< Psalms 126 >
1 A song of ascents. When the Lord turned the fortunes of Zion, we were like dreamers.
Thaburi ya Agendi Rĩrĩa Jehova aacookirie andũ a Zayuni arĩa maatahĩtwo akĩmainũkia-rĩ, twahaanire ta andũ mekũroota.
2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, our tongue with glad shouts; then among the nations they said, “The Lord has dealt greatly with them.”
Tũnua twitũ twaiyũrire mĩtheko, nacio nĩmĩ ciitũ ikĩina nyĩmbo cia gĩkeno. Hĩndĩ ĩyo ndũrĩrĩ-inĩ gũkĩĩranwo atĩrĩ, “Jehova nĩekĩire andũ aya maũndũ manene.”
3 The Lord had dealt greatly with us, and we were rejoicing.
Jehova nĩatwĩkĩire maũndũ manene, na ithuĩ tũkaiyũrwo nĩ gĩkeno.
4 Turn our fortunes, O Lord, as the streams in the Negreb.
Tũma tũgaacĩre rĩngĩ, Wee Jehova, ta ũrĩa njũũĩ cia Negevu icookaga kũiyũra.
5 They who sow in tears shall reap with glad shouts.
Andũ arĩa mahaandaga na maithori, nĩmakagetha makĩinaga nyĩmbo cia gĩkeno.
6 Forth they fare, with their burden of seed, and they weep as they go. But home, home, with glad shouts they shall come with their arms full of sheaves.
Mũndũ o na angiumagara akĩrĩraga, akuuĩte mbeũ cia kũhaanda, agaacooka akĩinaga nyĩmbo cia gĩkeno, akuuĩte itĩĩa ciake cia ngano.
