Isaiah 16
1 Send ye the lambs for the ruler of the land from Sela [which is] toward the wilderness, unto the mount of the daughter of Zion.
| بەرخ وەک سەرانە بنێرن بۆ فەرمانڕەوای خاکەکە، لە سەلەعەوە بە چۆڵەوانیدا بەرەو چیاکەی شاری سییۆن. |
2 For it shall be that, as wandering birds, as a scattered nest, so shall the daughters of Moab be at the fords of Arnon.
| وەک باڵندەی هەڵاتوون وەک لە هێلانە دەرپەڕێنراویان لێدێت، کچانی مۆئاب لە تەنکاییەکانی ڕووباری ئەرنۆن. |
3 Give counsel, execute judgment; make thy shadow as the night in the midst of the noonday: hide the outcasts; bewray not the wanderer.
| «ڕاوێژ بکە، دادوەری ئەنجام بدە، لە قرچەی نیوەڕۆدا سێبەرت وەک شەوی لێ بکە. دەرکراوەکان بشارەوە، هەڵاتووەکان ئاشکرا مەکە. |
4 Let mine outcasts dwell with thee; as for Moab, be thou a covert to him from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is brought to nought, spoiling ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.
| با ئاوارەکانی مۆئاب لەلات بمێننەوە، لە ڕووی کاولکەر بۆیان ببە پەناگا.» کاتێک چەوسێنەر کۆتایی پێ دێت، کاولبوون نامێنێت، پێشێلکاران لە خاکەکەدا لەناودەچن. |
5 And a throne shall be established in mercy, and one shall sit thereon in truth, in the tent of David; judging, and seeking judgment, and swift to do righteousness.
| بە خۆشەویستی نەگۆڕ تەخت جێگیر دەبێت، یەکێک لە بنەماڵەی داود دادپەروەر و داواکاری دادپەروەری، دەستپێشخەر بۆ ڕاستودروستی بە دڵسۆزییەوە لەسەری دادەنیشێت. |
6 We have heard of the pride of Moab, [that] he is very proud; even of his arrogancy, and his pride, and his wrath; his boastings are nought.
| لووتبەرزی مۆئابمان بیست، لووتبەرزییەکی زۆر، خۆبەزلزانی و لووتبەرزی و بەفیزی، بەڵام قسە پووچەکانی ناچەسپێن. |
7 Therefore shall Moab howl for Moab, every one shall howl: for the raisin-cakes of Kir-hareseth shall ye mourn, utterly stricken.
| لەبەر ئەوە با خەڵکی مۆئاب واوەیلا بکەن، سەراپا بۆ مۆئاب واوەیلا بکەن. ئەی مۆئابییە بەزێنراوەکان، بۆ نانی کشمیشی قییر حەراسەت شیوەن بگێڕن. |
8 For the fields of Heshbon languish, and the vine of Sibmah; the lords of the nations have broken down the choice plants thereof; they reached even unto Jazer, they wandered into the wilderness; her branches were spread abroad, they passed over the sea.
| کێڵگەکانی حەشبۆن سیس بوون، هەروەها ڕەزەکەی سیڤما. گەورەکانی نەتەوەکان شا مێوەکانییان شکاند، کە گەیشتبووە یەعزێر و پەلی هاویشت هەتا چۆڵەوانی. لقەکانی درێژ ببوونەوە و لە دەریا پەڕیبوونەوە. |
9 Therefore I will weep with the weeping of Jazer for the vine of Sibmah: I will water thee with my tears, O Heshbon, and Elealeh: for upon thy summer fruits and upon thy harvest the [battle] shout is fallen.
| لەبەر ئەوە گریانی یەعزێر دەگریێم بۆ ڕەزەکەی سیڤما، بە فرمێسکەکانم ئاوتان دەدەم ئەی حەشبۆن و ئەلعالێ! لە کاتی میوە گەییوەکانت و دروێنەکانت هەراوزەنای جەنگ هات. |
10 And gladness is taken away, and joy out of the fruitful field; and in the vineyards there shall be no singing, neither joyful noise: no treader shall tread out wine in the presses; I have made the [vintage] shout to cease.
| خۆشی و شادی لە باخ بڕایەوە، لەناو ڕەزان گۆرانی ناگوترێت و هاوار ناکرێت، شەراب لەناو گوشەر ناگوشرێت، هوتاف کپ بوو. |
11 Wherefore my bowels sound like an harp for Moab, and mine inward parts for Kir-heres.
| لەبەر ئەوە هەناوم وەک قیسارە بۆ مۆئاب دەناڵێنێت، ناخیشم بۆ قییر حەراسەت. |
12 And it shall come to pass, when Moab presenteth himself, when he wearieth himself upon the high place, and shall come to his sanctuary to pray, that he shall not prevail.
| جا کە مۆئاب لە نزرگەی سەر بەرزاییەکە دەردەکەوێت، ماندوو دەبێت. کە دەچێتە ناو نزرگەکەوە نوێژ بکات، قبوڵ نابێت. |
13 This is the word that the LORD spake concerning Moab in time past.
| ئەمە ئەو فەرمایشتەیە کە یەزدان پێشتر بە مۆئابی فەرموو. |
14 But now the LORD hath spoken, saying, Within three years, as the years of an hireling, and the glory of Moab shall be brought into contempt, with all his great multitude; and the remnant shall be very small and of no account.
| ئێستاش یەزدان دەدوێت و دەفەرموێت: «لە ماوەی سێ ساڵدا وەک ساڵەکانی کرێگرتە، سەنگینی مۆئاب سووک دەبێت، بەو هەموو خەڵکە زۆرەوە، پاشماوەکەی زۆر کەم و لاواز دەبێت.» |
