< Romans 8 >
1 There is then now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
Amadi o mina Jisu Kristo damdi roongroopla loong abah tadut haatka.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life set me free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.
Tumeah Chiiala hootthe, seng roidong kotte rah ih Jisu Kristo damdi roongroop thuk hangno etek nyi rangdah hootthe dowa puipang halang.
3 For what the Law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God hath done, who on account of sin sent his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and passed sentence of condemnation on sin in the flesh;
Hootthe jun ih marah mina hansi ah larooklata ang thoidi tajen reeta, erah ah Rangte jen reeta. Rangte ih heh Sah ah mina jun ih daapkaat haano rangdah ah dut haat ra taha, heh Sah ah rangdah mina seng likhiik ih daapkaat haano seng rangdah saasiit tahe.
4 so that what is required by the Law might be accomplished in us, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
Rangte ih erah reeta ah langla, Hotthe ih marah baat ha erah seng toom re ih seng hansi tenthun lam ih lah angthang Chiiala jeng ah chaat lam ih ah.
5 For they who are according to the flesh have their mind on the things of the flesh; but they who are according to the Spirit, on the things of the Spirit.
O mina hansi dang ajang ih baat ha jun ih tongsongla loong ah, nengthung nengtak ah hansi dang ajang ih ju maak ah. O mina Chiiala ih baat ha jun ih tongsongla loong ah ih nengthung nengtak uh Chiiala suh maak thuk ah.
6 For the mind of the flesh is death; but the mind of the Spirit life and peace.
Hansi dang ajang ih maak ha loong ah etek choh ah; Chiiala ih maak ha loong ah latek roidong nyi tengmangmang roidong ah choh ah.
7 Because the mind of the flesh is enmity against God; for it doth not submit itself to the Law of God, neither indeed can it.
Erah thoidi mina hansi dang ajang ni tongte loong ah Rangte piiara ih hoonla; tumeah Rangte hootthe ah neng ih tachaat rumka nyia tabaam miichaat rumka.
8 And they who are in the flesh cannot please God.
O hansi dang ajang jeng ah chaat ha loong ah ih Rangte ah tami roon thukka.
9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwelleth in you. But if any one hath to not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
Enoothong, sen sak nah Rangte Chiiala ah roong tongha bah—hansi ih jamha jun ih sen tatong kan ang an; erah nang ih bah Chiiala ih baat ha jun ih tong an. O mina di Kristo Chiiala tajeeka erah mih ah heh mina tah angka.
10 And if Christ is in you, the body indeed is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
Enoothong Kristo sen damdi tong abah, rangdah thoi taat tek anbah uh, Chiiala ah sen roidong ang ah, tumeah sen ah Rangte damdi epun ang thoidi, sen hansi puh asak ah rangdah nah taat ti ang abah uh ah.
11 But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwelleth in you, he who raised up Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies, because of his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Jisu Kristo tek nawa ngaakthing thukte Rangte Chiiala ah sen damdoh roongtong ha bah, Kristo tek nawa ngaaksaat thukte rah ih, sen etek etheng puh asak adoh heh Chiiala ah sen damdoh roong jeeha, eno sen suh roidong ah kohan.
12 So then, brethren, we are debtors not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.
Erah thoih ngaapho ngaano loong, seng ah seng hansi ih jamha jun doh lajaatjaat tongtheng.
13 For if ye live according to the flesh, ye are sure to die; but if by the Spirit ye make an end of the deeds of the body, ye will live.
Tumeah sen hansi jun ih tongtha anbah etek ean; enoothong Esa Chiiala jun ih sen rangdah reeraang ah tek haat anbah ething tong an.
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are sons of God.
O mina Rangte Chiiala ih siit ha abah, Rangte sah ang ah.
15 For ye did not receive the spirit of bondage so as to be again in fear; but ye received the spirit of adopted children, whereby we cry, Abba, Father!
Tumeah, Rangte ih kohalan Chiiala rah ih sen dah tahoon thuk ran nyia tacho thuk ran; erah nang ih bah, Chiiala ih Rangte suh asah ih hoon halan, eno erah Chiiala moong achaang jun ih Rangte suh, “Ewah! Ewah!” ih eriing eno ejen poon et ih.
16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are children of God;
Rangte Chiiala ah sengchi sengla damdi roongroop haano seng ah Rangte suh asah ih dongjat thuk hali.
17 and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and fellow-heirs with Christ; if indeed we are suffering with him, that we may also be glorified with him.
Seng ah Rangte sah angli bah, marah Rangte ih heh mina raangtaan ih romseetam ha rah seng chojih ang ah, erah dam ih Rangte ih Kristo suh marah thiinha rah uh seng eroong choh eh ih; tumeah Kristo ih chamnaang huita rah seng ih jen roonghui ih bah, heh rangka sa doh uh seng eroong rangka et he.
18 For I esteem the sufferings of the present time as of no account, when compared with the glory which is about to be revealed to us.
Ngah ih jat angdi seng amadi marah chamnaangli erah ah lakngah ni seng suh erangkaajih bantongla loong dam adoh tajen toobaatke.
19 For the earnest expectation of the creation is waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God.
Jaatrep dongsiitta loong ah ih Rangte ih heh saloong maatok doh dong ra thuk ha ih bantho rumha.
20 For the creation was brought into subjection to vanity not of its own will, but by reason of him who put it into subjection,
Tumeah heh lakmaak loong asuh neng tum raangtaan ih dongsiitta rah lah ang thuk suh dut haat rumta, enoothong neng thung nawa ih lah angthang, Rangte thung jun ih dut haat rumta. Ang abah uh laalomjih eje
21 in hope that even the creation itself will be set free from the bondage of corruption and brought into the freedom of the glory of the children of God.
sa siit mathan dongsiitta loong ah neng mih dah ang rumta dowa edoksiit et rum ah, eno Rangte suh asah rangka sa doh neng ah uh eroong rangka et rum ah.
22 For we know that the whole creation is together groaning and suffering the pains of labor, up to this time;
Amadi tuk ih heh ih dongsiitta loong ah noonuh neng sah tupdi kacham arah likhiik ih chamnaang rumla.
23 and not only so, but even we ourselves also, though having the first-fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption as sons, for the redemption of our body.
Enoothong erah dongsiitta loong laklak tachamka; seng loong suh Rangte Esa Chiiala phangkhothoon lakkot kotahe loong anep seng cham chamchi nah roong chamnaangte angli, tumeah seng ih Rangte ih heh sah toom ih hoonhe ih bantho hi nyia sengpuh sengsak ah rangdah nawa doksiit hali.
24 For we were saved only in hope. But hope which is seen is not hope; how can a man hope for that which he seeth?
Tumeah seng laalom jun ih ba seng ah puiti; enoothong seng ih marah seng mik ih japtup ih no laalom hi asuh bah seng ih amiisak laalom ih tajen liike. O mina kalaalom ah marah heh mik ih japtup ha asuh ah?
25 But if we hope for that which we do not see, then do we with patience wait for it.
Enoothong marah seng mik ih lajaptupke asuh juuba laalomli; erah thoidi naan ih no ban sok hi.
26 In like manner the Spirit also helpeth our weakness; for we know not what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit itself intercedeth with groans which cannot be expressed in words.
Erah likhiik Chiiala rah uh seng hansi ah larook lata tokdi, seng chosok suh ra hala. Tumeah seng ih Rang mamet soom ah erah uh tajatke; Chiiala heh teeteewah ih rangsoom kohali eno erah jengkhaap nawa ih tami dongjengta.
27 But he that searcheth the hearts knoweth the mind of the Spirit, because it intercedeth for the holy according to the will of God.
Eno Rangte, seng tenthun mongtham jatte warah ih Chiiala ih tumjih thunha erah jat eha; tumeah Chiiala ih heh mina raangtaan ih heh ten ni tumjih thunha loong ah Rangte suh jatthuk ha.
28 We know moreover that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
Seng ih jat ih di Rangte ah, jaatrep di heh suh nookte raang ih ese ih reela, o heh motkaat jun ih poonta loong raang ih ah.
29 For he determined beforehand that those whom he foreknew should be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the first-born among many brethren.
O mina Rangte ih maangdi heh mina danjeecho ih thiikta loong ah heh samiimi likhiik maama ih danthiinha, eno ba heh Sah ah hanpiite wahoh loong nang ih thiikkhoh et thiik ah.
30 And those whom he before appointed, he also called; and those whom he called, he also accepted as righteous; and those whom he accepted as righteous, he also glorified.
Eno marah, Rangte ih danthiinha loong ah poon rum ano; heh damdoh epun ejun ang rum ah, eno neng loong Rangte damdoh roong rangka rum ah.
31 What shall we then say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Emah ang abah arah loong tiit asuh, seng ih tumjih li ih? Rangte ah seng damdi ang hala bah, o ih we jen siikhaam he?
32 He who spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also with him freely give us all things?
Rangte ih bah tabaam siikhaam ri, heh Sah botseh lachiim thang ih seng loong raang ih daapkaat taha! Heh ih heh Sah kotahe—erah ang abah seng suh uh jaatrep thaangmuh ih taba jen kori?
33 Who shall bring any charge against the chosen of God? God is he who accepteth them as righteous.
Rangte ih danjeeha mina ah o ih jen joonnaam ah? Rangte heh teeteewah ih botseh tathika liiha!
34 Who is he that condemneth? Christ is he that died, yea rather, who rose again, who is also at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
Erah ang abah neng ah o ih jen dut haat ah? Jisu Kristo marah tek nawa ngaakthingta, eno heh wah reeni jaawako adi tongwang ano seng raang ih rangsoom wangla rah ih uh tadut haatka!
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ for us? Shall affliction or distress or persecution or famine or nakedness or peril or sword?
Erah ang abah, Jisu Kristo minchan nawa seng ah o ih maajen pheehoom he? Cham anaang ih tamjen pheehoom he, tama kaatthet ih ah, tama phate joonnaam ih ah, tama ramtek ih ah, tama changthet ih ah, tama echoojih reh ah, tama etek ih ah?
36 As it is written, “For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we were accounted as sheep for slaughter.”
Rangteele ni liiha, “Sen loong raangtaan ih seng saarookwih choophaan phaan ih tekjih ni tongli; Seng ah saapsah ebit suh ban thiin arah likhiik et thiik hali.”
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors, through him that loved us.
Emah tah angka, erah loong abah seng minchante wah men nawa ih seng loong ih ejen jen etti!
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers,
Erah thoih ih ngah ih kamkam ih tuungmaang lang, heh mongnook dowa tumjih eh uh tajen pheehoom ri: etek ih uh adoleh roidong ih uh, rangsah loong ih uh, adoleh Rangmong nawa jaat hoh chaan aphaan eh uh, amah dowa hasong eh uh adoleh lakngah nawa hasong eh uh,
39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God for us, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
mongrep khoh nawa eh uh, adoleh mongrep khu nawa eh uh—jaatrep dongsiitta loong dowa tumjih reh uh seng Teesu Jisu Kristo jun ih Rangte mongnook nawa tajen paaksiit ri.
