Mark 14
1 It was now two days before the Festival of the Passover and the unleavened bread. The chief priests and the teachers of the Law were looking for an opportunity to arrest Jesus by stealth, and to put him to death;
୧ପିସ୍ପିଆ଼ନି ପାର୍ବୁ ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ପୁଲାଏ଼ୟୁ ଆଣ୍ତାଆତି ରୂଟି ତିନି ପାର୍ବୁ ଆ଼ହାଲି ରୀ ଦିନା ମାଚେ । ଏଚିବେ଼ଲାତା କାଜା ପୂଜେରାଙ୍ଗା ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ମେ଼ରା ପୁନାରି ଏ଼ନିକିଁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ନା଼ଡ଼ିକିହାଁ ଆସାନା ପା଼ୟିନେରି ଏ଼ଦାଆଁତାକି ପାରୁ ପାରିମାଚେରି ।
2 for they said, ‘Not during the Festival, or the people may riot.’
୨ଇଚିହିଁ ଏ଼ୱାରି ଏଲେଇଚେରି, “ପାର୍ବୁ ବେ଼ଲାତା ଆ଼ଏ ଏଚେ଼ତା ଲ଼କୁ ଗଡ଼୍ହା କିନେରି ।”
3 When Jesus was still at Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, while he was sitting at the table, a woman came with an alabaster jar of choice spikenard perfume of great value. She broke the jar, and poured the perfume on his head.
୩ଜୀସୁ ବେତନିୟାଁତା କାଜା ର଼ଗଗାଟି ସିମନ ଇଜ ତିଞ୍ଜାଲି କୁଗାମାଚାଟି ର଼ ଇୟା ର଼ ଗା଼ଜୁତା ହା଼ରେକା ଦାରାତି ଗାନ୍ଦା ନିୟୁଁ ତାଚାନା ଗା଼ଜୁତି ଦେଚାନା ଜୀସୁ ତା଼ର୍ୟୁଁତା ୱା଼କ୍ହାଲି ମା଼ଟ୍ହେ ।
4 Some of those who were present said to one another indignantly, ‘Why has the perfume been wasted like this?
୪ସାମା ଏଚେକା ଲ଼କୁ କାର୍ବି ଆ଼ହାନା, ତା଼ମ୍ବୁ ତା଼ମ୍ବୁଏ ୱେସ୍ପି ଆ଼ତେରି, “ନିୟୁଁ ଏ଼ନାଆଁତାକି ନସ୍ତ ଆ଼ତେ?
5 This perfume could have been sold for more than a year’s wages, and the money given to the poor.’
୫ଈ ନିୟୁଁ ସା଼ତାକ଼ଡ଼ି ଦସଟାକା କିହାଁ ଆଗାଡ଼ା ପାର୍ପି ଆ଼ହାନା ହାକି ଗାଟାରାକି ହୀପ୍କି ଆ଼ହାଲି ଆ଼ଡିତେମା” ଏ଼ଦାଆଁତାକି ଏ଼ୱାରି ଏ଼ ଇୟାନି ଲା଼ଗାଲି ମା଼ଟ୍ହେରି ।
6 ‘Leave her alone,’ said Jesus, as they began to find fault with her, ‘why are you troubling her? This is a beautiful deed that she has done for me.
୬ସାମା ଜୀସୁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ଏ଼ଦାନି ପିହ୍ଦୁ; ଏ଼ନାଆଁତାକି କସ୍ତ ହୀହିମାଞ୍ଜେରି? ଏ଼ଦି ନାଙ୍ଗେତାକି ନେହିଁ କିହାମାନେ ।
7 You always have the poor with you, and whenever you wish you can do good to them; but you will not always have me.
୭ଇଚିହିଁ ହାକି ଗାଟାରି କା଼ଲେଏ ମୀ ତା଼ଣା ମାନେରି, ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ମିଙ୍ଗେ ଏଚେ଼ତା ମ଼ନ ଏଚେ଼ତା ଏ଼ୱାରି ସା଼ୟେମି କିହାଲି ଆ଼ଡିଦେରି; ସାମା ନା଼ନୁ କା଼ଲେଏ ମୀ ତା଼ଣା ଡ଼ୟଅଁ ।
8 She has done what she could; she has perfumed my body beforehand for my burial.
୮ଏ଼ଦି ଏ଼ନାଆଁ ଆ଼ଡିନାୟି ମାନେ ଏ଼ଦାଆଁ କିହାମାନେ; ଏ଼ଦି ନା଼ ଆଙ୍ଗାତି ମୁସାଲି ତାକି ତଲିଏ ନିୟୁଁ ୱା଼କ୍ହାନା ତିୟାରା କିହାମାନେ ।
9 And I tell you, wherever, in the whole world, the good news is proclaimed, what this woman has done will be told in memory of her.’
୯ନା଼ନୁ ମିଙ୍ଗେ ସାତା ୱେସିମାଞ୍ଜାଇଁ, ବାରେ ଦାର୍ତିତା ଆମ୍ବିୟା ଜିକେଏ ନେହିଁ କାବ୍ରୁ ୱେ଼କ୍ନେରି, ଏ଼ ଟା଼ୟୁତା ଈ ଇୟାନି ଅଣ୍ପାଲିତାକି ଏ଼ଦାନି ଈ କାମାତି କାତା ଜିକେଏ ୱେସ୍ପି ଆ଼ନେ ।”
10 After this, Judas Iscariot, one of the Twelve, went to the chief priests, to betray Jesus to them.
୧୦ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ବା଼ରଜା଼ଣା ବିତ୍ରାଟି ଇସ୍କାରିୟତ ଜୀହୁଦା ଦ଼ରୁଗାଟାସି ରଅସି ଜୀସୁଇଁ କାଜା ପୂଜେରାଙ୍ଗା କେୟୁତା ହେର୍ପାଲି ଏ଼ୱାରିତା଼ଣା ହାଚେସି ।
11 They were glad to hear what he said, and promised to pay him. So he began looking for a good opportunity to betray Jesus.
୧୧ଏ଼ୱାରି ଏ଼ଦାଆଁ ୱେଞ୍ଜାନା ରା଼ହାଁ ଆ଼ତେରି, ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାକି ଟାକାୟାଁ ହୀହାଲି ଆ଼ଞ୍ଜିତେରି, ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ଏ଼ୱାସି ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ଆସ୍ପି କିହାଲି ନେହିଁ ପାରୁ ପାରିତେସି ।
12 On the first day of the Festival of the unleavened bread, when it was customary to kill the Passover lambs, his disciples said to Jesus, ‘Where do you wish us to go and make preparations for your eating the Passover?’
୧୨ଡା଼ୟୁ ପୂଲାଗୁଣ୍ଡା ଆଣ୍ତାଆତି ରୂଟି ତିନି ପାର୍ବୁତି ମୂଲୁ ଦିନାତା ଆମିନି ନେ଼ଚୁ ପିସ୍ପିଆ଼ନି ପାର୍ବୁତି ମେ଼ଣ୍ତା ଡା଼ଲୁତି ହେର୍ପିଆ଼ନେ, ଏ଼ ଦିନା ତାନି ସୀସୁୟାଁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ୱେଚେରି, “ମା଼ମ୍ବୁ ହାଜାନା ଆମିନି ଟା଼ୟୁତା ନିଙ୍ଗେତାକି ପିସ୍ପିଆ଼ନି ପାର୍ବୁତି ବ଼ଜି କିନମି ଇଞ୍ଜିଁ ନୀନୁ ଅଣ୍ପିମାଞ୍ଜି?”
13 Jesus sent forward two of his disciples and said to them, ‘Go into the city, and there a man carrying a pitcher of water will meet you; follow him;
୧୩ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ଏ଼ୱାସି ତାନି ସୀସୁୟାଁ ବିତ୍ରାଟି ରିଆରାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଞ୍ଜା ପାଣ୍ତିତେସି, “ମୀରୁ ଗା଼ଡ଼ାତା ହାଜୁ ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୟୁ ଡ଼଼କା ଅ଼ହିମାନି ରଅସି ମିଙ୍ଗେ ବେଟାଆୟାନେସି; ଏ଼ୱାଣି ଜେ଼ଚ ଜେ଼ଚ ହାଜୁ;
14 and, wherever he goes in, say to the owner of the house “The teacher says – Where is my room where I am to eat the Passover with my disciples?”
୧୪ଏ଼ୱାସି ଆମିନି ଇଜ ହ଼ଡ଼ନେସି, ଏ଼ ଇଲୁ ଗାଟାଣାଇଁ ୱେଞ୍ଜୁ, ‘ଗୂରୁ ୱେଞ୍ଜିମାଞ୍ଜାନେସି, ନା଼ନୁ ନା଼ ସୀସୁୟାଁ ତଲେ ଆମିନି ଟା଼ୟୁତା ପିସ୍ପିଆ଼ନି ପାର୍ବୁତି ବ଼ଜି କିହାଲି ଆ଼ନେ ଏ଼ ବାକ୍ରା ଆମିନାୟି?’
15 He will himself show you a large upstairs room, set out ready; and there make preparations for us.’
୧୫ଏଚେଟିଏ ଏ଼ୱାସି ମିଙ୍ଗେ ନେହିଁକିଁ ତିୟାରା ଆ଼ହାମାନି ଲାକନି ପାରୁତି ର଼ କାଜା ବାକ୍ରା ତ଼ସ୍ତାନେସି; ଏମ୍ବାଆଁ ମାଙ୍ଗେତାକି ରା଼ନ୍ଦା ୱାଜାଦୁ ।”
16 So the disciples set out and went into the city, and found everything just as Jesus had told them; and they prepared the Passover.
୧୬ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ସୀସୁୟାଁ ହାଜାନା ଗା଼ଡ଼ାତା ହ଼ଟେରି, ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାସି ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଏ଼ନିକିଁ ୱେସାମାଚେସି, ଏଲେକିଁ ମେସାନା ପିସ୍ପିଆ଼ନି ପାର୍ବୁତି ବ଼ଜି ୱାଜିତେରି ।
17 In the evening he went there with the Twelve,
୧୭ମିଡ଼୍ଅଲା ଆ଼ହାଲିଏ ଜୀସୁ ବା଼ରଜା଼ଣା ସୀସୁୟାଁ ତଲେ ୱା଼ତେସି ।
18 and when they had taken their places and were eating, Jesus said, ‘I tell you that one of you is going to betray me – one who is eating with me.’
୧୮ଏ଼ୱାରି କୁଗାନା ରା଼ନ୍ଦା ତିଞ୍ଜି ମାଚାଟି ଜୀସୁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ନା଼ନୁ ମିଙ୍ଗେ ସାତା ୱେସିମାଞ୍ଜାଇଁ, ମୀ ବିତ୍ରାଟି ରଅତେରି ନାଙ୍ଗେ ସାତ୍ରୁ କେୟୁତା ହେର୍ପାଦେରି ।”
19 They were grieved at this, and began to say to him, one after another, ‘Can it be I?’
୧୯ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ଏ଼ୱାରି ଦୁକୁ ଆ଼ହାନା ର଼ଅ ର଼ଅରି ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ୱେଞ୍ଜାଲି ମା଼ଟ୍ହେରି, “ନା଼ନୁ ଏ଼ୱାତେଏଁ କି?”
20 ‘It is one of you Twelve,’ said Jesus, ‘the one who is dipping his bread beside me into the dish.
୨୦ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ବା଼ରଜା଼ଣା ବିତ୍ରାଟି ରଅସି, ଆମ୍ବାଆସି ନା଼ ତଲେ ସାଡ଼୍ୱାତା କେୟୁ ମେତ୍ହି ମାନେସି ।
21 True, the Son of Man must go, as scripture says of him, yet alas for that man by whom the Son of Man is being betrayed! For that man it would be better never to have been born!’
୨୧ମାଣ୍ସି ମୀର୍ଏଣା କାତା ଏ଼ନିକିଁ ରା଼ସ୍କି ଆ଼ହାମାନେ, ଏଲେକିହିଁଏ ହା଼ନେସି ସାତା, ସାମା ଆମିନି ଲ଼କୁ ତା଼ଣାଟି ମାଣ୍ସି ମୀର୍ଏସି ସାତ୍ରୁ କେୟୁତା ହେର୍ପିଆ଼ନେସି, ଆୟ଼ତା ଏ଼ୱାଣି ଡଣ୍ତ! ଏ଼ ଲ଼କୁତି ଜାର୍ନା ଆ଼ହାହିଲାଆତିହିଁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାକି ନେହେଁ ଆ଼ତେମା ।”
22 While they were eating, Jesus took some bread, and, after saying the blessing, broke it, and gave it to them, and said, ‘Take it; this is my body.’
୨୨ଏ଼ୱାରି ତିଞ୍ଜି ମାଚାଟି ଜୀସୁ ରୂଟି ଅ଼ହାନା ମାହାପୂରୁଇଁ ଜହରା କିହାନା ଏ଼ଦାଆଁ ଡ଼ିକ୍ହା ହୀହାନା ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ଅ଼ଦୁ ତିଞ୍ଜୁ, ଈଦି ନା଼ ଆଙ୍ଗା ।”
23 Then he took a cup, and, after saying the thanksgiving, gave it to them, and they all drank from it.
୨୩ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାସି ଗହ୍ନି ସ଼ଲା ଆସାନା ମାହାପୂରୁଇଁ ଜହରା କିହାଁ ଏ଼ୱାରାକି ହୀତେସି, ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ବାରେଜା଼ଣା ଏ଼ଦାଆଁ ଗସ୍ତେରି ।
24 ‘This is my covenant-blood,’ he said, ‘which is poured out on behalf of many.
୨୪ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ଆମିନି ରା଼ଜିମା଼ନା ନେତେରି ହା଼ରେକା ଲ଼କୁତାକି ୱା଼ଙ୍ଗାମାନେ, ଈଦି ଏ଼ ନା଼ ନେତେରି ।
25 I tell you that I will never again drink of the fruit of the vine, until that day when I will drink it new in the kingdom of God.’
୨୫ନା଼ନୁ ମିଙ୍ଗେ ସାତା ୱେସିମାଞ୍ଜାଇଁ, ଆମିନି ଦିନା ମାହାପୂରୁତି ରା଼ଜିତା ପୁଃନି କିହିଁ ଅଙ୍ଗୁରି ପା଼ଡ଼େୟିତି ରାସା ଗହ୍ଇଁ ଏ଼ ଦିନା ପାତେକା ଈଦାଆଁ ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ନା଼ନୁ ଏଚେଲା ଗହ୍ଅଁ ।”
26 They then sang a hymn, and went out up the Mount of Olives,
୨୬ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାରି ଜହରା ପା଼ଚୁ ପା଼ଚିତି ଡା଼ୟୁ ଜୀତ ହ଼ରୁତା ହ଼ଚା ହାଚେରି ।
27 presently Jesus said to them, ‘All of you will fall away; for scripture says – “I will strike down the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered.”
୨୭ଏଚିବେ଼ଲା ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ମୀରୁ ବାରେ ପିସା ହାଜାଦେରି, ଇଚିହିଁ ରା଼ସ୍କି ଆ଼ହାମାନେ, ନା଼ନୁ ମେ଼ଣ୍ତା ଗ଼ଡ଼ୁଇଁ ପା଼ୟିଇଁ ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ମେ଼ଣ୍ତାୟାଁ ଆଲାରା ଆ଼ହାହାନୁ ।
28 Yet, after I have risen, I will go before you into Galilee.’
୨୮ସାମା ନା଼ନୁ ହା଼ହାନା ୱେଣ୍ତେ ନିଙ୍ଗିତି ଡା଼ୟୁ ମୀ ନ଼କିତା ଗାଲିଲିତା ହାଇଁ ।”
29 ‘Even if everyone else falls away,’ said Peter, ‘I will not.’
୨୯ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ପିତର ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ବାରେଜା଼ଣା ପିସା ହାଜାନେରି ନା଼ନୁ କଡ଼େ ନିଙ୍ଗେ ଏଚେଲା ପିସ୍ତଅଁ ।”
30 ‘I tell you,’ answered Jesus, ‘that you yourself today – yes, this very night – before the cock crows twice, will disown me three times.’
୩୦ଜୀସୁ ପିତରଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ନା଼ନୁ ନିଙ୍ଗେ ସାତା ୱେସିମାଞ୍ଜାଇଁ, ନୀଞ୍ଜୁ ଈ ଲା଼ଆଁୟାଁ କୟୁ ରୀ ଦେବା କେ଼ଣ୍ଆ ମାନାଟିଏ, ନା଼ନୁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ପୁଞ୍ଜାହିଲଅଁ ଇଞ୍ଜିଁ ତୀନିପା଼ଲି ଏଲେଇଞ୍ଜି ।”
31 But Peter vehemently protested, ‘Even if I must die with you, I will never disown you!’ And they all said the same.
୩୧ସାମା ପିତର ଆ଼ଟ୍ୱା ତଲେ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ନାଙ୍ଗେ ନୀ ତଲେ ହା଼ହାଲି ଆ଼ତି ଜିକେଏ ନା଼ନୁ ନିଙ୍ଗେ ଏଚେଲା ପୁଞ୍ଜାହିଲଅଁ ଇଞ୍ଜଅଁ ।” ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ବାରେଜା଼ଣା ଜିକେଏ ଏଲେଇଚେରି ।
32 Presently they came to a garden known as Gethsemane, and Jesus said to his disciples ‘Sit down here while I pray.’
୩୨ଡା଼ୟୁ ଏ଼ୱାରି ଗେତ୍ସିମନି ଇନି ର଼ ଟା଼ୟୁତା ୱା଼ତେରି, ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଜୀସୁ ତାନି ସୀସୁୟାଁଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ନା଼ନୁ ପ୍ରା଼ତାନା କିହିମାନି ପାତେକା ଇମ୍ବାଆଁ କୁଗାନା ମାଞ୍ଜୁ ।”
33 He took with him Peter, James, and John; and began to show signs of great dismay and deep distress of mind.
୩୩ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାସି ପିତର, ଜାକୁବ ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଜହନଇଁ ତାନିତଲେ ଅ଼ତେସି । ଏ଼ୱାସି ହା଼ରେକା ଦୁକୁତି କସ୍ତ ତାକି କିଲିବିଲି ଆ଼ତେସି ।
34 ‘I am sad at heart,’ he said, ‘sad even to death; wait here, and watch.’
୩୪ଏଚେଟିଏ ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ନା଼ ଜୀୱୁ ହା଼ନିଲେହେଁ ହା଼ରେକା କିଲିବିଲି ହ଼ଚିମାଞ୍ଜାନେ; ମୀରୁ ଇମ୍ବାଆଁ ତେଃଏଲାନା କା଼ଚାମାଞ୍ଜୁ ।”
35 Going on a little further, he threw himself on the ground, and began to pray that, if it were possible, he might be spared that hour.
୩୫ଜୀସୁ ନ଼କିତା ହାଜାନା ବୂମିତା ମୁନୁ କୁତିତେସି, ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଆ଼ହାଲି ଆ଼ଡିତିହିଁ, ଏ଼ ଦୁକୁ ଏ଼ୱାଣି ତା଼ଣାଟି ଏ଼ନିକିଁ ହେକ ଆ଼ନେ, ଏ଼ଦାଆଁତାକି ପ୍ରା଼ତାନା କିତେସି ।
36 ‘Abba, Father,’ he said, ‘all things are possible to you; take away this cup from me; yet, not what I will, but what you will.’
୩୬ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଜୀସୁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ଆ଼ବା, ନୀନୁ ବାରେଏ କିହାଲି ଆ଼ଡିଦି; ଈ କସ୍ତ ବା଼ଦା ନା଼ ତା଼ଣାଟି ହେକ କିମୁ; ଆ଼ତିଜିକେଏ ନା଼ କାତା ଆ଼ଏ ନୀ କାତେଏ ଆ଼ପେ ।”
37 Then he came and found the three apostles asleep. ‘Simon,’ he said to Peter, ‘are you asleep? Couldn’t you watch for one hour?
୩୭ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାସି ୱା଼ହାନା ସୀସୁୟାଁ ଇଦା କିତାଣି ମେସ୍ତେସି, ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ପିତରଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ସିମନ ନୀନୁ ଡୂରିତିକି? ଗା଼ଡ଼େକା ଜିକେଏ କା଼ଚାଲି ଆ଼ଡାଆତେରି?
38 Watch and pray,’ he said to them all, ‘so that you may not fall into temptation. True, the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.’
୩୮ଏ଼ଦାଆଁତାକି କା଼ଚାନା ପ୍ରା଼ତାନା କିଦୁ; ଏ଼ନିକିଁ ମୀରୁ ପା଼ନ୍ଦାତା ହେର୍ଅତେରି, ମ଼ନ ମାନେ ସାତା, ଆଙ୍ଗାତା ବା଼ଡ଼୍ୟୁ ହିଲେଏ ।”
39 Again he went away, and prayed in the same words;
୩୯ଏ଼ୱାସି ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ୱେଣ୍ତେ ହାଜାନା ତଲିତିଲେହେଁ ପ୍ରା଼ତାନା କିତେସି ।
40 and coming back again he found them asleep, for their eyes were heavy; and they did not know what to say to him.
୪୦ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ୱେଣ୍ତେ ୱା଼ହାନା ଏ଼ୱାସି ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଇଦା କିହାମାନାଣି ମେସ୍ତେସି, ଇଚିହିଁ ଏ଼ୱାରି କାଣ୍କା ପଜ୍ୱି ଆ଼ହିମାଚୁ, ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାରି ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ଏ଼ନାଆଁ ଜ଼ଲିନେରି ପୁଞ୍ଜାଲି ଆ଼ଡାଆତେରି ।
41 A third time he came, and said to them, ‘Sleep on now, and rest yourselves. Enough! My time has come. Look, the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of wicked people.
୪୧ଜୀସୁ ତୀନି ଦେବା ୱା଼ହାନା ସୀସୁୟାଁଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ମୀରୁ ଗା଼ଡ଼େକା ଡୂରାନା ଜ଼ମାଦୁ; ହା଼ରେକା ବେ଼ଲା ଆ଼ତେୟିଏ, ଏ଼ ବେ଼ଲା ଏଗାୱା଼ହିମାନେ; ମେହ୍ଦୁ ମାଣ୍ସି ମୀର୍ଏସି ସାତ୍ରୁୟାଁ କେୟୁତା ହେର୍ପି ଆ଼ହିମାନେସି ।
42 Up, and let us be going. Look! My betrayer is close at hand.’
୪୨ନିଙ୍ଗାଦୁ, ମା଼ର ହାନ, ମେହ୍ଦୁ ଆମ୍ବାଆସି ନାଙ୍ଗେ ସାତ୍ରୁୟାଁ କେୟୁତା ହେର୍ପାନେସି ଏ଼ୱାସି ଏଗାୱା଼ତେସିଏ ।”
43 And just then, while he was still speaking, Judas, who was one of the Twelve, came up; and with him a crowd of people, with swords and clubs, sent by the chief priests, the teachers of the Law, and the elders.
୪୩ଏ଼ ଦେବୁଣିଏ ଜୀସୁ ୱେସିମାଚି ବେ଼ଲାତା, ବା଼ରଜା଼ଣା ବିତ୍ରାଟି ଜୀହୁଦା ଦ଼ରୁଗାଟାସି ରଅସି ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ତାନିତଲେ କାଜା ପୂଜେରାଙ୍ଗା, ମେ଼ରା ପୁନାରି ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଲ଼କୁତି କାଜାରି ତା଼ଣାଟି କାଣ୍ତା ଟେଙ୍ଗା ଆସାନା ୱା଼ତେରି ।
44 Now the betrayer had arranged a signal with them. ‘The man whom I kiss,’ he had said, ‘will be the one; arrest him and take him away safely.’
୪୪ଜୀସୁଇଁ ସାତ୍ରୁୟାଁ କେୟୁତା ହେର୍ପିନାସି ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଈ ସିନା ୱେସାମାଚେସି, “ନା଼ନୁ ଆମ୍ବାଆରାଇଁ ନଣ୍ତିଇଁ ଏ଼ୱାସିଏ ଏ଼ୱାସି । ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ଦସାନା ଜାଗ୍ରାତା ତଲେ ଅ଼ଦୁ ।”
45 As soon as Judas came, he went up to Jesus at once, and said, ‘Rabbi!’ and kissed him.
୪୫ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାସି ଏ଼ ଦେବୁଣିଏ ଏ଼ୱାଣି ଡାଗେ ହାଜାନା, “ଏ଼ ଗୂରୁ” ଇଞ୍ଜାନା ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ନଣ୍ତିତେସି ।
46 Then the men seized Jesus, and arrested him.
୪୬ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ଏ଼ୱାରି ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ଆସାନା ଦସା ଅ଼ତେରି ।
47 One of those who were standing by drew his sword, and struck at the high priest’s servant, and cut off his ear.
୪୭ସାମା ଡାଗେ ନିଚାମାଚି ଲ଼କୁ ବିତ୍ରାଟି ରଅସି କାଣ୍ତା ହ଼ପ୍ହେସି ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ କାଜା ପୂଜେରା ହ଼ଲେଏଣା କିର୍ୟୁଁ ଦା଼ତେସି ।
48 But Jesus spoke up, and said to the men, ‘Have you come out, as if after a robber, with swords and clubs, to take me?
୪୮ଜୀସୁ ଏ଼ୱାରାଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ସ଼ରୁଇଁ ଆସାଲି ହାନିଲେହେଁ କାଣ୍ତା ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଟେଙ୍ଗା ଆସାନା ମୀରୁ ନାଙ୍ଗେ ଆସାଲି ୱା଼ତେରି?
49 I have been among you day after day in the Temple Courts teaching, and yet you did not arrest me; but this is in fulfilment of the scriptures.’
୪୯ନା଼ନୁ ବାରେଦିନା ମୀ ତଲେ ପ୍ରା଼ତାନା ଇଲୁତା ମାଞ୍ଜାନା ଜା଼ପ୍ହି ମାଞ୍ଜାତେଏଁ, ସାମା ମୀରୁ ନାଙ୍ଗେ ଆସ୍ତାଆତେରି; ସାମା ଦାର୍ମୁ ପତିତି ରା଼ସ୍କି ଆ଼ତି ବ଼ଲୁ ଏ଼ନିକିଁ ସାତା ଆ଼ନେ, ଏ଼ଦାଆଁତାକି ଈ ବାରେ ଆ଼ହିମାନେ ।”
50 And all the apostles deserted him and fled.
୫୦ଏଚିବେ଼ଲା ବାରେଜା଼ଣା ସୀସୁୟାଁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ପିସାନା ହାଚେରି ।
51 One young man did indeed follow him, wrapped only in a linen sheet. They tried to arrest him;
୫୧ର଼ ଦାଂଗ୍ଣା କକାସି ର଼ ହିମ୍ବରି ପିଡ଼୍ଗାହାଁ ଜୀସୁ ଜେ଼ଚ ଜେ଼ଚ ହାଜିମାଚେସି; ଏ଼ୱାରି ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ଆସାଲି ହାଜାଲିଏ,
52 but he left the sheet in their hands, and fled naked.
୫୨ଏ଼ୱାସି ଏ଼ ପା଼ତାଡ଼ା ହିମ୍ବରି ପିସାନା ୱାର୍ଇ ଆଙ୍ଗାଟି ହଟାତୁସ୍ତେସି ।
53 Then they took Jesus to the high priest; and all the chief priests, elders, and the teachers of the Law assembled.
୫୩ଡା଼ୟୁ ଏ଼ୱାରି ଜୀସୁଇଁ କାଜା ପୂଜେରା ନ଼କିତା ଅ଼ତେରି, ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ କାଜା ପୂଜେରା, ଲ଼କୁତି କାଜାରି ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ମେ଼ରା ପୁନାରି ବାରେ ୱା଼ହାନା ରୁଣ୍ତା ଆ଼ତେରି ।
54 Peter, who had followed Jesus at a distance into the courtyard of the high priest, was sitting there among the guards, warming himself at the blaze of the fire.
୫୪ପିତର ହେକ ମାଞ୍ଜାନା ଏ଼ୱାଣି ଜେ଼ଚ ଜେ଼ଚ କାଜା ପୂଜେରା ଆଂଗେଣି ବିତ୍ରା ହାଚେସି ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଜାମାନାଙ୍ଗା ତଲେ କୁଗାନା ହିଚୁ କେର୍ଞ୍ଜି ମାଚେସି ।
55 Meanwhile the chief priest and the whole of the High Council were trying to get such evidence against Jesus as would warrant his being put to death, but they could not find any;
୫୫ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ କାଜା ପୂଜେରାଙ୍ଗା ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ବେ଼ରଣି ମାଣ୍ତାତି ବାରେଜା଼ଣା ଜୀସୁଇଁ ପା଼ୟାଲି ଏ଼ୱାଣି କ଼ପାଟି ସା଼କିୟାଁ ପାରିତେରି, ସାମା ଏ଼ନି ଦ଼ହ ବେଟାଆ଼ଆତେରି;
56 for, though there were many who gave false evidence against him, yet their evidence did not agree.
୫୬ଇଚିହିଁ ହା଼ରେକା ଏ଼ୱାଣି କ଼ପାଟି ମିଚି ସା଼କିୟାଁ ହୀତି ଜିକେଏ ଏ଼ୱାରି ହୀତି ସା଼କି ଆଣ୍ତାଆତେ ।
57 Presently some men stood up, and gave this false evidence against him –
୫୭ଡା଼ୟୁ ଏଚରଜା଼ଣା ହ଼ଚାନା ଏ଼ୱାଣି କ଼ପାଟି ମିଚି ସା଼କି ହୀହାନା ଏଲେଇଚେରି,
58 ‘We ourselves heard him say “I will destroy this Temple made with hands, and in three days build another made without hands.”’
୫୮“ମା଼ମ୍ବୁ ଈୱାଣାଇଁ ଈ କାତା ୱେସିମାଚାଣି ୱେଞ୍ଜାମାନମି, ନା଼ନୁ ଈ କେୟୁଟି କେ଼ପିତି ପ୍ରା଼ତାନା ଇଲୁତି ଡିକ୍ହାନା ତୀନିଦିନା ବିତ୍ରା ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ମାଣ୍ସି କେ଼ପାଆତି ପ୍ରା଼ତାନା ଇଲୁ କେ଼ପିଇଁ ।
59 Yet not even on that point did their evidence agree.
୫୯ସାମା ଏମ୍ବାଆଁ ଜିକେଏ ସା଼କି ଆଣ୍ତାଆତେ ।”
60 Then the high priest stood forward, and questioned Jesus. ‘Have you no answer to make?’ he asked. ‘What is this evidence which these men are giving against you?’
୬୦ଏଚେଟିଏ କାଜା ପୂଜେରା ମାଦିଏ ନିଚାନା ଜୀସୁଇଁ ୱେଚେସି, “ନୀ କ଼ପାଟି ଈୱାରି ଆମିନି ସା଼କି ହୀହିମାନେରି, ୱେଣ୍ତେ ଜ଼ଲାଲି ଏ଼ନି କାତା ହିଲେଏ କି?”
61 But Jesus remained silent, and made no answer. A second time the high priest questioned him. ‘Are you,’ he asked, ‘the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One?’
୬୧ସାମା ଏ଼ୱାସି ପାଲେଏ ଆ଼ହାନା ଏ଼ନି କାତା ଜ଼ଲାଆତେସି, କାଜା ପୂଜେରା ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ୱେଣ୍ତେ ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ୱେଚେସି, “ନୀନୁ କି ମା଼ନିଗାଟି ମାହାପୂରୁ ମୀର୍ଏଣାତି କ୍ରୀସ୍ତ?”
62 ‘I am,’ replied Jesus, ‘and you will all see the Son of Man sitting on the right hand of the Almighty, and coming in the clouds of heaven.’
୬୨ଜୀସୁ ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ନା଼ନୁ ଏ଼ୱାତେଏଁ, ମୀରୁ ମାଣ୍ସି ମୀର୍ଏଣାଇଁ ବା଼ଡ଼୍ୟୁଗାଟି ଟିଃନିୱାକି କୁଗାମାନାଣି ମେହ୍ଦେରି ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ହା଼ଗୁ ଦୂନ୍ଦ୍ରାଟି ୱେଣ୍ତେ ୱା଼ନାଣି ମେହ୍ଦେରି ।”
63 At this the high priest tore his vestments. ‘Why do we want any more witnesses?’ he exclaimed.
୬୩ଏଚେଟିଏ କାଜା ପୂଜେରା ତାନି ହିମ୍ବରି ଗେସାନା ଏଲେଇଚେସି, “ମାଙ୍ଗେ ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଏ଼ନି ସା଼କିୟାଁ ଲ଼ଡ଼ା ହିଲେଏ ।
64 ‘You heard his blasphemy? What is your verdict?’ They all condemned him, declaring that he deserved death.
୬୪ମୀରୁ ମାହାପୂରୁ ନିନ୍ଦା ୱେଚେରି; ମୀ ଅଣ୍ପୁ ଏ଼ନାୟି?” ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ବାରେଜା଼ଣା ଏ଼ୱାସି ହା଼ନି ଡଣ୍ତ ବେଟାଆ଼ପେସି ଇଞ୍ଜିଁ ଏଲେଇଚେରି ।
65 Some of those present began to spit at him, and to blindfold his eyes, and strike him, saying, as they did so, ‘Now play the prophet!’ and even the guards received him with blows.
୬୫ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଆମ୍ବା ଆମ୍ବାଆରି ଏ଼ୱାଣିଲାକ ହୂପିତେରି ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାଣି କାଣ୍କା ପଜାନା ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ୱେ଼ଚାନା ୱେଚେରି, “ମାହାପୂରୁ ଅଣ୍ପୁତି ବ଼ଲୁ ୱେହ୍ନାତି ଆମ୍ବାଆସି ନିଙ୍ଗେ ୱେ଼ତାତେସି, ୱେସ୍ତାମୁ!” ଜାମାନାଙ୍ଗା ଜିକେଏ ଆସାନା ସା଼ପ୍ଡ଼ା ୱେ଼ଚିହିଁ ଅ଼ତେରି ।
66 While Peter was in the courtyard down below, one of the high priest’s maidservants came up;
୬୬ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ ପିତର ଆଂଗେଣିତା ମାଚିବେ଼ଲାତା କାଜା ପୂଜେରା ହ଼ଲେଣି ୱା଼ହାନା ପିତର ହିଚୁ କେର୍ଞ୍ଜି ମାଚାଣି ମେସ୍ତେ,
67 and, seeing Peter warming himself, she looked closely at him, and exclaimed, ‘Why, you were with Jesus, the Nazarene!’
୬୭ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ପିତରଇଁ ସିନିକିହାନା ଏଲେଇଚେ, “ନୀନୁ ଜିକେଏ ନା଼ଜରିତ ଜୀସୁତଲେ ମାଚି ।”
68 But Peter denied it. ‘I do not know or understand what you mean,’ he replied. Then he went out into the porch;
୬୮ସାମା ଏ଼ୱାସି, ନା଼ନୁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ପୁଞ୍ଜାହିଲଅଁ, ନୀନୁ ଏ଼ନାଆଁ ୱେସିମାଞ୍ଜି ନା଼ନୁ ପୁଞ୍ଜିହିଲଅଁ, ଡା଼ୟୁ ଏ଼ୱାସି ଆଂଗେଣି ଦୁୱେରିତା ହାଚେସି, ରେ଼ଟୁଏ କୟୁ କେ଼ଣ୍ତେ ।
69 and there the maidservant, on seeing him, began to say again to the bystanders, ‘This is one of them!’
୬୯ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ ହ଼ଲେଣି ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ମେସାନା ଦାରିତା ନିଚାମାନି ଲ଼କୁଣି ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ୱେଣ୍ତେ ୱେସାଲି ମା଼ଟ୍ହେ, “ଈୱାସି ଏ଼ୱାରି ବିତ୍ରାଟି ରଅସି ।”
70 But Peter again denied it. Soon afterwards the bystanders again said to him, ‘You certainly are one of them; why you are a Galilean!’
୭୦ସାମା ଏ଼ୱାସି ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ୱେଣ୍ତେ ପୁଞ୍ଜାହିଲଅଁ ଇଚେସି, ଅ଼ଡ଼େ ଗା଼ଡ଼େକା ଆ଼ହାଲିଏ ଦାରିତା ମାଚି ଲ଼କୁ ପିତରଇଁ ଏଲେଇଚେରି, “ନୀନୁ ସାତେଏ ଏ଼ୱାରି ବିତ୍ରାଟି ରଅତି, ଇଚିହିଁ ନୀନୁ ର଼ ଗାଲିଲି ଲ଼କୁତି ।”
71 But he said to them, ‘I swear that I do not know the man you are talking about! May God punish me if I am lying!’
୭୧ସାମା ଏ଼ୱାସି ପାର୍ମାଣା ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ବା଼କା ଇଟାନା ଏଲେଇଚେସି, ମୀରୁ ଆମିନି ଲ଼କୁତି କାତା ୱେସିମାଞ୍ଜେରି, ନା଼ନୁ ଏ଼ୱାଣାଇଁ ପୁଞ୍ଜାହିଲଅଁ ।
72 At that moment, for the second time, a cock crowed; and Peter remembered the words that Jesus had said to him – “Before a cock has crowed twice, you will disown me three times”; and, as he thought of it, he began to weep.
୭୨ଏ଼ ଦେବୁଣିଏ କୟୁ ରୀ ଦେବା କେ଼ଣ୍ତେ । ଏମ୍ବାଟିଏ କୟୁ ରୀ ଦେବା କେ଼ଣ୍ଆ ନ଼କେଏ ନୀନୁ ନାଙ୍ଗେ ତୀନି ଦେବା ନା଼ନୁ ପୁଞ୍ଜାହିଲଅଁ ଇଞ୍ଜାଦି, ଆମିନି କାତା ଜୀସୁ ପିତରଇଁ ଏଲେଇଞ୍ଜାମାଚେସି, ଏ଼ଦି ଏ଼ୱାଣି ମ଼ନତା ୱା଼ତେ, ଇଞ୍ଜାଁ ଏ଼ୱାସି ଏ଼ କାତା ଅଣ୍ପିହିଁ ହା଼ରେକା ଡ଼ୀହାଲି ମା଼ଟ୍ହେସି ।
