Psalms 102
1 “A prayer of the afflicted, when in deep distress he poureth out his complaint before the Lord.” Hear my prayer, O LORD! And let my cry come unto thee!
१दीन जन की उस समय की प्रार्थना जब वह दुःख का मारा अपने शोक की बातें यहोवा के सामने खोलकर कहता हो हे यहोवा, मेरी प्रार्थना सुन; मेरी दुहाई तुझ तक पहुँचे!
2 Hide not thy face from me in the day of my trouble; Incline thine ear to me when I call! Answer me speedily!
२मेरे संकट के दिन अपना मुख मुझसे न छिपा ले; अपना कान मेरी ओर लगा; जिस समय मैं पुकारूँ, उसी समय फुर्ती से मेरी सुन ले!
3 For my life is consumed like smoke, And my bones burn like a brand.
३क्योंकि मेरे दिन धुएँ के समान उड़े जाते हैं, और मेरी हड्डियाँ आग के समान जल गई हैं।
4 My heart is smitten and withered like grass; Yea, I forget to eat my bread.
४मेरा मन झुलसी हुई घास के समान सूख गया है; और मैं अपनी रोटी खाना भूल जाता हूँ।
5 By reason of my sighing, my bones cleave to my skin;
५कराहते-कराहते मेरी चमड़ी हड्डियों में सट गई है।
6 I am like the pelican of the wilderness; I am like an owl amid ruins.
६मैं जंगल के धनेश के समान हो गया हूँ, मैं उजड़े स्थानों के उल्लू के समान बन गया हूँ।
7 I am sleepless; I am like a solitary bird upon the house-top.
७मैं पड़ा-पड़ा जागता रहता हूँ और गौरे के समान हो गया हूँ जो छत के ऊपर अकेला बैठता है।
8 All the day long my enemies reproach me; They who rage against me curse by me.
८मेरे शत्रु लगातार मेरी नामधराई करते हैं, जो मेरे विरुद्ध ठट्ठा करते है, वह मेरे नाम से श्राप देते हैं।
9 For I eat ashes like bread, And mingle my drink with tears.
९क्योंकि मैंने रोटी के समान राख खाई और आँसू मिलाकर पानी पीता हूँ।
10 On account of thine indignation and thy wrath; For thou hast lifted me up and cast me down!
१०यह तेरे क्रोध और कोप के कारण हुआ है, क्योंकि तूने मुझे उठाया, और फिर फेंक दिया है।
11 My life is like a declining shadow, And I wither like grass.
११मेरी आयु ढलती हुई छाया के समान है; और मैं आप घास के समान सूख चला हूँ।
12 But thou, O LORD! endurest for ever, And thy name from generation to generation!
१२परन्तु हे यहोवा, तू सदैव विराजमान रहेगा; और जिस नाम से तेरा स्मरण होता है, वह पीढ़ी से पीढ़ी तक बना रहेगा।
13 Thou wilt arise and have pity upon Zion, For the time to favor her, yea, the set time, is come.
१३तू उठकर सिय्योन पर दया करेगा; क्योंकि उस पर दया करने का ठहराया हुआ समय आ पहुँचा है।
14 For thy servants take pleasure in her stones; Yea, they have a regard for her dust.
१४क्योंकि तेरे दास उसके पत्थरों को चाहते हैं, और उसके खंडहरों की धूल पर तरस खाते हैं।
15 Then shall the nations fear the name of Jehovah, And all the kings of the earth thy glory.
१५इसलिए जाति-जाति यहोवा के नाम का भय मानेंगी, और पृथ्वी के सब राजा तेरे प्रताप से डरेंगे।
16 For Jehovah will build up Zion; He will appear in his glory.
१६क्योंकि यहोवा ने सिय्योन को फिर बसाया है, और वह अपनी महिमा के साथ दिखाई देता है;
17 He will regard the prayer of the destitute, And not despise their supplication.
१७वह लाचार की प्रार्थना की ओर मुँह करता है, और उनकी प्रार्थना को तुच्छ नहीं जानता।
18 This shall be written for the generation to come, That the people to be born may praise Jehovah.
१८यह बात आनेवाली पीढ़ी के लिये लिखी जाएगी, ताकि एक जाति जो उत्पन्न होगी, वह यहोवा की स्तुति करे।
19 For he looketh down from his holy height, From heaven doth he cast his eye upon the earth,
१९क्योंकि यहोवा ने अपने ऊँचे और पवित्रस्थान से दृष्टि की; स्वर्ग से पृथ्वी की ओर देखा है,
20 To listen to the sighs of the prisoner. To release those that are doomed to death;
२०ताकि बन्दियों का कराहना सुने, और घात होनेवालों के बन्धन खोले;
21 That they may declare the name of Jehovah in Zion, And his praise in Jerusalem,
२१तब लोग सिय्योन में यहोवा के नाम का वर्णन करेंगे, और यरूशलेम में उसकी स्तुति की जाएगी;
22 When the nations are assembled together, And the kingdoms to serve Jehovah.
२२यह उस समय होगा जब देश-देश, और राज्य-राज्य के लोग यहोवा की उपासना करने को इकट्ठे होंगे।
23 He hath weakened my strength on the way, He hath shortened my days.
२३उसने मुझे जीवन यात्रा में दुःख देकर, मेरे बल और आयु को घटाया।
24 I say, O my God! take me not away in the midst of my days! Thy years endure through all generations.
२४मैंने कहा, “हे मेरे परमेश्वर, मुझे आधी आयु में न उठा ले, तेरे वर्ष पीढ़ी से पीढ़ी तक बने रहेंगे!”
25 Of old hast thou laid the foundations of the earth, And the heavens are the work of thy hands;
२५आदि में तूने पृथ्वी की नींव डाली, और आकाश तेरे हाथों का बनाया हुआ है।
26 They shall perish, but thou shalt endure; Yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; As a vesture shalt thou change them, And they shall be changed;
२६वह तो नाश होगा, परन्तु तू बना रहेगा; और वह सब कपड़े के समान पुराना हो जाएगा। तू उसको वस्त्र के समान बदलेगा, और वह मिट जाएगा;
27 But thou art the same, And thy years have no end.
२७परन्तु तू वहीं है, और तेरे वर्षों का अन्त न होगा।
28 The children of thy servants shall dwell securely, And their posterity shall be established before thee.
२८तेरे दासों की सन्तान बनी रहेगी; और उनका वंश तेरे सामने स्थिर रहेगा।
