Luke 16
1 He also said to his disciples, “There was a certain rich man who had a manager. An accusation was made to him that this man was wasting his possessions.
ଜିସୁନ୍ ଞଙ୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ବରେଞ୍ଜି, “ଅବୟ୍ ଗମାଙ୍ମରନ୍ ଡକୋଏନ୍; ଆ ଗୁମୁସ୍ତାନ୍ ଅବୟ୍ ଡକୋଏନ୍, ଆରି ତି ଗମାଙ୍ମରନ୍ ଆନର୍ଜେଜି ଗୁମୁସ୍ତାନ୍ ଅବ୍ମୋସ୍ସାଆୟ୍ତେ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଗମାଙ୍ମରନ୍ ଆରମ୍ଡଙେନ୍, ଆନିନ୍ ଗୁମୁସ୍ତାନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଓଡ୍ଡେଡାଲେ ବରେନ୍,
2 He called him, and said to him, ‘What is this that I hear about you? Give an accounting of your management, for you can no longer be manager.’
‘ଞେନ୍ ଆମନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଇନି ଆ ବର୍ନେ କେନ୍ ଅମ୍ଡଙ୍ତାୟ୍? ଗୁମୁସ୍ତା କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ଆ ଇସାବ ତିୟିଁୟ୍, ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ ଆମନ୍ ଆରି ଗୁମୁସ୍ତାଲନ୍ ଡକୋଲନ୍ ଅଃର୍ରପ୍ତିଏ ।’
3 “The manager said within himself, ‘What will I do, seeing that my lord is taking away the management position from me? I don’t have strength to dig. I am ashamed to beg.
ସିଲତ୍ତେ ତି ଗୁମୁସ୍ତାନ୍ ଇୟମେନ୍, ‘ଇନି ଏଙ୍ଗାନାୟ୍? ସାଉକାରଞେନ୍ ଅମଙ୍ଞେନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଗୁମୁସ୍ତା କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ରୁୟ୍ଲେ ପାଙ୍ତିଁୟ୍ । ଲବନ୍ ଗାୟ୍ଗାୟନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଅମଙ୍ଞେନ୍ ବପ୍ପୁ ତଡ୍, ବେଡ୍ବେଡ୍ନେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଞେନ୍ ଗରୟ୍ଡାତିଁୟ୍ ।
4 I know what I will do, so that when I am removed from management, they may receive me into their houses.’
ଞେନ୍ ଗୁମୁସ୍ତା କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଡୁଙ୍ଲନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ଲ୍ଲନ୍ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଏଙ୍ଗାଲ୍ଡେନ୍ ଞେନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଆସିଙଞ୍ଜି ଓଡ୍ଡେଇଁୟ୍ଜି, ତିଆସନ୍ ଞେନ୍ ଇନି ଏଙ୍ଗାନାୟ୍ ତିଆତେ ଜନାଲାୟ୍ନି ।’”
5 Calling each one of his lord’s debtors to him, he said to the first, ‘How much do you owe to my lord?’
“ଆରି, ଆନିନ୍ ଆ ସାଉକାରନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ସାଉନ୍ ଆପ୍ରାଙେଞ୍ଜି ଅଡ଼୍କୋ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଆମଙନ୍ ଓଡ୍ଡେଡାଲେ ଆମ୍ମୁଙ୍ମରନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ବରେନ୍, ‘ସାଉକାରଞେନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଆମନ୍ ଡିଅଙ୍ଗା ସାଉନ୍ ପାଙେନ୍?’ ଆନିନ୍ ଗାମେନ୍ ‘ବସଅ ଆଡ୍ଡା ଅଲିବ୍ ମିଞଲ୍ ।’
6 He said, ‘One hundred batos [800 Gal; 3,028 L] of oil.’ ‘Take your note back,’ he told him. ‘Now, quickly! Sit down and write one for fifty [400 Gal; 1,514 L]!’
ଗୁମୁସ୍ତାନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ବରେନ୍, ‘ବାସାଅଲ୍ନମ୍ ପାଙ୍ଲେ ପଚାସ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଇଡା ।’
7 Then he said to another, ‘How much do you owe?’ He said, ‘One thousand bushels of wheat.’ He said to him, ‘Take your note back and write one for eight hundred.’
ସିଲଡ୍ଲ୍ଲନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ ଆରି ଅବୟ୍ନେଆଡଙ୍ ବରେନ୍, ‘ଅମଙ୍ନମ୍ ଡିଅଙ୍ଗା ସାଉନ୍?’ ଆନିନ୍ ବର୍ରନେ, ‘ବସଅ ମାଡ଼ିୟ୍ ଗମ୍ମ ।’ ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ବରେନ୍, ‘ବାସାଅଲ୍ନମ୍ ପାଙ୍ଲେ ଅସିଏ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଇଡା ।’”
8 “His lord commended the sinful ·legal injustice that misses the mark and is without share in the goal· manager because he had done wisely, for the children of this world are, in their own generation, wiser than the children of the light. (aiōn g165)
“ତି ଏର୍ଡର୍ନେ ଗୁମୁସ୍ତାନ୍ ବୁଡ୍ଡିନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାନ୍ ଆର୍ଲୁମେନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଆ ସାଉକାରନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ସେଙ୍କେଏନ୍, ତିଆସନ୍ କେନ୍ ନମିଜି ଆ ମନ୍ରାଜି, ସାଆରନ୍ ଆ ମନ୍ରାଜି ସିଲଡ୍ ଆ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ସରିନ୍ ଗୋଗୋୟ୍ ବୁଡ୍ଡିନ୍ ବାତ୍ତେ ଞଣ୍ଡ୍ରମ୍ତଞ୍ଜି ।” (aiōn g165)
9 I tell you, make for yourselves friends by means of sinful ·legal injustice that misses the mark and is without share in the goal· mammon ·wealth·, so that when you fail, they may receive you into the eternal tents. (aiōnios g166)
“ଞେନ୍ ନିୟ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ବର୍ତବେନ୍, ପୁର୍ତିନ୍ ଆ ରନ୍ନାଲୋଙ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ରମ୍ମଙ୍ ରମ୍ମଙ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଗଡ଼ିନ୍ ଞାଙ୍ବା, ଏତ୍ତେଲ୍ଡେନ୍ ତିଆତେ ଅଞିଡେନ୍ ଡେନ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ଅଃନ୍ନଞିଡେନ୍ ଆଡ୍ରକୋନେଲୋଙ୍ ଅନୋରୋଙନ୍ ଡେତେ । (aiōnios g166)
10 He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much. He who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much.
ଆନା ସନ୍ନା କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାଲୋଙନ୍ ଡର୍ନେଡମ୍, ଆନିନ୍ ସୋଡ଼ା କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାଲୋଙନ୍ ନିୟ୍ ଡର୍ନେଡମ୍, ଆରି ଆନା ସନ୍ନା କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାଲୋଙନ୍ ଏର୍ଡର୍ନେ, ଆନିନ୍ ସୋଡ଼ା କାବ୍ବାଡ଼ାଲୋଙନ୍ ନିୟ୍ ଏର୍ଡର୍ନେ ।
11 If therefore you have not been faithful in the treacherous mammon ·wealth·, who will commit to your trust the true riches?
ତିଆସନ୍, ପୁର୍ତିନ୍ ଆ ରନ୍ନାଲୋଙ୍ ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଡର୍ନେଡମ୍ ଏଃଡ୍ଡକୋଲନ୍ ଡେନ୍, ଆନା ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଡର୍ରନ୍ ଆଜାଡ଼ି ରନ୍ନାନ୍ ଅସିଲୋଙ୍ବେନ୍ ଅଲ୍ତିୟ୍ବେନ୍?
12 If you have not been faithful in that which is another’s, who will give you that which is your own?
ଆରି, ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଆନ୍ନାମରନ୍ ଆ ରନ୍ନାଲୋଙ୍ ଡର୍ନେଡମ୍ ଏଃଡ୍ଡକୋଲନ୍ ଡେନ୍; ଆନା ଆମ୍ୱେନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଡର୍ରନ୍ ରନ୍ନାଡମ୍ବେନ୍ ଅସିଲୋଙ୍ବେନ୍ ଅଲ୍ତିୟ୍ବେନ୍?”
13 No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one, and show agapao ·total devotion love· to the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. You are not able to serve God and Mammon ·Wealth·.”
“ଅନ୍ନିଙ୍ ଆ କମ୍ୱାରିମର୍ ବାଗୁ ସାଉକାରନ୍ ଆ କମ୍ୱାରିମର୍ ଅଃର୍ରପ୍ତି ଡେଏ, ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ ଆନିନ୍ ଅବୟ୍ନେଆଡଙ୍ ଡୁଙ୍ୟମ୍ତେ ଆରି ଅବୟ୍ନେଆଡଙ୍ ଏଡ଼ୁର୍ମଡ୍ତେ, ଇଜ୍ଜାନ୍ଡେନ୍ ଅବୟ୍ନେ ଆ ବର୍ନେ ମାନ୍ନେତେ ଆରି ଅବୟ୍ନେ ଆ ବର୍ନେ ଆଲ୍ଲେତେ । ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଡ ରନ୍ନାନ୍ ବାଗୁଞ୍ଜି ଆ କମ୍ୱାରିମର୍ ଅଃର୍ରପ୍ତି ଡେବେନ୍ ।”
14 The Pharisees [Separated], who were lovers of money, also heard all these things, and they scoffed at him.
କେନ୍ ଆ ବର୍ନେଜି ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ ଅମ୍ଡଙ୍ଡାଲେ ରନ୍ନାମଡ୍ ପାରୁସିଞ୍ଜି ଜିସୁନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଗବ୍ରଜେଞ୍ଜି ।
15 He said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of men, but God knows your hearts. For that which is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God.
ସିଲତ୍ତେ ଜିସୁନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଆଡଙ୍ ବରେଞ୍ଜି, “ଆନାଜି ଆନିଞ୍ଜିଡମ୍ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଆ ଗନିୟ୍ଗିୟ୍ଲୋଙ୍ ଡରମ୍ମମର୍ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଅବ୍ତୁୟ୍ତଞ୍ଜି, ଆମ୍ୱେଞ୍ଜି ତିଅନ୍ତମ୍ ଆ ମନ୍ରାଜି, ବନ୍ଡ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଉଗର୍ବେଞ୍ଜି ଜନାତେ; ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ ଅଙ୍ଗାତେ ମନ୍ରାଞ୍ଜି ଆମଙ୍ଲୋଙ୍ ସୋଡ଼ା, ତିଆତେ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଏଡ଼ୁର୍ମଡ୍ତେ ।”
16 The Torah ·Teaching· and the Prophets were until John [Yah is gracious]. Since then the Good News of God’s Kingdom is preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it.
“ବନାଁୟ୍ବରନ୍ ଡ ପୁର୍ବାଃତେ ବର୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ଆ ଡରମ୍ମ ସାସ୍ତ୍ର ଜନନ୍ ଆ ଡିନ୍ନା ଜାୟ୍ ଞନଣ୍ଡ୍ରମନ୍ ଡେଏନ୍, ତି ଆ ବନେଡ଼ା ସିଲଡ୍ ଇସ୍ୱରନ୍ ଆ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଆ ମନଙ୍ବରନ୍ ଅନପ୍ପୁଙ୍ବରନ୍ ଡେତେ, ଆରି ଅଡ଼୍କୋ ମନ୍ରାନ୍ ଆ ବପ୍ପୁଞ୍ଜି ବାତ୍ତେ ତେତ୍ତେ ଗନ୍ତଜି ।
17 But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away, than for one tiny stroke of a pen in the Torah ·Teaching· become void.
ବନ୍ଡ ବନାଁୟ୍ବର୍ଲୋଙନ୍ ବ ତନିଙ୍କାୟ୍ ଆପ୍ରଞିଡ୍ତେନ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଆର୍ପାୟ୍ ରୁଆଙନ୍ ଡ ପୁର୍ତିନ୍ ଆରଞିଡ୍ତେନ୍ ସଜ ।”
18 Everyone who divorces his wife, and marries another moicheuo ·commits adultery·. He who marries one who is divorced from a husband moicheuo ·commits adultery·.
“ଅଙ୍ଗା ମନ୍ରା ଆ ଡୁକ୍ରିନ୍ ଅମ୍ଡୁଙ୍ଡାଲେ ଆନ୍ନାବୟ୍ ସରିନ୍ ବିବାତନେ, ଆନିନ୍ ଡାରିତନେ; ଆରି, ଆନା ଆଡୁଙ୍ନେବଜନ୍ ସରିନ୍ ବିବାତନେ, ଆନିନ୍ ଡାରିତନେ ।”
19 “Now there was a certain rich man, and he was clothed in purple and fine linen, living in luxury every day.
“ଅବୟ୍ ଗମାଙ୍ମରନ୍ ଡକୋଏନ୍, ଆନିନ୍ ମଡ଼ଗା ମଡ଼ଗା ଆ ଅଙ୍ଗି ରଲନ୍ ଡିତାନ୍ ଉଗୁରିୟ୍ ଗାଲେ ଜୋମ୍ଲେ ଡକୋଲନେ ।
20 A certain beggar, named Lazarus [Help of God], was laid at his gate, full of sores,
ଆରି ତି ଗମାଙ୍ମରନ୍ ଆ ଡୁଆରାଲୋଙ୍ ଲାଜାର୍ ଗାମ୍ଲେ ଅବୟ୍ ବେବ୍ବେଡ୍ନେମରନ୍ ଡକୋଏନ୍, ସମ୍ପରା ଆ ଡଅଙନ୍ ଆଅମ୍ପସୁ ଡକୋଏନ୍ ।
21 and desiring to be fed with the crumbs that fell from the rich man’s table. Yes, even the dogs came and licked his sores.
ଆନିନ୍ ତି ଗମାଙ୍ମରନ୍ ଆ ମେଜଲୋଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଆରସେଡେନ୍ ଆ ସଙ୍କୁରାଜି ଜୋମ୍ଲେ ଆ କିମ୍ପୋଙନ୍ ଅନବ୍ବୋଓନ୍ ଆସନ୍ ଆସାଲନ୍ ଡକୋଲନ୍; ଆରି, କିନ୍ସଡଞ୍ଜି ନିୟ୍ ଆ ଡଅଙନ୍ ଆ ଅମ୍ପସୁଜି ଇୟ୍ଲାୟ୍ ଜାଲ୍ଜାଲ୍ଲେଜି ।
22 The beggar died, and he was carried away by the angels to Abraham [Father of a multitude]’s bosom. The rich man also died, and was buried.
ଡିଅଙ୍ଗା ଡିନ୍ନା ଜିରେନ୍ କି ତି ବେବ୍ବେଡ୍ନେମରନ୍ ରବୁଏନ୍ ଆରି ରୁଆଙ୍ ପାଙ୍ଲଙ୍ବର୍ମରଞ୍ଜି ଆନିନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଅବ୍ରାମନ୍ ଆମଙ୍ ଓରୋଙେଞ୍ଜି; ତିକ୍କି ତି ଗମାଙ୍ମରନ୍ ନିୟ୍ ରବୁଏନ୍, ଆନିନ୍ ତିଲେଞ୍ଜି ।
23 In Hades / Sh'ol ·Place of the dead·, he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham [Father of a multitude] far off, and Lazarus [Help of God] at Abraham's bosom, (the righteous side of Sheol). (Hadēs g86)
ଆରି, ଗମାଙ୍ମରନ୍ ତଗୋସିଂଲୋଙନ୍ ତପଡ୍ଲଗୋ ଆଡ୍ରେଏନ୍ ଆଡିଡ୍ ତୋଣ୍ଡୋନ୍ ଆରାଙାଙେନ୍, ସଙାୟ୍ଲୋଙ୍ ଅବ୍ରାମନ୍ ଆରି ଆମଙନ୍ ଲାଜାରନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଗିଜେନ୍ । (Hadēs g86)
24 He cried and said, ‘Father Abraham [Father of a multitude], have mercy on me, and send Lazarus [Help of God], that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue! For I am in anguish in this flame.’
ସିଲତ୍ତେ ଆନିନ୍ ଓଡ୍ଡେଲେ ବର୍ରନେ, ‘ଏ ଆପେୟ୍, ଅବ୍ରାମ, ଞେନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ସାୟୁମ୍ଡାଲେ ଲାଜାରନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଆପ୍ପାୟାୟ୍, ଆରି ଆନିନ୍ ଜିର୍ରେ ଆ ଅଣ୍ଡେର୍ସିନ୍ ଡାଆଲୋଙନ୍ ତବ୍ବୁବ୍ଡାଲେ ବତନିଙ୍କାୟ୍ ଅଲାଙ୍ଲୋଙ୍ଞେନ୍ ଜବ୍ତଡ୍ଲେ ଆୟ୍ ସବ୍ୟୁଇଁୟ୍ତୋ, ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ ଞେନ୍ ତେନ୍ନେ ତଗୋଲୋଙନ୍ ତପଡ୍ଲଗୋ ଡେତିଁୟ୍ ।’
25 “But Abraham [Father of a multitude] said, ‘Son, remember that you, in your lifetime, received your good things, and Lazarus [Help of God], in the same way, bad things. But now here he is comforted and you are in anguish.
ବନ୍ଡ ଅବ୍ରାମନ୍ ଗାମେନ୍, ‘ଏ ଡାଙ୍ଗଡ଼ାଅନ୍ ଅନମେଙନ୍ ଆଡିଡ୍ ଆମନ୍ ମନଙଞ୍ଜିଆତେ ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ ଞାଙେନ୍, ଆରି ଲାଜାରନ୍ ତିଅନ୍ତମ୍ ପରାନ୍ସାତ୍ତିନ୍ଆତେଜି ଅଡ଼୍କୋନ୍ ଞାଙେନ୍, କେନ୍ଆତେ ମନ୍ନେଆ; ବନ୍ଡ ଆନିନ୍ ନମି କେନ୍ତେନ୍ନେ ବନବ୍ୟୋନ୍ ଞାଙ୍ତେ, ଆରି ଆମନ୍ ତପଡ୍ଲଗୋ ଡେତମ୍ ।
26 Besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, that those who want to pass from here to you are not able, and that no one may cross over from there to us.’
ସିଲଡ୍ଲ୍ଲନ୍ ଡରକୋନେନମ୍ ଡ ଡରକୋନେଲେନ୍ ଆ ମଡ୍ଡିଲୋଙ୍ ଜରୁଡମ୍ ଆ ଲୋଓଙ୍ ଡକୋ, ତିଆସନ୍ ଆନାଜି ତେନ୍ନେ ସିଲଡ୍ ଅମଙ୍ବେନ୍ ଜିର୍ଜିରନ୍ ସାୟ୍ତଜି, ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ଜିର୍ରେ ଅଃର୍ରପ୍ତିଏଜି, ଆରି, ତେତ୍ତେ ସିଲଡ୍ ଆନ୍ନିଙ୍ ଅମଙ୍ଲେନ୍ ପଡ୍ଲେ ଜିର୍ରେ ଅଃର୍ରପ୍ତିଆଜି ।’
27 “He said, ‘I ask you therefore, Abba father, that you would send him to 'Avi ·my Father·’s house;
ସିଲତ୍ତେ ଗମାଙ୍ମରନ୍ ଗାମେନ୍, ‘ଏ ଆପେୟ୍ ଏତ୍ତେଲ୍ଡେନ୍ ଞେନ୍ ଅମଙ୍ନମ୍ କାକୁର୍ତିତନାୟ୍, ଲାଜାରନ୍ଆଡଙ୍ ଆପେୟ୍ଞେନ୍ ଆସିଂ ଆପ୍ପାୟା,
28 for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, so they won’t also come into this place of torment.’
ଇନିଆସନ୍ଗାମେଣ୍ଡେନ୍ ବୋଞାଙ୍ଞେଞ୍ଜି ମନ୍ଲୟ୍ନେ ଡକୋଜି, ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ନିୟ୍ କେନ୍ ଅରସୁଡାନ୍ ଆଡ୍ରକୋନେଲୋଙ୍ ଇୟ୍ଡଙାଜି ତଡ୍, ତିଆସନ୍ ଆମଙଞ୍ଜି ଆନିନ୍ ସାକିବରନ୍ ଇୟ୍ ତିଏତୋ ।’”
29 “But Abraham [Father of a multitude] said to him, ‘They have Moses [Drawn out] and the prophets. Let them listen to them.’
“ବନ୍ଡ ଅବ୍ରାମନ୍ ଗାମେନ୍, ‘ଆମଙଞ୍ଜି ମୋସାନ୍ ଡ ପୁର୍ବାଃତେ ବର୍ନେମରଞ୍ଜି ଆ ଡରମ୍ମ ସାସ୍ତ୍ର ଡକୋ, ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ଆ ବର୍ନେଞ୍ଜି ଅମ୍ଡଙେତଜି ।’
30 “He said, ‘No, Abba father Abraham [Father of a multitude], but if one goes to them from the dead, they will make teshuvah ·complete repentance·.’
ସିଲତ୍ତେ ଗମାଙ୍ମରନ୍ ଗାମେନ୍, ‘ଏ ଆପେୟ୍, ଅବ୍ରାମ, ଡିୟ୍ତେ ବାତ୍ତେ ସରି ତଡ୍, ବନ୍ଡ ଆରବୁମରଞ୍ଜି ଆମଙ୍ଲୋଙ୍ ସିଲଡ୍ ଅବୟ୍ନେ ଆମଙଞ୍ଜି ଇୟେନ୍ ଡେନ୍ ଆନିଞ୍ଜି ଆବ୍ୟର୍ବୁଡ୍ଡିତଞ୍ଜି ।’
31 “He said to him, ‘If they don’t listen to Moses [Drawn out] and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if one rises from the dead.’”
