< Romans 10 >
1 Brethren, the desire of my heart and my prayer to God for them is, that they may be saved.
Ⱪerindaxlar, yürǝk intizarim, xundaⱪla Hudaƣa yelinixim Israillarning ⱪutⱪuzuluxi üqündur.
2 For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.
Qünki xuningƣa guwaⱨliⱪ berimǝnki, ularning Hudaƣa ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtǝnmu ⱪizƣin intilixi bar, biraⱪ ularning intilixi ⱨǝⱪiⱪiy bilim üstigǝ ⱪurulƣan ǝmǝs.
3 For being ignorant of the righteousness which is of God, and endeavoring to establish a righteousness of their own, they have not submitted themselves to the righteousness which is of God.
Qünki ular Hudaning ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪini bilmigǝqkǝ, uning orniƣa ɵzlirining ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪini tiklǝxkǝ tirixip, Hudaning ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪiƣa boysunmidi.
4 For Christ is the end of the Law, so that every one that believeth may obtain righteousness.
Qünki Tǝwrat ⱪanunining nixan-mǝⱪsiti Mǝsiⱨning Ɵzidur; xuning bilǝn etiⱪad ⱪilƣuqilarning ⱨǝrbiri üqün ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ bar boldi.
5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the Law: “The man that hath done these things shall live by them.”
Qünki Tǝwrat ⱪanuniƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilixtin kǝlgǝn ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ ⱨǝⱪⱪidǝ Musa pǝyƣǝmbǝr mundaⱪ yazƣan; «Ⱪanunning ǝmrlirigǝ ǝmǝl ⱪilƣanlar xu ixliridin ⱨayatliⱪ tapidu».
6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh thus: Say not in thy heart, “Who shall ascend into heaven?” that is, to bring Christ down.
Lekin etiⱪadtin bolƣan ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ mundaⱪ dǝydu: — «Kɵnglüngdǝ: — «Kim asmanƣa qiⱪar?» (yǝni «Kim Mǝsiⱨni asmandin elip qüxürǝr?»)
7 Or, “Who shall descend into the abyss?” that is, to bring up Christ from the dead. (Abyssos )
wǝ yaki «Ⱨang tegigǝ kim qüxǝr?» (yǝni «Mǝsiⱨni ɵlümdin kim ⱪayturar?») — demigin». (Abyssos )
8 But what saith it? “The word is nigh thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart;” that is, the word concerning faith, which we preach;
Əmdi xu [ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ] nemǝ dǝydu? — «Sɵz-kalam sanga yeⱪindur, tilingda wǝ dilingdidur!» — bu sɵz-kalam dǝl biz jakarlaydiƣan etiⱪadning sɵzidur.
9 for if thou shalt acknowledge with thy mouth Jesus as Lord, and shalt believe in thy heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Demǝk, «Əysaning Rǝb ikǝnlikini aƣzing bilǝn etirap ⱪilsang wǝ ⱪǝlbingdǝ Hudaning uni ɵlüklǝr arisidin tirildürgǝnlikigǝ ixǝnsǝng, ⱪutⱪuzulisǝn»!
10 For with the heart man believeth so as to obtain righteousness, and with the mouth professeth so as to obtain salvation.
Qünki insan ⱪǝlbidǝ etiⱪad ⱪilix bilǝn ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱪilinidu, eƣizida etirap ⱪilix bilǝn nijatⱪa erixidu.
11 For the Scripture saith, “Whoever believeth in him shall not be put to shame.”
Muⱪǝddǝs yazmilarda deyilgǝndǝk; «Uningƣa etiⱪad ⱪilƣuqining ⱨǝrbiri ⱨǝrgiz yǝrgǝ ⱪaritilmas».
12 For there is no difference between Jew and Greek; for one and the same is Lord over all, rich to all that call upon him.
Qünki bu jǝⱨǝttǝ Yǝⱨudiylar bilǝn Greklarning pǝrⱪi yoⱪ; ⱨǝr ikkisining Rǝbbi ⱨǝmmining Rǝbbidur wǝ Ɵzigǝ nida ⱪilƣanlarning ⱨǝmmisigǝ mol bayliⱪlirini ayimaydu.
13 For “every one who calleth upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Qünki: «Kimdikim Rǝbning namini qaⱪirip nida ⱪilsa ⱪutⱪuzulidu».
14 How then shall they call on him, in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him, of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
Lekin Rǝbgǝ ixǝnmigǝn kixi ⱪandaⱪmu Uningƣa nida ⱪilalisun? U toƣruluⱪ anglimiƣan kixi ⱪandaⱪmu Uningƣa ixǝnsun? Hux hǝwǝr jakarliƣuqi bolmisa, ular uni ⱪandaⱪmu angliyalisun?
15 and how shall men preach, unless they are sent forth? as it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring glad tidings of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!”
Xu jakarliƣuqilar ǝwǝtilmigǝn bolsa, hux hǝwǝrni ⱪandaⱪmu yǝtküzǝlisun? Muⱪǝddǝs yazmilarda yezilƣinidǝk: «Aman-hatirjǝmlik toƣruluⱪ hux hǝwǝrni, bǝht-saadǝt toƣruluⱪ hux hǝwǝrni yǝtküzgǝnlǝrning ayaƣliri nemidegǝn güzǝl-ⱨǝ!».
16 But they did not all hearken to the glad tidings. For Isaiah saith, “Lord, who hath believed what he hath heard from us?”
Biraⱪ, huddi Yǝxaya [pǝyƣǝmbǝrning] «I Pǝrwǝrdigar, bizning hǝwirimizgǝ kimmu ixǝndi?» deginidǝk ⱨǝmmǝ adǝm hux hǝwǝrgǝ itaǝt ⱪilƣan ǝmǝs.
17 Faith then cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Xunga etiⱪad hǝwǝrni anglaxtin kelidu wǝ xu hǝwǝr Mǝsiⱨ toƣruluⱪ sɵzdǝ anglitilidu.
18 But I say, Did they not hear? Yes truly, “Their voice went forth into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.”
Lekin xuni soraymǝnki, ular xu hǝwǝrni anglimiƣanmidu? Əlwǝttǝ anglidi: — «Ularning sadasi pütkül dunyaƣa, Sɵzliri yǝr yüzining ⱪǝrlirigǝ yǝtti».
19 But I say, Hath not Israel had knowledge? First, Moses saith, “I will move you to jealousy by that which is no nation, I will excite you to indignation by a foolish people.”
Yǝnǝ xuni soraymǝnki, Israillar [xu hǝwǝrdin] waⱪip bolmiƣanmidu? Aldi bilǝn, Musa [Israilƣa] mundaⱪ bexarǝt bǝrgǝn: — ««Ⱨeq hǝlⱪ ǝmǝs» bolƣan bir hǝlⱪ arⱪiliⱪ silǝrdǝ ⱨǝsǝt ⱪozƣaymǝn, Nadan bir hǝlⱪ arⱪiliⱪ ƣǝzipinglarni ⱪozƣaymǝn».
20 But Isaiah is very bold, and saith, “I was found by those who sought me not, I became known to those who inquired not for me.”
Keyin, Yǝxaya pǝyƣǝmbǝr intayin yürǝklik ⱨalda xu bexarǝtni berip: — «Ɵzümgǝ intilmigǝnlǝrgǝ Ɵzümni tapⱪuzdum, Meni sorimiƣanlarƣa Ɵzüm kɵründüm» — dedi.
21 But concerning Israel he saith, “All the day long I have stretched out my hands to a disobedient and rebellious people.”
Lekin, U Israillar ⱨǝⱪⱪidǝ: — «Mǝn kün boyi bu itaǝtsiz wǝ tǝrsa hǝlⱪⱪǝ ⱪollirimni uzitip intilip kǝldim!» — dǝydu.
