1 Chronicles 6

1 The sons of Levi; Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

लेवीका छोराहरू गेर्शोन, कहात र मरारी थिए ।

2 And the sons of Kohath; Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

कहातका छोराहरू अम्राम, यिसहार, हेब्रोन र उज्‍जीएल थिए ।

3 And the children of Amram; Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. And the sons of Aaron; Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.

अम्रामका छोराछोरी हारून, मोशा र मिरियम थिए । हारूनका छोराहरू नादाब, अबीहू, एलाजार र ईतामार थिए ।

4 Eleazar begat Phinehas, Phinehas begat Abishua;

एलाजार पीनहासका पिता भए, र पीनहास अबीशूका पिता भए ।

5 and Abishua begat Bukki, and Bukki begat Uzzi;

अबीशू बुक्‍कीका पिता भए, बुक्‍की उज्‍जीका पिता भए ।

6 and Uzzi begat Zerahiah, and Zerahiah begat Meraioth;

उज्‍जी जरयाहका पिता भए, जरयाह मरायोतका पिता भए ।

7 Meraioth begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub;

मरायोत अमर्याहका पिता भए, र अमर्याह अहीतूबका पिता भए ।

8 and Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Ahimaaz;

अहीतूब सादोकका पिता भए, र सादोक अहीमासका पिता भए ।

9 and Ahimaaz begat Azariah, and Azariah begat Johanan;

अहीमास अजर्याहका पिता भए, र अजर्याह योहानानका पिता भए ।

10 and Johanan begat Azariah (he it is that executed the priest’s office in the house that Solomon built in Jerusalem: )

योहानान अजर्याहका पिता भए, जसले यरूशलेममा सोलोमनले बनाएको परमप्रभुको मन्‍दिरमा सेवा गरे ।

11 and Azariah begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub;

अजर्याह अमर्याहका पिता भए, र अमर्याह अहीतूबका पिता भए ।

12 and Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Shallum;

अहीतूब सादोकका पिता भए, र सादोक शल्‍लूमका पिता भए ।

13 and Shallum begat Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begat Azariah;

शल्‍लूम हिल्‍कियाहका पिता भए, र हिल्‍कियाह अजर्याहका पिता भए ।

14 and Azariah begat Seraiah, and Seraiah begat Jehozadak;

अजर्याह सरायाहका पिता भए, र सरायाह यहोसादाकका पिता भए ।

15 And Jehozadak went [into captivity], when the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

परमप्रभुले यहूदा र यरूशलेमलाई नबूकदनेसरको हातबाट निर्वासनमा लैजाँदा यहोसादाक पनि कैदमा लगिए ।

16 The sons of Levi; Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.

लेवीका छोराहरू गेर्शोन, कहात र मरारी थिए ।

17 And these be the names of the sons of Gershom; Libni and Shimei.

गेर्शोनका छोराहरू लिब्‍नी र शिमी थिए ।

18 And the sons of Kohath were Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

कहातका छोराहरू अम्राम, यिसहार, हेब्रोन र उज्‍जीएल थिए ।

19 The sons of Merari; Mahli and Mushi. And these are the families of the Levites according to their father’s [houses].

मरारीका छोराहरू महली र मूशी थिए । आ-आफ्‍ना पुर्खाअनुसार लेखिएका लेवीका वंशहरू यी नै हुन्‌ ।

20 Of Gershom; Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son;

गेर्शोनका सन्‍तानहरू: तिनका छोरा लिब्‍नी थिए । लिब्‍नीका छोरा येहाथ तिए । तिनका छोरा जिम्‍माह थिए ।

21 Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeatherai his son.

तिनका छोरा योआ थिए । तिनका छोरा इद्दो थिए । तिनका छोरा जेरह तिए । तिनका छोरा यातरै थिए ।

22 The sons of Kohath; Amminadab his son, Koran his son, Assir his son;

कहातका सन्‍तानहरूः तिनका छोरा अम्‍मीनादाब थिए । तिनका छोरा कोरह थिए । तिनका छोरा अस्‍सीर थिए ।

23 Elkanah his son, and Ebiasaph his son, and Assir his son;

तिनका छोरा एल्‍काना थिए । तिनका छोरा एब्‍यासाप थिए । तिनका छोरा अस्‍सीर थिए ।

24 Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.

तिनका छोरा तहत थिए । तिनका छोरा उरीएल थिए । तिनका छोरा उज्‍जियाह थिए । तिनका छोरा शौल थिए ।

25 And the sons of Elkanah; Amasai, and Ahimoth.

एल्‍कानाका छोराहरू अमासै, अहीमोत,

26 As for Elkanah: the sons of Elkanah; Zophai his son, and Nahath his son;

अनि एल्‍काना नाउँको एक जना छोरा, तिनका छोरा सोफै, तिनका छोरा नहत,

27 Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, Elkanah his son.

तिनका छोरा एलीआब, तिनका छोरा यरोहाम, तिनका छोरा एल्‍काना थिए ।

28 And the sons of Samuel; the firstborn, [Joel], and the second Abijah.

शमूएलका छोराहरू जेठा योएल र कान्‍छा अबिया थिए ।

29 The sons of Merari; Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzzah his son;

मरारीका छोरा महली थिए । तिनका छोरा लिब्‍नी थिए । तिनका छोरा शिमी थिए । तिनका छोरा उज्‍जाह थिए ।

30 Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.

तिनका छोरा शिमेअ थिए । तिनका छोरा हग्‍गियाह थिए । तिनका छोरा असायाह थिए ।

31 And these are they whom David set over the service of song in the house of the LORD, after that the ark had rest.

सन्‍दूक परमप्रभुको मन्‍दिरमा राखेपछि सङ्गीतको जिम्‍मा लिनलाई दाऊदले नियुक्त गरेका मानिसहरू यी नै हुन्‌ ।

32 And they ministered with song before the tabernacle of the tent of meeting, until Solomon had built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem: and they waited on their office according to their order.

सोलोमनले यरूशलेममा परमप्रभुको मन्‍दिर नबनाएसम्‍म पवित्र वासस्‍थान, अर्थात्‌ भेट हुने पालको सामु तिनीहरूले सङ्गीत गाएर सेवा गरे । तिनीहरूलाई दिइएको निर्देशनहरू अनुसार तिनीहरूले आफ्नो कर्तव्य निर्वाह गरे ।

33 And these are they that waited, and their sons. Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman the singer, the son of Joel, the son of Samuel;

आ-आफ्‍ना छोराहरूसँग सेवा गर्नेहरू यी नै थिए । कहातीहरूबाट सङ्गीतकार हेमान आए । तिनका पुर्खा यी नै थिएः हेमान योएलका छोरा थिए । योएल शमूएलका छोरा थिए ।

34 the son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah;

शमूएल एल्‍कानाका छोरा थिए । एल्काना यरोहामका छोरा थिए । यरोहाम एलीएलका छोरा थिए । एलीएल तोहका छोरा थिए ।

35 the son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai;

तोह सूपका छोरा थिए । सूप एल्‍कानाका छोरा थिए । एल्काना महतका छोरा थिए । महत अमासैका छोरा थिए । अमासै एल्‍कानाका छोरा थिए ।

36 the son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah;

एल्काना योएलका छोरा थिए । योएल अजर्याहका छोरा थिए । अजर्याह सपन्‍याहका छोरा थिए ।

37 the son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah;

समपन्याह तहतका छोरा थिए । तहत अस्‍सीरका छोरा थिए । अस्सीर एब्‍यासापका छोरा थिए । एब्‍यासाप कोरहका छोरा थिए ।

38 the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, the son of Israel.

कोरह यिसहारका छोरा थिए । यिसहार कहातका छोरा थिए । कहात लेवीका छोरा थिए । लेवी इस्राएलका छोरा थिए ।

39 And his brother Asaph, who stood on his right hand, even Asaph the son of Berechiah, the son of Shimea;

हेमानका सहयोगी आसाप थिए, जो तिनको दायाँतर्फ खडा रहन्‍थे । आसाप बेरेक्‍याहका छोरा थिए । बेरेक्याह शिमेअका छोरा थिए ।

40 the son of Michael, the son of Baaseiah, the son of Malchijah;

शिमेअ मिखाएलका छोरा थिए । मिखाएल बासेयाहका छोरा थिए । बासेयाह मल्‍कियाहका छोरा थिए ।

41 the son of Ethni, the son of Zerah, the son of Adaiah;

मल्कियाह एत्‍नीका छोरा थिए । एत्‍नी जेरहका छोरा थिए । जेरह अदायाहका छोरा थिए ।

42 the son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei;

अदायाह एतानका छोरा थिए । एतान जिम्‍माहका छोरा थिए । जिम्माह शिमीका छोरा थिए ।

43 the son of Jahath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.

शिमी यहतका छोरा थिए । यहत गेर्शोनका छोरा थिए । गेर्शोन लेवीका छोरा थिए ।

44 And on the left hand their brethren the sons of Merari: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch;

हेमानका बायाँतर्फ तिनका सहयोगीहरू मरारीका छोराहरू थिए । तिनीहरूमा कीशीका छोरा एतान थिए । कीशी अब्‍दीका छोरा थिए । अब्दी मल्‍लूकका छोरा थिए ।

45 the son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah;

मल्लूक हशब्‍याहका छोरा थिए । हशब्याह अमस्‍याहका छोरा थिए । अमस्याह हिल्‍कियाहका छोरा थिए ।

46 the son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shemer;

हिल्कियाह अम्सीका छोरा थिए । अम्सी बानीका छोरा थिए । बानी शेमेरका छोरा थिए ।

47 the son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.

शेमेर महलीका छोरा थिए । महली मूशीका छोरा थिए । मूशी मरारीका छोरा थिए । मरारी लेवीका छोरा थिए ।

48 And their brethren the Levites were appointed for all the service of the tabernacle of the house of God.

तिनीहरूका सहयोगी लेवीहरूलाई परमेश्‍वरको मन्‍दिरमा भएको पवित्र वासस्‍थानका सबै कामको जिम्मा दिइयो ।

49 But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of burnt offering, and upon the altar of incense, for all the work of the most holy place, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

हारून र तिनका सन्‍तानहरूले वेदीमा होमबलिहरू, अनि महापवित्र स्थानमा हुने सबै कार्यको निम्ति धूप वेदीमा भेटीहरू चढाए । यी भेटीहरू इस्राएलका पापका लागि प्रायश्‍चित गर्नलाई परमेश्‍वरका दास मोशाका आज्ञाअनुसार यी सबै भेटीहरू चढाइए ।

50 And these are the sons of Aaron; Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son;

हारूनका सन्‍तान निम्‍नानुसार चिनिन्थेः हारूनका छोरा एलाजार थिए । एलाजारका छोरा पीनहास थिए । पीनहासका छोरा अबीशू थिए ।

51 Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son;

अबीशूका छोरा बुक्‍की थिए । बुक्‍कीका छोरा उज्‍जी थिए । उज्‍जीका छोरा जरयाह थिए ।

52 Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son;

जरयाहका छोरा मरायोत थिए । मरायोतका छोरा अमर्याह थिए । अमर्याहका छोरा अहीतूब थिए ।

53 Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.

अहीतूबका छोरा सादोक थिए । सादोकका छोरा अहीमास थिए ।

54 Now these are their dwelling places according to their encampments in their borders: to the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites, for theirs was the [first] lot,

हारूनका सन्‍तानको कहाती वंशलाई तोकेर दिएको इलाकामा तिनीहरूका स्थानहरू यी नै हुन्‌ (किनभने पहिलो चिट्ठा कहातीहरूलाई नै परेको थियो) ।

55 to them they gave Hebron in the land of Judah, and the suburbs thereof round about it;

उनीहरूले तिनीहरूलाई यहूदाको देशमा भएको हेब्रोन र त्‍यसका खर्कहरू दिए,

56 but the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

तर त्‍यस सहरका खेतबारी र त्‍यसका गाउँहरूचाहिं तिनीहरूले यपुन्‍नेका छोरा कालेबलाई दिए ।

57 And to the sons of Aaron they gave the cities of refuge, Hebron; Libnah also with her suburbs, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa with her suburbs;

हारूनका सन्‍तानहरूलाई तिनीहरूले हेब्रोन (शरणस्‍थानको सहर) र लिब्‍ना, यत्तीर, र एश्‍तमोका खर्कहरूसहित,

58 and Hilen with her suburbs, Debir with her suburbs;

खर्कहरूसहित हीलन र खर्कहरूसहित दबीर पनि दिए ।

59 and Ashan with her suburbs, and Beth-shemesh with her suburbs:

अनि तिनीहरूले हारूनका सन्तानलाई खर्कहरूसहित आशानका साथै खर्कहरूसहित युत्ता र बेथ-शमेश दिए ।

60 and out of the tribe of Benjamin; Geba with her suburbs, and Allemeth with her suburbs, and Anathoth with her suburbs. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.

अनि बेन्‍यामीनको कुलबाट तिनीहरूले खर्कहरूसहित गेबा, खर्कहरूसहित आलेमेत, खर्कहरूसहित अनातोत दिए । तिनीहरूका सहरहरू जम्‍मा तेह्र वटा थिए । यी सहरहरू कहातीका तेह्र वंशहरू माझमा बाँडियो ।

61 And unto the rest of the sons of Kohath [were given] by lot, out of the family of the tribe, out of the half tribe, the half of Manasseh, ten cities.

कहातका बाँकी सन्‍तानहरूलाई मनश्‍शेको आधा कुलबाट दश वटा सहरहरू बाँडियो ।

62 And to the sons of Gershom, according to their families, out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.

गेर्शोनका सन्‍तानहरूलाई तिनीहरूका वंशहरूमा इस्‍साखार, आशेर, नप्‍ताली र बाशानमा भएको मनश्‍शेका कुलबाट तेह्र वटा सहरहरू दिइयो ।

63 Unto the sons of Merari [were given] by lot, according to their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.

मरारीका सन्‍तानहरूलाई तिनीहरूका वंशअनुसार रूबेन, गाद र जबूलूनका कुलबाट बाह्र सहरहरू दिइए ।

64 And the children of Israel gave to the Levites the cities with their suburbs.

यसरी इस्राएलीहरूले लेवीहरूलाई यी सहरहरू तिनका खर्कहरूसहित दिए ।

65 And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities which are mentioned by name.

माथि उल्लेख गरिएका सहरहरू यहूदा, शिमियोन र बेन्‍यामीनका कुलहरूबाट चिठ्ठाको माध्यमबाट तिनीहरूलाई दिइयो ।

66 And some of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their borders out of the tribe of Ephraim.

कहातीका केही वंशहरूलाई एफ्राइमको कुलबाट सहरहरू दिइए ।

67 And they gave unto them the cities of refuge, Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim with her suburbs; Gezer also with her suburbs;

तिनीहरूलाई एफ्राइमको पहाडी देशमा शकेमका खर्कहरूसहित (शरणस्‍थानको सहर) गेजेरका खर्कहरूसहित,

68 and Jokmeam with her suburbs, and Beth-horon with her suburbs;

खर्कहरूसहित योक्‍माम र खर्कहरूसहित बेथ-होरोन,

69 and Aijalon with her suburbs, and Gath-rimmon with her suburbs:

खर्कहरूसहित अय्‍यालोन र खर्कहरूसहित गात-रिम्‍मोन दिइयो ।

70 and out of the half tribe of Manasseh; Aner with her suburbs, and Bileam with her suburbs, for the rest of the family of the sons of Kohath.

मनश्‍शेको आधा कुलले खर्कहरूसहित आनेर र खर्कहरूसहित बिलाम कहातीका बाँकी वंशहरूलाई दिए । यी जमिनहरू बाँकी कोहाती वंशका सम्पत्ति बने ।

71 Unto the sons of Gershom [were given], out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with her suburbs, and Ashtaroth with her suburbs:

गेर्शोनीहरूलाई मनश्‍शेका आधा कुलबाट खर्कहरूसहित बाशानमा भएको गोलान र खर्कहरूसहित अस्‍तारोत दिए ।

72 and out of the tribe of Issachar; Kedesh with her suburbs, Daberath with her suburbs;

इस्‍साखारको कुलले खर्कहरूसहित केदेश, खर्कहरूसहित दाबरत,

73 and Ramoth with her suburbs, and Anem with her suburbs:

खर्कहरूसहित रामोत र खर्कहरूसहित अनेम दिए ।

74 and out of the tribe of Asher; Mashal with her suburbs, and Abdon with her suburbs;

इस्साखारले आशेरको कुलबाट खर्कहरूसहित माशाल, खर्कहरूसहित अब्‍दोन,

75 and Hukok with her suburbs, and Rehob with her suburbs:

खर्कहरूसहित हूकोक र खर्कहरूसहित रहोब प्राप्‍त गरे ।

76 and out of the tribe of Naphtali; Kedesh in Galilee with her suburbs, and Hammon with her suburbs, and Kiriathaim with her suburbs.

तिनीहरूले नप्‍तालीको कुलबाट खर्कहरूसहित गालीलको केदेश, खर्कहरूसहित हम्‍मोन र खर्कहरूसहित किर्यातैम, प्राप्‍त गरे ।

77 Unto the rest of [the Levites], the sons of Merari, [were given], out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmono with her suburbs, Tabor with her suburbs:

मरारीका बाँकी सन्‍तानहरूले जबूलूनको कुलबाट खर्कहरूसहित योक्‍माम, कर्तह, रिम्‍मोनो र खर्कहरूसहित तबोर प्राप्‍त गरे,

78 and beyond the Jordan at Jericho, on the east side of Jordan, [were given them], out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness with her suburbs, and Jahzah with her suburbs,

अनि यर्दन पारि यरीहोको पूर्वपट्टि रूबेनको कुलबाट मरुभूमिमा भएको बेसेर, यहसाह,

79 and Kedemoth with her suburbs, and Mephaath with her suburbs:

खर्कहरूसहित कदेमोत र खर्कहरूसहित मेपात,

80 and out of the tribe of Gad; Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbs, and Mahanaim with her suburbs,

लेवीहरूले गादको कुलबाट खर्कहरूसहित गिलादमा भएको रामोत, खर्कहरूसहित महनोम,

81 and Heshbon with her suburbs, and Jazer with her suburbs.

खर्कहरूसहित हेश्‍बोन र खर्कहरूसहित याजेर प्राप्‍त गरे ।
