Psalms 121

1 A song of ascents. I lift up my eyes to the mountains. From where will help for me come?

ଆରୋହଣ ଗୀତ। ମୁଁ ପର୍ବତଗଣ ଆଡ଼େ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱଦୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବି; କେଉଁଠାରୁ ମୋହର ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ଆସିବ?

2 My help will come from the Lord the creator of heaven and earth.

ମୋହର ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆସେ, ସେ ଆକାଶ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ।

3 Your foot he will not let stumble: he who guards you will not sleep.

ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଚରଣକୁ ବିଚଳିତ ହେବାକୁ ଦେବେ ନାହିଁ; ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି, ସେ ଘୁମାଇବେ ନାହିଁ।

4 He who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

ଦେଖ, ଯେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି, ସେ ଘୁମାଇବେ ନାହିଁ କି ନିଦ୍ରା ଯିବେ ନାହିଁ।

5 The Lord himself protects you, is your shelter beside you.

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ରକ୍ଷକ; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱର ଛାୟା।

6 The sun by day will not strike you, nor the moon by night.

ଦିବସରେ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ, କିଅବା ରାତ୍ରିରେ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଆଘାତ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

7 From all harm the Lord will guard you, will watch over your life.

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଅମଙ୍ଗଳରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବେ; ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରାଣକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବେ।

8 The Lord will guard your going and coming from now and for evermore.

ଆଜିଠାରୁ ସଦାକାଳ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବାହାରେ ଯିବାର ଓ ଭିତରେ ଆସିବାର ରକ୍ଷା କରିବେ।
