< Psalms 125 >

1 Those who trust in Adonai are as Mount Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], which can’t be moved, but remains forever.
Rwiyo rworwendo. Vanovimba naJehovha vakafanana neGomo reZioni, risingazungunuswi asi rinogara nokusingaperi.
2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem [City of peace], so Adonai surrounds his people from this time forward and forever more.
Sokupoteredzwa kwakaitwa Jerusarema namakomo, saizvozvo Jehovha anopoteredza vanhu vake kubva zvino nokusingaperi.
3 For the scepter of ethical wickedness won’t remain over the allotment of the upright; so that the upright won’t use their hands to do evil.
Tsvimbo yavasakarurama haingagari pamusoro penyika yakagoverwa vakarurama, nokuti ipapo vakarurama vangazotambanudzira maoko avo kuita zvakaipa.
4 Do good, Adonai, to those who are good, to those who are upright in their hearts.
Haiwa Jehovha, itirai zvakanaka, kuna avo vakanaka, kuna avo vane mwoyo yakarurama.
5 But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, Adonai will lead them away with the workers of vain striving of iniquity. Peace be on Israel [God prevails].
Asi avo vanotsaukira kunzira dzakaminama, Jehovha achavaparadza pamwe chete navaiti vezvakaipa. Rugare ngaruve pana Israeri.
