Psalms 135
1 Praise ye the LORD! Praise ye the name of the LORD! Praise him, O ye servants of the LORD!
परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर । परमप्रभुको नाउँको प्रशंसा गर । हे परमप्रभुका सेवकहरू हो, उहाँको प्रशंसा गर ।
2 Ye who stand in the house of the LORD, In the courts of the house of our God!
तिमीहरू जो परमप्रभुको मन्दिरमा, हाम्रा परमेश्वरको मन्दिरको चोकहरूमा खडा हुन्छौ ।
3 Praise ye the LORD, for the LORD is good; Praise his name, for he is kind!
परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर, किनकि उहाँ असल हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँको नाउँको स्तुति गाओ, किनकि यसो गर्नु सुखाद कुरा हो ।
4 For the LORD chose Jacob for himself, And Israel for his own possession.
किनकि परमप्रभुले याकूबलाई आफ्नो निम्ति, इस्राएललाई आफ्नो सम्पत्तिको रूपमा रोज्नुभएको छ ।
5 I know that the LORD is great; That our Lord is above all gods.
परमप्रभु महान् हुनुहुन्छ भनी म जान्दछु, कि हाम्रो परमप्रभु सबै देवताभन्दा माथि हुनुहुन्छ ।
6 All that the LORD pleaseth, that he doeth, In heaven and upon earth, In the sea, and in all deeps.
परमप्रभुले जे इच्छा गर्नुहुन्छ, स्वर्गमा, पृथ्वीमा, समुद्रमा र सबै महासागरका गहिराइमा उहाँले त्यही गर्नुहुन्छ ।
7 He causeth the clouds to ascend from the ends of the earth; He maketh lightnings for the rain; He bringeth the wind from his store-houses.
उहाँले बादललाई टाढाबाट, चट्याङलाई वर्षाको साथी बनाएर ल्याउनुहुन्छ, र आफ्नो भण्डारबाट हुरीबतास निकाल्नुहुन्छ ।
8 He smote the first-born of Egypt, Both of man and beast.
उहाँले मिश्रदेशमा मानिस र पशु दुवैको जेठोलाई मार्नुभयो ।
9 He sent signs and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt! Against Pharaoh and all his servants!
उहाँले मिश्रदेशमा तिमीहरूका माझमा फारो र त्यसका सबै सेवकहरूका विरुद्धमा चिन्हहरू र चमत्कारहरू पठाउनुभयो ।
10 He smote many nations, And slew mighty kings;
उहाँले धेरै जातिलाई आक्रमण गर्नुभयो र शक्तिशाली राजाहरूलाई मार्नुभयो,
11 Sihon, the king of the Amorites, And Og, the king of Bashan, And all the kings of Canaan;
एमोरीहरूका राजा सीहोन र बाशानका राजा ओग, अनि कनानका सबै राज्यलाई ।
12 And gave their land for an inheritance, For an inheritance to Israel, his people.
तिनीहरूका देश उहाँले हामीलाई उत्तराधिकार, उहाँका मानिस इस्राएलका उत्तराधिकारको रूपमा दिनुभयो ।
13 Thy name, O LORD! endureth for ever; Thy memorial, O LORD! to all generations!
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंको नाउँ सदासर्वदा रहिरहन्छ । हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंको किर्ती सबै पुस्तामा रहन्छ ।
14 For the LORD judgeth his people, And hath compassion on his servants.
किनकि परमप्रभुले आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई रक्षा गर्नुहुन्छ र आफ्ना सेवकहरूमाथि दया देखाउनुहुन्छ ।
15 The idols of the nations are silver and gold, The work of men's hands.
जातिहरूका मूर्तीहरू सुन र चाँदीका मानसिहरूका हातका कामहरू हुन् ।
16 They have mouths, but they speak not; Eyes have they, but they see not.
ती मूर्तीहरूका मुख छन्, तर तिनीहरू बोल्दैनन् । तिनीहरूका आँखा छन्, तर तिनीहरूले देख्दैनन् ।
17 They have ears, but they hear not; And there is no breath in their mouths.
तिनीहरूका कान छन्, तर तिनीहरूले सुन्दैनन्, न त तिनीहरूका मुखमा सास नै छ ।
18 They that make them are like them; So is every one that trusteth in them.
तिनीहरूलाई बनाउनेहरू तिनीहरूजस्तै हुन्छन् जस्तो तिनीहरूमा भरोसा गर्ने हरेक व्यक्ति हुन्छ ।
19 Praise the LORD, O house of Israel! Praise the LORD, O house of Aaron!
हे इस्राएलका सन्तानहरू हो, परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर । हे हारूनका सन्तानहरू, परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर ।
20 Praise the LORD, O house of Levi! Ye that fear the LORD, bless the LORD!
हे लेवीका सन्तानहरू हो, परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर । तिमीहरू जसले परमप्रभुको आदर गर्छौ, परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर ।
21 Praised be the LORD out of Zion, He that dwelleth in Jerusalem! Praise ye the LORD!
सियोनमा परमप्रभुलाई प्रशंसा होस्, जो यरूशलेममा बसोबास गर्नुहुन्छ । परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर ।
