Romans 13
1 Let every one submit to the authorities that are over him; for there is no authority which is not from God: and the authorities which exist have been ordained by God.
১যুষ্মাকম্ একৈকজনঃ শাসনপদস্য নিঘ্নো ভৱতু যতো যানি শাসনপদানি সন্তি তানি সৰ্ৱ্ৱাণীশ্ৱৰেণ স্থাপিতানি; ঈশ্ৱৰং ৱিনা পদস্থাপনং ন ভৱতি|
2 He therefore that setteth himself against the authority resisteth what God hath ordained; and they a who resist will bring upon themselves judgment.
২ইতি হেতোঃ শাসনপদস্য যৎ প্ৰাতিকূল্যং তদ্ ঈশ্ৱৰীযনিৰূপণস্য প্ৰাতিকূল্যমেৱ; অপৰং যে প্ৰাতিকূল্যম্ আচৰন্তি তে স্ৱেষাং সমুচিতং দণ্ডং স্ৱযমেৱ ঘটযন্তে|
3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wouldst thou then not be afraid of the government? Do that which is good, and thou wilt have praise from it;
৩শাস্তা সদাচাৰিণাং ভযপ্ৰদো নহি দুৰাচাৰিণামেৱ ভযপ্ৰদো ভৱতি; ৎৱং কিং তস্মান্ নিৰ্ভযো ভৱিতুম্ ইচ্ছসি? তৰ্হি সৎকৰ্ম্মাচৰ, তস্মাদ্ যশো লপ্স্যসে,
4 for the ruler is God's servant to thee for good. But if thou doest evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain; for he is God's servant, an avenger to inflict wrath upon him that doeth evil.
৪যতস্তৱ সদাচৰণায স ঈশ্ৱৰস্য ভৃত্যোঽস্তি| কিন্তু যদি কুকৰ্ম্মাচৰসি তৰ্হি ৎৱং শঙ্কস্ৱ যতঃ স নিৰৰ্থকং খঙ্গং ন ধাৰযতি; কুকৰ্ম্মাচাৰিণং সমুচিতং দণ্ডযিতুম্ স ঈশ্ৱৰস্য দণ্ডদভৃত্য এৱ|
5 It is necessary therefore to submit, not only because of the wrath, but also for your conscience' sake.
৫অতএৱ কেৱলদণ্ডভযান্নহি কিন্তু সদসদ্বোধাদপি তস্য ৱশ্যেন ভৱিতৱ্যং|
6 For the same reason pay tribute also; for they are ministers of God, attending continually to this very business.
৬এতস্মাদ্ যুষ্মাকং ৰাজকৰদানমপ্যুচিতং যস্মাদ্ যে কৰং গৃহ্লন্তি ত ঈশ্ৱৰস্য কিঙ্কৰা ভূৎৱা সততম্ এতস্মিন্ কৰ্ম্মণি নিৱিষ্টাস্তিষ্ঠন্তি|
7 Render to all what is due to them; tribute, to whom tribute is due; custom, to whom custom; fear, to whom fear; honor, to whom honor.
৭অস্মাৎ কৰগ্ৰাহিণে কৰং দত্ত, তথা শুল্কগ্ৰাহিণে শুল্কং দত্ত, অপৰং যস্মাদ্ ভেতৱ্যং তস্মাদ্ বিভীত, যশ্চ সমাদৰণীযস্তং সমাদ্ৰিযধ্ৱম্; ইত্থং যস্য যৎ প্ৰাপ্যং তৎ তস্মৈ দত্ত|
8 Owe no one anything but brotherly love; for he that loveth others hath fulfilled the Law.
৮যুষ্মাকং পৰস্পৰং প্ৰেম ৱিনা ঽন্যৎ কিমপি দেযম্ ঋণং ন ভৱতু, যতো যঃ পৰস্মিন্ প্ৰেম কৰোতি তেন ৱ্যৱস্থা সিধ্যতি|
9 For these, “Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not covet,” and every other commandment, are summed up in this precept, “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.”
৯ৱস্তুতঃ পৰদাৰান্ মা গচ্ছ, নৰহত্যাং মা কাৰ্ষীঃ, চৈৰ্য্যং মা কাৰ্ষীঃ, মিথ্যাসাক্ষ্যং মা দেহি, লোভং মা কাৰ্ষীঃ, এতাঃ সৰ্ৱ্ৱা আজ্ঞা এতাভ্যো ভিন্না যা কাচিদ্ আজ্ঞাস্তি সাপি স্ৱসমীপৱাসিনি স্ৱৱৎ প্ৰেম কুৰ্ৱ্ৱিত্যনেন ৱচনেন ৱেদিতা|
10 Love worketh no ill to one's neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the Law.
১০যতঃ প্ৰেম সমীপৱাসিনোঽশুভং ন জনযতি তস্মাৎ প্ৰেম্না সৰ্ৱ্ৱা ৱ্যৱস্থা পাল্যতে|
11 And this, since we know the time, that it is already high time for us to awake out of sleep; for now is our salvation nearer than when we became believers.
১১প্ৰত্যযীভৱনকালেঽস্মাকং পৰিত্ৰাণস্য সামীপ্যাদ্ ইদানীং তস্য সামীপ্যম্ অৱ্যৱহিতং; অতঃ সমযং ৱিৱিচ্যাস্মাভিঃ সাম্প্ৰতম্ অৱশ্যমেৱ নিদ্ৰাতো জাগৰ্ত্তৱ্যং|
12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand; let us then throw off the works of darkness, and put on the armor of light.
১২বহুতৰা যামিনী গতা প্ৰভাতং সন্নিধিং প্ৰাপ্তং তস্মাৎ তামসীযাঃ ক্ৰিযাঃ পৰিত্যজ্যাস্মাভি ৰ্ৱাসৰীযা সজ্জা পৰিধাতৱ্যা|
13 Let us walk becomingly, as in the day; not in reveling and drunkenness, not in lewdness and wantonness, not in strife and envy;
১৩অতো হেতো ৰ্ৱযং দিৱা ৱিহিতং সদাচৰণম্ আচৰিষ্যামঃ| ৰঙ্গৰসো মত্তৎৱং লম্পটৎৱং কামুকৎৱং ৱিৱাদ ঈৰ্ষ্যা চৈতানি পৰিত্যক্ষ্যামঃ|
14 but clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and think not about satisfying the lusts of the flesh.
১৪যূযং প্ৰভুযীশুখ্ৰীষ্টৰূপং পৰিচ্ছদং পৰিধদ্ধ্ৱং সুখাভিলাষপূৰণায শাৰীৰিকাচৰণং মাচৰত|
