Revelation 2
1 To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks:
“Mwalembele katumetume jwa kwinani jwakwimilila mpingo wa ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito wa ku Efeso, ngunsalila aga. “Uneji ni jungukamulila ndondwa saba kunkono wangu wa kundyo ni sooni ni jungwendajenda pasikati pa indu saba yakuŵichila imuli yaikolochekwe ni sahabu.
2 I know thy works, and thy labor, and thy endurance, and that thou canst not bear evil men; and thou didst try those who say they are apostles, and are not, and didst find them liars;
Nguimanyilila ipanganyo yenu ni kuchalila kwenu ni upililiu wenu mu kundumichila une, nguimanyilila kuti ngankukombola kwapililila ŵandu ŵangalumbana ni sooni mwalinjile aŵala ŵakuliŵilanga achinduna akuno nganaŵa achinduna ni mwamanyilile kuti ali ŵakulambusya.
3 and thou hast endurance, and hast borne on account of my name, and hast not become weary.
Mmweji nli jwakupililila ni mwasawiche kwa liwamba lya liina lyangu pangapela.
4 But I have this against thee, that thou hast left thy first love.
Nambo ngwete chindu chimo nkati mmwe, yakuti: ngankuunonyela une mpela imwatiji kundanda.
5 Remember therefore whence thou hast fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come to thee, and will remove thy candlestick out of its place, unless thou repent.
Nipele nkumbuchile imwaliji nkanaŵe kulyungasika, ngalauche ni kuleka sambi ni ntende imwaitesile kundanda. Nambo iŵaga ngantenda yeleyo, ngunnyichilila ni kuchityosya chindu chenu chakuŵichila lumuli kutyochela peuto pakwe.
6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
Nambo ngusengwa kwa ligongo lya chindu chimo: nkuichima ipanganyo ya Ŵanikolai inguichima none jwakwe.
7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches. To him that overcometh I will give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of my God.
“Jwakwete mapilikanilo gakupilikanila apilikane agala Mbumu jwa Akunnungu gakwasalila mipingo ja ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito. “Jwakupunda chinannechele alye isogosi ya chitela cha umi chachili mungunda wa Akunnungu kumbepo.
8 And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: These things saith the first and the last, who was dead, and lived again:
“Mwalembele katumetume jwa kwinani jwakwimilila mpingo wa ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito wa ku Similina. “Gelega ni gakusala ajula jwali jwaandanda ni jwambesi, juŵajasiche ni sambano ali jwanjumi.
9 I know thy affliction and poverty, (but thou art rich, ) and the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews, and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.
Ngugamanyilila masausyo genu ni iyoyo nguumanyilila ulaje wenu nambo isyene mwe nli ŵakusichila! Ngumanyilila yakuti pakuntukana ŵanyawo ŵakuliŵilanga Ŵayahudi akuno nganaŵa Ŵayahudi, nambo ali nyuumba ja kupopelela mpingo wa Shetani.
10 Fear not the things which thou art about to suffer. Behold, now, the Devil is about to cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye will have tribulation ten days. Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee the crown of life.
Nkajogopa masausyo gachigansimane. Mpilikane! Shetani chachaponya ŵampepe ŵenu mu nyuumba jakutaŵilwa kuti anlinje, ni ŵanyamwe chinsauche moŵa likumi. Mmeje ŵakukulupilichika mpaka kuwa, ni une chinampe chindu mpela singwa ja umi nti mbote kwa ligongo lya kupunda.
11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches. He that overcometh shall not be hurt by the second death.
“Jwakwete mapilikanilo gakupilikanila, apilikane agala Mbumu jwa Akunnungu gakwasalila mipingo ja ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito! “Jwakuipunda yeleyo ngapotekwa ng'o ni chiwa chaaŵili.
12 And to the angel of the church in Pergamus write: These things saith he that hath the sharp two-edged sword:
“Mwalembele katumetume jwa kwinani jwakwimilila mpingo wa ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito wa ku Peligamo. “Gelega ni gakusala ajula jwakwete lipanga lyenole mosemose.
13 I know where thou dwellest, where the throne of Satan is; and thou holdest fast my name, and didst not deny my faith, even in the days in which Antipas was my witness, my faithful one, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
Ngumanyilila kuti nkutama mu musi waukulongoswa ni umwenye wa Shetani. Nambo mwe nkwendelechela kulikamulisya liina lyangu. Nganinchikana chikulupi chandinacho kukwangu, namose mmoŵa ga che Antipa jwaumboni jwangu jwakukulupilichika, juŵaulajikwe mu chilambo chenu chachikulongoswa ni Shetani.
14 But I have a few things against thee; thou hast there them that hold the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling-block in the way of the sons of Israel, and to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit fornication.
Nambo ngwete indu kanandi yangaŵa yambone nkati mmwe pakuŵa mwalesile ŵandu ŵane mwa ŵanyamwe ajiganyikwe majiganyo gaŵajiganyaga che Balaamu kalakala. Ŵanjigenye che Balaki ŵanyenje ŵandu ŵa Isilaeli atende sambi. Usyene ŵajigenye alye chakulya chachityochekwe mbopesi kwa inyago, ni kutenda chigwagwa.
15 So thou also hast men holding the teaching of the Nicolaitans, in like manner.
Sooni nkwete ŵane ŵakugajitichisya majiganyo ga Ŵanikolai.
16 Repent therefore; or else I will come to thee quickly, and will make war with them with the sword of my mouth.
Ngalauche ni kuleka sambi, pangatenda yeleyo chinanyichilile chitema ni kumenyana nawo ŵandu wo kwa lipanga lyalikutyochela mu kang'wa jangu.
17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches. To him that overcometh, I will give of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written, which no one knoweth but he that receiveth it.
“Jwakwete mapilikanilo gakupilikanila, apilikane agala Mbumu jwa Akunnungu gakwasalila mipingo ja ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito! “Jwakupunda, jwelejo chinaape chakulya chachikuŵilanjikwa mana jajisisiche kwinani ni sooni chinaape ŵelewo liganga lyeswela ni peganga po palembekwe liina lya sambano lyangalikumanyika ni jwine ikaŵe ajula pe jwakulipochela.”
18 And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write: These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass:
“Mwalembele katumetume jwa kwinani jwakwimilila mpingo wa ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito wa ku Siatila. “Ayi ni yakuisala Mwana jwa Akunnungu, jwakwete meeso mpela lilamba lya mooto ni makongolo gakwe gali mpela shaba jajikundikwe kwannope.
19 I know thy works, and love, and faith, and service, and thy endurance, and that thy last works are more than the first.
Nguimanyilila ipanganyo yenu ni unonyelo ni chikulupi ni utumichile wenu ni upililiu wenu. Ngumanyilila kuti sambano nkupanganya yambone nnope kupunda imwaliji kundanda.
20 But I have this against thee, that thou sufferest thy wife Jezebel, who calleth herself a prophetess, and she teacheth and seduceth my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed to idols.
Nambo ngwete chindu chimo nkati mmwe chingachikusengwasya chakuti: nkunkunda jwankongwe Yesebeli jwakuliŵilanga jwakulondola, ni kwajiganya ŵakutumichila ŵangu ni kwalyungasya kuti atende chigwagwa ni kulya indu yetajikwe mbopesi kwa inyago.
21 And I gave her time to repent, and she will not repent of her fornication.
None naapele lipesa kuti aleche sambi, nambo ngakusaka kugalauka ni kuleka sambi sya chikululu chakwe.
22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and those who together with her commit adultery into great distress, unless they repent of her deeds.
Mpilikane! Chinaajamuche kwa kwataga ulwele wakalipa. Sooni aŵala ŵakutenda nawo chikululu chasauche kwannope, iŵaga ngakugalauka ni kuleka sambi syatesile nawo.
23 And her children I will slay with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he who searcheth the reins and hearts; and I will give to every one of you according to your works.
Sooni chinaaulaje achalongo ŵakwe. Ni mipingo jose ja ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito chijimanyilile kuti une ni jungujimanya mitima ni nganisyo sya ŵandu. None chinaalipe jwalijose jwa mwenumwe malinga ni yakuitenda.
24 But to you I say, the rest who are in Thyatira, as many as have not this teaching, such as have not known “the depths” of Satan, as they speak; I put upon you no other burden;
“Nambo mwanya ŵane ŵanli ku Seatela ŵanganinkuye majiganyo ga ŵakwiganya ŵa unami ni nganinlijiganya indu yaikuŵilanjikwa kuti ili indu ya munkati nnope ya Shetani. Ngunsalila kuti ngisinantwika nsigo wine kupunda agala gunkwete.
25 but that which ye have, hold fast till I come.
Nkusachilwa kwendelechela kukulupilila ni kuujitichisya utenga wa chikulupi umpochele, mpaka pachiiche po.
26 And he that overcometh, and he that keepeth my works to the end, to him I will give authority over the nations, —
Ni jwele jwakupunda ni kwendelechela kupanganya ingusaka mpaka kumbesi chinampe ulamusi ulaula umbochele kutyochela kwa Atati ŵangu, pachanya pa ŵandu ŵa ilambo yose.
27 and he shall rule them with a rod of iron, as the vessels of a potter are broken to shivers, —as I also have received of my Father.
Nombejo chachalamula ŵandu ŵa ilambo kwa nkongojo wa chisyano ni kwaliŵata mpela yaikuti kukasikwa yombo ya lilongo.
28 And I will give him the morning star.
Chinampe ndondwa ja mng'andu mpela indite kupochela ulamusi kutyochela kwa Atati ŵangu.
29 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches.
“Jwakwete mapilikanilo gakupilikanila, apilikane agala Mbumu jwa Akunnungu gakwasalila mipingo ja ŵandu ŵakunkulupilila Kilisito!
