Isaiah 35

1 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.

೧ಅರಣ್ಯವೂ, ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯೂ ಆನಂದಿಸುವವು; ಒಣನೆಲವು ಹರ್ಷಿಸಿ ತಾವರೆಯಂತೆ ಕಳಕಳಿಸುವುದು.

2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing; the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon: they shall see the glory of the LORD, the excellency of our God.

೨ಅದು ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೂಬಿಟ್ಟು, ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಧ್ವನಿಮಾಡುವಷ್ಟು ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಿಸುವುದು. ಲೆಬನೋನಿನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯೂ, ಕರ್ಮೆಲಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾರೋನಿನ ವೈಭವವೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ದೊರೆಯುವವು; ಇವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನೂ, ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರ ವೈಭವವನ್ನೂ ಕಾಣುವವು.

3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

೩ಜೋಲುಬಿದ್ದ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನೂ, ನಡುಗುವ ಮೊಣಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬಲಗೊಳಿಸಿರಿ.

4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come [with] vengeance, [with] the recompence of God; he will come and save you.

೪ಭಯಭ್ರಾಂತ ಹೃದಯದವರಿಗೆ, “ಬಲಗೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ, ಹೆದರಬೇಡಿರಿ! ಇಗೋ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರು ಮುಯ್ಯಿತೀರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೂ, ದೈವಿಕ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಬರುವನು. ತಾನೇ ಬಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವನು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರಿ.

5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

೫ಆಗ ಕುರುಡರ ಕಣ್ಣು ಕಾಣುವುದು, ಕಿವುಡರ ಕಿವಿ ಕೇಳುವುದು.

6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb shall sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

೬ಕುಂಟನು ಜಿಂಕೆಯಂತೆ ಹಾರುವನು, ಮೂಕನ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯು ಹರ್ಷಧ್ವನಿಗೈಯುವುದು, ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒರತೆಗಳು ಒಡೆಯುವವು, ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನದಿಗಳು ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ಹರಿಯುವವು.

7 And the glowing sand shall become a pool, and the thirsty ground springs of water: in the habitation of jackals, where they lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.

೭ಬೆಂಗಾಡು ಸರೋವರವಾಗುವುದು, ಒಣನೆಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಗ್ಗೆಗಳು ಹರಿಯುವವು; ನರಿಗಳು ಮಲಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಥಳವು ಆಪುಜಂಬುಗಳ ಪ್ರದೇಶವಾಗುವುದು.

8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, yea fools, shall not err [therein].

೮ಅಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಮಾರ್ಗವಿರುವುದು. ಅದು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಎನಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. ಯಾವ ಅಶುದ್ಧನೂ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾದುಹೋಗನು. ಆದರೆ ಅದು ದೇವಜನರಿಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಇರುವುದು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗುವ ಮೂಢನೂ ದಾರಿತಪ್ಪನು.

9 No lion shall be there, nor shall any ravenous beast go up thereon, they shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk [there]:

೯ಸಿಂಹವು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇರದು. ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಕ್ರೂರವಾದ ಮೃಗಗಳು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾದವರೇ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವರು.

10 and the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their heads: they shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

೧೦ಯೆಹೋವನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿದವರು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿ, ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಸಂತೋಷವೆಂಬ ಕಿರೀಟವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಉತ್ಸಾಹಧ್ವನಿಯೊಡನೆ ಚೀಯೋನಿಗೆ ಸೇರುವರು. ಅವರು ಹರ್ಷಾನಂದಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವರು, ದುಃಖವೂ, ನಿಟ್ಟುಸಿರೂ ಓಡಿಹೋಗುವವು.
