: they shall go into confusion together that are makers of idols.
১৬তারা সবাই লজ্জিত হবে এবং নিন্দিত হবে একসঙ্গে; যারা খোদাই করা মূর্ত্তি করে তারা অপমানকর পথে হাঁটবে।
17 [But] Israel shall be saved by the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.
১৭কিন্তু ইস্রায়েলকে সদাপ্রভু চিরদিনের র জন্য বাঁচাবেন পরিত্রান সহকারে তোমরা কোনদিন লজ্জিত বা অপমানিত হবে না।
18 For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; he is God; that formed the earth and made it; he established it, he created it not a waste, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.
১৮একথা যা সদাপ্রভু বলেন, যিনি আকাশমণ্ডল সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তিনি প্রকৃত ঈশ্বর; যিনি পৃথিবী সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং তৈরী করেছেন, তিনি তা স্থাপন করেছেন। তিনি এটা সৃষ্টি করেছেন অবচয় করার জন্য নয় কিন্তু পরিকল্পিতভাবে বসবাসের যোগ্য করেছেন। তিনি বলছেন, আমিই সদাপ্রভু এবং আমার মত কেউ নেই।
19 I have not spoken in secret, in a place of the land of darkness; I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.
১৯আমি গোপনে বলিনি কোন লুকানো জায়গা থেকে, যাকোবের বংশকে আমি বলিনি, বৃথাই আমাকে ডাক! আমি সদাপ্রভু মন থেকে বলি; আমি বলি যা ঠিক তাই ঘোষণা করি।
20 Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that carry the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save.
২০নিজেদেরকে এক সঙ্গে জড়ো করো এবং এসো এক সঙ্গে জড়ো হও অন্য জাতির আশ্রয় প্রার্থীরা। তাদের জ্ঞান নেই যারা ক্ষোদিত মূর্ত্তি বয়ে নিয়ে বেড়ায় এবং দেবতার কাছে প্রার্থনা করে যে বাঁচাতে পারে না।
21 Declare ye, and bring [it] forth; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath shewed this from ancient time? who hath declared it of old? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a saviour; there is none beside me.
২১কাছে এস এবং আমার কাছে ঘোষণা করো প্রমাণ নিয়ে এসো! তাদের একসঙ্গে পরামর্শ করতে দাও। কে অনেকদিন আগে দেখিয়েছেন? কে এটা আগে ঘোষণা করেছিলেন? আমি নয় কি, সদাপ্রভু? এবং আমি ছাড়া আর ঈশ্বর নেই; আমি কেবল ঈশ্বর, আমি উদ্ধারকর্তা। আমার পাশে আর কেও নেই।
22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
২২আমার দিকে ফেরো এবং সংরক্ষিত হও পৃথিবীর সব শেষ প্রান্তের মানুষ, কারণ আমি ঈশ্বর, আর কেউ ঈশ্বর নয়।
23 By myself have I sworn, the word is gone forth from my mouth [in] righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
২৩আমি নিজের নামেই শপথ করেছি, কেবল আদেশে এই কথা বলেছি এবং এটা ফিরে আসবে না। আমার কাছে প্রত্যেকে হাঁটু পাতবে, প্রত্যেক জিভ শপথ করবে,
24 Only in the LORD, shall one say unto me, is righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come, and all they that were incensed against him shall be ashamed.
২৪বলবে, কেবল সদাপ্রভুর কাছে পরিত্রান এবং শক্তি আছে। সবাই যারা তাঁর উপর রেগে আছে তারা তাঁর সামনে লজ্জায় অবনত হবে।
25 In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.
২৫সদাপ্রভুর মধ্যেই ইস্রায়েলের সব বংশ সমর্থনযোগ্য হবে এবং তারা তাতে গর্ব করবে।
