Ezekiel 12
1 The word of the LORD also came unto me, saying,
E veio a mim a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo:
2 Son of man, thou dwellest in the midst of the rebellious house, which have eyes to see, and see not, which have ears to hear, and hear not; for they are a rebellious house.
Filho do homem, tu habitas em meio de uma casa rebelde, os quais têm olhos para ver mas não veem, têm ouvidos para ouvir, mas não ouvem; pois eles são uma casa rebelde.
3 Therefore, thou son of man, prepare thee stuff for removing, and remove by day in their sight; and thou shalt remove from thy place to another place in their sight: it may be they will consider, though they be a rebellious house.
Portanto tu, filho do homem, prepara-te bagagem de partida, e parte-te de dia diante dos olhos deles; e tu partirás de teu lugar para outro lugar diante dos olhos deles; pode ser que vejam, ainda que eles sejam uma casa rebelde.
4 And thou shalt bring forth thy stuff by day in their sight, as stuff for removing: and thou shalt go forth thyself at even in their sight, as when men go forth into exile.
Assim tirarás tuas bagagem, como bagagem de partida, durante dia diante de seus olhos; então tu sairás à tarde diante de seu olhos, como quem sai para se partirem.
5 Dig thou through the wall in their sight, and carry out thereby.
Diante de seus olhos cava [um buraco] na parede, e tira por ele [a bagagem].
6 In their sight shalt thou bear it upon thy shoulder, and carry it forth in the dark; thou shalt cover thy face, that thou see not the ground: for I have set thee for a sign unto the house of Israel.
Diante de seus olhos os levarás sobre teus ombros, ao anoitecer os tirarás; cobrirás teu rosto, para que não vejas a terra; pois eu fiz de ti por sinal à casa de Israel.
7 And I did so as I was commanded: I brought forth my stuff by day, as stuff for removing, and in the even I digged through the wall with mine hand; I brought it forth in the dark, and bare it upon my shoulder in their sight.
E eu fiz assim como me foi mandado; tirei minha bagagem de dia, como bagagem de partida, e à tarde cavei [um buraco] na parede com a mão; tirei-os de noite, [e] os levei sobre os ombros diante dos olhos deles.
8 And in the morning came the word of the LORD unto me, saying,
E veio a mim palavra do SENHOR pela manhã, dizendo:
9 Son of man, hath not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said unto thee, What doest thou?
Filho do homem, por acaso a casa de Israel, aquela casa rebelde, não te perguntou: O que estás fazendo?
10 Say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD: This burden [concerneth] the prince in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel among whom they are.
Dize-lhes: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: esta revelação é para o príncipe em Jerusalém, e para toda a casa de Israel que está em meio dela.
11 Say, I am your sign: like as I have done, so shall it be done unto them: they shall go into exile, into captivity.
Dize: Eu sou vosso sinal; tal como eu fiz, assim se fará a eles; serão removidos; irão em cativeiro.
12 And the prince that is among them shall bear upon his shoulder in the dark, and shall go forth: they shall dig through the wall to carry out thereby: he shall cover his face, because he shall not see the ground with his eyes.
E o príncipe que está entre eles, levará nos ombros [sua bagagem] de noite, e sairá; na parede cavarão [uma abertura] para saírem por ela; cobrirá seu rosto para não ver com [seus] olhos a terra.
13 My net also will I spread upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare: and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; yet shall he not see it, though he shall die there.
Também estenderei minha rede sobre ele, e ele será preso em meu laço, e eu o levarei à Babilônia, à terra de caldeus; porém ele não a verá, ainda que morrerá ali.
14 And I will scatter toward every wind all that are round about him to help him, and all his bands; and I will draw out the sword after them.
E a todos os que estiverem ao redor dele para ajudá-lo, e a todas as suas tropas espalharei a todos os ventos, e desembainharei espada atrás deles.
15 And they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall disperse them among the nations, and scatter them through the countries.
Assim saberão que eu sou o SENHOR, quando eu os espalhar entre as nações, e os dispersar pelas terras.
16 But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their abominations among the nations whither they come; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
Porém deixarei alguns poucos sobreviventes da espada, da fome, e da pestilência, para que contem todas as suas abominações entre as nações para onde forem; e saberão que eu sou o SENHOR.
17 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
Então veio a mim a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo:
18 Son of man, eat thy bread with quaking, and drink thy water with trembling and with carefulness;
Filho do homem, come teu pão com tremor, e bebe tua água com estremecimento e com ansiedade;
19 and say unto the people of the land, Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the land of Israel: They shall eat their bread with carefulness, and drink their water with astonishment, that her land may be desolate from all that is therein, because of the violence of all them that dwell therein.
E dize ao povo da terra: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS sobre os moradores de Jerusalém, e sobre a terra de Israel: Comerão seu pão com ansiedade, e com espanto beberão sua água; porque sua terra será desolada de seu conteúdo, por causa da violência de todos os que nela habitam.
20 And the cities that are inhabited shall be laid waste, and the land shall be a desolation; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
E as cidades habitadas serão desoladas, e a terra se tornará em deserto; e sabereis que eu sou o SENHOR.
21 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
E veio a mim a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo:
22 Son of man, what is this proverb that ye have in the land of Israel, saying, The days are prolonged, and every vision faileth?
Filho do homem, que ditado é este que vós tendes vós terra de Israel, que diz: Os dias se prolongarão, e toda visão perecerá?
23 Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord GOD: I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand, and the effect of every vision.
Portanto dize-lhes: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Farei cessar este ditado, e não usarão mais esta frase em Israel. Ao invés disso, dize-lhes: Os dias chegaram, e o cumprimento de toda visão.
24 For there shall be no more any vain vision, nor flattering divination within the house of Israel.
Porque não haverá mais uma visão falsa sequer, nem haverá adivinhação lisonjeira no meio da casa de Israel.
25 For I am the LORD; I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall be performed; it shall be no more deferred: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I speak the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord GOD.
Pois eu, o SENHOR, falarei; a palavra que eu falar se cumprirá; não se prolongará mais; porque em vossos dias, ó casa rebelde, falarei a palavra e a cumprirei, diz o Senhor DEUS.
26 Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
Também veio a mim palavra do SENHOR, dizendo:
27 Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say, The vision that he seeth is for many days to come, and he prophesieth of times that are far off.
Filho do homem, eis que os da casa de Israel dizem: A visão que este vê é para muitos dias, e ele profetiza para tempos distantes.
28 Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD: There shall none of my words be deferred any more, but the word which I shall speak shall be performed, saith the Lord GOD.
Por isso dize-lhes: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Nenhuma das minhas palavras se prolongará mais; e palavra que eu falei se cumprirá, diz o Senhor DEUS.
