Psalms 116
1 I rejoice that the LORD hath heard the voice of my supplication,
၁ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါတောင်းပန်ခြင်း အသံကို ကြား၍၊
2 That he hath inclined his ear to me and heard me; I will call upon him as long as I live.
၂ငါ့ဘက်သို့ နားတော်ကိုလှည့်တော်မူသော ကြောင့်၊ ငါနှစ်သက်၏။ ငါအသက်ရှည်သမျှ ကာလပတ် လုံး၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ပဌနာပြုမည်။
3 The snares of death encompassed me, And the pains of the underworld seized upon me; I found distress and sorrow. (Sheol h7585)
၃သေခြင်းကြိုးတို့သည် ငါ့ကိုဝိုင်း၍ မရဏနိုင်ငံ ဘေးတို့သည် ငါ့ကို ဘမ်းမိသဖြင့်၊ ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခဝေဒနာနှင့် ငါတွေ့ကြုံရ၏။ (Sheol h7585)
4 Then called I upon the LORD: O LORD! deliver me!
၄ထိုအခါ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါမည်အကြောင်း တောင်းပန်ပါ၏ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား၏နာမတော်ကို ပဌနာပြု၏။
5 Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; Yea, our God is merciful.
၅ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကျေးဇူးပြုတတ်သော သဘော၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သဘောရှိတော်မူ၏။ ငါတို့ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ကရုဏာစိတ်ရှိတော်မူ ၏။
6 The LORD preserveth the simple; I was brought low, and he helped me.
၆ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မလိမ္မာသော သူတို့ကို စောင့်မတော်မူ၏။ ငါသည် နှိမ့်ချလျက်ရှိသောအခါ ကယ်တင်တော်မူ၏။
7 Return, O my soul! to thy rest! For the LORD hath dealt kindly with thee.
၇အိုငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊ သင်၏ငြိမ်ဝပ်ရာသို့ ပြန်လော့။ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် သင်၌ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူပြီ။
8 For thou hast preserved me from death; Thou hast kept mine eyes from tears, And my feet from falling!
၈ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို သေခြင်း မှ၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိကို မျက်ရည်ကျခြင်းမှ၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ခြေကိုလည်း ထိမိ၍လဲခြင်းမှ၎င်း ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူပြီ။
9 I shall walk before the LORD, In the land of the living.
၉သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ အသက်ရှင်သောသူတို့၏ နေရာတွင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ ငါကျင့်၍ နေရ၏။
10 I had trust, although I said, “I am grievously afflicted!”
၁၀ငါသည် အလွန်ညှိုးငယ်ခြင်းကို ခံရ၏ဟု မြွက်ဆိုသော်လည်း၊ ယုံကြည်သော စိတ်ရှိသေး၏။
11 I said in my distress, “All men are liars.”
၁၁လူအပေါင်းတို့သည် မုသာကို သုံးတတ်ကြ၏ဟု သတိလစ်လျက် ပြောမိ၏။
12 What shall I render to the LORD For all his benefits to me?
၁၂ငါ၌ ထာဝရဘုရားပြုတော်မူသော ကျေးဇူး အလုံးစုံတို့ကို အဘယ်သို့ ဆပ်ရမည်နည်း။
13 I will take the cup of salvation, And call upon the name of the LORD;
၁၃ကယ်တင်ခြင်းခွက်ဖလားကို ကိုင်ယူ၍၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ နာမတော်ကို ပဌနာပြုမည်။
14 I will pay my vows to the LORD, In the presence of all his people.
၁၄ထာဝရဘုရားအား သစ္စာဂတိထားသည် အတိုင်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ လူများရှေ့၌ သစ္စာဝတ်ကို ဖြေမည်။
15 Precious in the eyes of the LORD Is the death of his holy ones.
၁၅ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ မိမိသန့်ရှင်းသူတို့၏ သေခြင်းအရာသည် အဘိုးကြီးလှ၏။
16 Hear, O LORD! for I am thy servant; I am thy servant, the son of thy handmaid! Thou hast loosed my bonds.
၁၆အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်မှန်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်မတွင် မြင်သောသား လည်း မှန်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ အချည်အနှောင်ကို လွှတ်တော်မူပြီ။
17 I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, And will call upon the name of the LORD.
၁၇ကျေးဇူးတော်ချီးမွမ်းရာ ယဇ်ကို ရှေ့တော်၌ ပူဇော်၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမတော်ကို ပဌနာပြုမည်။
18 I will pay my vows to the LORD In the presence of all his people,
၁၈ထာဝရဘုရားအား သစ္စာဂတိထားသည် အတိုင်း၊
19 In the courts of the house of the LORD, In the midst of thee, O Jerusalem! Praise ye the LORD!
၁၉အိုယေရုရှလင်မြို့၊ သင်၏အလယ်မှာ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ အိမ်တော်တန်တိုင်းအတွင်းတွင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ လူများရှေ့၌သစ္စာဝတ်ကို ဖြေပါမည်။ ဟာလေလုယ။
