Ezekiel 7
1 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
সদাপ্রভুর এই বাক্য আমার কাছে উপস্থিত হল,
2 And thou, son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD unto the land of Israel, An end: the end is come upon the four corners of the land.
“হে মানবসন্তান, ইস্রায়েল দেশের প্রতি সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, “‘শেষ সময়! দেশের চার কোনায় শেষ সময় উপস্থিত হয়েছে!
3 Now is the end upon thee, and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways; and I will bring upon thee all thine abominations.
এখন সেই সময় তোমার উপর এসে পড়েছে এবং তোমার বিরুদ্ধে আমি আমার ক্রোধ ঢেলে দেব। তোমার আচরণ অনুসারে আমি তোমার বিচার করব এবং তোমার সমস্ত জঘন্য কাজের জন্য তোমাকে শাস্তি দেব।
4 And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity: but I will bring thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
আমি তোমার প্রতি করুণা দেখাব না; ক্ষমা করব না। আমি নিশ্চয়ই তোমার আচরণ ও তোমার মধ্যেকার জঘন্য কাজের জন্য তোমাকে শাস্তি দেব। “‘তখন তুমি জানবে যে আমিই সদাপ্রভু।’
5 Thus saith the Lord GOD: An evil, an only evil; behold, it cometh.
“সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন: “‘বিপর্যয়! যে বিপর্যয়ের কথা শোনা যায়নি! দেখো, তা আসছে!
6 An end is come, the end is come, it awaketh against thee; behold, it cometh.
শেষ সময় এসে পড়েছে! শেষ সময় এসে পড়েছে! তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে তা জেগে উঠেছে। দেখো, তা আসছে!
7 Thy doom is come unto thee, O inhabitant of the land: the time is come, the day is near; [a day of] tumult, and not [of] joyful shouting, upon the mountains.
তোমাদের উপর সর্বনাশ এসে পড়েছে, তোমরা যারা এই দেশে বসবাস করো। সময় উপস্থিত! সেদিন কাছে এসেছে! পর্বতের উপরে আনন্দ নেই, আছে আতঙ্ক।
8 Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger against thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways; and I will bring upon thee all thine abominations.
আমি তোমার উপর আমার ক্রোধ ঢালতে যাচ্ছি ও আমার রাগ তোমার উপর ব্যয় করব; তোমার আচরণ অনুসারে আমি তোমার বিচার করব এবং তোমার সমস্ত জঘন্য কাজের জন্য তোমাকে শাস্তি দেব।
9 And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will bring upon thee according to thy ways, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I the LORD do smite.
আমি তোমার প্রতি করুণা দেখাব না; আমি ক্ষমা করব না। আমি তোমার আচরণ ও তোমার মধ্যেকার জঘন্য কাজের পাওনা তোমাকে দেব। “‘তখন তুমি জানবে যে আমি সদাপ্রভুই তোমাকে আঘাত করি।
10 Behold, the day, behold, it cometh: thy doom is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded.
“‘দেখো, দিন এসেছে! তা এসে পড়েছে! সর্বনাশ ফেটে বেরিয়েছে, লাঠিতে কুঁড়ি ধরেছে, অহংকারের ফুল ফুটেছে!
11 Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness; none of them [shall remain], nor of their multitude, nor of their wealth: neither shall there be eminency among them.
হিংস্রতা উঠে এসেছে অন্যায়কারীদের লাঠি দ্বারা শাস্তি দেওয়া হবে; কোনও মানুষ বাদ যাবে না, কোনও জনসাধারণও না, তাদের কোনও ধনসম্পদ, মূল্যবান কিছুই না।
12 The time is come, the day draweth near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.
সময় হয়েছে! সেদিন এসে গেছে! ক্রেতা আনন্দ না করুক বা বিক্রেতা শোক না করুক, কারণ আমার ক্রোধ সমস্ত জনসাধারণের উপরে।
13 For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they be yet alive: for the vision is touching the whole multitude thereof, none shall return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life.
বিক্রেতা ফেরত পাবে না যে জমি বিক্রি হয়েছে, যতক্ষণ বিক্রেতা ও ক্রেতা উভয়েই বেঁচে থাকে। কারণ সমস্ত লোকের জন্য এই দর্শনে পরিবর্তন হবে না। তাদের পাপের জন্য একজনও তার জীবন রক্ষা করতে পারবে না।
14 They have blown the trumpet, and have made all ready; but none goeth to the battle: for my wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.
“‘যদিও তারা তূরী বাজিয়ে সবকিছু প্রস্তুত করেছে, কিন্তু কেউ যুদ্ধে যাবে না, কারণ সমস্ত জনসাধারণের উপরে আমার ক্রোধ আছে।
15 The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.
বাইরে তরোয়াল; ভিতরে দুর্ভিক্ষ ও মহামারি, যারা দেশের ভিতরে থাকবে তারা তরোয়াল দ্বারা মারা পড়বে, যারা নগরের ভিতরে থাকবে তাদের দুর্ভিক্ষ ও মহামারি গ্রাস করবে।
16 But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one in his iniquity.
যারা পালাতে পারবে তারা পাহাড়ে পালাবে। উপত্যকার ঘুঘুর মতো, তারা বিলাপ করবে, প্রত্যেকে নিজেদের পাপের জন্য।
17 All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water.
প্রত্যেকের হাত অবশ হয়ে যাবে; প্রত্যেকের হাঁটু জলের মতো দুর্বল হয়ে পড়বে।
18 They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.
তারা চট পরবে ও ভীষণ ভয়ে কাঁপবে। লজ্জায় তাদের প্রত্যেকের মুখ ঢাকা পড়বে ও তাদের প্রত্যেকের মাথা কামানো হবে।
19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be as an unclean thing; their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD; they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it hath been the stumblingblock of their iniquity.
“‘তারা রাস্তায় তাদের রুপো ফেলে দেবে এবং তাদের সোনা অশুচি জিনিস হবে। সদাপ্রভুর ক্রোধের দিন তাদের রুপো ও সোনা তাদের রক্ষা করতে পারবে না। তা দিয়ে তাদের খিদে মিটবে না বা পেট ভরবে না, কারণ সেগুলিই তাদের পাপের মধ্যে ফেলেছে।
20 As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations [and] their detestable things therein: therefore have I made it unto them as an unclean thing.
তাদের সুন্দর গহনার জন্য তারা গর্ববোধ করত এবং সেগুলি ব্যবহার করে ঘৃণ্য প্রতিমা। তারা সেগুলি দিয়ে জঘন্য মূর্তি তৈরি করত; সুতরাং আমি তাদের জন্য সেগুলি অশুচি করে দেব।
21 And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall profane it.
আমি তাদের সম্পদ লুট হিসেবে বিদেশিদের হাতে দেব এবং লুটের জিনিস হিসেবে পৃথিবীর দুষ্ট লোকদের হাতে তুলে দেব, তারা সেগুলি অপবিত্র করবে।
22 My face will I turn also from them, and they shall profane my secret [place]: and robbers shall enter into it, and profane it.
আমি তাদের থেকে মুখ ঘুরিয়ে নেব, এবং যে স্থান আমি ধন বলে মনে করি চোরেরা তা অপবিত্র করবে, তারা সেখানে ঢুকবে এবং তা অপবিত্র করবে।
23 Make the chain: for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.
“‘শিকল প্রস্তুত করো! কেননা দেশ রক্তপাতে পূর্ণ এবং নগর হিংস্রতায় পরিপূর্ণ।
24 Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pride of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be profaned.
তাদের ঘরবাড়ি দখল করার জন্য আমি জাতিদের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে দুষ্ট জাতিকে নিয়ে আসব; আমি শক্তিশালীদের অহংকার ভেঙে দেব, আর তাদের পবিত্র জায়গাগুলি অপবিত্র হবে।
25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.
সন্ত্রাস আসলে, তারা বৃথা শান্তির খোঁজ করবে।
26 Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; and they shall seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the ancients.
বিপদের উপর বিপদ আসবে, এবং গুজবের উপর গুজব। তারা ভাববাদীর কাছ থেকে দর্শন পাবার জন্য যাবে; প্রাচীন লোকদের উপদেশের মতন যাজকদের বিধান সম্বন্ধে শিক্ষা হারিয়ে যাবে।
27 The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
রাজা বিলাপ করবে, রাজকুমার হতাশাগ্রস্ত হবে, আর দেশের লোকদের হাত কাঁপবে। আমি তাদের আচরণ অনুযায়ী তাদের সঙ্গে ব্যবহার করব, আর তাদের মানদণ্ড অনুযায়ী আমি তাদের বিচার করব। “‘তখন তারা জানবে যে আমিই সদাপ্রভু।’”
