1 Peter 3
1 In like manner, ye wives, [be] in subjection to your own husbands; that, even if any obey not the word, they may without the word be gained by the behaviour of their wives;
୧ସେନ୍ତାରିସେ ତମେ ବିବାଅଇ ରଇବା ଏ ମାଇଜିମନ୍, ନିଜର୍ ନିଜର୍ ମୁନୁସ୍ମନର୍ କାତାମାନିକରି ରୁଆ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କେ ଜଦି ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ବାକିଅ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ନ କରିରଅତ୍, ତମର୍ ନିକ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି ଦେକିକରି ସେମନ୍ ମିସା ମନ୍ ବାଦ୍ଲାଇବାଇ । ତମ୍କେ ପଦେକ୍ କଇବାକେ ନ ପଡେ ।
2 beholding your chaste behaviour [coupled] with fear.
୨କାଇକେବଇଲେ ତମର୍ ସୁଆଲ୍ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି ଆରି ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ମାନିକରି ରଇବାଟା ସେମନ୍ ଦେକ୍ବାଇ ।
3 Whose [adorning] let it not be the outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on apparel;
୩ବିନ୍ ମାଇଜିମନ୍ ଜେନ୍ତାରିକି, ପିନ୍ଦାଅଡା ଅଇକରି, ସୁନାବାନା ପିନ୍ଦିକରି, ଚେଣ୍ଡି ସାଜାଡିକରି, ନିଜେ ସୁନ୍ଦର୍ ଅଇବାଇ, ତମେ ସେନ୍ତାରି ଉଆନାଇ ।
4 but [let it be] the hidden man of the heart, in the incorruptible [apparel] of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
୪ମାତର୍ ମନ୍ବିତ୍ରେ ସୁଆଲେ ରଇକରି ଆତ୍ମାଇ ସୁସାରେ ରଇବା ଗଟେକ୍ ମାଇଜି ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଦେକ୍ବା ଇସାବେ ସୁନ୍ଦର୍ । ସେନ୍ତାରି ସୁନ୍ଦର୍ ରଇବାଟା ବେସି ମୁଲିଅ ଆରି ସବୁଦିନର୍ପାଇ ରଇସି ।
5 For after this manner aforetime the holy women also, who hoped in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection to their own husbands:
୫ପୁର୍ବେ ରଇବା ସୁକଲ୍ ମାଇଜିମନ୍ ଏନ୍ତାରିସେ ସେମନ୍ ଆସା କର୍ବାଟା ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ସର୍ପିଦେଇ ନିଜର୍ ମୁନୁସ୍ମନର୍ କାତା ମାନିକରି ସୁନ୍ଦର୍ ଅଇତେରଇଲାଇ ।
6 as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose children ye now are, if ye do well, and are not put in fear by any terror.
୬ପୁର୍ବେ ସାରା ସେନ୍ତାରି କର୍ତେରଇଲା । ସେ ତାର୍ ମନସ୍ ଅବ୍ରାଆମ୍କେ ନିଜର୍ ସାଉକାର୍ ଇସାବେ କାତା ମାନିକରି ରଇଲା । ତମେ ଜଦି ସତ୍କାମ୍ କରି କାଇଟାର୍ ପାଇ ଡରି ନ ରଇଲେ, ତମ୍କେ ମିସା ତାର୍ ଟକିମନ୍ ଇସାବେ ଲେକା କର୍ସି ।
7 Ye husbands, in like manner, dwell with [your wives] according to knowledge, giving honour unto the woman, as unto the weaker vessel, as being also joint-heirs of the grace of life; to the end that your prayers be not hindered.
୭ସେନ୍ତାରିସେ ତମେ ବିବାଅଇରଇବା ଏ ମୁନୁସ୍ମନ୍, ନିଜର୍ ମାଇଜିମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ବୁଜାମାନା ଅଇରୁଆ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେମନ୍କେ ତମର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଉନା ବପୁଆଚେ । ସେମନ୍କେ ସନ୍ମାନ୍ ଦିଆସ୍, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଦେବା ନ ସାର୍ବା ଜିବନ୍ ତମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ମିସା ମିଲ୍ସି । ତମର୍ ପାର୍ତନା କର୍ବାଟା ବାଦା ନ ଆଇବାକେ ଏ ସବୁ ଆଦେସ୍ ମାନିକରି ରୁଆ ।
8 Finally, [be] ye all likeminded, compassionate, loving as brethren, tenderhearted, humbleminded:
୮ସାରାସାରି ତମର୍ ସବୁଲକର୍ ମନ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଅ । ଦୁକ୍ସୁକ୍ ବେଲେ ତମର୍ ତମର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ମିସିବିଡି ରୁଆ । ନିଜର୍ ନିଜର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ଆଲାଦ୍ ଅଇକରି ସୁଆଲେ ରୁଆ ।
9 not rendering evil for evil, or reviling for reviling; but contrariwise blessing; for hereunto were ye called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
୯ତମର୍ ବିରୁଦେ କେ କାରାପ୍ କାମ୍ କଲେ ତାକେ ବେର୍ଦାରି ରୁଆନାଇ । ନିନ୍ଦାକାତା କଇଲେ ଟଣ୍ଡ୍ ଲାଗାଆ ନାଇ । ତାର୍ ବାଦୁଲେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ଦୟା ଦେକାଇବାକେ ପାର୍ତନା କରା । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେ ତମ୍କେ ଡାକ୍ଲାବେଲେ ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ ଆସିର୍ବାଦ୍ କର୍ବି । ବଲି କାତା ଦେଇରଇଲା ।
10 For, He that would love life, And see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil, And his lips that they speak no guile:
୧୦ସାସ୍ତରେ ଲେକା ଅଇଲାପାରା, “ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଜଦି ତାର୍ ଜିବନେ ସାର୍ଦାର୍ ଦିନ୍ ଆରି ମଙ୍ଗଲର୍ ଦିନ୍ ଦେକ୍ବିବଲି ମନ୍କଲେ, ସେ କାରାପ୍ କାତା ନ କଅ ଆରି ମିଚ୍ କାତା ନ କଅ।
11 And let him turn away from evil, and do good; Let him seek peace, and pursue it.
୧୧“ସେ କରାପ୍ କାମ୍ ଚାଡିକରି, ନିକ ବିସଇ କର୍ବାର୍ ଆଚେ । ତାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗର୍ ଲକର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ସୁସାରେ ରଇବାର୍ଆଚେ ।”
12 For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, And his ears unto their supplication: But the face of the Lord is upon them that do evil.
୧୨କାଇକେବଇଲେ ଦରମ୍ଲକ୍କେ ମାପ୍ରୁ ଜାଗିଲାଗିରଇସି । ସେମନ୍ ପାର୍ତନା କଲାଟା ସୁନ୍ସି ଜେତ୍କି ଲକ୍ କାରାପ୍ ବିସଇ କର୍ବାଇ ସେମନ୍କେ ବିରଦ୍ କର୍ସି ।
13 And who is he that will harm you, if ye be zealous of that which is good?
୧୩ତମେ ଜଦି ନିକ କାମ୍ କର୍ବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲେ, ତମର୍ ବିରଦେ କେ ମିସା କାରାପ୍ କାମ୍ ନ କରତ୍ ।
14 But and if ye should suffer for righteousness’ sake, blessed [are ye]: and fear not their fear, neither be troubled;
୧୪ସତ୍ କାମ୍ କରି ମୁର୍ଚି ରଇଲେ ତମେ କେଡେକ୍ କରମର୍ ଲକ୍ । ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତମ୍କେ କସ୍ଟ ଦେଲାଇନି, ସେମନ୍କେ ଡରିକରି ଚିନ୍ତା କରାନାଇ ।
15 but sanctify in your hearts Christ as Lord: [being] ready always to give answer to every man that asketh you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, yet with meekness and fear:
୧୫ମାତର୍ କିରିସ୍ଟକେ ମାପ୍ରୁବଲି ଡାକ୍ପୁଟା କରା ଆରି ସନ୍ମାନ୍ ଦିଆସ୍ । ବିସ୍ବାସି ଇସାବେ, ତମେ ଆସା କର୍ବା ବିସଇ କେ ମିସା ପାଚାର୍ଲେ, ସେମନ୍କେ ବାତାଇବାକେ ଜାଗ୍ରତ୍ ଅଇରୁଆ ।
16 having a good conscience; that, wherein ye are spoken against, they may be put to shame who revile your good manner of life in Christ.
୧୬ମାତର୍ ମନ୍ବିତ୍ରେ ସୁଆଲ୍ ରଇକରି, ସନ୍ମାନ୍ ଦେଇକରି କାତାଉଆ । ତମର୍ ବିବେକ୍ ତମ୍କେ ଦସି ନ କର । ଜେନ୍ତାରିକି ତମର୍ ନିକ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି ବିରୁଦେ ଜେତ୍କି ଲକ୍ ନିନ୍ଦା କର୍ବାଇ, ତାକର୍ କାତାଇସେ ସେମନ୍ ଲାଜ୍ ଅଇବାଇ ।
17 For it is better, if the will of God should so will, that ye suffer for well-doing than for evil-doing.
୧୭କାଇକେବଇଲେ ତମେ ନିକ କାମ୍ କଲାର୍ ଲାଗି ଦୁକ୍ କସ୍ଟ ମୁରଚ୍ବାକେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଜଦି ମନ୍ କଲେ, ସେନ୍ତାରି ଅଇବାଟା ନିକ । କାରାପ୍ କରି ଦୁକ୍ କସ୍ଟ ମୁରଚ୍ବା ବାଦୁଲେ, ସେଟା ନିକ ।
18 Because Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God; being put to death in the flesh, but quickened in the spirit;
୧୮କିରିସ୍ଟ ମିସା ଆମର୍ ପାପର୍ଲାଗି ଏକାତରେକ୍ ସବୁଲକର୍ପାଇ ଦୁକ୍କସ୍ଟ ଅଇ ମୁର୍ଚିକରି ମଲା । ସେ ଦରମ୍ ରଇ ପାପ୍କରିରଇବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଲଗେ ଆନ୍ବାକେ ମରିଜାଇରଇଲା । ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତାର୍ ଗାଗଡ୍ ମରାଇଲାଇ, ମାତର୍ ତାର୍ ଆତ୍ମା ଜିବନ୍ ଅଇଆଚେ ।
19 in which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison,
୧୯ମଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ଆତ୍ମା ବନ୍ଦିଅଇରଇବା ଜାଗାଇ, ଆତ୍ମାର୍ ଇସାବେ ସେ ସୁବ୍ କବର୍ ଜାନାଇଲା ।
20 which aforetime were disobedient, when the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water:
୨୦ଏ ବନ୍ଦି ଆତ୍ମାମନ୍ ପୁର୍ବେ ନଅର୍ ବେଲେ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ କାତା ନ ମାନ୍ଲାଟାମନ୍ । ସେଡ୍କିବେଲେ ନଅ ବଡ୍ ଡଙ୍ଗା ତିଆର୍ କର୍ତେରଇଲା । ତାର୍ କାତା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କର୍ବାଇ ବଲି ପର୍ମେସର୍ ମୁର୍ଚିକରି ରଇଲା । କାଇକେବଇଲେ, ଏକାଇ ଆଟ୍ ଲକ୍ସେ ସେ ପାନିତେଇ ବୁଡତ୍ନାଇ । ସେମନ୍ ଡଙ୍ଗାଇ ଚଗିରଇଲାଇ ଆରି ରକିଆ ପାଇଲାଇ ।
21 which also after a true likeness doth now save you, [even] baptism, not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the interrogation of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ;
୨୧ସେ ପାନି ଆମର୍ ଡୁବନ୍ ବିସଇ ଜାନାଇଲାନି । ତମେ ଡୁବନ୍ ନେଲାକେ ତମର୍ ଗାଗଡର୍ ମୁର୍କି ଦଇଅଇଲାର୍ ପାଇ ନଏଁ, ମାତର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ନିକ ବିବେକ୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ଦେଇରଇଲା କାତାର୍ ଲାଗି ତମ୍କେ ମୁକ୍ତି କର୍ସି । ଜିସୁ କିରିସ୍ଟ ମଲାତେଇଅନି ଜିବନ୍ ଅଇକରି ଉଟ୍ଲାକେ ଏଟା ଅଇସି ।
22 who is on the right hand of God, having gone into heaven; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.
୨୨ସେ ସର୍ଗେ ବାଉଡି ଜାଇ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଉଜାବାଟେ ଆଚେ । ସର୍ଗେ ରଇବା ସବୁ ଦୁତ୍, ଅଦିକାର୍ ଆରି ବପୁ ଉପ୍ରେ ସେ ସାସନ୍ କଲାନି ।
