Psalms 145
1 “A song of praise. By David.” I will extol thee, my God, the King! I will praise thy name for ever and ever!
Alabanza. De David. A Ti, mi Dios Rey, ensalzaré, y por los siglos de los siglos bendeciré tu Nombre.
2 Every day will I bless thee, And praise thy name for ever and ever!
Te bendeciré cada día; y alabaré tu Nombre por los siglos de los siglos.
3 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; Yea, his greatness is unsearchable.
Grande es Yahvé y digno de suma alabanza; su grandeza es insondable.
4 One generation shall praise thy works to another, And shall declare thy mighty deeds.
Una generación anuncia a la otra tus obras, y proclama tu poder.
5 I will speak of the glorious honor of thy majesty, And of thy wonderful works.
Hablan de la magnífica gloria de tu Majestad, y divulgan tus maravillas.
6 Men shall speak of the might of thy terrible deeds, And I will declare thy greatness;
Cuentan el poderío terrible de tus hechos, y publican tus grandezas.
7 They shall pour forth the praise of thy great good And sing of thy righteousness.
Rememoran el elogio de tu inmensa bondad, y se gozan de tu justicia (diciendo):
8 The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion, Slow to anger, and rich in mercy.
“Yahvé es benigno y misericordioso, magnánimo y grande en clemencia.
9 The LORD is good to all. And his tender mercies are over all his works.
Yahvé es bueno con todos, y su misericordia se derrama sobre todas sus creaturas.”
10 All thy works praise thee, O LORD! And thy holy ones bless thee!
Todas tus obras te alabarán, Yahvé, y tus santos te bendecirán.
11 They speak of the glory of thy kingdom, And talk of thy power;
Publicarán la gloria de tu reino, y pregonarán tu potestad,
12 To make known to the sons of men his mighty deeds, And the glorious majesty of his kingdom.
haciendo conocer a los hijos de los hombres tu poder y el magnífico esplendor de tu reino:
13 Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And thy dominion endureth throughout all generations.
Tu reino es reino de todos los siglos; y tu imperio, de generación en generación. Yahvé es digno de confianza en todas sus palabras, y benévolo en todas sus obras.
14 The LORD upholdeth all that fall, And raiseth up all that are bowed down.
Yahvé sostiene a todos los que caen, y levanta a todos los agobiados.
15 The eyes of all wait upon thee, And thou givest them their food in due season;
Los ojos de todos te miran esperando, y Tú les das a su tiempo el alimento.
16 Thou openest thine hand, And satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
Tú abres la mano y hartas de bondad a todo viviente.
17 The LORD is righteous in all his ways, And merciful in all his works.
Yahvé es justo en todos sus caminos, y santo en todas sus obras.
18 The LORD is nigh to all that call upon him, To all that call upon him in truth.
Yahvé cerca está de cuantos le invocan, de todos los que le invocan de veras.
19 He fulfilleth the desire of them that fear him; He heareth their cry, and saveth them.
Él hace la voluntad de los que le temen, oye su clamor y los salva.
20 The LORD preserveth all that love him; But all the wicked he will destroy.
Yahvé conserva a todos los que le aman, y extermina a todos los impíos.
21 My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD; And let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever!
Mi boca dirá la alabanza de Yahvé; y toda carne bendecirá su santo Nombre por los siglos de los siglos.
