Romans 7
1 Know ye not, brethren, (for I am speaking to those who are acquainted with the Law, ) that the Law hath dominion over a man only as long as he liveth?
၁ပညတ် တရားကို သိ သောညီအစ်ကို တို့၊ ပညတ် တရားသည် လူ ကို အသက် ထက်ဆုံးမျှသာ ပိုင် သည်ကို မ သိကြသလော။
2 For the married woman is bound by law to her husband while he liveth; but if the husband die, she is released from the law which bound her to him.
၂ဥပမာကား ၊ လင် ရှိသောမိန်းမ သည် လင် မ သေမှီတိုင်အောင် ၊ ပညတ် တရားအားဖြင့်လင်၌ချည်နှောင် လျက်ရှိ၏။ လင် သေ လျှင် မူကား လင် ဝတ် နှင့် လွတ် ၏။
3 So then, if while her husband is living she connect herself with another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband die, she is no longer bound by that law, so that she will not be an adulteress, though she connect herself with another man.
၃ထိုကြောင့် ၊ မိမိလင် မသေမှီအခြား သော သူ ၏ မယားဖြစ် လျှင် ၊ မျောက်မထား သောမိန်းမဟု ခေါ် ထိုက် ၏။ လင် သေ လျှင် မူကား ၊ ထို တရား နှင့် လွတ် သည်ဖြစ် ၍၊ အခြား သောသူ၏ မယား ဖြစ် သော်လည်း၊ မျောက်မထား သောမိန်းမဟု ခေါ်စရာအကြောင်းမ ရှိ
4 So then, my brethren, ye also were slain to the Law through the body of Christ, that ye might be connected with another, even with him who was raised from the dead, that we might bear fruit to God.
၄ထိုနည်းတူ၊ ငါ ညီအစ်ကို တို့၊ သင် တို့သည် အခြား သောသူတည်းဟူသော၊ သေ ခြင်းမှ ထမြောက် တော်မူသောသူ ၏မယားဖြစ် ၍၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ အလိုတော်နှင့်အညီတိုးပွား မည်အကြောင်း ၊ ခရစ်တော် ၏ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓါ အားဖြင့် သေ ၍ ပညတ် တရားနှင့်ကွာကြ၏။
5 For when we were in the flesh, the affections of sins, which were through the Law, were working in our members to bear fruit unto death.
၅ငါတို့သည် ဇာတိ ပကတိ၌ ကျင်လည် သောအခါ ၊ အပြစ် နှင့် စပ်ဆိုင်သောစိတ်တို့သည် ပညတ် တရား အားဖြင့် ပေါက်၍ သေ ခြင်းတရား၏အလို နှင့်အညီ တိုးပွား မည်အကြောင်း ၊ ငါ တို့၏ကိုယ်အင်္ဂါ များ၌ ပြုပြင် ကြ၏။
6 But now we are delivered from the Law, having died to that by which we were bound, that we might serve in the new life of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the letter.
၆ယခု မူကား ၊ ကျမ်းစာ၌ပါသော တရား ဟောင်း ကို မ မှီဘဲ၊ ဝိညာဉ် တော်တရားသစ် ကို မှီ ၍ အမှု ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းအလိုငှာ ၊ ငါတို့သည် အသေ သဖြင့် အုပ်ချုပ် သောပညတ် တရား၏လက်မှ လွတ် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြပြီ။
7 What then shall we say? Is the Law sin? God forbid! But I should not have known sin, except by the Law; for I should not have known sinful desire, unless the Law had said, “Thou shalt not covet.”
၇သို့ဖြစ်၍ အဘယ်သို့ ပြော ရမည်နည်း။ ပညတ် တရား၌ အပြစ် ရှိသလော။ အပြစ်မ ရှိ နိုင်ရာ။ သို့ရာတွင် ပညတ် တရားအားဖြင့် သာ အပြစ် သဘောကို ငါသိ ရ၏။ အဘယ်သို့နည်းဟူမူကား ၊ လောဘ စိတ်မ ရှိစေနှင့်ဟု ပညတ် တရားမ ဆို လျှင် ၊ လောဘ သဘောကိုငါမ သိ
8 But sin, seizing the opportunity, wrought in me by means of the commandment all manner of sinful desire; for without the Law sin is dead.
၈အပြစ် တရားသည် ပညတ် တရားအားဖြင့် အခွင့် ရ ၍၊ ငါ ၌ အမျိုးမျိုး သော လောဘ တို့ကို ဖြစ် စေ၏။ ပညတ် တရားမ ရှိလျှင် ၊ အပြစ် တရားသေ ၏။
9 And I, apart from the Law, was once alive; but when the commandment came, sin came to life again, and I died;
၉အထက် ကပညတ် တရားမ ရှိသဖြင့် ၊ ငါ သည် အသက် ရှင်၏။ ပညတ် တရားပေါ် သောအခါအပြစ် တရားသည် ရှင်ပြန် ၏။ ငါ လည်း သေ ၏။
10 and the very commandment whose design was life, I found to issue in death.
၁၀အသက် ရှင်ခြင်းနှင့်ဆိုင်သော ပညတ် တရား သည် သေ ခြင်းနှင့် ဆိုင်သည်ကို ငါ တွေ့ ၏။
11 For sin, seizing the opportunity, deceived me through the commandment, and through it slew me.
၁၁အပြစ် တရားသည်ပညတ် တရားအားဖြင့် အခွင့် ရ လျှင်၊ ငါ့ ကို လှည့်ဖြား ၍ ထိုတရား အားဖြင့် ငါ့ကို သတ် လေ၏။
12 So that the Law is holy, and the commandment holy, and right, and good.
၁၂ထိုကြောင့် ၊ တရား တော်သည်သန့်ရှင်း ခြင်းရှိ၏။ ပညတ် တရားလည်း သန့်ရှင်း ခြင်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်း၊ ကောင်းမြတ် ခြင်းရှိ၏။
13 Did then that which is good become death to me? Far be it! but sin; that it might become manifest as sin, causing death to me by means of that which is good; that sin by means of the commandment might become exceedingly sinful.
၁၃သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ကောင်းမြတ် သောအရာသည် ငါ ၌သေ ခြင်းအကြောင်း ဖြစ် သလော။ မ ဖြစ် နိုင်ရာ။ အပြစ် တရားသည် မိမိသဘောကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှာ ကောင်းမြတ် သောအရာအားဖြင့် ငါ ၌သေ ခြင်းကို ပြု ၍ သေ ခြင်းအကြောင်းဖြစ်၏။ ထိုသို့ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် အပြစ် တရားသည် ပညတ် တော်အားဖြင့် အလွန် အပြစ် နှင့်ပြည့်စုံခြင်းရှိ သတည်း။
14 For we know that the Law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, a slave sold to sin.
၁၄ထိုမှတပါး၊ပညတ် တရားသည် ဝိညာဉ် ပကတိနှင့် စပ်ဆိုင် သည်ကို ငါတို့သိ ကြ၏။ ငါ မူကား ဇာတိ ပကတိရှိ ၏။ အပြစ် တရားလက် ၌ ကျေးကျွန်ဖြစ်၏။
15 For I know not what I do. For I do not what I would, but I do what I hate.
၁၅အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ငါသည်ကိုယ်ကျင့် သော အကျင့်ကို မ နှစ်သက် ။ ကျင့်ချင် သော အကျင့် ကိုမ ကျင့် ၊ ရွံ့ရှာ သော အကျင့် ကို ကျင့် ၏။
16 But if I do what I would not, I assent to the Law that it is good.
၁၆ထိုသို့ ငါသည် မ ကျင့်ချင် သောအကျင့် ကို ကျင့် လျှင် ၊ ပညတ် တရားဖြောင့် သည်ဟု ငါဝန်ခံ ၏။
17 Now, however, it is no longer I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
၁၇သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ၊ ထို မကောင်းသောအကျင့်ကို ငါ့ ကိုယ်တိုင်ကျင့် သည်မ ဟုတ်။ ငါ့ အထဲ ၌နေ သော အပြစ် တရားသည် ကျင့်၏။
18 For I know that there dwelleth not in me, that is, in my flesh, any good thing; for to desire is present with me, but not to perform that which is good.
၁၈ငါ့ အထဲ မှာ ငါ့ ဇာတိ ပကတိ၌ ကောင်း သော အရာတစ်စုံတစ်ခုမျှ မ တည် သည်ကို ငါသိ ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ငါ သည်ကျင့်ချင်သော စိတ် ရှိ သော်လည်း ၊ ကောင်း စွာကျင့် တတ်သောအခွင့်ကိုရှာ၍ မ တွေ့နိုင်။
19 For the good that I would, I do not; but the evil which I would not, that I do.
၁၉ငါသည် ကျင့် ချင် သော အကျင့်ကောင်း ကို မ ကျင့်။ မ ကျင့်ချင် သော အကျင့်ဆိုး ကိုကျင့် ၏။
20 But if I do what I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
၂၀ထိုသို့ ငါ သည်မ ကျင့်ချင် သောအကျင့်ကို ကျင့် လျှင် ၊ ငါ ကိုယ်တိုင်ကျင့် သည်မ ဟုတ်။ ငါ့ အထဲ ၌နေ သော အပြစ် တရားသည်ကျင့်၏။
21 I find then that there is a law to me, that when I would do good, evil is present with me.
၂၁ထိုသို့ ကောင်း သော အကျင့်ကိုငါ ကျင့် ချင်သောအခါ၊ မကောင်း သောအကျင့်ကို ကျင့် စေတတ်သော တရား ကို ငါတွေ့ ၏။
22 For I delight in the Law of God, as to the inward man;
၂၂ငါသည် အတွင်း လူ အားဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ပညတ် တရားတော်တို့ နှစ်သက်၏
23 but I perceive another law in my members warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
၂၃သို့သော်လည်း ငါ့ ကိုယ်အင်္ဂါ များ၌ ရှိသော တရား တစ်ပါးသည် စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်တရား ကို ပြိုင်ဆိုင် တိုက်လှန်သဖြင့် ၊ ငါ့ ကိုယ်အင်္ဂါ များ၌ ရှိ သော အပြစ် တရား လက် သို့ ငါ့ ကိုဘမ်း သွားအပ်နှံသည်ကို ငါမြင် ၏။
24 Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from the body of this death?
၂၄ငါသည်ငြိုငြင် သောသူ ဖြစ် ပါသည်တကား၊ ဤ အသေ ကောင် မှ ငါ့ ကို အဘယ်သူ ကယ်လွှတ် မည်နည်း။
25 Thanks be to God, [[who hath delivered me]] through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then, I, the same person, with the mind serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.
၂၅ငါ တို့သခင် ယေရှု ခရစ် အားဖြင့် ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူသောဘုရားသခင် ၏ကျေးဇူး တော်ကြီးလှပေ၏။ ထိုသို့စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်အားဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ တရား တော် အလိုသို့၎င်း၊ ဇာတိ ပကတိအားဖြင့် အပြစ် တရား အလိုသို့၎င်း၊ ငါ လိုက် တတ်၏။
