Matthew 19
1 When Yeshua [Salvation] had finished these words, he departed from Galilee [District, Circuit], and came into the borders of Judea [Praise] beyond the Jordan [Descender].
അനന്തരമ് ഏതാസു കഥാസു സമാപ്താസു യീശു ർഗാലീലപ്രദേശാത് പ്രസ്ഥായ യർദന്തീരസ്ഥം യിഹൂദാപ്രദേശം പ്രാപ്തഃ|
2 Great multitudes followed him, and he healed them there.
തദാ തത്പശ്ചാത് ജനനിവഹേ ഗതേ സ തത്ര താൻ നിരാമയാൻ അകരോത്|
3 Pharisees [Separated] came to him, testing him, and saying, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any reason?”
തദനന്തരം ഫിരൂശിനസ്തത്സമീപമാഗത്യ പാരീക്ഷിതും തം പപ്രച്ഛുഃ, കസ്മാദപി കാരണാത് നരേണ സ്വജായാ പരിത്യാജ്യാ ന വാ?
4 He answered, “Haven’t you read that from the beginning the Creator made them male and female,
സ പ്രത്യുവാച, പ്രഥമമ് ഈശ്വരോ നരത്വേന നാരീത്വേന ച മനുജാൻ സസർജ, തസ്മാത് കഥിതവാൻ,
5 and said, ‘For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall join to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh’?
മാനുഷഃ സ്വപിതരൗ പരിത്യജ്യ സ്വപത്ന്യാമ് ആസക്ഷ്യതേ, തൗ ദ്വൗ ജനാവേകാങ്ഗൗ ഭവിഷ്യതഃ, കിമേതദ് യുഷ്മാഭി ർന പഠിതമ്?
6 So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart.”
അതസ്തൗ പുന ർന ദ്വൗ തയോരേകാങ്ഗത്വം ജാതം, ഈശ്വരേണ യച്ച സമയുജ്യത, മനുജോ ന തദ് ഭിന്ദ്യാത്|
7 They asked him, “Why then did Moses [Drawn out] enjoin us to give her a bill of divorce, and divorce her?”
തദാനീം തേ തം പ്രത്യവദൻ, തഥാത്വേ ത്യാജ്യപത്രം ദത്ത്വാ സ്വാം സ്വാം ജായാം ത്യക്തും വ്യവസ്ഥാം മൂസാഃ കഥം ലിലേഖ?
8 He said to them, “Moses [Drawn out], because of the hardness of your hearts, allowed you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it has not been so.
തതഃ സ കഥിതവാൻ, യുഷ്മാകം മനസാം കാഠിന്യാദ് യുഷ്മാൻ സ്വാം സ്വാം ജായാം ത്യക്തുമ് അന്വമന്യത കിന്തു പ്രഥമാദ് ഏഷോ വിധിർനാസീത്|
9 I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for porhneia ·sexual immorality·, and marries another, commits moichao ·act of adultery·; and he who marries her when she is divorced commits moichao ·act of adultery·.”
അതോ യുഷ്മാനഹം വദാമി, വ്യഭിചാരം വിനാ യോ നിജജായാം ത്യജേത് അന്യാഞ്ച വിവഹേത്, സ പരദാരാൻ ഗച്ഛതി; യശ്ച ത്യക്താം നാരീം വിവഹതി സോപി പരദാരേഷു രമതേ|
10 His disciples said to him, “If this is the case of the man with his wife, it is not expedient to marry.”
തദാ തസ്യ ശിഷ്യാസ്തം ബഭാഷിരേ, യദി സ്വജായയാ സാകം പുംസ ഏതാദൃക് സമ്ബന്ധോ ജായതേ, തർഹി വിവഹനമേവ ന ഭദ്രം|
11 But he said to them, “Not all men can receive this saying, but those to whom it is given.
തതഃ സ ഉക്തവാൻ, യേഭ്യസ്തത്സാമർഥ്യം ആദായി, താൻ വിനാന്യഃ കോപി മനുജ ഏതന്മതം ഗ്രഹീതും ന ശക്നോതി|
12 For there are eunuchs who were born that way from their mother’s womb, and there are eunuchs who were made eunuchs by men; and there are eunuchs who made themselves eunuchs for the Kingdom of Heaven’s (God’s) sake. He who is able to receive it, let him receive it.”
കതിപയാ ജനനക്ലീബഃ കതിപയാ നരകൃതക്ലീബഃ സ്വർഗരാജ്യായ കതിപയാഃ സ്വകൃതക്ലീബാശ്ച സന്തി, യേ ഗ്രഹീതും ശക്നുവന്തി തേ ഗൃഹ്ലന്തു|
13 Then little children were brought to him, that he should lay his hands on them and pray; and the disciples rebuked them.
അപരമ് യഥാ സ ശിശൂനാം ഗാത്രേഷു ഹസ്തം ദത്വാ പ്രാർഥയതേ, തദർഥം തത്സമീംപം ശിശവ ആനീയന്ത, തത ആനയിതൃൻ ശിഷ്യാസ്തിരസ്കൃതവന്തഃ|
14 But Yeshua [Salvation] said, “Allow the little children, and don’t forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven (God) belongs to ones like these.”
കിന്തു യീശുരുവാച, ശിശവോ മദന്തികമ് ആഗച്ഛന്തു, താൻ മാ വാരയത, ഏതാദൃശാം ശിശൂനാമേവ സ്വർഗരാജ്യം|
15 He laid his hands on them, and departed from there.
തതഃ സ തേഷാം ഗാത്രേഷു ഹസ്തം ദത്വാ തസ്മാത് സ്ഥാനാത് പ്രതസ്ഥേ|
16 Behold, one came to him and said, “Good Rabbi ·Teacher·, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?” (aiōnios g166)
അപരമ് ഏക ആഗത്യ തം പപ്രച്ഛ, ഹേ പരമഗുരോ, അനന്തായുഃ പ്രാപ്തും മയാ കിം കിം സത്കർമ്മ കർത്തവ്യം? (aiōnios g166)
17 He said to him, “Why do you call me good? There is One who is good, that is God’s Torah ·Teaching·. But if you want to enter into life, observe the mitzvot ·instructions·.”
തതഃ സ ഉവാച, മാം പരമം കുതോ വദസി? വിനേശ്ചരം ന കോപി പരമഃ, കിന്തു യദ്യനന്തായുഃ പ്രാപ്തും വാഞ്ഛസി, തർഹ്യാജ്ഞാഃ പാലയ|
18 He said to him, “Which ones?” Yeshua [Salvation] said, “‘You shall not murder.’ ‘You shall not moicheuo ·commit adultery·.’ ‘You shall not steal.’ ‘You shall not offer false testimony.’
തദാ സ പൃഷ്ടവാൻ, കാഃ കാ ആജ്ഞാഃ? തതോ യീശുഃ കഥിതവാൻ, നരം മാ ഹന്യാഃ, പരദാരാൻ മാ ഗച്ഛേഃ, മാ ചോരയേഃ, മൃഷാസാക്ഷ്യം മാ ദദ്യാഃ,
19 ‘Honor your father and your mother.’ And, ‘You shall show agapao ·total devoted love· to your neighbor as yourself.’”
നിജപിതരൗ സംമന്യസ്വ, സ്വസമീപവാസിനി സ്വവത് പ്രേമ കുരു|
20 The young man said to him, “All these things I have observed from my youth. What do I still lack?”
സ യുവാ കഥിതവാൻ, ആ ബാല്യാദ് ഏതാഃ പാലയാമി, ഇദാനീം കിം ന്യൂനമാസ്തേ?
21 Yeshua [Salvation] said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.”
തതോ യീശുരവദത്, യദി സിദ്ധോ ഭവിതും വാഞ്ഛസി, തർഹി ഗത്വാ നിജസർവ്വസ്വം വിക്രീയ ദരിദ്രേഭ്യോ വിതര, തതഃ സ്വർഗേ വിത്തം ലപ്സ്യസേ; ആഗച്ഛ, മത്പശ്ചാദ്വർത്തീ ച ഭവ|
22 But when the young man heard the saying, he went away sad, for he was one who had great possessions.
ഏതാം വാചം ശ്രുത്വാ സ യുവാ സ്വീയബഹുസമ്പത്തേ ർവിഷണഃ സൻ ചലിതവാൻ|
23 Yeshua [Salvation] said to his disciples, “Most certainly I say to you, a rich man will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven (God) with difficulty.
തദാ യീശുഃ സ്വശിഷ്യാൻ അവദത്, ധനിനാം സ്വർഗരാജ്യപ്രവേശോ മഹാദുഷ്കര ഇതി യുഷ്മാനഹം തഥ്യം വദാമി|
24 Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through a needle’s eye (small door of city gate), than for a rich man to enter into God’s Kingdom.”
പുനരപി യുഷ്മാനഹം വദാമി, ധനിനാം സ്വർഗരാജ്യപ്രവേശാത് സൂചീഛിദ്രേണ മഹാങ്ഗഗമനം സുകരം|
25 When the disciples heard it, they were exceedingly astonished, saying, “Who then can be saved?”
ഇതി വാക്യം നിശമ്യ ശിഷ്യാ അതിചമത്കൃത്യ കഥയാമാസുഃ; തർഹി കസ്യ പരിത്രാണം ഭവിതും ശക്നോതി?
26 Looking at them, Yeshua [Salvation] said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
തദാ സ താൻ ദൃഷ്ദ്വാ കഥയാമാസ, തത് മാനുഷാണാമശക്യം ഭവതി, കിന്ത്വീശ്വരസ്യ സർവ്വം ശക്യമ്|
27 Then Peter [Rock] answered, “Behold, we have left everything, and followed you. What then will we have?”
തദാ പിതരസ്തം ഗദിതവാൻ, പശ്യ, വയം സർവ്വം പരിത്യജ്യ ഭവതഃ പശ്ചാദ്വർത്തിനോ ഽഭവാമ; വയം കിം പ്രാപ്സ്യാമഃ?
28 Yeshua [Salvation] said to them, “Most certainly I tell you that you who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of Man will sit on the throne of his glory, you also will sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel [God prevails].
തതോ യീശുഃ കഥിതവാൻ, യുഷ്മാനഹം തഥ്യം വദാമി, യൂയം മമ പശ്ചാദ്വർത്തിനോ ജാതാ ഇതി കാരണാത് നവീനസൃഷ്ടികാലേ യദാ മനുജസുതഃ സ്വീയൈശ്ചര്യ്യസിംഹാസന ഉപവേക്ഷ്യതി, തദാ യൂയമപി ദ്വാദശസിംഹാസനേഷൂപവിശ്യ ഇസ്രായേലീയദ്വാദശവംശാനാം വിചാരം കരിഷ്യഥ|
29 Everyone who has left houses, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, will receive one hundred times, and will inherit eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
അന്യച്ച യഃ കശ്ചിത് മമ നാമകാരണാത് ഗൃഹം വാ ഭ്രാതരം വാ ഭഗിനീം വാ പിതരം വാ മാതരം വാ ജായാം വാ ബാലകം വാ ഭൂമിം പരിത്യജതി, സ തേഷാം ശതഗുണം ലപ്സ്യതേ, അനന്തായുമോഽധികാരിത്വഞ്ച പ്രാപ്സ്യതി| (aiōnios g166)
30 But many will be last who are first; and first who are last.
കിന്തു അഗ്രീയാ അനേകേ ജനാഃ പശ്ചാത്, പശ്ചാതീയാശ്ചാനേകേ ലോകാ അഗ്രേ ഭവിഷ്യന്തി|
