Mark 3
1 And he entered again into a synagogue; and there was a man there having a withered hand;
౧యేసు మరోసారి సమాజమందిరంలో ప్రవేశించాడు. అక్కడ చెయ్యి చచ్చుబడిపోయిన వాడొకడు ఉన్నాడు.
2 and they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath, that they might accuse him.
౨అక్కడివారు ఆయన మీద నేరం మోపే ఉద్దేశంతో, యేసు విశ్రాంతి దినాన ఆ మనిషిని బాగుచేస్తాడేమో అని జాగ్రత్తగా గమనిస్తున్నారు.
3 And he saith to the man having the withered hand, Stand up in the midst.
౩యేసు ఆ చెయ్యి చచ్చుబడిపోయిన వాడితో, “ఇటు వచ్చి అందరి ముందూ నిలబడు” అన్నాడు.
4 And he saith to them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they were silent.
౪అప్పుడు ఆయన వారితో, “విశ్రాంతి దినాన మేలు చేయడం ధర్మమా? కీడు చేయడమా? ప్రాణాన్ని రక్షించడం ధర్మమా? చంపడమా?” అని అన్నాడు. అందుకు వారు ఏ జవాబూ చెప్పలేదు.
5 And looking round on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith to the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he stretched it forth; and his hand was restored.
౫వారి కఠిన హృదయాలను బట్టి ఆయన నొచ్చుకుని, కోపంతో రగిలిపోతూ అందరి వైపూ చూశాడు. ఆ చెయ్యి చచ్చుబడిపోయిన వాడితో, “నీ చెయ్యి చాపు” అనగానే వాడు చెయ్యి చాపాడు. వెంటనే అతని చెయ్యి పూర్తిగా బాగైపోయింది.
6 And the Pharisees went forth, and immediately had a consultation with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
౬అప్పుడు పరిసయ్యులు బయటకు వెళ్ళి, హేరోదు రాజు మనుషులతో కలిసి యేసుని చంపడానికి కుట్ర పన్నారు.
7 And Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the lake; and a great multitude from Galilee, and from Judaea followed;
౭యేసు తన శిష్యులతో కలసి గలిలయ సరస్సు వెంబడి వెళ్తూ ఉన్నాడు. గలిలయ, యూదయ ప్రాంతం నుండి వచ్చిన చాలామంది ప్రజలు ఆయన వెంట వెళ్ళారు.
8 and from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and from beyond the Jordan, and the people about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they heard what great things he was doing, came to him.
౮యేసు చేస్తున్నవన్నీ విని చాలామంది ప్రజలు యూదయ, యెరూషలేము, ఇదూమియ ప్రాంతాలనుండీ, యొర్దాను నది అవతలి నుండీ తూరు, సీదోను ప్రాంతాలనుండీ ఆయన దగ్గరికి వచ్చారు.
9 And he gave direction to his disciples, that a boat should be in readiness for him because of the multitude, that they might not throng him.
౯ప్రజలు ఎక్కువమంది ఉన్న కారణంగా వారు తన మీద పడకుండా ఉండాలని తన కోసం ఒక పడవ సిద్ధం చేయమని ఆయన తన శిష్యులతో చెప్పాడు.
10 For he had healed many, so that as many as had plagues pressed upon him to touch him.
౧౦ఆయన చాలామందిని బాగు చేశాడు. అందువల్ల రోగులందరూ ఆయనను తాకాలని ఆయన దగ్గరికి తోసుకొస్తున్నారు.
11 And the unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried out, saying, Thou art the Son of God.
౧౧దయ్యాలు పట్టినవారు ఆయనను చూడగానే, ఆయన ఎదుట నేలపై పడిపోయి, “నీవు దేవుని కుమారుడివి” అని కేకలు వేశారు.
12 And he strictly charged them that they should not make him known.
౧౨యేసు, తానెవరో తెలపవద్దని దయ్యాలకు ఖండితంగా ఆజ్ఞాపించాడు.
13 And he goeth up into the mountain, and calleth to him whom he would; and they came to him.
౧౩తరువాత యేసు కొండ ఎక్కి వెళ్ళి తనను ఎవరు అనుసరించాలని ఆయన కోరుకున్నాడో వారిని పిలిచాడు. వారు ఆయన దగ్గరికి వచ్చారు.
14 And he appointed twelve to be with him, and whom he might send forth to preach,
౧౪తనతో ఉండడానికీ, సువార్త ప్రకటనకు పంపడానికీ ఆయన పన్నెండు మందిని నియమించాడు. వారికి అపొస్తలులు అని పేరు పెట్టాడు.
15 and to have authority to cast out demons. And he appointed the twelve,
౧౫రోగాలను బాగుచేయడానికీ, దయ్యాలను వెళ్ళగొట్టడానికీ వారికి అధికారం ఇచ్చాడు.
16 and Simon he surnamed Peter;
౧౬వారి పేర్లు, సీమోను (ఇతనికి ఆయన పేతురు అనే పేరు పెట్టాడు),
17 and James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, that is, Sons of thunder;
౧౭జెబెదయి కుమారుడు యాకోబు, అతని సోదరుడు యోహాను (వీరికి ఆయన ‘బోయనేర్గెసు’ అనే పేరు పెట్టాడు, ఆ మాటకి ‘ఉరిమేవారు’ అని అర్థం),
18 and Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon of Cana,
౧౮అంద్రెయ, ఫిలిప్పు, బర్తొలొమయి, మత్తయి, తోమా, అల్ఫయి కొడుకు యాకోబు, తద్దయి, కనానీయుడైన సీమోను,
19 and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed him. And he cometh into the house.
౧౯యేసును పట్టి ఇచ్చిన ఇస్కరియోతు యూదా.
20 And again a multitude cometh together, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
౨౦తరువాత యేసు, ఆయన శిష్యులు ఒక ఇంటికి వెళ్ళారు. మళ్ళీ అక్కడ చాలా మంది ప్రజలు గుమికూడారు. కాబట్టి వారికి భోజనం చేయడానికి కూడా వీలు లేకపోయింది.
21 And his relations hearing of it went out to lay hold of him; for they said, He is beside himself.
౨౧ఇది తెలిసిన యేసు కుటుంబీకులు ఆయనను పట్టుకుని ఇంటికి తీసుకు వెళ్ళడానికి వచ్చారు. ఎందుకంటే కొందరు “ఈయనకు మతి స్థిమితం లేదు” అన్నారు.
22 And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebul; and, He casteth out the demons through the prince of the demons.
౨౨యెరూషలేము నుండి వచ్చిన ధర్మశాస్త్ర పండితులు, “బయల్జెబూలు ఇతణ్ణి ఆవహించాడు. ఆ దయ్యాల అధిపతి సహాయంతోనే దయ్యాలను పారదోలుతున్నాడు” అన్నారు.
23 And calling them to him, he said to them in parables: How can Satan cast out Satan?
౨౩యేసు వారిని తన దగ్గరికి పిలిచి, ఉదాహరణల రూపంలో ఇలా అన్నాడు, “సైతాను సైతానును ఎలా వెళ్ళగొడతాడు?
24 And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand;
౨౪చీలికలు వచ్చిన రాజ్యం నిలబడదు.
25 and if a house be divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand;
౨౫చీలికలు వచ్చిన కుటుంబం నిలబడదు.
26 and if Satan rise up against himself, he is divided, and cannot stand, but hath an end.
౨౬అలాగే సైతాను తనకు తానే విరోధంగా ఉంటే వాని అధికారం అంతమౌతుంది గదా.
27 Moreover, no one can enter into a strong man's house, and plunder his goods, unless he first bind the strong man; and then he will plunder his house.
౨౭నిజానికి ఒక బలవంతుడి ఇంట్లో దొంగతనం చేయాలంటే మొదట అతణ్ణి కట్టివేయాల్సిందే.
28 Truly do I say to you, All sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and the blasphemies wherewith they shall blaspheme;
౨౮నేను మీతో కచ్చితంగా చెప్పేదేమంటే, మనుషులు చేసిన అన్ని పాపాలను, వారు పలికే దైవ దూషణలను దేవుడు క్షమిస్తాడు.
30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.
౩౦‘ఆయనకు దయ్యం పట్టింది’ అని వారు అన్నందుకు ఆయన వారితో ఇలా చెప్పాడు.
31 And his mother and his brothers came; and, standing without, sent to him, to call him.
౩౧అప్పుడు యేసు తల్లి, ఆయన సోదరులు అక్కడికి వచ్చి, బయట నిలబడి యేసు కోసం కబురు చేశారు. యేసు చుట్టూ చాలా మంది ప్రజలు ఉన్నారు.
32 And a multitude was sitting about him; and they say to him, Lo! thy mother and thy brothers and thy sisters are without, seeking for thee.
౩౨వారు ఆయనతో, “నీ తల్లి, సోదరులు బయట నీ కోసం చూస్తున్నారు” అన్నారు.
33 And he answering saith to them, Who is my mother, and my brothers?
౩౩ఆయన వారితో, “ఎవరు నా తల్లి? ఎవరు నా సోదరులు?” అన్నాడు.
34 And looking round on those who sat about him, he saith, Behold my mother and my brothers.
౩౪తన చుట్టూ కూర్చున్న వారిని చూస్తూ, “ఇదిగో నా తల్లి, నా సోదరులు.
35 Whoever shall do the will of God, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.
౩౫ఎందుకంటే, దేవుని ఇష్టప్రకారం నడచుకునే వారే నా సోదరులు, నా అక్క చెల్లెళ్ళు, నా తల్లి” అని అన్నాడు.
