Mark 3
1 And he entered again into a synagogue; and there was a man there having a withered hand;
௧இயேசு மறுபடியும் ஜெப ஆலயத்திற்குச் சென்றார். அங்கே சூம்பின கையையுடைய ஒரு மனிதன் இருந்தான்.
2 and they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath, that they might accuse him.
௨அவர் ஓய்வுநாளில் அவனைச் சுகமாக்கினால் அவர்மேல் குற்றஞ்சாட்டலாம் என்று அவரைப் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருந்தார்கள்.
3 And he saith to the man having the withered hand, Stand up in the midst.
௩அப்பொழுது அவர் சூம்பின கையையுடைய மனிதனைப் பார்த்து: எழுந்து நடுவில் நில் என்று சொல்லி;
4 And he saith to them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they were silent.
௪அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: ஓய்வுநாட்களில் நன்மை செய்வதோ அல்லது தீமை செய்வதோ, ஜீவனைக் காப்பாற்றுவதோ அல்லது அழிப்பதோ, எது நியாயம் என்றார். அதற்கு அவர்கள் மவுனமாக இருந்தார்கள்.
5 And looking round on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith to the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he stretched it forth; and his hand was restored.
௫அவர்களுடைய இருதயத்தின் கடினத்தினால் அவர் விசனப்பட்டு, கோபத்துடன் சுற்றிலும் இருந்தவர்களைப் பார்த்து, அந்த மனிதனைப் பார்த்து: உன் கையை நீட்டு என்றார்; அவன் நீட்டினான்; அவன் கை மற்றொரு கையைப்போல சுகமானது.
6 And the Pharisees went forth, and immediately had a consultation with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
௬உடனே பரிசேயர்கள் புறப்பட்டுப்போய், அவரைக் கொலைசெய்யவேண்டும் என்று, அவருக்கு எதிராக ஏரோதியர்களோடு ஆலோசனைபண்ணினார்கள்.
7 And Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the lake; and a great multitude from Galilee, and from Judaea followed;
௭இயேசு தம்முடைய சீடர்களோடு அந்த இடத்தைவிட்டுப் புறப்பட்டு கடலோரத்திற்குப் போனார்.
8 and from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and from beyond the Jordan, and the people about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they heard what great things he was doing, came to him.
௮கலிலேயாவிலும், யூதேயாவிலும், எருசலேமிலும், இதுமேயாவிலும், யோர்தானுக்கு அக்கரையிலுமிருந்து அநேக மக்கள் வந்து, அவருக்குப் பின்னே சென்றார்கள். அதோடு தீரு சீதோன் பட்டணங்களின் பகுதிகளிலும் இருந்து அநேக மக்கள் அவர் செய்த அற்புதங்களைப்பற்றிக் கேள்விப்பட்டு, அவரிடம் வந்தார்கள்.
9 And he gave direction to his disciples, that a boat should be in readiness for him because of the multitude, that they might not throng him.
௯அவர் அநேகரைச் சுகமாக்கினார். நோயாளிகளெல்லோரும் அதை அறிந்து அவரைத் தொடவேண்டும் என்று அவரை நெருங்கிவந்தார்கள்.
10 For he had healed many, so that as many as had plagues pressed upon him to touch him.
௧0மக்கள்கூட்டம் அதிகமாக இருந்தபடியால் அவர்கள் தம்மை நெருக்காமல் இருப்பதற்காக, தமக்கு ஒரு படகை ஆயத்தம் பண்ணவேண்டும் என்று, தம்முடைய சீடர்களுக்குச் சொன்னார்.
11 And the unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried out, saying, Thou art the Son of God.
௧௧அசுத்தஆவிகளும் இயேசுவைப் பார்த்தபோது, அவர் முன்பாக விழுந்து: நீர் தேவனுடைய குமாரன் என்று சத்தமிட்டன.
12 And he strictly charged them that they should not make him known.
௧௨தம்மைப் பிரசித்தம் பண்ணாமல் இருக்க அவைகளுக்கு உறுதியாகக் கட்டளையிட்டார்.
13 And he goeth up into the mountain, and calleth to him whom he would; and they came to him.
௧௩பின்பு அவர் ஒரு மலையின்மேல் ஏறி, தமக்கு விருப்பமானவர்களைத் தம்மிடம் வரவழைத்தார்; அவர்கள் அவரிடம் வந்தார்கள்.
14 And he appointed twelve to be with him, and whom he might send forth to preach,
௧௪அப்பொழுது அவர் பன்னிரண்டு நபர்களைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டு, அவர்கள் தம்மோடு இருக்கவும், பிரசங்கம்பண்ணுவதற்காகத் தாம் அவர்களை அனுப்பவும்,
15 and to have authority to cast out demons. And he appointed the twelve,
௧௫வியாதிகளைக் குணமாக்கிப் பிசாசுகளைத் துரத்துவதற்கு அவர்கள் அதிகாரம் உள்ளவர்களாக இருக்கவும், அவர்களை ஏற்படுத்தினார்.
16 and Simon he surnamed Peter;
௧௬அவர்கள் யாரென்றால், சீமோன், இவனுக்குப் பேதுரு என்று பெயரிட்டார்.
17 and James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, that is, Sons of thunder;
௧௭செபெதேயுவின் குமாரனாகிய யாக்கோபு, யாக்கோபின் சகோதரனாகிய யோவான், இந்த இவருக்கும் இடிமுழக்க மக்கள் என்று அர்த்தம்கொண்ட பொவனெர்கேஸ் என்கிற பெயரிட்டார்,
18 and Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon of Cana,
௧௮அந்திரேயா, பிலிப்பு, பர்தொலொமேயு, மத்தேயு, தோமா, அல்பேயுவின் குமாரன் யாக்கோபு, ததேயு, கானானியனாகிய சீமோன்,
19 and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed him. And he cometh into the house.
௧௯அவரைக் காட்டிக்கொடுத்த யூதாஸ்காரியோத்து என்பவர்களே.
20 And again a multitude cometh together, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
௨0பின்பு வீட்டிற்குப் போனார்கள்; அங்கே அநேக மக்கள் மறுபடியும் கூடிவந்ததினால் அவர்கள் சாப்பிடுவதற்கும் நேரம் இல்லாமல்போனது.
21 And his relations hearing of it went out to lay hold of him; for they said, He is beside himself.
௨௧அவருடைய குடும்பத்தார் இதைக்கேட்டபோது, அவர் மதிமயங்கியிருக்கிறார் என்று சொல்லி, அவரைப் பிடித்துக்கொள்ளும்படி வந்தார்கள்.
22 And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebul; and, He casteth out the demons through the prince of the demons.
௨௨எருசலேமிலிருந்து வந்த வேதபண்டிதர்கள்: இவன் பெயெல்செபூலை உடையவனாக இருக்கிறான், பிசாசுகளின் தலைவனாலே பிசாசுகளைத் துரத்துகிறான் என்றார்கள்.
23 And calling them to him, he said to them in parables: How can Satan cast out Satan?
௨௩அவர்களை அவர் அழைத்து, உவமைகளாக அவர்களுக்குச் சொன்னது என்னவென்றால்: சாத்தானைச் சாத்தான் துரத்துவது எப்படி?
24 And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand;
௨௪ஒரு ராஜ்யம் தனக்குத்தானே எதிராகப் பிரிந்து இருந்தால், அந்த ராஜ்யம் நிலைத்துநிற்காதே.
25 and if a house be divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand;
௨௫ஒரு வீடு தனக்குத்தானே எதிராகப் பிரிந்து இருந்தால், அந்த வீடு நிலைத்துநிற்காதே.
26 and if Satan rise up against himself, he is divided, and cannot stand, but hath an end.
௨௬சாத்தான் தனக்குத்தானே எதிராக எழும்பிப் பிரிந்து இருந்தால், அவன் நிலைத்து நிற்கமுடியாமல், அழிந்துபோவானே.
27 Moreover, no one can enter into a strong man's house, and plunder his goods, unless he first bind the strong man; and then he will plunder his house.
௨௭பலசாலியை முதலில் கட்டிப்போடாமல், யாரும் பலசாலியுடைய வீட்டிற்குள் புகுந்து, அவன் பொருட்களைக் கொள்ளையடிக்கமுடியாது; கட்டிப்போட்டால்மட்டுமே, அவனுடைய வீட்டைக் கொள்ளையடிக்கமுடியும்.
28 Truly do I say to you, All sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and the blasphemies wherewith they shall blaspheme;
௨௮உண்மையாகவே நான் உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன்: மனிதர்கள் செய்யும் எல்லாப் பாவங்களும், அவர்கள் சொல்லும் எல்லாத் தூஷணமான வார்த்தைகளும், அவர்களுக்கு மன்னிக்கப்படும்;
30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.
௩0இயேசு அசுத்தஆவியை உடையவனாக இருக்கிறான் என்று அவர்கள் சொன்னதினாலே அவர் இப்படிச் சொன்னார்.
31 And his mother and his brothers came; and, standing without, sent to him, to call him.
௩௧அப்பொழுது அவருடைய சகோதரர்களும் தாயாரும் வந்து, வெளியே நின்று, அவரை அழைக்கும்படி அவரிடத்திற்கு ஆள் அனுப்பினார்கள்.
32 And a multitude was sitting about him; and they say to him, Lo! thy mother and thy brothers and thy sisters are without, seeking for thee.
௩௨அவரைச் சுற்றிலும் உட்கார்ந்திருந்த மக்கள் அவரைப் பார்த்து: இதோ, உம்முடைய தாயாரும் உம்முடைய சகோதரர்களும் வெளியே நின்று உம்மைத் தேடுகிறார்கள் என்றார்கள்.
33 And he answering saith to them, Who is my mother, and my brothers?
௩௩அவர்களுக்கு அவர் மறுமொழியாக: என் தாயார் யார்? என் சகோதரர்கள் யார்? என்று சொல்லி;
34 And looking round on those who sat about him, he saith, Behold my mother and my brothers.
௩௪தம்மைச் சுற்றிலும் உட்கார்ந்திருந்தவர்களைப் பார்த்து: இதோ, என் தாயும் என் சகோதரர்களும் இவர்களே!
35 Whoever shall do the will of God, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.
௩௫தேவனுடைய விருப்பத்தின்படி செய்கிறவன் எவனோ, அவனே எனக்குச் சகோதரனும், எனக்குச் சகோதரியும், எனக்குத் தாயுமாக இருக்கிறான் என்றார்.
