Matthew 27
1 Now early in the morning (Nissan 14), all the chief priests and the elders of the people took counsel against Yeshua [Salvation] to put him to death:
Mikor pedig reggel lőn, tanácsot tartának mind a főpapok és a nép vénei Jézus ellen, hogy őt megöljék.
2 and they bound him, and led him away, and delivered him up to Pontius Pilate [Armed with javelin], the governor.
És megkötözvén őt, elvivék, és átadák őt Ponczius Pilátusnak a helytartónak.
3 Then Judas [Praised], who betrayed him, when he saw that Yeshua [Salvation] was condemned, felt remorse ·to care afterwards, regret into repent·, and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,
Akkor látván Júdás, a ki őt elárulá, hogy elítélték őt, megbánta dolgát, és visszavivé a harmincz ezüst pénzt a főpapoknak és a véneknek,
4 saying, “I have committed sin ·missed the mark and being without share· in that I betrayed innocent blood.” But they said, “What is that to us? You see to it.”
Mondván: Vétkeztem, hogy elárultam az ártatlan vért. Azok pedig mondának: Mi közünk hozzá? Te lássad.
5 He threw down the pieces of silver in the sanctuary, and departed. He went away and hanged himself.
Ő pedig eldobván az ezüst pénzeket a templomban, eltávozék; és elmenvén felakasztá magát.
6 The chief priests took the pieces of silver, and said, “It’s not lawful to put them into the treasury, since it is the price of blood.”
A főpapok pedig felszedvén az ezüst pénzeket, mondának: Nem szabad ezeket a templom kincsei közé tennünk, mert vérnek ára.
7 They took counsel, and bought the potter’s field with them, to bury strangers in.
Tanácsot ülvén pedig, megvásárlák azon a fazekasnak mezejét idegenek számára való temetőnek.
8 Therefore that field was called “The Field of Blood” to this day.
Ezért hívják ezt a mezőt vérmezejének mind e mai napig.
9 Then that which was spoken through Jeremiah [Yah lifts up] the prophet was fulfilled, saying, “They took the thirty pieces of silver, which was the price the people of Israel [God prevails] had agreed to pay him,
Ekkor teljesedék be a Jeremiás próféta mondása, a ki így szólott: És vevék a harmincz ezüst pénzt, a megbecsültnek árát, a kit Izráel fiai részéről megbecsültek,
10 and used them to buy the potter’s field just as MarYah [Master Yahweh] commanded me.”
És adák azt a fazekas mezejéért, a mint az Úr rendelte volt nékem.
11 Now Yeshua [Salvation] stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, “Are you the King of the Jews [Praisers]?” Yeshua [Salvation] said to him, “So you say.”
Jézus pedig ott álla a helytartó előtt; és kérdezé őt a helytartó, mondván: Te vagy-é a zsidók királya? Jézus pedig monda néki: Te mondod.
12 When he was accused by the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing.
És mikor vádolák őt a főpapok és a vének, semmit sem felele.
13 Then Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to him, “Don’t you hear how many things they testify against you?”
Akkor monda néki Pilátus: Nem hallod-é, mily sok bizonyságot tesznek ellened?
14 He gave him no answer, not even one word, so that the governor marveled greatly.
És nem felele néki egyetlen szóra sem, úgy hogy a helytartó igen elcsodálkozék.
15 Now at the feast the governor was accustomed to release to the multitude one prisoner, whom they desired.
Ünnepenként pedig egy foglyot szokott szabadon bocsátani a helytartó a sokaság kedvéért, a kit akarának.
16 They had then a notable prisoner, called Bar-Abba [Son Father].
Vala pedig akkor egy nevezetes foglyuk, a kit Barabbásnak hívtak.
17 When therefore they were gathered together, Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to them, “Whom do you want me to release to you? Bar-Abba [Son Father], or Yeshua [Salvation], who is called Messiah [Anointed one]?”
Mikor azért egybegyülekezének, monda nékik Pilátus: Melyiket akarjátok hogy elbocsássam néktek: Barabbást-é, vagy Jézust, a kit Krisztusnak hívnak?
18 For he knew that because of envy they had delivered him up.
Mert jól tudja vala, hogy irigységből adák őt kézbe.
19 While he was sitting on the judgment seat, his wife sent to him, saying, “Have nothing to do with that upright man, for I have suffered many things today in a dream because of him.”
A mint pedig ő az ítélőszékben ül vala, külde ő hozzá a felesége, ezt üzenvén: Ne avatkozzál amaz igaz ember dolgába; mert sokat szenvedtem ma álmomban ő miatta.
20 Now the chief priests and the elders persuaded the multitudes to ask for Bar-Abba [Son Father], and destroy Yeshua [Salvation].
A főpapok és vének pedig reá beszélék a sokaságot, hogy Barabbást kérjék ki, Jézust pedig veszítsék el.
21 But the governor answered them, “Which of the two do you want me to release to you?” They said, “Bar-Abba [Son Father]!”
Felelvén pedig a helytartó, monda nékik: A kettő közül melyiket akarjátok, hogy elbocsássam néktek? Azok pedig mondának: Barabbást.
22 Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to them, “What then shall I do to Yeshua [Salvation], who is called Messiah [Anointed one]?” They all said to him, “Put him to death on the stake!”
Monda nékik Pilátus: Mit cselekedjem hát Jézussal, a kit Krisztusnak hívnak? Mindnyájan mondának: Feszíttessék meg!
23 But the governor said, “Why? What evil has he done?” But they cried out exceedingly, saying, “Death on the stake!”
A helytartó pedig monda: Mert mi rosszat cselekedett? Azok pedig még inkább kiáltoznak vala, mondván: Feszíttessék meg!
24 So when Pilate [Armed with javelin] saw that nothing was being gained, but rather that a disturbance was starting, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, “I am innocent of the blood of this upright person. You see to it.”
Pilátus pedig látván, hogy semmi sem használ, hanem még nagyobb háborúság támad, vizet vévén, megmosá kezeit a sokaság előtt, mondván: Ártatlan vagyok ez igaz embernek vérétől; ti lássátok!
25 All the people answered, “May his blood be on us, and on our children!”
És felelvén az egész nép, monda: Az ő vére mi rajtunk és a mi magzatainkon.
26 Then he released to them Bar-Abba [Son Father], but Yeshua [Salvation] he flogged and delivered to be nailed to the execution-stake.
Akkor elbocsátá nékik Barabbást; Jézust pedig megostoroztatván, kezökbe adá, hogy megfeszíttessék.
27 Then the governor’s soldiers took Yeshua [Salvation] into the Praetorium, and gathered the whole garrison together against him.
Akkor a helytartó vitézei elvivék Jézust az őrházba, és oda gyűjték hozzá az egész csapatot.
28 They stripped him, and put a scarlet robe on him.
És levetkeztetvén őt, bíbor palástot adának reá.
29 They braided a crown of thorns and put it on his head, and a reed in his right hand; and they knelt down before him, and mocked him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews [Praisers]!”
És tövisből fonott koronát tőnek a fejére, és nádszálat a jobb kezébe; és térdet hajtva előtte, csúfolják vala őt, mondván: Üdvöz légy zsidóknak királya!
30 They spat on him, and took the reed and struck him on the head.
És mikor megköpdösék őt, elvevék a nádszálat, és a fejéhez verdesik vala.
31 When they had mocked him, they took the robe off of him, and put his clothes on him, and led him away to crucify him.
És miután megcsúfolták, levevék róla a palástot és az ő maga ruháiba öltözteték; és elvivék, hogy megfeszítsék őt.
32 As they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simeon [Hearing] by name, and they compelled him to go with them, that he might carry his execution-stake.
Kifelé menve pedig találkozának egy czirénei emberrel, a kit Simonnak hívnak vala; ezt kényszeríték, hogy vigye az ő keresztjét.
33 When they came to a place called “Golgotha,” that means, “[The place of a skull],”
És mikor eljutának arra a helyre, a melyet Golgothának, azaz koponya helyének neveznek,
34 they gave him sour wine to drink mixed with gall. When he had tasted it, he would not drink.
Méreggel megelegyített eczetet adának néki inni; és megízlelvén, nem akara inni.
35 When they had nailed him to the stake, they divided his clothing among them, casting lots,
Minek utána pedig megfeszíték őt, eloszták az ő ruháit, sorsot vetvén; hogy beteljék a próféta mondása: Megosztozának az én ruháimon, és az én köntösömre sorsot vetének.
36 and they sat and watched him there.
És leülvén, ott őrzik vala őt.
37 They set up over his head the accusation against him written, “This Is Yeshua [Salvation], The King of The Jews [Praisers].”
És feje fölé illeszték az ő kárhoztatásának okát, oda írván: Ez Jézus, a zsidók királya.
38 Then there were two robbers placed on execution-stakes with him, one on his right hand and one on the left.
Akkor megfeszítének vele együtt két latrot, egyiket jobbkéz felől, és a másikat balkéz felől.
39 Those who passed by blasphemed him, shaking their heads,
Az arramenők pedig szidalmazzák vala őt, fejüket hajtogatván.
40 and saying, “You who destroy the temple, and build it in three days, save yourself! If you are the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·, come down from the execution-stake!”
És ezt mondván: Te, ki lerontod a templomot és harmadnapra fölépíted, szabadítsd meg magadat; ha Isten Fia vagy, szállj le a keresztről!
41 Likewise the chief priests also mocking, with the Torah-Teachers, the Pharisees [Separated], and the elders, said,
Hasonlóképen a főpapok is csúfolódván az írástudókkal és a vénekkel egyetemben, ezt mondják vala:
42 “He saved others, but he can’t save himself. If he is the Melek Isra'el [King of God prevails], let him come down from the execution-stake now, and we will trust in him.
Másokat megtartott, magát nem tudja megtartani. Ha Izráel királya, szálljon le most a keresztről, és majd hiszünk néki.
43 He trusts in God. Let God deliver him now, if he wants him; for he said, ‘I am the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·.’”
Bízott az Istenben; mentse meg most őt, ha akarja; mert azt mondta: Isten Fia vagyok.
44 The robbers also who were placed on execution-stakes with him cast on him the same reproach.
A kiket vele együtt feszítének meg, a latrok is ugyanazt hányják vala szemére.
45 Now from noon until three o'clock there was darkness over all the land.
Hat órától kezdve pedig sötétség lőn mind az egész földön, kilencz óráig.
46 About three o'clock in the afternoon, Yeshua [Salvation] cried with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lima sabachthani?” That is, “·My God, my God, why have you forsaken me·?”
Kilencz óra körül pedig nagy fenszóval kiálta Jézus, mondván: ELI, ELI! LAMA SABAKTÁNI? azaz: Én Istenem, én Istenem! miért hagyál el engemet?
47 Some of them who stood there, when they heard it, said, “This man is calling Elijah [My God Yah].”
Némelyek pedig az ott állók közül, a mint ezt hallák, mondának: Illést hívja ez.
48 Immediately one of them ran, and took a sponge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave it to him to drink.
És egy közülök azonnal oda futamodván, egy szivacsot vőn, és megtöltvén eczettel és egy nádszálra tűzvén, inni ád vala néki.
49 The rest said, “Let him be. Let’s see whether Elijah [My God Yah] comes to save him.”
A többiek pedig ezt mondják vala: Hagyd el, lássuk eljő-é Illés, hogy megszabadítsa őt?
50 Yeshua [Salvation] cried again with a loud voice, and yielded up his spirit.
Jézus pedig ismét nagy fenszóval kiáltván, kiadá lelkét.
51 Behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from the top to the bottom. The earth quaked and the rocks were split.
És ímé a templom kárpítja fölétől aljáig ketté hasada; és a föld megindula, és a kősziklák megrepedezének;
52 The tombs were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised;
És a sírok megnyílának, és sok elhúnyt szentnek teste föltámada.
53 and coming out of the tombs after his resurrection, they entered into the holy city and appeared to many.
És kijövén a sírokból, a Jézus föltámadása után bementek a szent városba, és sokaknak megjelenének.
54 Now the centurion, and those who were with him watching Yeshua [Salvation], when they saw the earthquake, and the things that were done, feared exceedingly, saying, “Truly this was the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·.”
A százados pedig és a kik ő vele őrizték vala Jézust, látván a földindulást és a mik történtek vala, igen megrémülének, mondván: Bizony, Istennek Fia vala ez!
55 Many women were there watching from afar, who had followed Yeshua [Salvation] from Galilee [District, Circuit], serving him.
Sok asszony vala pedig ott, a kik távolról szemlélődnek vala, a kik Galileából követték Jézust, szolgálván néki;
56 Among them were Mary of Magdala [Rebellion of City tower], Mary [Rebellion] the mother of James [Surplanter] and Joses, and the mother of the sons of Zebedee [Bestowed by Yah].
Ezek közt volt Mária Magdaléna, és Mária a Jakab és Józsé anyja, és a Zebedeus fiainak anyja.
57 When evening had come, a rich man from Arimathaea, named Joseph [May he add], who himself was also Yeshua's [Salvation]'s disciple came.
Mikor pedig beesteledék, eljöve egy gazdag ember Arimathiából, név szerint József, a ki maga is tanítványa volt Jézusnak;
58 This man went to Pilate [Armed with javelin], and asked for Yeshua [Salvation]’s body (Nissan 14). Then Pilate [Armed with javelin] commanded the body to be given up.
Ez Pilátushoz menvén, kéri vala a Jézus testét. Akkor parancsolá Pilátus, hogy adják át a testet.
59 Joseph [May he add] took the body, and wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,
És magához vévén József a testet, begöngyölé azt tiszta gyolcsba,
60 and laid it in his own new tomb, which he had cut out in the rock, and he rolled a great stone to the door of the tomb, and departed.
És elhelyezé azt a maga új sírjába, a melyet a sziklába vágatott: és a sír szájára egy nagy követ hengerítvén, elméne.
61 Mary of Magdala [Rebellion of City tower] was there, and the other Mary [Rebellion], sitting opposite the tomb.
Ott vala pedig Mária Magdaléna és a másik Mária, a kik a sír átellenében ülnek vala.
62 Now on the next day, which was the day after the Preparation Day (Nissan 15), the chief priests and the Pharisees [Separated] were gathered together to Pilate [Armed with javelin],
Másnap pedig, a mely péntek után következik, egybegyűlének a főpapok és a farizeusok Pilátushoz,
63 saying, “Sir, we remember what that deceiver said while he was still alive: ‘After three days I will rise again.’
Ezt mondván: Uram, emlékezünk, hogy az a hitető még életében azt mondotta volt: Harmadnapra föltámadok.
64 Command therefore that the tomb be made secure until the third day, lest perhaps his disciples come at night and steal him away, and tell the people, ‘He is risen from the dead;’ and the last sin ·abstractly deceive, straying from orthodox beliefs· will be worse than the first.”
Parancsold meg azért, hogy őrizzék a sírt harmadnapig, ne hogy az ő tanítványai odamenvén éjjel, ellopják őt és azt mondják a népnek: Feltámadott a halálból; és az utolsó hitetés gonoszabb legyen az elsőnél.
65 Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to them, “You have a guard. Go, make it as secure as you can.”
Pilátus pedig monda nékik: Van őrségetek; menjetek, őríztessétek, a mint tudjátok.
66 So they went with the guard and made the tomb secure, sealing the stone.
Ők pedig elmenvén, a sírt őrizet alá helyezék, lepecsételvén a követ, az őrséggel.
