Romans 12
1 I entreat you, then, friends, by the mercies of God, to offer your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, for this is your rational worship.
၁ညီအစ်ကို တို့၊ အသက် ရှင်ခြင်းလက္ခဏာ၊ သန့်ရှင်း ခြင်းလက္ခဏာ၊ ဘုရားသခင် နှစ်သက် တော်မူဘွယ်သောလက္ခဏာနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော ယဇ် ကို သင် တို့သည် ပူဇော် ၍၊ မိမိကိုယ်ခန္ဓါ ကို ဘုရားသခင်အား ဆက်ကပ်ခြင်းတည်းဟူသောသင် တို့ပြုအပ်သော ဝတ် ကို ပြုမည်အကြောင်း၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ကရုဏာ တော်ကို ထောက်ထား ၍၊ သင် တို့ကို ငါ တိုက်တွန်းနှိုးဆော်ပေ၏။
2 Do not conform to the fashion of this world; but be transformed by the complete change that has come over your minds, so that you may discern what God’s will is – all that is good, acceptable, and perfect. (aiōn g165)
၂သင် တို့သည် လောကီ ပုံသဏ္ဌာန်ကို မ ဆောင် ကြနှင့်။ ကောင်းမြတ် သောအရာ၊ နှစ်သက် ဘွယ်သောအရာ၊ စုံလင် သောအရာတည်းဟူသောဘုရားသခင် အလို တော်ရှိသော အရာသည် အဘယ် အရာဖြစ်သည်ကို သင် နိုင်မည်အကြောင်း ၊ စိတ် နှလုံးကို အသစ် ပြင်ဆင်၍ ပုံ သဏ္ဌာန်ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြလော့။ (aiōn g165)
3 In fulfillment of the charge with which I have been entrusted, I tell every one of you not to think more highly of themselves than they ought to think, but to think until they learn to think soberly – in accordance with the measure of faith that God has allotted to each.
၃သင် တို့သည် ကိုယ် ကိုထင် သင့် သည် အတိုင်း ထက်လွန် ၍မ ထင်ဘဲ၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည် လူ အသီးအသီးတို့အား ယုံကြည် ခြင်းကို ဝေပေး တော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ ကိုယ်ကိုလျောက်ပတ် စွာထင် ရမည် အကြောင်း ငါ သည် ကိုယ်ခံရ သော ကျေးဇူး တော်ကိုအမှီပြု လျက်၊ သင်တို့တွင် ရှိသမျှ သောသူတို့ကိုမှာထား ၏။
4 For, just as in the human body there is a union of many parts, and each part has its own function,
၄ဥပမာကား ၊ ကိုယ် တစ်ခု၌ အင်္ဂါ အများ ရှိ သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ထိုအင်္ဂါ အများ သည် ဆောင်ရွက် စရာအမှုတစ်ခုတည်းမ ရှိ သကဲ့သို့ ၊
5 so we, by our union in Christ, many though we are, form but one body, and individually we are related one to another as its parts.
၅ထိုအတူ ၊ အများ ဖြစ်သောငါတို့သည် ခရစ်တော် ၌ တစ် ကိုယ် တည်းဖြစ် ၍ ၊ အသီးအသီးအင်္ဂါ ချင်း ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
6 Since our gifts differ in accordance with the particular charge entrusted to us, if our gift is to preach, let our preaching correspond to our faith;
၆ထိုသို့ ပေး တော်မူသော ကျေးဇူး တော်အတိုင်း ငါ တို့သည် အသီးသီး အပြားပြားသော ဆု များကိုခံရသည်ဖြစ် ၍ ၊ ပရောဖက် အရာရှိလျှင် ၊ ယုံကြည် ခြင်း၏ပမာဏ ကို ရသည်အတိုင်း ပရောဖက်ပြုကြကုန်အံ့။
7 if it is to minister to others, let us devote ourselves to our ministry; the teacher to their teaching,
၇ဓမ္မဆရာ အရာရှိလျှင် ၊ ဓမ္မဆရာ၏အမှုကို ဆောင်ရွက်ကြကုန်အံ့။ ဆုံးမ ဩဝါဒပေးသောသူ သည် ထိုအမှုကိုဆောင်ရွက်စေ။
8 the counselor to their counsel. Let the person who gives in charity do so with a generous heart; let the person who is in authority exercise due diligence; let the person who shows kindness do so in a cheerful spirit.
၈နှိုးဆော် သွေးဆောင်သောသူ သည် ထိုအမှုကို ဆောင်ရွက်စေ။ အစွန့်အကြဲဝေငှ သောသူ သည် လျစ်လျူသောစိတ်နှင့် ဝေငှစေ။ အုပ်ချုပ် သောသူ သည် လုံ့လ ဝိရိယနှင့် အုပ်ချုပ်စေ။ မစ သနားခြင်းအမှုကိုပြုသောသူ သည် စေတနာ စိတ်နှင့် ပြုစေ။
9 Let your love be sincere. Hate the wrong; cling to the right.
၉မေတ္တာ စိတ်သည် လျှို့ဝှက် ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းစေလော့။ ဆိုးညစ် သောအမှုကို စက်ဆုပ် ရွံ့ရှာကြလော့။ ကောင်းမွန် သောအမှု၌ မှီဝဲ ဆည်းကပ်ကြလော့။
10 In the love of the community of the Lord’s followers, be affectionate to one another; in showing respect, set an example of deference to one another;
၁၀ညီအစ်ကို ချစ်ခြင်းအရာမှာ ၊ ပကတိပေါက်ဘော်ကဲ့သို့တစ်ယောက် ကိုတစ်ယောက်စုံမက် ကြလော့။ ချီးမွမ်း ခြင်းအရာမှာ ၊ သူတစ်ပါး ကို ကိုယ်ထက်ချီးမြှောက် ကြလော့။
11 never flagging in zeal; fervent in spirit; serving the Master;
၁၁အားထုတ် ခြင်းအရာမှာ ပျင်းရိ ခြင်းမ ရှိဘဲလျက်၊ စိတ် တန်း သဖြင့် သခင်ဘုရား ၏အလိုတော်သို့လိုက်၍ အားထုတ်ကြလော့။
12 rejoicing in your hope; steadfast under persecution; persevering in prayer;
၁၂မြော်လင့် လျက် ဝမ်းမြောက် ကြလော့။ ဆင်းရဲ ဒုက္ခရောက်သောအခါ သည်းခံ ကြလော့။ ဆုတောင်း ပဌနာပြုခြင်းအမှုကို အမြဲ ပြုကြလော့။
13 relieving the wants of Christ’s people; devoted to hospitality.
၁၃သန့်ရှင်း သောသူတို့သည် ဆင်းရဲ သောအခါ ဝေငှ ပေးကမ်းကြလော့။ အာဂန္တု တို့အား ဧည့်သည်ဝတ် ကို ကြိုးစား၍ပြုကြလော့။
14 Bless your persecutors – bless and never curse.
၁၄သင် တို့ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောသူ တို့အဘို့ မေတ္တာပို့ ကြလော့။ ကျိန်ဆဲ ခြင်းကိုမ ပြု၊ မေတ္တာပို့ ခြင်းကိုသာ ပြုကြလော့။
15 Rejoice with those who are rejoicing, and weep with those who are weeping.
၁၅ဝမ်းမြောက် သောသူတို့နှင့်အတူ ၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် ခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ ငိုကြွေး သောသူတို့နှင့်အတူ ငိုကြွေး ခြင်းကိုပြုကြလော့။
16 Let the same spirit of sympathy animate you all, not a spirit of pride; enjoy the company of ordinary people. Do not think too highly of yourselves.
၁၆အချင်းချင်း စိတ် သဘော တစ်ညီတစ်ညွတ်တည်း ရှိကြလော့။ ဂုဏ်စည်းစိမ် ကိုငဲ့ကွက်ခြင်းမ ရှိကြနှင့်။ နှိမ့်ချ သောသူ တို့ကို အပေါင်းအဘော်လုပ်ကြလော့။ ငါသည် ပညာရှိ ၏ဟု ကိုယ် ကိုမ ထင် ကြနှင့်။
17 Never return injury for injury. Aim at doing what everyone will recognize as honorable.
၁၇အဘယ်သူ ကိုမျှ ရန်တုံ့ မမူကြနှင့်။ လူ အပေါင်း တို့ရှေ့ မှာ တင့်တယ် လျောက်ပတ်သော အကျင့်ကို ကြံစည် ကြလော့။
18 If it is possible, as far as rests with you, live peaceably with everyone.
၁၈သင် တို့သည် တတ်နိုင် သမျှအတိုင်း လူ အပေါင်း တို့နှင့် အသင့်အတင့် နေကြလော့။
19 Never avenge yourselves, dear friends, but make way for the wrath of God; for scripture declares – ‘“It is for me to avenge, I will requite,” says the Lord.’
၁၉ချစ်သူ တို့၊ သူတစ်ပါးသည်သင်တို့ကို ပြစ်မှားလျှင်၊ ကိုယ်တိုင် အပြစ်ပြန်၍ မ တုံ့ ကြနှင့်။ အမျက် တော်ကို အခွင့် ပေး ကြလော့။ ကျမ်းစာ လာသည်ကား ၊ ငါ သည် အပြစ်တရားကို စီရင်ပိုင် ၏။ အပြစ်နှင့်အလျောက် ငါ ဆပ်ပေး မည်ဟု ထာဝရ ဘုရားမိန့် တော်မူ၏။
20 Rather – ‘If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him to drink. By doing this you will heap coals of fire on his head.’
၂၀ထိုကြောင့်သင် ၏ရန်သူ သည် မွတ်သိပ် လျှင် လုပ်ကျွေး လော့။ ရေငတ် လျှင် သောက် စရာဘို့ပေးလော့။ ထိုသို့ ပြု လျှင် ။ သူ ၏ခေါင်း ပေါ်၌ မီး ခဲ ကိုပုံ ထားလိမ့်မည်။
21 Never be conquered by evil, but conquer evil with good.
၂၁အဆိုး အားဖြင့် အရှုံး မ ခံနှင့် အကောင်း အားဖြင့် အဆိုး ကို နိုင် လော့။
