3 John 1
1 From the elder to his dear friend Gaius, whom he sincerely loves.
୧ଏ ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ପାର୍ଚିନ୍ ଇସାବେ ମୁଇ ଜଅନ୍, ଏ ଚିଟି ଆଲାଦର୍ ଗାଇସ୍, ତକେ ଲେକ୍ଲିନି । ମୁଇ ତକେ ସତଇସେ ଆଲାଦ୍ କଲିନି ।
2 Dear friend, I pray that all may be well with you and that you may have good health – I know that all is well with your soul.
୨ଏ ମର୍ ଆଲାଦର୍ ମଇତର୍, ତମେ ଗାଗଡ୍ ଇସାବେ ବପୁ ଉଆ ଆରି ତମର୍ ସବୁ କାମ୍ ନିକ ଅ ବଲି ମୁଇ ପାର୍ତନା କଲିନି । ଜେନ୍ତାରିକି ମୁଇ ଜାନି, ତମେ ଆତ୍ମାଇ ମିସା ନିକସେ ଆଚାସ୍ ।
3 For it was a great joy to me, when some followers of the Lord came and testified to your fidelity to the truth. I know that your own life is guided by the truth.
୩ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ସତ୍ ବାଟ୍ ଇସାବେ ତମେ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି କଲାସ୍ନି ବଲି କେତେଟା ସଙ୍ଗର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସି ବାଇମନ୍ ଇତି ଆସିକରି ଆମ୍କେ କଇଲାଇ । ଆରି ତମେ ସେନ୍ତାରିସେ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି କଲାସ୍ନି ବଲି ମୁଇ ଜାନି ।
4 Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to hear from time to time that the lives of my children are guided by the truth.
୪ମର୍ ପିଲାମନ୍ ସତ୍ ଇସାବେ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି କଲାଇନି ବଲି ସୁନ୍ଲାତେଇଅନି ଆରି କାଇ ବିସଇ ମକେ ସାର୍ଦା ନ କରାଏ ।
5 Dear friend, you are faithful in all the things you do for other followers – even when they are strangers to you.
୫ମର୍ ଆଲାଦର୍ ମଇତର୍, ତମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ରଇବା ବିନ୍ ଦେସର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସି ବାଇମନର୍ପାଇ ତମେ କର୍ବା କାମ୍ କେବେ କେବେ ନାଜାନିରଇଲେ ମିସା ସତ୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ କଲାସ୍ନି ।
6 They themselves have testified before the church to your love. You will do well to help them on their way in a manner worthy of the service of God.
୬ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି କେତେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଇତିର୍ ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ତମର୍ ଆଲାଦର୍ ବିସଇ କାତା ଅଇଲାଇଆଚତ୍ । ସେନ୍ତାରି ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ, ଜେଡେବେଲେ ତମ୍କେ ଚାଡି ଅଲ୍ଗା ଜାଗାମନ୍କେ ଜିବାବେଲେ, ଆଗ୍କେ ପଚ୍କେ କାଇଟା ନ ବାବିକରି ସାଇଜ କରିଲାଗିରୁଆ ।
7 For it was on behalf of Christ’s name that they set out, not accepting even one thing from the Gentiles.
୭ଏ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଜିସୁକିରିସ୍ଟର୍ ସେବା କାମର୍ଲାଗି ଗୁଲାଇବାଟେ ବୁଲ୍ଲାଇନି । ଆରି କିରିସ୍ଟକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ନ କର୍ବା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ତେଇଅନି ସେମନ୍ କାଇ ସାଇଜ ନ ମାଙ୍ଗତ୍ ।
8 Therefore, we should support people like them, and so take our share in their work for the truth.
୮ତେବର୍ପାଇ ଆମେ ତାକର୍ ସଙ୍ଗର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍, ସେମନ୍କେ ଜାଇଟା ଲଡାଆଚେ ସେଟା ଦେଇତେରଉଁ । ଏନ୍ତାରି ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ସତ୍ ଜାନାଇବା କାମ୍ଟାନେ ଆମେ ମିସିକରି କରୁ ।
9 I wrote something to the church, but Diotrephes (who loves to be the leader among them) doesn’t welcome us.
୯ତମର୍ ନଅରେ ରଇବା ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ମୁଇ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ଗଟେକ୍ ଚିଟି ଲେକିରଇଲି । ମାତର୍ ଡାୟଟେପିସ୍ ମର୍ କାତା ଦାରେନାଇ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେ ନିଜେ ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ନେତା ଅଇବି ବଲି ମନ୍କଲାନି ।
10 So if I come, I will bring up his actions in telling wicked nonsense about us. Not content with that, he not only refuses to personally welcome our friends who are followers, but actually stops those who would, and expels them from the church.
୧୦ତେବର୍ପାଇ ମୁଇ ଜେଡେବେଲେ ତମର୍ ନଅରେ ଆଇବାବେଲେ ଡାୟଟେପିସ୍ ଜାଇଟା କଲାନି, ସେଟାସବୁ ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ, କଇଦେବି ବଲି ମନ୍ କଲି । ସେ ମର୍ ବିରୁଦେ, ନ କର୍ଲାଟାମନ୍ କଇବୁଲ୍ଲାନି । ଆରି ତାର୍ତେଇଅନି ଅଦିକ୍ କାରାପ୍ଟା ମିସା ସେ କଲାନି । ଆମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗର୍ ବିସ୍ବାସିମନ୍, ଜେକି ସୁବ୍କବର୍ ଜାନାଇଲାଇନି, ସେ ସେମନ୍କେ ଡାକିନେବାକେ ନିଚ୍ଲାନି । ଜନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ଡାକିନେବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲାଇନି, ସେମନ୍କେ ତେବାଇଲାନି । ସେନ୍ତାରି ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ସବାତେଇ ଆଇବାକେ ମନାକଲାନି ।
11 Dear friend, do not follow a bad example, but a good one. The person who does what is good is from God; the person who does what is bad has never seen God.
୧୧ଆଲାଦର୍ ମଇତର୍, କାରାପ୍ କାମ୍ କରି ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି କର୍ବା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ପାରା ଉଆନାଇ । ତାର୍ ବାଦୁଲେ ନିକ କାମ୍ କର୍ବା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ପାରା ଉଆ । ଜଦି କେ କାରାପ୍ କାମ୍ କଲେ, ତାର୍ କାମେଅନି ସେ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ନାଜାନେ ବଲି ଡିସ୍ଲାନି ।
12 Everyone has always had a good word for Demetrius, and the truth itself speaks for him. Yes, and we also add our good word, and you know that what we say is true.
୧୨ଡିମିତିର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ନିକ ଲକ୍ ବଲି ମଣ୍ଡଲିର୍ ସବୁଲକ୍ କଇଲାଇନି । ସେ ସତ୍ ବିସଇ ଇସାବେ ଚଲାଚଲ୍ତି କଲାନି । ତେବର୍ପାଇ ସେ ଗଟେକ୍ ନିକ ଲକ୍ ବଲି ଆମେ ଜାନିଆଚୁ । ସେ ଗଟେକ୍ ନିକ ଲକ୍ ବଲି ମୁଇ ମିସା ସାକିଦେଲିନି । ଆରି ତମେ ଜାନାସ୍ ଆମେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକର୍ କାଇଆଲେ ବିସଇ କଇଲେ, ସେଟା ସତ୍ ।
13 I have many things to tell you, but I would rather not use pen and ink.
୧୩ତମ୍କେ ମୁଇ ବେସି ବିସଇ କଇବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲିନି, ମାତର୍ ଚିଟିଟାନେ ଲେକ୍ବାକେ ମନ୍ କରିନାଇ ।
14 I hope to see you soon, and then we will speak face to face. Peace be with you. The friends here send you their greetings. Greet each one of our friends.
୧୪ମୁଇ ଦାପ୍ରେ ତମର୍ଟାନେ ଆସିକରି ତମର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ସବୁ କାତା କଇବି । ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତମ୍କେ ସାନ୍ତି ଦେଅ । ମଣ୍ଡଲିତେଇ ରଇବା ତମର୍ ସବୁ ମଇତର୍ମନ୍ ଜୁଆର୍ ଜାନାଇଲାଇନି । ତମର୍ ନଅରର୍ ମଣ୍ଡଲିତେଇ ରଇବା ମର୍ ସବୁ ମଇତର୍ମନ୍କେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ, ଜୁଆର୍ ଜାନାଆ ।
