Psalms 62

1 My soul rests in God alone. My yishu'ah ·salvation· comes from him.

၁အကယ် စင်စစ်ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် ဘုရား သခင်ရှေ့ မှာ ငြိမ်ဝပ် စွာ နေတတ်၏။ ငါ့ ကို ကယ်တင် ခြင်း အကြောင်းသည် အထံ တော်က သက်ရောက်ရ၏။

2 He alone is my rock and my yishu'ah ·salvation·, my fortress— I will never be greatly shaken.

၂အကယ် စင်စစ်ဘုရား သခင်သည် ငါ ၏ကျောက် ၊ ငါ့ ကို ကယ်တင် ခြင်းအကြောင်း ၊ ငါ့ ခိုလှုံ ရာဖြစ်တော်မူ ၍၊ ငါ၌ လှုပ်ရှား ခြင်းများစွာ မ ရှိရာ။

3 How long will you assault a man, would all of you throw him down, Like a leaning wall, like a tottering fence?

၃သင်တို့သည် အဘယ် မျှကာလပတ်လုံး တယောက်သောသူ ကို တိုက် ကြမည်နည်း။ သူ့ကို တိမ်း သော အုပ်ရိုး ၊ လှုပ် သော ထရံ ကဲ့ သို့မှတ်၍၊ သင် တို့အပေါင်း သည် အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံးဖြိုဖျက် ကြမည်နည်း။

4 They fully intend to throw him down from his lofty place. They delight in lies. They bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. (Selah) ·contemplation with musical interlude·.

၄ထိုသူ ကို မြင့် သော အရပ်က လှဲ ခြင်းငှါ ကြံစည် လျက် နေကြ၏။ မုသာ ကို နှစ်သက် ကြ၏။ နှုတ် ဖြင့် ကား၊ ကောင်းကြီး ကိုပေး လျက်၊ နှလုံး ၌ ကား၊ ကျိန်ဆဲ ခြင်းကို ပြုတတ်ကြ၏။

5 My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him.

၅အကယ် စင်စစ်ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် ဘုရား သခင်ရှေ့ မှာ ငြိမ်ဝပ် စွာ နေတတ်၏။ ငါ မြော်လင့် ခြင်း အကြောင်း သည် အထံ တော်က သက်ရောက်ရ၏။

6 He alone is my rock and my yishu'ah ·salvation·, my fortress. I will not be shaken.

၆အကယ် စင်စစ်ဘုရား သခင်သည် ငါ ၏ကျောက် ၊ ငါ့ ကို ကယ်တင် ခြင်းအကြောင်း ၊ ငါ ခိုလှုံ ရာဖြစ်တော်မူ ၍၊ ငါသည် လှုပ်ရှား ခြင်းမ ရှိရာ။

7 With God is my yesha' ·salvation· and my kavod ·weighty glory·. The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

၇ငါ့ ကို ကယ်တင် ခြင်းအကြောင်း၊ ငါ ၏ဘုန်းပွင့် ခြင်းအကြောင်းကား ဘုရား သခင်ပေတည်း။ ငါ့ ကို အားပေး သောကျောက် ၊ ငါ ခိုလှုံ ရာကား ဘုရား သခင်ပေတည်း။

8 Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us. (Selah) ·contemplation with musical interlude·.

၈အိုလူ များတို့၊ ဘုရား သခင်၌ အစဉ် မပြတ်ခိုလှုံ ကြလော့။ ရှေ့ တော်၌ စိတ် နှလုံးကို ဖွင့် ပြကြလော့။ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ငါ တို့ ခိုလှုံ ရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

9 Surely men of low degree are just a breath, and men of high degree are a lie. In the balances they will go up. They are together lighter than a breath.

၉အကယ် စင်စစ်ယုတ်ညံ့ သောသူ တို့ သည် အနတ္တ ၊ အသရေရှိသောသူတို့ သည် မုသာ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ချိန်ခွင် နှင့် ချိန်စက်လျှင် ထိုသူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် အနတ္တ ထက် သာ၍ပေါ့ကြ၏။

10 Don’t trust in oppression. Don’t become vain in robbery. If riches increase, don’t set your heart on them.

၁၀ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခြင်းကို မ ကိုးစား ကြနှင့်။ အနိုင် အထက်လုယူ၍ မ ဝါကြွား ကြနှင့်။ ဥစ္စာ များ ပြားလျှင် စိတ် စွဲလမ်းခြင်း မ ရှိ ကြနှင့်။

11 God has spoken once; twice I have sh'ma ·heard obeyed· this, that power belongs to God.

၁၁ဘုရား သခင်သည် တကြိမ် ဗျာဒိတ် ပေးတော်မူပြီ။ နှစ်ကြိမ် မြောက် ငါကြား ရသောဗျာဒိတ် တော်ဟူမူကား ၊ တန်ခိုး သည် ဘုရား သခင်၌ ရှိ၏။

12 Also to you, Lord, belongs chesed ·loving-kindness·, for you reward every man according to his work.

၁၂အို ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ကရုဏာ နှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် သည် လူအသီး အသီးတို့ အား သူ တို့အကျင့် နှင့်အလျောက် အကျိုးအပြစ်ကို ဆပ်ပေး တော်မူ၏။
