Psalms 87

1 “A psalm of the sons of Korah.” His foundation is in the holy mountains;

Сыном Кореовым, псалом песни.

2 Jehovah loveth the gates of Zion More than all the dwellings of Jacob.

Основания его на горах святых: любит Господь врата Сионя паче всех селений Иаковлих.

3 Glorious things are said of thee, O city of God! (Pause)

Преславная глаголашася о тебе, граде Божий.

4 “I name Egypt and Babylon among them that know me; Behold! Philistia, Tyre, and Ethiopia, —They also were born there.”

Помяну Раав и Вавилона ведущым мя: и се, иноплеменницы и Тир и людие Ефиопстии, сии быша тамо.

5 And of Zion it shall be said, “Men of every nation were born there, And the Most High hath established her.”

Мати Сион речет: человек и человек родися в нем, и Той основа и Вышний.

6 Jehovah, when he numbereth the nations, shall write, “These were born there!” (Pause)

Господь повесть в писании людий и князей, сих бывших в нем.

7 Singers as well as dancers, —All my springs are in thee!

Яко веселящихся всех жилище в тебе.
