Psalms 116

1 I rejoice that the LORD hath heard the voice of my supplication,

یەزدانم خۆشدەوێت، چونکە گوێ لە دەنگ و لە پاڕانەوەم دەگرێت،

2 That he hath inclined his ear to me and heard me; I will call upon him as long as I live.

چونکە گوێی خۆی بۆم شل کرد، هەتا ماوم هەر لێی دەپاڕێمەوە.

3 The snares of death encompassed me, And the pains of the underworld seized upon me; I found distress and sorrow. (Sheol h7585)

تۆڕی مەرگ دەوری دام، ناخۆشی جیهانی مردووان کەوتە سەرم، دەرد و تەنگانەم چێژت. (Sheol h7585)

4 Then called I upon the LORD: O LORD! deliver me!

بە ناوی یەزدانەوە دەپاڕێمەوە: «ئەی یەزدان، تکات لێ دەکەم، گیانم دەرباز بکە!»

5 Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; Yea, our God is merciful.

یەزدان میهرەبان و ڕاستودروستە، خودامان بە بەزەییە.

6 The LORD preserveth the simple; I was brought low, and he helped me.

یەزدان چاودێری خەڵکی ساکار دەکات، کاتێک زەلیل بووم، ئەو ڕزگاری کردم.

7 Return, O my soul! to thy rest! For the LORD hath dealt kindly with thee.

ئەی گیانی من، بگەڕێوە بۆ ئارامی خۆت، چونکە یەزدان چاکەی بەسەرتدا باراند.

8 For thou hast preserved me from death; Thou hast kept mine eyes from tears, And my feet from falling!

تۆ گیانی منت لە مردن ڕزگار کرد، چاوەکانم لە فرمێسک، پێیەکانم لە خزان،

9 I shall walk before the LORD, In the land of the living.

تاکو دۆستایەتی یەزدان بکەم لە خاکی زیندووان.

10 I had trust, although I said, “I am grievously afflicted!”

باوەڕم هەبوو، بۆیە گوتم: «من زۆر دەردەدارم!»

11 I said in my distress, “All men are liars.”

من لە کاتی تۆقینەکەمدا گوتم: «مرۆڤ هەموو درۆزنن!»

12 What shall I render to the LORD For all his benefits to me?

چی بدەمەوە یەزدان، بەرامبەر هەموو چاکەکانی بۆ من.

13 I will take the cup of salvation, And call upon the name of the LORD;

جامی ڕزگاری بەرز دەکەمەوە و بە ناوی یەزدانەوە دەپاڕێمەوە.

14 I will pay my vows to the LORD, In the presence of all his people.

نەزرەکانم بۆ یەزدان بەجێدەهێنم، بەرامبەر بە هەموو گەلەکەی.

15 Precious in the eyes of the LORD Is the death of his holy ones.

یەزدان مردنی خۆشەویستانی لەلا سەنگینە.

16 Hear, O LORD! for I am thy servant; I am thy servant, the son of thy handmaid! Thou hast loosed my bonds.

ئەی یەزدان، من بە ڕاستی خزمەتکاری تۆم، من خزمەتکاری تۆم، کوڕی کەنیزەکەت، تۆ کۆتەکانی منت کردەوە.

17 I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, And will call upon the name of the LORD.

قوربانی سوپاسگوزاری بۆ تۆ سەردەبڕم، بە ناوی یەزدانەوە دەپاڕێمەوە.

18 I will pay my vows to the LORD In the presence of all his people,

نەزرەکانم بۆ یەزدان بەجێدەهێنم، بەرامبەر بە هەموو گەلەکەی،

19 In the courts of the house of the LORD, In the midst of thee, O Jerusalem! Praise ye the LORD!

لە حەوشەی ماڵی یەزداندا، لە ناوەندی تۆدا، ئەی ئۆرشەلیم. هەلیلویا!
