Proverbs 13
1 A wise son listeneth to the instruction of his father; But a scoffer listeneth not to rebuke.
Дана оғул атисиниң тәрбийисигә көңүл қояр; Мәсқирә қилғучи тәнбиһкә қулақ салмас.
2 By the fruit of a man's mouth he shall eat good; But the appetite of transgressors shall be sated with violence.
Адәм дурус еғизиниң мевисидин һозурлинар; Тузкорлар зораванлиққа һәвәс қилип зораванлиққа учрар.
3 He who keepeth his mouth keepeth his life; But destruction shall be to him who openeth wide his lips.
Сөздә еһтиятчан киши җенини сақлап қалар; Ағзи иштик һалакәткә учрар.
4 The appetite of the sluggard longeth, and hath nothing; But the appetite of the diligent is fully satisfied.
Һорунниң арзу-тилиги бар, лекин еришәлмәс; Лекин тиришчан әтлинәр.
5 A righteous man hateth words of falsehood; But a wicked man causeth disgrace and shame.
Һәққаний адәм ялғанчилиқтин жиркинәр; Қәбиһ болса сесип, шәрмәндә болар.
6 Righteousness preserveth him who is upright in his way; But wickedness overthroweth the sinner.
Йоли дурусни һәққанийәт қоғдар; Лекин гунакарни рәзиллик жиқитар.
7 There is who maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing, Who maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches.
Бәзиләр өзини бай көрсәткини билән әмәлийәттә қуруқ сөләттур; Бәзиләр өзини йоқсул көрсәткини билән зор байлиқлири бардур.
8 A man's wealth is the ransom of his life; But the poor man heareth no threatenings.
Өз байлиғи гөрүгә тутулған байниң җениға ара турар; Бирақ йоқсуллар һеч вәһимини аңлимас.
9 The light of the righteous shall rejoice; But the lamp of the wicked shall be put out.
Һәққаний адәмниң нури шатлинип парлар; Бирақ яман адәмниң чириғи өчүрүләр.
10 By pride cometh only contention; But with the well-advised is wisdom.
Кибирликтин пәқәт җедәл-маҗирала чиқар; Даналиқ болса несиһәтни аңлиғанлар билән биллидур.
11 Wealth gotten by vanity will become small; But he who gathereth it into the hand increaseth it.
Ишлимәй тапқан һарам байлиқ бәрикәтсиздур; Тәр төкүп һалал тапқан гүллинәр.
12 Hope deferred maketh the heart sick; But the desire accomplished is a tree of life.
Тәлмүргинигә күтүп еришәлмәслик көңүлни сунуқ қилар, Лекин тәшналиқта еришкини «һаятлиқ дәриғи»дур.
13 He that despiseth the word shall be destroyed; But he who revereth the commandment shall be rewarded.
[Худаниң] калам-сөзигә писәнт қилмиған адәм гунаниң төлимигә қәриздар болар; Лекин пәрманни қәдирлигән адәм яхшилиқ көрәр.
14 The instruction of the wise is a fountain of life; By it men escape from the snares of death.
Ақиланиниң тәлими һаятлиқ бәргүчи булақтур, У сени өлүм қапқанлиридин қутулдурар.
15 A good understanding winneth favor; But the way of transgressors is hard.
Ақиланилик адәмни илтипатқа ериштүрәр; Бирақ тузкорларниң йоли әгир-бүгри, җапалиқ болар.
16 Every prudent man acteth with knowledge; But a fool spreadeth abroad his folly.
Пәм-парасәтлик адәм билими билән иш көрәр; Һамақәт өз наданлиғини ашкарилар.
17 A wicked messenger falleth into trouble; But a faithful ambassador is health.
Рәзил алақичи бала-қазаға учрар; Садиқ әлчи болса дәрдкә дәрмандур.
18 Poverty and shame are for him who rejecteth instruction; But he that regardeth reproof shall come to honor.
Тәрбийәни рәт қилған адәм намратлишип уятқа қалар; Амма тәнбиһни қобул қилған һөрмәткә еришәр.
19 The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul; But it is an abomination to fools to depart from evil.
Әмәлгә ашқан арзу кишигә шерин туюлар; Лекин ахмақлар яманлиқни ташлашни яман көрәр.
20 He who walketh with wise men shall be wise; But the companion of fools shall be destroyed.
Ақиланиләр билән биллә жүргән Дан. болар; Бирақ ахмақларға һәмраһ болған налә-пәрядта қалар.
21 Calamity pursueth the wicked; But the righteous is rewarded with good.
Балайиқаза гунакарларниң кәйнидин бесип маңар; Лекин һәққанийлар яхшилиқниң әҗрини тапар.
22 The good man leaveth his substance to his children's children; But the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.
Яхши адәм пәрзәнтлириниң пәрзәнтлиригә мирас қалдурар; Гунакарларниң жиққан мал-дуниялири һәққанийлар үчүн топлинар.
23 There is much food from the fallow-ground of the poor; But there is who is brought low for want of uprightness.
Йоқсулниң ташландуқ йери мол һосул берәр, Лекин адаләтсизликтин у вәйран болар.
24 He that spareth the rod hateth his son; But he who loveth him chasteneth him early.
Таяқни айиған киши оғлини яхши көрмәс; Балини сөйгән киши уни әстайидил тәрбийиләп җазалар.
25 The righteous man eateth to the satisfying of his desire; But the stomach of the wicked suffereth want.
Һәққаний адәм көңли қанаәт тапқичә озуқ йәр; Яманниң қосиғи ач қалар.
