Psalms 121

1 “A psalm of the steps, or the goings up.” I lift up mine eyes to the hills: Whence cometh my help?

Pieśń stopni. Oczy moje podnoszę ku górom, skąd przyjdzie mi pomoc.

2 My help cometh from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.

Moja pomoc [jest] od PANA, który stworzył niebo i ziemię.

3 He will not suffer thy foot to stumble; Thy guardian doth not slumber.

Nie pozwoli zachwiać się twojej nodze; twój stróż nie drzemie.

4 Behold, the guardian of Israel Doth neither slumber nor sleep.

Oto ten, który strzeże Izraela, nie zdrzemnie się ani nie zaśnie.

5 The LORD is thy guardian; The LORD is thy shade at thy right hand.

PAN jest twoim stróżem, PAN [jest] cieniem twoim po twojej prawicy.

6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, Nor the moon by night.

Słońce nie porazi cię za dnia ani księżyc w nocy.

7 The LORD will preserve thee from all evil; He will preserve thy life.

PAN będzie cię strzegł od wszelkiego zła; on będzie strzegł twojej duszy.

8 The LORD will preserve thee, when thou goest out and when thou comest in, From this time forth for ever.

PAN będzie strzegł twego wyjścia i przyjścia, odtąd aż na wieki.
