Numbers 1
1 Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out] in the wilderness of Sinai [Thorn], in the Tent of Meeting, on the first day of the second month (Iyar ·Light / I Am God your healer, 2·), in the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt [Abode of slavery], saying,
১মিশর দেশ থেকে লোকেদের বের হয়ে আসার পর দ্বিতীয় বছরের দ্বিতীয় মাসের প্রথম দিনের সদাপ্রভু সীনয় মরুপ্রান্তে সমাগম তাঁবুতে মোশিকে বললেন,
2 “Take a census of all the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails], by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, every male, one by one;
২“তোমরা লোকেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে, বংশ অনুসারে, নাম সংখ্যা অনুসারে ইস্রায়েল সন্তানদের সমস্ত মণ্ডলীর, প্রত্যেক পুরুষ, প্রত্যেক লোককে গোন।
3 from twenty years old and upward, all who are able to go out to war in Israel [God prevails]. You and Aaron [Light-bringer] shall count them by their divisions.
৩কুড়ি বছর ও তার বেশি বয়সী যত পুরুষ ইস্রায়েলের মধ্যে যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য, তাদের সৈন্য অনুসারে তুমি ও হারোণ তাদেরকে গণনা কর।
4 With you there shall be a man of every tribe; everyone head of his fathers’ house.
৪আর প্রত্যেক বংশ থেকে একজন করে, একজন গোষ্ঠী প্রধান, তোমাদের সহকারী হবে।
5 These are the names of the men who shall stand with you: Of Reuben [See, a son!]: Elizur the son of Shedeur.
৫আর যে ব্যক্তিরা তোমাদের সহকারী হবে, তাদের নাম হল রূবেণের পক্ষে শদেয়ূরের ছেলে ইলীষূর।
6 Of Simeon [Hearing]: Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai [My rock almighty].
৬শিমিয়োনের পক্ষে সূরীশদ্দয়ের ছেলে শলুমীয়েল।
7 Of Judah [Praised]: Nahshon the son of Amminadab.
৭যিহূদার পক্ষে অম্মীনাদবের ছেলে নহশোন।
8 Of Issachar [Hire, Reward]: Nethanel the son of Zuar.
৮ইষাখরের পক্ষে সূয়ারের ছেলে নথনেল।
9 Of Zebulun [Living together]: Eliab the son of Helon.
৯সবূলূনের পক্ষে হেলোনের ছেলে ইলীয়াব।
10 Of the children of Joseph [May he add]: Of Ephraim [Fruit]: Elishama the son of Ammihud. Of Manasseh [Causing to forget]: Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.
১০যোষেফের ছেলেদের মধ্যে ইফ্রয়িমের পক্ষে অম্মীহূদের ছেলে ইলীশামা, মনঃশির পক্ষে পদাহসূরের ছেলে গমলীয়েল।
11 Of Benjamin [Son of right hand, Son of south]: Abidan the son of Gideoni.
১১বিন্যামীনের পক্ষে গিদিয়োনির ছেলে অবীদান।
12 Of Dan [He judged]: Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
১২দানের পক্ষে অম্মীশদ্দয়ের ছেলে অহীয়েষর।
13 Of Asher [Happy]: Pagiel the son of Ochran.
১৩আশেরের পক্ষে অক্রণের ছেলে পগীয়েল।
14 Of Gad [Good fortune]: Eliasaph the son of Deuel.
১৪গাদের পক্ষে দ্যূয়েলের ছেলে ইলীয়াসফ।
15 Of Naphtali [My wrestling]: Ahira the son of Enan.”

16 These are those who were called of the congregation, the princes of the tribes of their fathers; they were the heads of the thousands of Israel [God prevails].
১৬এরা মণ্ডলীর মনোনীত লোক, তারা তাদের পূর্বপুরুষদের বংশের শাসনকর্ত্তা; তারা ইস্রায়েলের হাজারপতি ছিল।
17 Moses [Drawn out] and Aaron [Light-bringer] took these men who are mentioned by name.
১৭তখন মোশি ও হারোণ নথিভুক্ত ব্যক্তিদেরকে সঙ্গে নিলেন
18 They assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month (Iyar ·Light / I Am God your healer, 2·); and they declared their ancestry by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, one by one.
১৮এবং দ্বিতীয় মাসের প্রথম দিনের সমস্ত মণ্ডলীকে জড়ো করলেন। কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী লোকেদের নাম পূর্বপুরুষরা সনাক্ত করেছেন। তাঁকে পূর্বপুরুষের নাম অনুসারে তাদের গোত্র ও পরিবারের নাম ছিল।
19 As Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out], so he counted them in the wilderness of Sinai [Thorn].
১৯এই ভাবে মোশি সদাপ্রভুর আদেশ অনুসারে সীনয় মরুপ্রান্তে তাদেরকে গণনা করলেন।
20 The children of Reuben [See, a son!], Israel [God prevails]’s firstborn, their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, one by one, every male from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
২০ইস্রায়েলের প্রথমজাত যে রূবেণ, তার সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
21 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Reuben [See, a son!], were forty-six thousand five hundred.
২১তাঁরা রূবেণ বংশ থেকে ছেচল্লিশ হাজার পাঁচশো লোক গণনা করলেন।
22 Of the children of Simeon [Hearing], their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, those who were counted of it, according to the number of the names, one by one, every male from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
২২শিমিয়োন সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
23 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Simeon [Hearing], were fifty-nine thousand three hundred.
২৩তাঁরা শিমিয়োন বংশ থেকে ঊনষষ্টি হাজার তিনশো লোক গণনা করলেন।
24 Of the children of Gad [Good fortune], their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
২৪গাদ সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের নাম সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
25 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Gad [Good fortune], were forty-five thousand six hundred fifty.
২৫তাঁরা গাদ বংশ থেকে পঁয়তাল্লিশ হাজার ছয়শো পঞ্চাশজন লোক গণনা করলেন।
26 Of the children of Judah [Praised], their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
২৬যিহূদা সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের নাম সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
27 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Judah [Praised], were seventy-four thousand six hundred.
২৭তাঁরা যিহূদা বংশ থেকে চুয়াত্তর হাজার ছয়শো জন লোক গণনা করলেন।
28 Of the children of Issachar [Hire, Reward], their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
২৮ইষাখর সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের নাম সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
29 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Issachar [Hire, Reward], were fifty-four thousand four hundred.
২৯তাঁরা ইষাখর বংশ থেকে চুয়ান্ন হাজার চারশো জন লোক গণনা করলেন।
30 Of the children of Zebulun [Living together], their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
৩০সবূলূন সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের নাম সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
31 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Zebulun [Living together], were fifty-seven thousand four hundred.
৩১তাঁরা সবূলূন বংশ থেকে সাতান্ন হাজার চারশো জন লোক গণনা করলেন।
32 Of the children of Joseph [May he add], of the children of Ephraim [Fruit], their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
৩২যোষেফ সন্তানদের মধ্যে ইফ্রয়িম সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের নাম সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
33 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Ephraim [Fruit], were forty thousand five hundred.
৩৩ইফ্রয়িম বংশ থেকে চল্লিশ হাজার পাঁচশো জন লোক গণনা করলেন।
34 Of the children of Manasseh [Causing to forget], their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
৩৪মনঃশি সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের নাম সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
35 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Manasseh [Causing to forget], were thirty-two thousand two hundred.
৩৫তাঁরা মনঃশি বংশ থেকে বত্রিশ হাজার দুশো জন লোক গণনা করলেন।
36 Of the children of Benjamin [Son of right hand, Son of south], their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
৩৬বিন্যামীন সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের নাম সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
37 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Benjamin [Son of right hand, Son of south], were thirty-five thousand four hundred.
৩৭তাঁরা বিন্যামীন বংশ থেকে পঁয়ত্রিশ হাজার চারশো জন লোক গণনা করলেন।
38 Of the children of Dan [He judged], their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
৩৮দান সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের নাম সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
39 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Dan [He judged], were sixty-two thousand seven hundred.
৩৯তাঁরা দান বংশ থেকে বাষট্টি হাজার সাতশো জন লোক গণনা করলেন।
40 Of the children of Asher [Happy], their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
৪০আশের সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের নাম সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
41 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Asher [Happy], were forty-one thousand five hundred.
৪১তাঁরা আশের বংশ থেকে একচল্লিশ হাজার পাঁচশো জন লোক গণনা করলেন।
42 Of the children of Naphtali [My wrestling], their generations, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war;
৪২নপ্তালি সন্তানদের গোষ্ঠী ও পরিবার অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের নাম সংখ্যা গণনা করা হল।
43 those who were counted of them, of the tribe of Naphtali [My wrestling], were fifty-three thousand four hundred.
৪৩তাঁরা নপ্তালি বংশ থেকে তিপ্পান্ন হাজার চারশো জন লোক গণনা করলেন।
44 These are those who were counted, whom Moses [Drawn out] and Aaron [Light-bringer] counted, and the princes of Israel [God prevails], being twelve men: they were each one for his fathers’ house.
৪৪এইসব লোকেদের মোশি ও হারোণের মাধ্যমে এবং ইস্রায়েলের বারোজন শাসনকর্ত্তা অর্থাৎ পরিবারের এক একজন শাসনকর্ত্তার মাধ্যমে গণনা করা হল।
45 So all those who were counted of the children of Israel [God prevails] by their fathers’ houses, from twenty years old and upward, all who were able to go out to war in Israel [God prevails];
৪৫সুতরাং কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী ইস্রায়েলের মধ্যে থেকে যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত পুরুষের সংখ্যা পরিবার অনুসারে গণনা করা হল।
46 even all those who were counted were six hundred three thousand five hundred fifty.
৪৬তাঁরা ছয় লক্ষ তিন হাজার পাঁচশো পঞ্চাশ জন লোকসংখ্যা গণনা করলেন।
47 But the Levites [Descendants of United with] after the tribe of their fathers was not counted among them.
৪৭কিন্তু যে লোকেরা লেবির বংশধর তাদের গণনা করা হল না।
48 For Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
৪৮কারণ সদাপ্রভু মোশিকে বলেছিলেন,
49 “Only the tribe of Levi [United with] you shall not count, neither shall you take a census of them among the children of Israel [God prevails];
৪৯“তুমি শুধু লেবি বংশের গণনা কোরো না এবং ইস্রায়েল সন্তানদের মধ্যে তাদের সংখ্যা গ্রহণ কোরো না।
50 but appoint the Levites [Descendants of United with] over the Tabernacle of the Testimony, and over all its furnishings, and over all that belongs to it. They shall carry the tabernacle, and all its furnishings; and they shall take care of it, and shall encamp around it.
৫০পরিবর্তে, সাক্ষ্যের সমাগম তাঁবুর দেখাশোনা ও সমাগম তাঁবুর সব দ্রব্য ও তার সমস্ত বিষয়ের দেখাশোনা করার জন্য লেবীয়দেরকে নিযুক্ত কর; অবশ্যই তারা সমাগম তাঁবু বহন করবে ও তারা সমাগম তাঁবুর সমস্ত জিনিসপত্র বহন করবে। তারা অবশ্যই সমাগম তাঁবুর যত্ন নেবে ও তার চারপাশে তাদের শিবির গড়বে।
51 When the tabernacle is to move, the Levites [Descendants of United with] shall take it down; and when the tabernacle is to be set up, the Levites [Descendants of United with] shall set it up. The stranger who comes near shall be put to death.
৫১যখন সমাগম তাঁবু অন্য জায়গায় নিয়ে যাবে, অবশ্যই লেবীয়েরা তা ভাঁজ করে নিয়ে যাবে। যখন সমাগম তাঁবু স্থাপন করা হবে, অবশ্যই লেবীয়েরা তা স্থাপন করবে। অন্য কোন লোক সমাগম তাঁবুর কাছে গেলে তার প্রাণদণ্ড হবে।
52 The children of Israel [God prevails] shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, according to their divisions.
৫২যখন ইস্রায়েল সন্তানেরা তাদের তাঁবু স্থাপন করবে, প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি তার শিবিরের পতাকার সামনে আসবে।
53 But the Levites [Descendants of United with] shall encamp around the Tabernacle of the Testimony, that there may be no wrath on the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails]: and the Levites [Descendants of United with] shall be responsible for the Tabernacle of the Testimony.”
৫৩কিন্তু ইস্রায়েল সন্তানদের মণ্ডলীর ওপর যাতে আমার রাগ না হয়, এর জন্য লেবীয়েরা অবশ্যই সাক্ষ্যের সমাগম তাঁবু ঘিরে তাদের তাঁবু স্থাপন করবে। লেবিয়েরা অবশ্যই সাক্ষ্যের সমাগম তাঁবুর দেখাশোনা করবে।”
54 Thus the children of Israel [God prevails] did. According to all that Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out], so they did.
৫৪ইস্রায়েল সন্তানরা সেই রকম করল। সদাপ্রভু মোশিকে যা যা আদেশ করেছিলেন, সেই অনুসারে তারা সবই করল।
