Mark 8
1 In those days, there being again a great multitude, and they having nothing to eat, he called the disciples to him, and saith to them,
১সেই সময়ত বহু মানুহ দলে দলে আহি তেওঁৰ ওচৰত গোট খাব ধৰিলে, কিন্তু তেওঁলোকৰ খাবলৈ একো নাছিল৷ তেতিয়া যীচুৱে নিজৰ শিষ্য সকলক ওচৰলৈ মাতি ক’লে,
2 I have compassion on the multitude, because they have remained with me now three days, and they have nothing to eat.
২“এই লোক সকললৈ মোৰ মৰম লাগিছে; কিয়নো এওঁলোক মোৰ লগত আজি তিনি দিন ধৰি আছে আৰু এওঁলোকৰ লগত খাবলৈ একো নাই।
3 And if I send them away fasting to their houses, they will faint on the road; and some of them have come from altar.
৩যদি মই তেওঁলোকক নিজৰ নিজৰ ঘৰলৈ লঘোনে বিদায় দিওঁ, তেনেহলে বাটত হয়তো অচেতন হৈ যাব! কিয়নো কোনো কোনো লোক দুৰৈৰ পৰা আহিছে”।
4 And his disciples answered him, Whence can ally one satisfy these men with bread here in a wilderness?
৪তেতিয়া তেওঁৰ শিষ্য সকলে তেওঁক ক’লে, “এই লোক সকল তৃপ্ত হব পৰাকৈ এনে নির্জন ঠাইত ইমানবোৰ পিঠা আমি ক’ৰ পৰা যোগাৰ কৰিব পাৰিম?”
5 And he asked them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven.
৫তেতিয়া তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক সুধিলে, “তোমালোকৰ কেইটা পিঠা আছে?” তেওঁলোকে ক’লে, “সাতোটা”।
6 And he ordered the multitude to lie down on the ground; and he took the seven loaves, and gave thanks, and broke, and gave to his disciples to set before them; and they set them before the multitude.
৬তেতিয়া তেওঁ লোক সকলক মাটিত বহিবলৈ আদেশ দিলে। পাছত তেওঁ সেই সাতোটা পিঠা লৈ স্তুতি কৰি, ভাঙি বিলাই দিবলৈ তেওঁৰ শিষ্য সকলক দিলে; তাতে তেওঁলোকে লোক সকলক বিলাই দিলে।
7 And they had a few small fishes; and having blessed them, he set them before them.
৭আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ লগত অলপ সৰু মাছো আছিল; তেওঁ সেই মাছখিনিকো আশীৰ্বাদ কৰিলে আৰু বিলাই দিবলৈ ক’লে।
8 And they ate, and were filled; and they took up of the fragments that remained, seven baskets.
৮তাতে লোক সকলে খাই তৃপ্ত হ’ল। তাৰ পাছত তেওঁলোকে ৰৈ যোৱা টুকুৰাবোৰৰ সাতোটা ভৰা পাচি তুলি ল’লে।
9 And they were about four thousand; and he sent them away.
৯তাতে তেওঁলোক প্ৰায় চাৰি হাজাৰ মানুহ আছিল। তাৰ পাছত যীচুৱে তেওঁলোকক বিদায় দিলে;
10 And immediately going on board the boat with his disciples, he came into the region of Dalmanutha.
১০তেওঁ শিষ্য সকলৰ সৈতে নাৱত উঠিল আৰু দলমনুথাৰ অঞ্চললৈ গ’ল।
11 And the Pharisees came out, and began to question with him, seeking of him a sign from heaven, trying him.
১১তেতিয়া ফৰীচী সকল ওলাই আহিল আৰু তেওঁৰে সৈতে তর্ক-বিতর্ক কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে। তেওঁলোকে তেওঁক পৰীক্ষা কৰাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে স্বৰ্গৰ পৰা কোনো এটা পৰাক্ৰম কাৰ্যৰ চিন বিচাৰিলে।
12 And sighing deeply in his spirit, he saith, Why doth this generation seek for a sign? Truly do I say to you, A sign will not he given to this generation.
১২তাতে তেওঁ আত্মাত বৰকৈ হুমুনিয়াহ পেলাই ক’লে, “এই কালৰ লোক সকলে কিয় পৰাক্ৰম কাৰ্যৰ চিন বিচাৰে? মই তোমালোকক স্বৰূপকৈ কওঁ, এই কালৰ লোক সকলক কোনো চিন দিয়া নহ’ব।”
13 And leaving them, he again went on board and crossed to the other side.
১৩পাছে তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক এৰি আকৌ নাৱত উঠি সিপাৰলৈ গুচি গ’ল।
14 And they had forgotten to take bread, and had not in the boat with them more than one loaf.
১৪তেতিয়া শিষ্য সকলে লগত পিঠা ল’বলৈ পাহৰিলে। তেওঁলোকৰ লগত এটা পিঠাৰ বাহিৰে নাৱত একোৱেই নাছিল।
15 And he charged them, saying, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and the leaven of Herod.
১৫এনেতে তেওঁ সতৰ্ক কৰি তেওঁলোকক আজ্ঞা দি ক’লে, “চাবা, তোমালোকে ফৰীচী সকলৰ খমিৰ আৰু হেৰোদৰ খমিৰলৈ সাৱধান হ’বা।”
16 And they reasoned among themselves, saying, It is because we have no bread.
১৬তাতে শিষ্য সকলে ইজনে সিজনে যুক্তি সহকাৰে কোৱা-মেলা কৰি ক’লে, “অ! আমাৰ পিঠা নাই।”
17 And knowing it, he saith to them, Why are ye reasoning, because ye have no bread? Do ye not yet perceive nor understand? Have ye your mind still blinded?
১৭যীচুৱে এই বিষয়ে জানিবলৈ পোৱাত তেওঁলোকক ক’লে, “তোমালোকৰ পিঠা নোহোৱা হেতুকে, তোমালোকে কিয় যুক্তি-তৰ্ক কৰিছা? তোমালোকে এতিয়ালৈকে বুজি পোৱা নাই নে? এতিয়ালৈকে তোমালোকৰ হৃদয় কঠিন কৰি ৰাখিছা নে?
18 Having eyes, do ye not see? and having ears, do ye not hear? And do ye not remember,
১৮তোমালোকৰ চকু আছে কিন্তু নেদেখা? তোমালোকৰ কাণ আছে কিন্তু নুশুনা? তোমালোকৰ মনত নপৰে নে?
19 when I broke the five loaves among the five thousand, and how many baskets full of fragments ye took up? They say to him, Twelve.
১৯মই যেতিয়া পাঁচ হাজাৰ মানুহৰ মাজত পাঁচটা পিঠা ভাঙি দিছিলোঁ, তেতিয়া তোমালোকে ৰৈ যোৱা টুকুৰা-টুকুৰবোৰৰ কেইটা পাচি তুলি লৈছিলা?” তেওঁলোকে ক’লে, “বাৰটা”।
20 When also the seven among the four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments did ye take up? And they say, Seven.
২০“আৰু যেতিয়া চাৰি হাজাৰ মানুহৰ মাজত সাতোটা পিঠা ভাঙি দিছিলোঁ, তেতিয়া তোমালোকে ৰৈ যোৱা টুকুৰা-টুকুৰবোৰৰ কেইটা পাচি তুলি লৈছিলা?” তেওঁলোকে ক’লে, “সাতোটা”।
21 And he said to them, Do ye not yet understand?
২১তেতিয়া তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক ক’লে, “তেনেহলে তোমালোকে এতিয়ালৈকে বুজা নাই নে?”
22 And they come to Bethsaida. And they bring to him a blind man, and beseech him to touch him.
২২পাছত তেওঁলোক বৈৎ-চৈদা গাঁৱলৈ আহিল৷ লোক সকলে এজন মানুহক যীচুৰ ওচৰলৈ আনিলে আৰু তেওঁক চুই দিবলৈ বিনয় কৰিলে।
23 And taking the blind man by the hand, he led him out of the village; and spitting on his eyes, and putting his hands on him, he asked him if he saw anything.
২৩তেতিয়া তেওঁ সেই অন্ধ জনক হাতত ধৰি গাঁৱৰ বাহিৰলৈ লৈ গ’ল। তাতে তেওঁৰ চকুত থুই দিলে আৰু শৰীৰ চুই সুধিলে- “কিবা দেখিছা নে?”
24 And he looked up, and said, I can see men, for I see them as trees, walking.
২৪তেতিয়া তেওঁ চকু তুলি চাই ক’লে, “লোক সকলক দেখা পাইছো; কিন্তু তেওঁলোক খোজকাঢ়ি ফুৰা গছৰ নিচিনা।”
25 Then he again put his hands on his eyes, and he saw clearly, and was restored, and saw all things distinctly.
২৫তেতিয়া যীচুৱে তেওঁৰ চকু পুনৰ হাতেৰে স্পর্শ কৰিলে আৰু তেওঁ চকু মেলি দিয়াত, সকলো পুনৰুদ্ধাৰ হোৱা পালে আৰু সকলোকে স্পষ্টকৈ দেখিলে।
26 And he sent him away to his house, saying, Go not into the village.
২৬পাছত যীচুৱে তেওঁক নিজৰ ঘৰলৈ পঠাই দি ক’লে, “নগৰত নোসোমাবা।”
27 And Jesus went out, and his disciples, into the villages of Caesarea Philippi. And on the way he asked his disciples, saying to them, Who do men say that I am?
২৭পাছত যীচু তেওঁৰ শিষ্য সকলৰ সৈতে চীজাৰিয়া-ফিলিপীৰ গাওঁবোৰলৈ ওলাই গ’ল৷ বাটত তেওঁ নিজৰ শিষ্য সকলক সুধিলে, “মানুহবোৰে মোক কোন বুলি কয়?”
28 And they answered him, saying, John the Baptist; and others, Elijah; and others, One of the prophets.
২৮তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকে ক’লে- “কিছুমানে ‘যোহন বাপ্তাইজক’; কিছুমানে ‘এলিয়া’; আৰু আন কিছুমানে ভাববাদী সকলৰ মাজৰ এজন বুলি কয়।”
29 And he asked them, But who do ye say that I am? Peter answering saith to him, Thou art the Christ.
২৯তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকক সুধিলে, “কিন্তু তোমালোকে নো মোক কোন বুলি ভাবা?” পিতৰে উত্তৰ দি তেওঁক ক’লে, “আপুনি খ্ৰীষ্ট, সেই অভিষিক্ত জন।”
30 And he strictly charged them to tell no one concerning him.
৩০তেতিয়া এই বিষয়ে কাৰো আগত নকবলৈ যীচুৱে তেওঁলোকক সাৱধান কৰি দিলে।
31 And he began to teach them that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders and the chief priests and the scribes, and be put to death, and after three days rise again;
৩১তেতিয়া তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক কবলৈ ধৰিলে যে, মানুহৰ পুত্রই বহু কষ্ট ভোগ কৰিব লাগিব, তেওঁ পৰিচাৰক সকলৰ দ্বাৰা অগ্ৰাহ্য হ’ব আৰু প্ৰধান পুৰোহিত আৰু বিধানৰ অধ্যাপক সকলে তেওঁক বধ কৰিব; তাতে তিনি দিনৰ দিনা পুনৰাই জীয়াই উঠিব লাগিব।
32 and he told them this plainly. And Peter, taking him aside, began to rebuke him.
৩২তেওঁ এই কথা স্পষ্টভাৱে ক’লে। তেতিয়া পিতৰে তেওঁক এফলীয়াকৈ নি, অনুযোগ কৰিব ধৰিলে।
33 But he turning about and looking at his disciples, rebuked Peter, and saith, Get thee behind me, Satan! for thy thoughts are not on the things of God, but on those of men.
৩৩কিন্তু তেওঁ ঘুৰি, নিজৰ শিষ্য সকলক চাই পিতৰক ডবিয়াই ক’লে, “মোৰ ওচৰৰ পৰা গুচি যা চয়তান! তই ঈশ্বৰৰ কথা নাভাবি, মানুহৰ কথাহে ভাবিছ।”
34 And calling the multitude to him with his disciples also, he said to them, Whoever chooseth to follow me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
৩৪পাছত তেওঁ নিজৰ শিষ্য সকলৰ সৈতে লোক সকলক ওচৰলৈ মাতি আনি ক’লে, “কোনোৱে যদি মোৰ পাছত আহিবলৈ ইচ্ছা কৰে, তেওঁ নিজকে নিজে দমন কৰক, আৰু নিজৰ ক্ৰুচ তুলিলৈ মোৰ পাছে পাছে আহক।
35 For whoever chooseth to save his life, will lose it; but whoever shall lose his life for the sake of me and of the glad tidings, will save it.
৩৫কিয়নো যি কোনোৱে নিজৰ জীৱন ৰক্ষা কৰিব খোজে, তেওঁ তাক হেৰুৱাব; কিন্তু যি কোনোৱে মোৰ আৰু শুভবাৰ্তাৰ কাৰণে নিজৰ জীৱন হেৰুৱায়, তেওঁ সেই জীৱন ৰক্ষা কৰিব।
36 For what doth it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life?
৩৬কাৰণ কোনো এজন মানুহে গোটেই জগত খন পোৱাৰ পাছতো যদি নিজৰ জীৱন হেৰুৱাই, তেনেহলে তেওঁৰ কি লাভ?
37 For what can a man give as an exchange for his life?
৩৭কিয়নো মানুহে আপোন জীৱনৰ সলনি কি দিব পাৰে?
38 For whoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him will also the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
৩৮কাৰণ এই কালৰ ব্যভিচাৰী আৰু পাপী লোকৰ সন্মুখত যি কোনোৱে মোক আৰু মোৰ বাক্যত লাজ পায়, মানুহৰ পুত্ৰ যেতিয়া স্বৰ্গৰ পবিত্ৰ দূত সকলৰ সৈতে তেওঁৰ পিতৃৰ প্ৰতাপেৰে আহিব, তেতিয়া তেৱোঁ সেই মানুহত লাজ পাব।”
