Zechariah 10
1 Ask ye of Jehovah rain in the time of the latter rain! It is Jehovah that maketh the lightning; And he will give you abundant showers, To every one the herb of the field.
到春雨的時節，你們應向上主求雨，上主必興起雷電，降下傾盆大雨，賜人食糧，使田間生出青草，
2 For the teraphim speak falsehood, And the diviners see a lie, And the dreams speak falsehood; Vain are their consolations. Therefore they wander as a flock; They are in distress, because there is no shepherd.
因為「忒辣芬」所講的只是謊言，占卜者所見的只是虛幻，所報告的只是幻夢，只會以空言安慰人；為此，民眾流離失所，有如沒有牧人的羊群。
3 My anger is kindled against the shepherds, And the bucks will I punish; For Jehovah of hosts will visit his flock, the house of Judah, And make them as his goodly horse in battle.
我的怒火必要向牧人發作，我必要懲罰公山羊，因為萬軍的上主將要看顧自己的羊群──猶大家，使他們有如自己戰埸上的駿馬。
4 From him shall come forth the corner-stone, From him the nail, From him the battle-bow; From him shall every leader come forth.
角石是出於衪，幕樁是出於衪，戰弓是出於衪，而且所有的首領也是出於衪。
5 And they shall be as mighty men, Who tread down their enemies in battle as the mire of the streets, And they shall fight, because Jehovah is with them, So that the riders on horses shall be confounded.
他們全如勇士，在戰埸上踐踏敵人，有如踐踏街上的泥濘；他們必要得勝，因為上主與他們同在；騎馬的人反要慚愧!
6 And I will strengthen the house of Judah, And give victory to the house of Joseph, And I will set them in their dwellings, because I have compassion upon them; And they shall be as though I had not cast them off; For I am Jehovah, their God, and I will hear them.
我要使猶大家強健盛，使若瑟家勝利；我要使他們復興，因為我憐憫了他們，他們必好像我從未放逐過他們一樣：因為我是上主他們的天主，我必要應允他們。
7 And Ephraim shall be as a mighty man, And their heart shall rejoice, as through wine; And their sons shall see it and rejoice, Their hearts shall rejoice in Jehovah.
厄弗辣因人要如勇士，他們的心必像飲了那樣喜樂；他們的子孫見了也要喜樂，他們的心必歡樂於上主。
8 I will whistle for them, and will gather them; for I have redeemed them; And they shall increase as they increased before.
我要向他們吹哨，聚集他們，因為我解救了他們；他們的人數眾多，必如昔日一樣。
9 Though I scatter them among the nations, Yet in far countries will they remember me; And they shall live with their children, and shall return.
我雖曾將他們分散到各異民中，但他們在遠方仍懷念著我，養大自己的兒子，然後歸來。
10 And I will bring them back from the land of Egypt, And from Assyria will I gather them; And I will bring them into the land of Gilead and of Lebanon, And there shall not be room enough for them.
我要從埃及地領他們出來，由亞述聚集他們，領他們到基肋阿得地和黎巴嫩，但此地仍然為他們不夠。
11 And he shall pass through the sea of distress, And he shall smite the sea of waves, And all the depths of the river shall be dried up; And the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, And the sceptre of Egypt shall depart.
他們要渡過埃及海，擊打海中的波浪，使河底乾涸；亞述的高傲必要受挫，埃及的權杖必被奪去。
12 And I will strengthen them through Jehovah, And in his name shall they walk, saith Jehovah.
他們的力量全在於上主，他們必以衪的名號為自己的光榮。
