Matthew 22
1 Jesus answered and spoke to them again in parables, and said,
၁တစ်ဖန် ယေရှု သည် ဥပမာ ကိုဆောင်၍ ပရိသတ် တို့အား မိန့်မြွက် တော်မူသည်ကား၊
2 The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king, who made a marriage-feast for his son,
၂ကောင်းကင် နိုင်ငံ တော်သည် မိမိ သား အဘို့ ထိမ်းမြား မင်္ဂလာဆောင်ပွဲကို စီရင် သောမင်းကြီး နှင့်တူ ၏။
3 and sent forth his servants to call to the feast those who had been invited; and they would not come.
၃ထိုမင်းကြီးသည် ဘိတ် ပြီးသောသူ တို့ကို ခေါ် စေခြင်းငှာလုလင် တို့ကိုစေလွှတ် သောအခါ ထိုသူတို့သည် မ လာ ဘဲနေကြ၏။
4 Again, he sent other servants, saying, Tell those who have been invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready; come to the feast.
၄တစ်ဖန် အခြား သောလုလင် တို့ကို စေလွှတ် ၍ ငါ့ ပွဲ ကို ငါပြင်ဆင် ပြီ။ နွား မှစသောဆူဖြိုး သော တိရစ္ဆာန် များကို သတ် ၍ပြီးပြီ။ အလုံးစုံ တို့သည် အသင့် ရှိပြီ။ မင်္ဂလာဆောင်ပွဲ သို့ လာ ကြပါဟု ဘိတ် ပြီးသောသူ တို့အား ပြော ကြဟု မှာ လိုက်ပြန်၏။
5 But they made light of it, and went away; one to his farm, another to his merchandise.
၅သို့သော်လည်း ထိုသူ တို့သည် နားမထောင် ဘဲ အချို့ တို့သည် မိမိ လယ် သို့ သွား ကြ၏။ အချို့ တို့သည် ကုန်သွယ် ရာသို့ သွားကြ၏။
6 And the rest seized his servants, and ill-treated and slew them.
၆ကြွင်း သောသူ တို့သည်လည်း လုလင် တို့ကိုဘမ်းဆီး ၍ ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခြင်း၊ အသေ သတ်ခြင်းကို ပြုကြ၏။
7 And the king was enraged; and sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.
၇ထိုမင်းကြီး သည်ကြားလျှင် အမျက်ထွက် ၍ စစ် ချီ စေသဖြင့် ၊ လူ အသက်ကိုသတ်သော ထို သူတို့ကို အပြီးလုပ်ကြံ ၍ သူ တို့၏မြို့ ကို မီးရှို့ လေ၏။
8 Then saith he to his servants, The feast is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy.
၈ထိုနောက်မှ မင်းကြီးသည်လုလင် တို့ကိုခေါ်၍ ငါ၏မင်္ဂလာဆောင် ပွဲသည် အသင့် ရှိ ၏။ ခေါ်ဘိတ် သောသူ တို့သည် မ ထိုက် မတန်သောကြောင့် ၊
9 Go therefore into the thoroughfares, and as many as ye find, invite to the feast.
၉လမ်းမ လမ်းကြား သို့ သွား ၍ တွေ့ သမျှ သောသူတို့ကို ပွဲ သို့ ခေါ်ဘိတ် ကြဟု အမိန့် တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊
10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all, as many as they found, both bad and good; and the bride-chamber was fully furnished with guests.
၁၀လုလင် တို့သည် လမ်း များသို့ ထွက်သွား ၍ ကောင်း မကောင်း တွေ့ သမျှ သော လူအပေါင်း တို့ကို စုဝေး စေ၍ ပွဲ တော်၌ အပြည့် ရှိလေ၏။
11 And the king, coming in to view the guests, saw there a man who had not on a wedding garment;
၁၁မင်းကြီး သည် ပွဲ ၌ လျောင်း သောသူ တို့ကို ကြည့်ရှု ခြင်းငှာဝင် တော်မူသောအခါ ၊ မင်္ဂလာဆောင် ပွဲ၏ အဝတ် ကိုမ ဝတ် သောသူ တစ်ယောက်ကိုမြင် လျှင် ၊
12 and he saith to him, Friend, how camest thou in here, not having a wedding garment? And he was struck dumb.
၁၂အဆွေ ၊ မင်္ဂလာဆောင် ပွဲ၏ အဝတ် မ ရှိ ဘဲ အဘယ်ကြောင့် ဝင် သနည်းဟု မေး တော်မူသည်ကို ထိုသူ သည် မ ပြောနိုင်ဘဲနေ၏။
13 Then the king said to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and cast him out into the outer darkness; there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
၁၃ထိုအခါ မင်းကြီး သည် အခြံအရံ တို့အား ထိုသူ ၏လက် ခြေ ကိုတုပ်နှောင် လော့။ ငိုကြွေး ခြင်းအံသွား ခဲကြိတ် ခြင်းရှိ ရာ၊ ပြင် အရပ် မှောင်မိုက် ထဲသို့ ယူသွားချ လိုက်ကြဟု အမိန့် တော်ရှိ၏။
14 For many are called, but few are chosen.
၁၄ထိုသို့ ခေါ် တော်မူသောသူအများ ရှိ သော်လည်း ၊ ရွေးကောက် တော်မူသောသူနည်း သည် ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
15 Then the Pharisees went and consulted together how l they might ensnare him in speech.
၁၅ထိုအခါ ဖာရိရှဲ တို့သည် ထွက်သွား ပြီးလျှင်၊ ငါတို့သည်သူ ၏စကား ကို ချောင်းမြောင်း၍ အပြစ် ပြုခွင့်ကို အဘယ်သို့ရ နိုင်သနည်းဟု မေးမြန်း တိုင်ပင်ပြီးမှ၊
16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, and thou carest for no one; for thou regardest not the person of men.
၁၆မိမိ တပည့် တို့နှင့် ဟေရုဒ် တပည့်တို့ကို အထံ တော်သို့စေလွှတ် ၍ အရှင် ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် သစ္စာ ရှိပါ၏။ အဘယ်သူ ကိုမျှမ ကြောက် ၊ လူ မျက်နှာ ကိုမ ထောက် ဘဲ ဘုရားသခင် ၏တရားလမ်း ကို ဟုတ်မှန် စွာ ပြ တော်မူသည်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သိ ကြပါ၏။
17 Tell us, therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
၁၇သို့ဖြစ်၍ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အဘယ်သို့ ထင် တော်မူသနည်း။ ကဲသာ ဘုရင်အားအခွန် ကို ဆက် အပ် သလော။ မ ဆက်အပ်သလော အကျွန်ုပ် တို့အား မိန့် တော်မူပါဟု မေးလျှောက် ကြ၏။1”
18 But Jesus, perceiving their wickedness, said, Why are ye trying me, hypocrites?
၁၈ယေရှု သည် ထိုသူ တို့၏ဆိုးညစ် သောသဘောကို သိ တော်မူလျှင် ၊ လျှို့ဝှက် သောသူတို့၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့် ငါ့ ကို စုံစမ်း နှောင့်ရှက်ကြသနည်း။
19 Show me the tribute money. And they brought to him a denary.
၁၉အခွန် ငွေ တစ်ပြားကိုပြ ပါ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၍၊ ဒေနာရိ တစ်ပြားကို ယူခဲ့ ကြ၏။
20 And Jesus saith to them, Whose is this image and inscription?
၂၀ဤ ပုံ ဤလိပ်စာ ကား၊ အဘယ်သူ ၏ပုံ အဘယ်သူ၏လိပ်စာဖြစ်သနည်း ဟု မေး တော်မူလျှင် ၊
21 They say, Caesar's. Then saith he to them, Render then to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's.
၂၁ကဲသာ ဘုရင်၏ပုံ၊ လိပ်စာဖြစ်ပါသည်ဟု လျှောက် ကြသော်၊ ယေရှုကလည်း၊ ကဲသာ ဘုရင်၏ဥစ္စာ ကို ကဲသာ ဘုရင်အား ဆက်ပေး ကြလော့။ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဥစ္စာ ကိုကား ဘုရားသခင် အားဆက်ပေးကြလော့ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
22 And hearing this, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
၂၂ထိုသူတို့သည် ကြား ရလျှင် အံ့ဩ ၍ အထံ တော်မှ ထွက် သွား ကြ၏။
23 The same day there came to him Sadducees, saying that there is no resurrection; and they asked him,
၂၃ထမြောက် ရှင်ပြန်ခြင်းမ ရှိ ဟူ၍အယူရှိသော ဇဒ္ဒုကဲ တို့သည် ထို နေ့ ၌ အထံ တော်သို့ချဉ်းကပ် ၍၊
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, “If a man die having no children, his brother shall marry his wife, and raise up seed to his brother.”
၂၄အရှင် ဘုရား၊ လူ မည်သည်ကားသား မ ရှိ ဘဲသေ လျှင် ၊ သူ ၏မယား ကို သူ့ ညီ သိမ်းယူ ၍ အစ်ကို အမျိုး မပြတ်ဆက်နွယ် စေဟု မောရှေ စီရင်ပါပြီ။
25 Now there were with us seven brothers; and the first married and died; and, having no offspring, left his wife to his brother.
၂၅ကျွန်ုပ် တို့တွင် ညီအစ်ကို ခုနစ် ယောက်ရှိ ပါ၏။ အစ်ကိုအကြီး သည် မိန်းမနှင့် စုံဘက် ၍ သား မ ရှိ ဘဲ သေ သဖြင့် မိမိ မယား ကို မိမိ ညီ နှင့် ကျန်ရစ် စေ၏။
26 And so also the second, and the third, even to the seventh.
၂၆ထိုအတူ တစ်ယောက်နောက်တစ်ယောက် ခုနစ် ယောက်သောညီအစ်ကိုတို့သည် ထိုမိန်းမနှင့် စုံဘက်ပြီးမှသေကြ၏။
27 And last of all the woman died.
၂၇နောက်ဆုံး ၌ မိန်းမ သည်လည်း သေ လေ၏။
28 In the resurrection, then, of which of the seven will she be the wife? For they all had her.
၂၈သို့ဖြစ်၍ ထမြောက် ရာကာလ၌ ထိုမိန်းမသည်ခုနစ် ယောက်သောညီအစ်ကိုတို့တွင် အဘယ်သူ ၏ မယား ဖြစ် ရပါမည်နည်း။ ထိုသူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ထိုမိန်းမ နှင့်စုံဘက် ခြင်းကို ပြုကြပြီဟု မေးလျှောက် ကြ၏။
29 Jesus answered and said to them, Ye err, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God.
၂၉ယေရှု ကလည်း ၊ သင်တို့သည် ကျမ်းစာ ကိုနား မ လည်၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏တန်ခိုး တော်ကို မ သိသောကြောင့်မှား သောအယူကိုယူကြ၏။
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
၃၀ထမြောက် ရာကာလ၌ စုံဘက် ခြင်းကို မ ပြု၊ ထိမ်းမြား ပေးစားခြင်းကို မ ပြု။
31 But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken to you by God, saying,
၃၁ကောင်းကင် သားဘုရားသခင်၏ တမန်တော် ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် ကြ၏။
32 “I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob”? He is not a God of the dead, but of the living.
၃၂ထိုမှတပါးသေ လွန်သောသူ တို့သည် ထမြောက် ခြင်းအရာမှာ၊ ဘုရားသခင် က၊ ငါ သည် အာဗြဟံ ၏ ဘုရား ၊ ဣဇာက် ၏ဘုရား ၊ ယာကုပ် ၏ဘုရား ဖြစ် သည်ဟု သင် တို့အား မိန့်မြွက် တော်မူကြောင်းကို သင်တို့သည် မ ဘတ် ဘူးသလော။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် သေ နေသောသူတို့၏ ဘုရား မ ဟုတ် ၊ အသက် ရှင်သောသူတို့၏ ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူသည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
33 And when the multitudes heard this, they were astonished at his teaching.
၃၃ပရိသတ် များတို့သည် ကြား ရလျှင် ဆုံးမ ဩဝါဒပေးတော်မူသည်ကို အံ့ဩ ခြင်းရှိကြ၏။
34 And the Pharisees, hearing that he had put the Sadducees to silence, assembled together;
၃၄ဇဒ္ဒုကဲ တို့၏ စကား ကို ချေတော်မူကြောင်း ကို ဖာရိရှဲ တို့သည်ကြား လျှင် စုဝေး ကြ၍ ၊
35 and one of them, a lawyer, asked, trying him,
၃၅သူ တို့အဝင် အပါဖြစ်သော ကျမ်းတတ် တစ် ယောက်သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို စုံစမ်း နှောင့်ရှက်ခြင်းငှာ၊
36 Teacher, which commandment is great in the Law?
၃၆အရှင် ဘုရား၊ ပညတ္တိ ကျမ်း၌ အဘယ် မည်သော ပညတ် သည်သာ၍ ကြီးသနည်းဟု မေးလျှောက် သော်၊
37 And he said to him, “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.”
၃၇ယေရှု က၊ သင် ၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို စိတ် နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ ဉာဏ် ရှိသမျှ နှင့် ချစ် လော့၊
38 This is the great and first commandment.
၃၈ဟူသော ပညတ်သည် ပဌမ ပညတ် ဖြစ် ၏။ ကြီးမြတ် သော ပညတ်လည်း ဖြစ်၏။
39 There is a second like it: “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.”
၃၉ထိုမှတပါးကိုယ် နှင့်စပ်ဆိုင် သောသူကို ကိုယ် နှင့်အမျှ ချစ် လော့ဟူသောဒုတိယ ပညတ်သည် ပဌမ ပညတ်နှင့် သဘောတူ ၏။
40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.
၄၀ဤ ပညတ် နှစ် ပါးတို့ကား ပညတ္တိ ကျမ်းနှင့် အနာဂတ္တိ ကျမ်း ရှိသမျှ တို့၏ အချုပ်အခြာ ပင်ဖြစ်သတည်း ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
41 And while the Pharisees were assembled, Jesus asked them,
၄၁ဖာရိရှဲ တို့သည် စုဝေး ၍ နေကြစဉ်တွင်ယေရှု က၊ သင် တို့သည် ခရစ်တော် ကို အဘယ်သို့ ထင်မှတ် ကြ သနည်း။
42 saying, What think ye concerning the Christ? whose son is he? They say to him, David's.
၄၂အဘယ်သူ ၏ သား ဖြစ် သနည်း ဟု မေး တော်မူလျှင်၊ ဒါဝိဒ် ၏သား ဖြစ်သည်ဟု လျှောက် ကြသော်၊
43 He saith to them, How then doth David in the Spirit call him lord? saying,
၄၃သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ခရစ်တော် ကို သခင် ဟူ၍ဝိညာဉ် တော်အားဖြင့် အဘယ်ကြောင့် ခေါ် သနည်း။
44 “The Lord said to my lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I put thine enemies under thy feet.”
၄၄ဒါဝိဒ်၏စကားမှာ ထာဝရ ဘုရားက၊ သင် ၏ ရန်သူ တို့ကို သင် ၏ခြေ တင်ရာငါမ ချ မထားမှီတိုင်အောင်ငါ့ လက်ျာ ဘက်၌ ထိုင် နေလော့ဟု ငါ ၏သခင် အား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ဟု ဒါဝိဒ်ဆိုသတည်း။
45 If David then calleth him lord, how is he his son?
၄၅ထိုသို့ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ခရစ်တော် ကိုသခင် ဟူ၍ခေါ် လျှင် ၊ အဘယ်သို့ သူ ၏သား ဖြစ် သနည်း ဟု မေး တော်မူသည်ရှိသော်၊
46 And no one was able to answer him a word; nor durst any one from that day question him any more.
၄၆အဘယ်သူ မျှစကား တစ်ခွန်းကိုပြန် လျှောက်ခြင်းငှာမတတ်နိုင် ကြ။ ထို နေ့ မှစ၍ နောက်တစ်ဖန် အဘယ်သူ မျှမ မေး မလျှောက်ဝံ့ ကြ။
