Ezekiel 25
1 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
সদাপ্রভুর বাক্য আমার কাছে উপস্থিত হল,
2 Son of man, set thy face toward the children of Ammon, and prophesy against them:
“হে মানবসন্তান, তুমি অম্মোনীয়দের দিকে তোমার মুখ রেখে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে ভবিষ্যদ্বাণী বলো।
3 and say unto the children of Ammon, Hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD: Because thou saidst, Aha, against my sanctuary, when it was profaned; and against the land of Israel, when it was made desolate; and against the house of Judah, when they went into captivity:
তাদের বলো, ‘সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভুর এই কথা শোনো। সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, যেহেতু তোমরা আমার পবিত্রস্থানের উপর “বাহবা!” বলেছিলে যখন সেই জায়গা অপবিত্র হতে দেখেছিলে ও ইস্রায়েল দেশকে পতিত জমি হতে দেখেছিলে এবং যিহূদার লোকদের বন্দি হয়ে নির্বাসনে যেতে দেখেছিলে,
4 therefore behold, I will deliver thee to the children of the east for a possession, and they shall set their encampments in thee, and make their dwellings in thee; they shall eat thy fruit, and they shall drink thy milk.
এই জন্য আমি তোমাদের অধিকার করার জন্য পূর্বদেশের লোকদের হাতে তুলে দেব। তারা তোমাদের দেশে তাদের তাঁবু খাটিয়ে তোমাদের মধ্যে বাস করবে; তারা তোমাদের ফল খাবে ও দুধ পান করবে।
5 And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels, and the children of Ammon a couching place for flocks: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
আমি রব্বাকে উটের চারণভূমি ও অম্মোনকে মেষের বিশ্রামস্থান করব। তখন তোমরা জানবে যে আমিই সদাপ্রভু।
6 For thus saith the Lord GOD: Because thou hast clapped thine hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced with all the despite of thy soul against the land of Israel;
কারণ সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, কারণ তোমরা ইস্রায়েল দেশের অবস্থা দেখে হাততালি দিয়েছ, নেচেছ এবং অন্তরের সঙ্গে তাকে হিংসা করে আনন্দ করেছ,
7 therefore behold, I have stretched out mine hand upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the nations; and I will cut thee off from the peoples, and I will cause thee to perish out of the countries: I will destroy thee; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.
এই জন্য তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে আমি আমার হাত বাড়াব এবং লুটের জিনিস হিসেবে অন্য জাতিদের হাতে তোমাদের তুলে দেব। জাতিগণের মধ্যে থেকে তোমাকে কেটে ফেলব এবং সকল দেশের মধ্যে থেকে তোমাকে উচ্ছিন্ন করব। আমি তোমাকে ধ্বংস করব, তাতে তুমি জানবে যে আমিই সদাপ্রভু।’”
8 Thus saith the Lord GOD: Because that Moab and Seir do say, Behold, the house of Judah is like unto all the nations;
“সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, ‘যেহেতু মোয়াব এবং সেয়ীর বলেছে, “দেখো, যিহূদা কুল অন্যান্য জাতিদের মতো হয়ে গেছে,”
9 therefore behold, I will open the side of Moab from the cities, from his cities which are on his frontiers, the glory of the country, Beth-jeshimoth, Baal-meon, and Kiriathaim,
এই জন্য আমি মোয়াবের সীমানা খুলে দেব, তার সামনের নগর থেকে শুরু করে, তাদের গৌরবের নগর—বেথ-যিশীমোৎ, বায়াল-মিয়োন ও কিরিয়াথয়িম।
10 unto the children of the east, to go against the children of Ammon, and I will give them for a possession, that the children of Ammon may not be remembered among the nations:
আমি অম্মোনীয়দের সঙ্গে মোয়াবকেও পূর্বদেশের লোকদের হাতে তুলে দেব, যেন জাতিদের মধ্যে অম্মোনীয়দের কথা লোকে ভুলে যায়;
11 and I will execute judgments upon Moab; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
আর আমি মোয়াবকেও শাস্তি দেব। তখন তারা জানবে যে আমিই সদাপ্রভু।’”
12 Thus saith the Lord GOD: Because that Edom hath dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and hath greatly offended, and revenged himself upon them;
“সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, ‘যেহেতু ইদোম যিহূদা কুলের উপর প্রতিশোধ নিয়ে খুব অন্যায় করেছে,
13 therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, I will stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it: and I will make it desolate from Teman; even unto Dedan shall they fall by the sword.
এই জন্য সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, আমি ইদোমের বিরুদ্ধে আমার হাত বাড়াব এবং সেখানকার মানুষ ও পশুকে মেরে ফেলব। আমি সেটি ধ্বংসস্থান করে রাখব এবং তৈমন থেকে দদান পর্যন্ত তরোয়ালে মারা পড়বে।
14 And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel; and they shall do in Edom according to mine anger and according to my fury: and they shall know my vengeance, saith the Lord GOD.
আমি আমার লোক ইস্রায়েলের হাত দিয়ে ইদোমের উপর প্রতিশোধ নেব, আর তারা আমার ভীষণ অসন্তোষ ও ক্রোধ অনুসারে ইদোমের বিরুদ্ধে কাজ করবে; তখন তারা আমার প্রতিশোধ জানতে পারবে, এই কথা সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু বলেন।’”
15 Thus saith the Lord GOD: Because the Philistines have dealt by revenge, and have taken vengeance with despite of soul to destroy it with perpetual enmity;
“সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, ‘যেহেতু ফিলিস্তিনীরা হিংসার মনোভাব নিয়ে যিহূদার উপর প্রতিশোধ নিয়েছে, এবং পুরানো শত্রুতার মনোভাব নিয়ে যিহূদাকে ধ্বংস করতে চেয়েছে,
16 therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I will stretch out mine hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethites, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast.
এই জন্য সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, ফিলিস্তিনীদের বিরুদ্ধে আমি আমার হাত বাড়াব, আর আমি করেথীয়দের কেটে ফেলব এবং সাগরের কিনারা বরাবর বাকি লোকদের ধ্বংস করব।
17 And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.
আমি তাদের উপর ভীষণ প্রতিশোধ নেবার জন্য আমার ক্রোধে তাদের শাস্তি দেব। আমি যখন তাদের উপর প্রতিশোধ নেব তখন তারা জানবে যে, আমিই সদাপ্রভু।’”
