Psalms 132
1 “A psalm of the steps, or the goings up.” O LORD! remember David, And all his affliction!
၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းနှင့်သူခံခဲ့ရသမျှသောဆင်းရဲ ဒုက္ခတို့ကိုသတိရတော်မူပါ။
2 How he sware to Jehovah, And vowed to the Mighty One of Jacob:
၂အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ဒါဝိဒ်က``ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ထာဝရဘုရား ကိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရန်ဌာနတော်ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ ယာကုပ်ကိုးကွယ်သောတန်ခိုးကြီးသည့် ဘုရားသခင်အတွက်အိမ်တော်ကိုလည်း ကောင်း ဆောက်လုပ်၍မပြီးသေးသမျှကာလပတ်လုံး နားနေအိပ်စက်မှုကိုပြုမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ အိမ်ကိုလည်းမပြန်။ အိပ်ရာထဲသို့လည်း ဝင်မည်မဟုတ်'' ဟု ယာကုပ်ကိုးကွယ်သောတန်ခိုးကြီးသည့် ဘုရားသခင်အားပြုသောသစ္စာကတိကို သတိရတော်မူ၏။
3 “I will not go into my house, Nor lie down on my bed,
၃
4 I will not give sleep to my eyes, Nor slumber to my eyelids,
၄
5 Until I find a place for Jehovah, A habitation for the Mighty One of Jacob.”

6 Behold, we heard of it at Ephratah; We found it in the fields of the forest.
၆ဗက်လင်မြို့တွင်ပဋိညာဉ်သေတ္တာတော် အကြောင်းကို ငါတို့ကြားသိကြ၍ယင်းသေတ္တာတော်ကို ယာရိမ်ကွင်း၌တွေ့ရှိရကြ၏။
7 Let us go into his habitation; Let us worship at his footstool!
၇``ငါတို့သည်ထာဝရဘုရား၏အိမ်တော်သို့ သွားကြကုန်အံ့။ ပလ္လင်တော်ရှေ့တွင်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုဝတ်ပြု ကိုးကွယ်ကြကုန်အံ့'' ဟုငါတို့ဆိုကြ၏။
8 Arise, O LORD! into thy rest, Thou, and the ark of thy strength!
၈အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ တန်ခိုးတော်၏အမှတ်လက္ခဏာဖြစ်သည့် ပဋိညာဉ်သေတ္တာတော်နှင့်အတူဗိမာန်တော်သို့ ကြွလာတော်မူ၏။
9 Let thy priests be clothed with righteousness, And thy holy ones shout for joy!
၉ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည် မှန်ကန်ရာကို အမြဲပြုကျင့်နိုင်ကြပါစေသော။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူစုတော်သည်ဝမ်းမြောက် ရွှင်လန်းစွာကြွေးကြော်ကြပါစေသော။
10 For the sake of thy servant David, Reject not the prayer of thine anointed!
၁၀အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏အစေခံဒါဝိဒ်အားပေးတော်မူသည့် ကတိတော်ကိုထောက်၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရွေးချယ်တော်မူသည့်ဘုရင်ကို ပစ်ပယ်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။
11 Jehovah hath sworn in truth unto David, And he will not depart from it: “Of the fruit of thy body will I place upon the throne for thee.
၁၁ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်က``ငါသည်သင်၏သားတစ်ဦးဦးကို ဘုရင်အရာ၌ခန့်ထားမည်။ သူသည်သင်၏အရိုက်အရာကိုဆက်ခံရလိမ့်မည်။ အကယ်၍သင်၏သားတို့သည်ငါ၏ပဋိညာဉ်တော်ကို စောင့်ထိန်း၍ငါပေးသည့်သြဝါဒများကို လိုက်နာကျင့်သုံးကြပါမူ၊ သူ၏သားတို့သည်လည်းသင်၏အရိုက်အရာကို ဆက်ခံကာဘုရင်များအဖြစ်ဖြင့် အစဉ်အမြဲအုပ်စိုးရကြလိမ့်မည်'' ဟု ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံဒါဝိဒ်အားကျိန်ဆို ကတိပြုတော်မူခဲ့ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ယင်းကတိတော်ကိုပြန်လည် ရုပ်သိမ်းတော်မူမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
12 If thy children keep my covenant, And my statutes, which I teach them, Their children also throughout all ages Shall sit upon thy throne.”
၁၂
13 For Jehovah hath chosen Zion; He hath desired it as his dwelling-place.
၁၃ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ဇိအုန်မြို့ကိုရွေးချယ် တော်မူပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ထိုမြို့တွင်ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရန် အလိုတော်ရှိသည်။
14 “This is my resting-place for ever; Here will I dwell, for I have chosen it.
၁၄``ဤမြို့တွင်ထာဝစဉ်ငါကိန်းဝပ်တော်မူမည်။ ဤမြို့တွင်ငါစိုးစံရန်အလိုရှိတော်မူသည်။
15 I will abundantly bless her provision; I will satisfy her poor with bread.
၁၅ငါသည်ဇိအုန်မြို့ကိုလိုလေသေးမရှိအောင် အစာရေစာပေါများသောမြို့ဖြစ်စေမည်။ ဤမြို့မှဆင်းရဲသူတို့အားဝအောင်ကျွေးမွေး မည်။
16 I will also clothe her priests with salvation, And her holy ones shall shout aloud for joy.
၁၆ဤမြို့မှယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့ဆောင်ရွက်လေသမျှ တို့ကို ကောင်းချီးပေးမည်။ မြို့သူမြို့သားတို့သည်လည်းသီချင်းဆိုလျက် ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်းစွာကြွေးကြော်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
17 There will I cause to spring forth a horn for David; I have prepared a light for mine anointed.
၁၇ငါသည်ဤမြို့တွင်ဒါဝိဒ်၏သားမြေးတစ်ဦးကို ကြီးမြတ်သည့်ဘုရင်အဖြစ်ဖြင့်ခန့်ထားမည်။ ဤမြို့တွင်ငါရွေးချယ်သည့်ဘုရင်၏အာဏာ စက်ကို တည်စေမည်။
18 His enemies will I clothe with shame, And the crown shall glitter upon his head.”
၁၈သူ၏ရန်သူတို့ကိုအရှက်ကွဲစေမည်။ သူ၏နိုင်ငံမူကားစည်ပင်သာယာဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်လိမ့်မည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
